Route IN4220, Bangalore to Vijayawada. No direct flixbus vehicle so they tied up with Jagan travels. A third grade travel operator. Stay away from Flixbus, no proper communication or intimation about delays statuses etc. they are recheable only on chat, possibly a small office in some apartment basement. Garbage bus operator

Flixbus Wrong at every moment. I started my journey with family of 4 members including 2 kids from Delhi to Ambala. Bathroom at Flixbus lounge at Delhi is very unhygienic. It was so dirty, foul smell all over in lounge once bathroom door open. No supply of water. When I asked at reception that guy told me water will come after 10 am only. No water before that. This is one thing. Another thing conductor in Bus No. DD01P9345 was rude. Such an illiterate person he was. I booked 2 tickets with a Cost of INR 298 per ticket and 1 ticket I planned to purchase from within bus and at that time he asked INR 500. When I denied to pay then start talking rudely. I would suggest everyone not use Flixbus. It’s better you can go with Volvo buses operated by Govt those are more reliable then these private bus operators.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIXBUS - SAVE YOURSELF HASSLE AND MONEY Flixbus has let us down on both outbound and inbound journey, we were meant to take the bus from London Ontario to Toronto Union. On the confirmation, it said one thing and when we checked the boarding point it said another. We ended up missing and then were driven to Toronto by a family member. On our return from New York, the connecting bus back to London Ontario was meant to leave 8:15 and our New York bus was meant to come in at 7:45, that got delayed by half and hour and our connecting bus left even earlier than 8:15 so we missed that connection. The next bus was meant to leave at 11:15 PM, clearly we had left 6:30 AM that day so were unable to wait so took Megabus back home for which we paid $98, Flixbus never refunded anything back to us and below response was sent, never using these folks again: Delays are often caused by events we cannot control, such as traffic jams, road works or weather conditions. If a departure is more than 120 minutes late from the scheduled departure time, and a customer withdraws from the trip, a refund can be claimed. According to EU-Regulation 181/2011, delays of less than 120 minutes are not eligible for any compensation. We regret that we cannot meet your request in this case. Thanks for your understanding. ADA DISCRIMITATION ALERT!!! Had the worse experience with this company in Toronto - CA. Completely discriminatory against people in a wheelchair. I booked the trip and called way before to confirm if the ride would be accessible. The website said it would ask me to list the chair during the booking, which never happened, so I called. They could not make arrangements because I did not registered my chair 36 hours before (BECAUSE I COULD NOT!), I also asked to change the trip to 1 or 2 days later, still the same answer, "the driver will not allow you to board". What??? Had to request for refund and only got 10% back - I got penalized TWICE for a service that they refused to arrange. This is beyond unacceptable and I will be taking legal actions. Lost money, got frustrated and a nice vacation became a traumatic experience. Just avoid the headache, people.

I recently traveled with FlixBus and had an extremely negative experience that has made me reconsider using this service in the future. Before the trip even began, the driver treated me with complete disrespect. He accused me of speaking in English instead of his preferred language (Polish) and even threatened not to let me board the bus, despite me having a valid ticket. When I asked for documentation regarding the additional charge for my luggage, the driver was unable to provide any. Instead, he called some unknown individuals who could not give any clear answers about the issue. Furthermore, the drivers allowed the bus to depart as soon as passengers boarded, without giving them time to find seats, creating dangerous situations for everyone on board. I absolutely do not recommend this service after experiencing such treatment.

