I placed two large orders for the exact same logo design submitted as a png file. One product was received exactly as I ordered it (300 water bottles with logo design on it). The other was for 525 pens with the same design, however when they edited the design for some reason they included my HOME ADDRESS on the pens! I called to complain and spoke with a rep who frequently placed me on hold for well over an hour only to tell me the best that they could do was offer a 10% discount on a new order. I asked to speak to her manager, she placed me on another lengthy hold. Only to then tell me the managers were not available and would call me back. As expected I've heard nothing from them. Will never order from them again.

Totally disappointed with national pen. I ordered cups from them 3 years ago gave them all my info and they come out fine little on the cheesy side but ok ! So now they send us a flyer to buy pens and so we did but 2 digits on the area code we’re flipped flopped on our phone number we did not notice it on the flyer they sent. It did have a did anything change form enclosed and there saying we should have put in on there, I agree I should have looked over it a little closer but none of our info had changed so we went with it ! So when we get the pens my wife calls and tells them the problem and they say it’s our fault but they will investigate the problem and call us back so they get off the phone and never asked her for a phone number ! So then they call me and I missed the call and on there voicemail they said they didn’t catch her number when she called so they called me instead and the funny part about that is they called the number that should have been on the pens ! So they can not say they did not have the correct information they had it when they put it on the cups they had it to call and say they weren’t going take care of it but yet it’s all our fault !

Awful experience with this company. When you start your first small business and put all your effort into detail, you want everything to be perfect. I ordered pens from them for my dear clients. The logo was the most important condition when I was looking for a company that makes printing on pens. The logo is what you remember, I put a lot of time and effort into developing this logo. It all ended with the fact that I received the pens in a MONTH, and there was no logo on them. Although I paid extra $ 40 for it and they charge me. When I called the customer center, they said that they could not fit my logo and therefore they did not print it and offered to return this extra $ 40 because they do not accept a refund, since the pens are made and they can be used. Nobody contacted me and said that they could not print my logo, but they took money for it. Now I am left with a box of pens that will go to the trash, with a whole month of wasted time and in a terrible mood.

This is the worst company, I would give zero stars if possible. This isthe 2nd incident with National Pen. It happened in 2018 and now in 2021. I placed an order this month i.e 10/2021 and I took a snap shot of info which I wrote, yet when pens arrived the info is messed up. Basically the money I spent went down the drain. If anyone is reading this, Please don't order anything from this company.

This is the worst company ever. It is the 4th time they just cancel an order after 3 full weeks of no communication and them having a hold in my credit card with the full payment. I will give it a 0 star if posible. They offer the products with a promotion, and when they can not fulfill the product at the price offered they just cancel with out further communication. Worst thing they still advertising the product in their website

Completed a rush order which was supposed to be 48 hours. Now it's 2 weeks later and customer service said hopefully I get it by next Monday. "Yeah our website says 48 hours but it really depends on UPS which can take 3 weeks." Had NO promotional items at my event. What a joke.

Terrible company to deal with, placed an order, approved the text, never received and was told the company cancelled my order yet offered zero communication to myself and left me hanging wondering where my order was. Now I have an event coming up with no product to use to promote my business.

National Pens scammed me on an order. I only made one order but they sent and charged me for two. I called the company but they said I must have ordered both. They have two charges, for two separate dates, both in my name. I paid for one order because it was paid at the time of transaction using the credit card but refused to pay for the second, offering to send back the unopened package that I didn't order. They sent a collection agency after the money. Do not order from National Pens. At first, I though maybe it was a mistake on their end but after looking at some reviews I came to realise they had done the same thing to others. It's no mistake...it's a scam!

Absolutely the shadiest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for $86.50. I never received a confirmation email or an order number but my bank account was immediately charged. When I logged on to my account to check the status of my order, it said I had no order history. I sent three emails to the company, no response. A few weeks of waiting for my order, I finally called. The first agent hung up on me. The second agent said my order was out of stock and gave me a refund. I waited 10 days and no refund so I called again. The third agent said if my order wasn’t fulfilled then the transaction would’ve been a pending charge that eventually fell off. Which I knew was a lie so I called my bank and they confirmed that I was indeed charged for the $86.50. I then had to call National Pen for the fourth time and spoke to someone who actually used a refund which I received that same day. DO NOT order from this company.

