Unable to find my order, had a delivery slot of 7:30 -10:30, 4 hours later no delivery, no contact from anyone and unable to get any answers where it is. Webchat has no response for over an hour, call lines cut you off, absolutely disgusting service

We bought our 2 two-seater sofas and a footstool at the York outlet. It arrived in January 2019. At first, it was fine but the footstool has lost its colour in patches. Also, the cleaner's (which are very expensive and really not much good) was used as directed from new We previously owned another leather suite for over 20 years and it was looking a little used, but the colour and finish were fine on the older one. We haven't tried to get in touch with Sofology as we have NO hope of any rectification work being done. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

After waiting for 13 weeks our sofa arrived with loose baggy material, scratched, scags and stains on it and generally in really poor condition. Sofology agreed to send us out another one and after another 13 weeks the replacement was much of the same and had to be rejected on delivery. Expecting them to maybe replace the material at their site they decided against that and put an order on for another replacement which I waited again 13 weeks. I had zero faith the 3rd would turn up in any better condition and I was correct it was rejected by myself on delivery just yesterday. On going for me at the moment but I would never use or recommend this company ever!

This company are thief’s who steal your money and don’t order a sofa 14 week wait and no sofa delivered apparently it’s lost hate this company with a passion no customer service staff no online chat staff they just completely ignore u they need shut down IMMEDIATELY

The delivery was on time but. Only one sofa came not the other nor cleaning products came l rang a few times and emailed no luck l said you got 1 week or we cancel the agreement never again disgusted how they treat customers you find you can't get hold of them

After a good ordering experience I was happy & impressed with company & products. Sadly it all went wrong after the Delivery Date was set. I was called on 30 June & told my order wouldnt be coming ( despite my receiving an email the day before to say it was ) - the sofabed had been mislaid but now found in Bristol. No one updated me so on 1 July I was on leave & spent 3 hours holding; Laura tried Bristol & failed. Laura said she would call me to update; said they are doing weekend deliveries now then failed to call me. I returned to work & customer services closes unhelpfully at 5pm on the phone; so I'm down to umpteen web chat messages and emails that go unanswered. Tried using 'My Sofology' - firstly the password system is highly irritating as it doesnt remember you & I've had to reset it every time I go in. All my chat messages are there but only a 'bot' responds. My order is nearly 2 weeks overdue. I cant change the delivery date as it's set. I'M SO VERY DISAPPOINTING AFTER SUCH A GOOD BUYING EXPERIENCE. My guests had to sit on garden furniture & stay at a local Premier Inn. BUT its the feeling of being helpless, sidelined and neglected that sticks in my throat! I emailed the MD last week and guess what? No response. I guess they overextended themselves. I could accept being told to wait 2 weeks at least I would feel Im in the 'queue' as it is I dont even know if the goods I've paid for are reserved and I will eventually receive them. Apparently Im due a £50 credit for missed delivery ... does that accrue for every week they are late?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- the customer service is diabolical See the Facebook complaint groups for this company. The "my sofology" app and the online web chat doesn't work and the wait time when calling is horrendous - over 65 minutes on 4 occasions. Still waiting for a response to my emails. Still have not had a my receipt, let alone the VAT invoice which is a legal requirement for business to business. Very shocking customer service. Seems the other reviews are correct that the minute your delivery/order goes wrong - which seems to happen a lot - your left high and dry and totally at their mercy. You have been warned. I will be contacting the VAT office to ask them to audit the company as they are clearly breaking the rules.

if I have ever read this review, ill never bother ordering online, after 4 weeks they confirmed that they have the money and the order number , recipient details for my order and they are still asking for more information, i have ordered a mobile phone for a needy student due to online learning they are siting on my money and not delivered , So Don't use them

Worst service l have ever had from a retailer. I would have to write a 10,000 word essay with the issues with them. Happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong they just don’t want to know. They lie and side step.