One star too many, shoukd be negative for deceptive practices, 400% price gauging on monopolized route Boston to Montreal Ca, non existent Flixbus Dallas TX LA CA phone numbers fake, non existent complaint online e or fill refund request option, cancelation policy, withheld on quotes and shown after booking with I voice, coercing me to accept 50%fare in Voucher and 59%penalty, phone customer service rude, co frontational, incompetent withholding g cancelation terms, in person customer service bus terminal MOntreal rude , incompetent sending me to Fluxbus.com instead if Fluxbus.ca for quotes and booking Quotes CAD 119.99 OVERCHARGED by Flixbus by invoicing it as US$119.99,converted to CAD 184 additionally at inflated exchange rate of 1.40, causing account overdrawn and banking o redrawn penalty. This became deceptive Fraudulent bus company under new Turkish CE O ripping US and Canadian traveller's off, On monopolized by one Flix bus route , prior Subject to competition with Greyhound USA , Greyhound Canada at least. It bought Greyhound US further monopolizing market and ripping passengers off while lacking being sound corporation with sound business practice Stay away at all cost Stay away

This is absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever seen in my life. They lied on their website about where the bus would pick us up stating that it was 2 minutes walk from the airport. It was actually a 40-minute drive and we couldn't make it. When we were unable to make it, we wasted 30 minutes on the phone only to be told that they would refund our money minus almost the entire amount of the transaction as a transaction fee. By the way, before we were even able to get anyone on the phone we waited through a long list of automated options, and when we remained on the line as instructed to get a live person, the system hung up on us. We tried several times in the same thing happened every time. Only when we selected the emergency option did someone eventually come on the line--and wasted more than half an hour of our time telling us they were sorry but they could not do anything to help. A guy named James refused to give us his badge number or to refer us to a supervisor as we requested. I would rather crawl on my hands and knees in the freezing cold than get on one of their damn buses. Please, simply refuse to do business with this company. They are trash.

I took this Flixbus ( a green bus) from London Victoria to Cardiff. The bus stopped for a while at Newport and even changed drivers. When I alighted at Cardiff, my bag was missing. Notably, unlike other bus services I have used in UK, the bus driver did not get the luggage for the pasangers. Everyone got down there to get their bags. Upon reporting, the best they did was to say that they would wait to see if someone would return it. They did not check their Cameras to see what may have happened to the bag, to carb future occurrence. They were not even bothered that important travel documents were lost aboard their bus and that I was stranded. All my emails to explain why I had to find that bag and proposing that they check their Cameras went unanswered. Their online tracking system of the lost items is also a sham. It is customized to give you an automated response that ' they have found something that matches the description of your item, and that they are checking to see if it actually is yours'. After about a week of seeing this same message, they then email you to say that they did not find your luggage because no one has returned it to them. Imagine being stranded in a foreign land and this is all a service provider can do. Terrible. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE OF USING FLIXBUS. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF BEING IN THE HANDS OF PEOPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cruel drivers. 10 hour trip from Prague to Rzeszow. Not cheap 200 euro. Half way stop to Stratch legs. After the bus left after stop I realized my son was left behind. He had different sit per available sits. I called him he was behind maybe 100.feet. was begging driver to wait for him. He was laughing and said this is no vacation trip. It was 4 am in different country. I asked him to.get off bus . He kept.druving for few minutes and he let me off. I was left with my son at 4 am in strange country on 10 hour bus drive and I know it's not vacation bus but please have some compassion. It was 4 am people were half sleep. I was half asleep. Really he.could not wait.few minutes on 10 hour ride. We all have professions but would any of us leave someone in middle of night in strange country over few minutes. That's monster 👻 driver. That's cruelty. It happens to me it will happen to you on your drive.

We booked a bus from London to Hamilton and the bus never showed up. They are crooks and thieves. The customer service said that the bus came and went but it actually never came. I have taken contact details of other passengers and will take necessary action against them.