These People keep harassing me for an order that I already cancelled, placed an order for father's day back in May I believe this year, the day came for father's day for our church and didn't get the order which I had already cancelled, however, they shipped the order few months after father's day had already been over. please have this company stop harrasing me.

placed order for pens; they leaked and I sent 30 pens back, waiting, then you sent the same defective pens. The second time I called and the girl assured me a refund was coming and I could just trash the pens or whatever. I called later in the day because I noticed the shoddy customer service, then the second girl, who would not give her name, was giving me grief and stalling my refund, now wanting more pens to be sent back. I was disgusted after so much wasted time and aggravation, and just demanded my money back. She hung up the phone. I called again and spoke to another girl , and again after that, and I just want my refund and no more trouble. Please have a MANAGER CALL ME to discuss this. Thank You

I placed an order for a small amount of product so I could view the quality and imprint on it not knowing I could get one sample. When I went to return the product and place an order with the imprint they would not take back the product and have terrible customer service folks answering the phones. Who only wanted me to place yet another order. It states on their site that they take back product that is not printed but only under their terms. They just lost a customer over $100 which is not very savy. I would never recommend this company to anyone wanting custom items.

1 star only because I had to. My order came and instead of receiving 400 pens of assorted colors, I have 200 red and 200 purple. No contact was made ahead of time to see if I would like to change my order because stock was low. I emailed customer service but after more than a week no one has responded. I called today only to be hung up on by the customer service person who tried to tell me they only have to give me 3 colors (but didn't) which is not stated on their website. Called again, this time was told stock was low and couldn't be filled, no procedure in place to tell you this should you want to cancel your order. Only willing to reduce the cost of the order NOW that I have called!! What will I do with 400 pens in only 2 colors? Never ordering here again! Look at all the bad customer service in this month alone. This company has some firing to do to clean house before no one is interested in their products. I agree with David below incompetent, disorganized, and boy are those customer service people arrogant!! The one I sent an email picture to had the nerve to email me back her sassy snotty reply.

They received our order confirmation on May 25th, and over the course of the next month, they canceled our order four times and did not know why. We would call, they would tell us the order was canceled, and when we asked why they said, we don't know, but we will get the order re-entered. I asked to speak to someone from management many times. I was promised management would call me back. I never received a call from anyone in management. Three weeks later, we finally received the order, and the imprint was wrong, despite the imprint proof being sent to us and approved. Then another week later, on June 28, we finally received the pens with the correct imprint. The only way this company can be accurately described is incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional, and arrogant! I will never order from them again, and I will actively tell potential customers not to waste time and money with this hot mess posing as a promotional pens company.

My school district has ordered from National Pen Company for several years now and we have always been satisfied with their service. However, most recently we did not receive extraordinary customer service from the front line staff. I personally reached out to the CEO of the company Peter Kelly and he made sure that my concerns were addressed. Lindop School District 92, Broadview, will be a customer for life. Thank you National Pen Company CEO Peter Kelly for making it known that your customers do matter. Thank you, Dr. Jackson, Superintendent

Horrible customer service. Incompetent and unprofessional !!!!!! Send us 700 bags improperly printed after 9 weeks of back and forth with an approved Proof they still got it wrong. They refuse to fix the issue, or refund us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!

Scam. You will get re-billed with a 30% late fee. There are other options. Shop around.

I am doing a bad review on this company,usually I don't like to do this, but my encounter was bad. I place an order for Pens & a diary for my church Father's Day which is tomorrow, I placed the order about 2wks ago, I waited to receive the order last week to no avail, I then called this Monday and spoke to a very nice lady who told me that the Pens that I ordered were out of stock but no one had communicated this with me,she then replaced with similar pens for the same price,however, today is Saturday,tomorrow is Father's Day, the order hasn't arrived and no communication whatsoever, we had to shop for an alternative gift to give tomorrow for Father's Day.Not a reliable company.I don't recommend.
