I ordered 700 christmas cards with pens to mail out to my customers. These cards cannot be mailed with the envelope provided, you have to purchase a separate bubble mailer. And you cannot use a stamp even a higher postage stamp wont work it has to be shipped as a package. The card/pen cost 1.89 a piece but is 2.85 to mail. I have spoken to customer service reps 4 separate times over this issue, and there response was that the card was meant to be hand delivered not mailed. Nobody is hand delivering 700 christmas cards. This is false advertising. Who sells a Christmas card that cannot be mailed the way it comes. I am very dissatisfied with this product and don't believe I should be billed for this. They are useless to me since I cannot mail them out. I have tried to return them to the company but they wont accept any returns. Now they are threatening to send me to collections.

If you have a dealine make sure you order MONTHS in advance. Order something on 10/26 for my son wedding on 11/28. Was told I would have in 10 days....Still don't have the product and it wont be delivered until AFTER the wedding😡 NEVER AGAIN!!

ZERO STARS!! The ABSOLUTE WORST company to order from!! Had to call numerous times before they sent my proof. I was told 10-15 business day production after approval. When the 15th business day came I called for an update was told my pens were out of stock and other items still in production!!!! I emailed a week prior for an update and was NEVER NOTIFIED of any out of stock items!! Very poor communication, no follow up. I will NEVER order from them again. Stick to a reputable & reliable company like Vistaprint. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I don't know how they are even in business. I wish I would have seen the other reviews before I placed my order. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company!! I placed an order and they gave me a price quote from the website just under $143. A week later I get an email to approve the final artwork to go to production and I checked the price to make sure it was the same they originally gave me and it increased 150% over the original price quote. I complained and the answer I got was, sorry we cannot honor that price, but we’ll give it to you for just under $250. If they give you a price quote, they should honor that price to be credible and also have integrity. As you can see, there’s no integrity in National Pen. I have all documentation saved and willing to show. please use a company that will stick to their prices and have integrity.

I would never order from National Pen Company again nor would I recommend them. Stay clear of this company if you are on a deadline. Horrible experience and liars. I ordered pens for a baby shower on 9/22/2020; however, prior to placing the order I asked, whether I would receive the pens before Friday, 10/9/2020. I was told YES, no problem. I have called National Pen Company at least 2 – 3 times a week and emailed approximately 2 – 3 a week. The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in spoke with were very apologetic, but was never able to assist. They could only tell me my order was in production – I asked “what does that mean?” They said it’s in production, so I asked, “can you check with or call the production department and ask where they were with my order.” The CSR stated “they were unable to get in contact with the production department.” Every time I call and the CSR stated they would return a call – there was no return call OR when I emailed, I would get reply email within a 2 or 3 days, only to tell me that my order was in production. Finally, I spoke to a CSR on 10/1/2020 and was told my order would be RUSHED and I would receive the pens on Wednesday, 10/7/2020. Bottom line – I called back on Monday, 10/5 and Tuesday, 10/6/2020 only to be told that my order was still in production and I would not receive the pens until after Friday, 10/9/2020. That CSR offered me a 15% discount on my next order—why would there be a next order and I have not received my first order. FYI…Don’t ask to speak with a supervisor because one is never available and do not ask for National Pen Company corporate office because they do not have that information available. SMH!!! Extremely unhappy and frustrated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If you are expecting an item for a particular date this is not the company to order from. I ordered my product 1 month in advance and when I called at the end of the month because I hadn’t received it they tried to blame me saying I didn’t approve it in time. They changed their story when I was able to produce an email with the date that I had approved it. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY USE LOST LEADERS & BAIT & SWITCH TO COST YOU MORE THAN THEIR ADVERTISED OFFERS. I ordered 350 Britefield Fairfield pens at .33 each on a clearance sale on 8/19/2020. The order was NEVER processed or shipped. When I called to see where my pen order was, I was told they were out of the pens. I asked how that was possible when my office mate ordered the same pens 2 weeks after I did and hers arrived 3 days ago. The customer service rep then said he was going to cancel my order because the pens were discontinued. Then he hung up on me. I had to talk with 2 more people at National Pen and the best they could do was substitute a different pen...at 6 cents/pen HIGHER cost. That doesn't sound like much but on 350 pens, that's $21.00! I finally convinced them to find a way to make the order cost only as much as the one they had failed to fulfill. Now I am waiting to see if they can get this order to me. I am only giving them 2 stars because Sophia in customer service (the 3rd person I talked to!) was able to get the net price to equal out by crediting me some off the shipping.

Worst customer service I’ve witnessed in 63 years! Ordered pens and it’s taken over 6 months. Never received them. Ended up canceling order. Just go to Amazon... they ship much faster ... Bonus: they’re cheaper, too!!

Pens won't hold the cap on after just a short amount of use. Customer service did not respond for weeks, then had me ship back 25 pens. I shipped back 25 new pens as requested, plus one with the failure evident (and marked). They responded that out of 25 pens only one failed and offered me 15% off a future order. What poor customer service! Never going back.

I have ordered from this company multiple times. However on my last order they made a mistake. Instead of .com they put .cpm My account manager told me she would get back to me within 48 hours. Did not hear anything for 2 weeks. I got another call from a different account manager who stated this was the first she heard of it and would get back to me in 48 hours. 1 week later I get an email asking for pictures of pens. I sent them to her immediately. She offered me 15% off a new order. They messed up 500 pens and offer me 15% off a new order?! No thank you. Why should I have to pay for your mistake??