Hi I am writing to you regarding my trip to Paris from Manchester on 19.07 Absolutely horrible service The driver is not fitting this role at all I had a really bad day, my flight was cancelled due to some it issues, so I decided to get a bus as I urgently had to go to Paris. Because of that all happened really spontaneously I didn't have my lunch, my dinner So in London I run to KFC to get some food, my girlfriend left in the bus to tell the drivers I was trying my best to be really fast. I got 2 bags of food, burgers and chips, nicely packed, so noone can see what's inside, it wasn't open, I came back to the bus and driver started shouting at me "Grow up! Who you think you are?! No no no. Stop it, shut up" interrupted me at least 5 times, didn't give me a chance to explain properly, then he didn't let me in saying that I can't do that with a hot food, but it wasn't open even, nicely packed altogether, so 20 hours without food, nice I was starving that much, I think I wasn't that hungry ever in my life He kept shoutin at me, I left my food on the bench at bus station and even after that he carried on reading moral codex to me and asking to leave the coach, warning me with police. Ridiculous attitude, he called me stupid in the end of conversation as well But the most interesting thing is after he finally let me in, we spent another 10 mins on the station and I was watching through the window as someone eat my food I am so devastated, so angry and sad This man made the beginning of my holiday absolutely awful, terrible. I want him get a warning and I warn to get some compensation as I think this absolutely inappropriate way to deal with customers

It is important you avoid this bus company if you value your life. I have never been on a bus like this before. SCAM & DANGEROUS 1) Charged me money for a cancelled ticket despite it being cancelled well in advance of the departure date. This is now being contested with my bank as bus company is non-responsive. 2) The rebooked bus (as we needed to depart earlier) crashed into a truck. It was put out of service only for all of the passengers to be left stranded on the side of the road. (See attached pictures). Bus company did not care for our safety and I am still waiting to hear a response. This ticket price is also being contested through my bank. 3) The return journey from Rio to São Paulo resulted in us arriving 45 minutes late. The bus struggled to get over hills and had warning signs going off on dashboard. ** Moral of the story- busses are not taken care of and are very rickety. Extremely disappointing and the owners should be ashamed of themselves **

Utter refusal to help a client after they messed up I book the first bus at 6h15, 1h+ delay, then driver proceeds to do a cigarette break then another break at a gaz station after 10 minutes of driving. We get to Lyon, and get stuck in traffic (i got the first bus to avoid this), at the end I missed my doctor appointment, and waiting for a solution with the clinic I cannot take the return bus. They offered me a 3.04 euros refund on the return ticket, in credit... So a day lost at work, surgery consultation appointment lost, and money not refunded. No effort whatsoever, has been done to care for customers time, money or mental (nor physical) health. I reported this at the French consumers protection, and I'll be taking this court. Unbelievable.

No AC, rude driver, the bus smells bad, dirty seats and electric sockets not working. I won’t board such bus even for free. This was my 1st and last journey with Flixbus.

The freaking bus is a joke. We are tourists from Singapore. We booked flixbus from munich to milan and back to munich Airport. The bus was late on the onward journey. The return journey everything took a turn to the worst...we had a transfer at verona .from there we needed to take another bus to munich Airport. The bus which was supposed to come at 9.55 pm was delayed to 11.23 pm...the joke was ..it never came.. the verona flix bus stops at a weird empty god forsaken place...I was stranded there with my son..and we had a flight to catch at Munich....I was in tears...no trains...no taxis to the airport to take a last minute flight. I freaking HATE that bus...pls guys do a favour to yourselves....don't ever book a flix bus. I just wanted a cheaper option and was punished so badly...at the end after waiting there for 4 hours another bus which went to Munich Zob came and we begged ( literally) the driver to take us in..we paid him a 100 euros to take us in . We were at the airport 6 hours later than we had planned!!!

Flixbus took the ferry to the UK 4 hours later than the planned schedule and dropped all to victoria station at 2am when most of the trains are no longer running. No apologies, no compensation, no voucher for food. Utterly disgraceful.

This bus service has no respect for the disabled. I saw an old lady who could barely breathe get barated by the driver and even give her a hard time when she asked him to load her 2 bags for her

I accidentally purchased a ticket for both June 25 and June 26, same time same destination, when I called to tell of my mistake and ask for a refund or exchange on one ticket I was given less than 40 percent back in the form of a voucher for future use. Out of 50.00, I was given a voucher for 17.00 I can use towards another Flixbus ride. Isn't this predatory? I give you 50 for a trip. Don't take the trip, and you keep my 50.00 and give me a coupon for 17.00 on my next ride. The one ride I took sucked.