"High and Dry" .... they even admitted that they screwed up. But told me to spend another $70 or buy another product that was more than DOUBLE the price so that it can be fixed and I can get my order. So let me get this straight... I have to double my price to fix a mistake that yall admitted (2 weeks later) that they made. I'm at the point of laughter with their lack of assistance. Order canceled. And now I see why they have a 1 star rating.

I ordered a product to be custom printed. The rep and I worked out the proof and I approved before they started printing. When I received the order one month later, they were not what I approved. They double printed a part of the design, so the same text was printed twice on the face of the product. This was not what I had approved. I emailed my rep Simone Barnaby and asked about having the order re-printed correctly. She never replied. This company has terrible customer service and they will ignore you to avoid responsibility. Also, they are slow to get custom printed products completed. The product I ordered takes about 21 days to ship according to the website. I had to call after 30+ days to ask about my order. I had to call on two different days because the first few times I called no one would answer and the call did not go to any voicemail. I just kept waiting and stayed on hold for 30+ minutes until I gave up and called again another day. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU WANT CUSTOM PRINTED BECAUSE THEY WILL MESS IT UP. They try to sell too many things to everyone and lost their quality and focus.

fter receiving an overcharged setup fee, we promptly cancelled our order within 24 hours.the advertised price was NOT what the official invoice reflected and we chose to wait until we could justify this fee on a massive order. They shipped anyway. We’ve contacted several times via email and they’ve ignored over 5 attempts to make it right. Now they continue to send bills with “past due” fees all while refusing to actually communicate for long periods of time. I think they ignore communication to be able to tag those fees on. This company has a mediocre product but absolutely deplorable, scam-level communication and customer service. We will be filing with the BBB and if they so much as TRY to send us to claims they’ll hear from our attorney. Plain and simple.

I was an old long time client but this company has proven how unethical their business practices have become.. Sadly, I warn off ANYONE from doing business with charlatans... Customer Service has DISAPPEARED and lack of honesty has become the norm... IT IS VERY SAD

This company is a JOKE! I was happy that I received my order sooner than expected...only to find out that the pens were writing in purple ink and not blue like I ordered (and it's clearly purple). I spent over an hour with customer service on 6/23/2020 and I specifically asked if I should send the pens back before they send me actual pens that write in blue ink and the rep advised that they didn't want the pens back because they won't do anything with them. So I proceeded to ask what I should do with them and she advised to either discard them, donate them or keep them since I already have them. She advised that she was placing another order for me and that I should receive an updated email from National Pen. About 3 weeks later, I get an invoice mailed to me, and a phone call to call the billing department about my INCORRECT order. I called the same day I recieved a voicemail and after waiting on hold for someone to get on the phone for about 20 minutes, I hung up. I called again 2 days later and same, no one around to answer the phone. Today (7/24/2020), I receive another invoice and another voicemail to make a payment. I called today and got ahold of another rep who tells me that the first rep put in her call notes that she advised for me to send back 50-100 pens for testing. THE FIRST REP I TALKED TO SAID NO SUCH THING WHEN I ASKED HER TWICE WHAT I SHOULD DO!!! I also asked why National Pen keeps calling my boss's mobile number when MY PHONE NUMBER was a primary number and it was confirmed today that my phone number was the primary number on file. I asked if it was a recorded line and the rep advised that all calls are recorded. I then suggested that the rep pull that recorded call from last month or have a supervisor pull it and listen to the conversation where the first rep DID NOT advise that I send anything back. I was then advised that when they receive the pens back for testing, that they will determine if I should get another order or if I should get a full refund. At this point, I'd rather get a full refund and never have to deal with this joke of a company ever again!!!!!

I made an order back in March and was told was going to take a couple months so I cancelled. I reordered in June, saw my logo from previous order so reordered, I paid the setup fee for the logo, and when the pens arrived they had no logo, just a phone number. I called a couple times to return the pens so they could add the logo, they kept telling me not to return until their customer care called me. So I called again and again. Finally got someone who told me the order was right and that all they could do was give me a 10% discount for the next order. WTH!! What a joke!! $200 down the tubes. I filed BBB complaint and will never use them again.

I order pens and it took more than a year to receive them. They don't take payment on their website which is strange. They just collect a lot of information about you then start mailing invoices to your address. I checked the initial tracking number they gave me and it said the pens were shipped but were returned by the receiver! Very surprising since that should have been me! I called them and after a while they eventually called me back and determined the pens were sent to the wrong address. Hard to believe because they sent the INVOICE to the correct address... Anyways, they were nice enough to let me know all the PAST DUE invoices I was getting in the mail and threatening late fees and sending the balance to collections were automatically generated and that I could wait until I received the pens before making payment. After receiving four invoices with late fees and stating the account was past due and being sent to collections, I finally received the pens. I called in and promptly paid them and they waived the late fees. Throughout the process I totally felt it was a scam. The sales process is absolutely horrible. I won't be ordering from them again and if anyone asks me about them I'm going to have to tell them about my experience with them.

Bought and paid for pens in mid June, notified July 3rd by random email the pens i bought and paid for were not in stock, the short, unprofessional email ended with "how would you like to proceed" Lol