Had my sofa and chair for 9 weeks looks years old, I could cry. Stitching coming apart, sagging, leather worn, creasing. Company does not care, they say leather goes like that. I live on my own and work 49 hours a week as a nurse so I have hardly sat on it. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I have no idea how Sofology has all these great reviews. The store in Chester is great, staff are helpful, but once you've signed on the dotted line, your life (and money) are at the mercy of the After Sales Team - who quite honestly, couldn't care less if you cancel or not and after waiting for months for your new sofa, will quite happy cancel when it doesn't arrive. I ordered a sofa off them in April - it was due to arrive finally on July 7th - they took it to my old address and I haven't seen it since. They initially told me it was my fault, but having gone into the store with my delivery address in hand, I proved that was not the case. A gentleman in store has been trying to help me - but all he could say was that my sofa had been returned to the depot, hundreds of miles away and until it arrived there was nothing anyone could do, but he would keep trying. Well it must still not have arrived - almost a week later. Now they don't even reply to my emails, I can not get through on the phone, (waiting is over an hour minimum and they cut you off frequently) and the 'web chat help' (that responds in minutes apparently - Not) is more than useless! After telling me there was nothing they could do until it arrives at the depot and refusing to allow me to speak to a Manager, they no longer respond at all. I have not been rude or abusive at all. So now they have left me £3000 out of pocket and siting on deck chairs!! Even the CEO doesn't respond, disgraceful! Never ever have I had the misfortune to deal with a company like this - its shocking. No wonder there are Facebook complaint groups for this company. Check them out before you buy. Because the minute your delivery goes wrong - which happens a lot - your left high and dry and totally at their mercy. Almost a week later - and no resolution. No sofa - no date - no contact and no response....... Beware!!

If you have problems with Sofolgy, which you are bound to have because, their product and customer service is rubbish, just email them and threaten to go to your local store, and tell their prospective customer how rubbish they are. I was forced to do this after they completely ignored my emails. They then contacted me within a couple of hours, and gave me a full refund.

I was reluctant to purchase from Sofology given that I had heard very mixed reviews and it seems I had very good reason to be reluctant as they have most definitely 100% lived up to their reputation. We were supposed to have our clearance sofa delivered a week ago but, the evening before, received a miss call and text message stating the sofa hadn't reached their warehouse, they are working hard to get it there and a member of the delivery team would call to rebook delivery. As yet, I have been the one chasing them and we still have no sofa or prospect of a sofa delivery. Customer Service is completely non-existent as others have said. They do not reply to web chat or the 'contact us' form and the wait on the phone is ridiculously long but perhaps that's no wonder given the amount of annoyed customers they clearly have. I eventually managed to get through on the phone two days ago after waiting on hold for nearly and hour only to be told the location on the sofa needed to be changed, which apparently was amended on the call and I was told a member of the booking team would contact me and was rushed off the line and so that was that. I am still waiting for that call or a reply to my messages. We are left without a sofa (having sold our previous one to make way for the new one) and have had to purchase a blow up sofa to save sitting on the floor which we were doing for the first few days. We have no idea when this seemingly non-existent sofa will arrive. Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought what I thought and was told a leather sofa now its started to delaminate surface coming off and it's faux leather, not happy

They have left us sitting on the floor without a sofa when after months of waiting for my sofa to be delivered, they took it to the wrong address, didn't tell me, then tried to blame me, and now the sofa is going back to the other end of the country to the depot? No delivery date, customer support is none existent and useless at best.. they really don't care. No one seems to be capable of sorting out a simple delivery.. aviod!!!

Twice been called by them to arrange delivery, given a date, and then twice they have then cancelled the delivery stating “supplier issues”. I was told they wouldn’t arrange a delivery date until furniture was there with them. So if it’s there, then why can’t they deliver? And if it’s not there then why arrange a delivery date with me??? Cannot get through on the phone at all even though they ask you to call them to rearrange!!!! Web chat response is non-existent. Got rid of my furniture in anticipation of the first delivery date. I now have no furniture, no delivery date, my toddlers are sitting on cushions on the FLOOR, and visitors due to stay with us in 2 weeks time. Absolute rubbish. Do not ever buy a sofa from these people.

Still no sofa after two delivery slots. Two days leave wasted to sit in and wait. Customer service are borderline impossible to get hold of. Avoid and use any other sofa retailer

3 hours wait to speak to someone every time I call, if I get hung up on, double that to 6. No sofa in warehouse but they sold it to me claiming it was, missed 3 delivery windows, only had the courtesy to call me one of those times. The other 2 I was left in waiting all day for a sofa that never arrived. I got rid of my sofa before the first delivery, they've cost me a fkin fortune having to buy emergency replacement sofa second hand. Their T&Cs state; if they miss delivery by more than 7 days, you're entitled to £50 off your couch. There is nothing in there to state it stops after the first one, so theoretically you can charge them £50 per delivery date missed and they have to pay it; it's in the T&C. It also states in the T&Cs that you can have replacement furniture if they miss your order. Didn't get offered that either, but they can launch a new business venture renting furniture? Screw them to hell and back, I'm surprised there isn't a Group Litigation Order for this company. Check the Facebook Group - Angry Sofology Customers... there's A LOT OF US, all with horrible nightmare stories. Eventually I cancelled my order and was offered a full refund. They didn't have a choice in the matter, don't give them a choice either.

The sofa and armchairs springs both snapped within a week, waited months for a replacement then the same thing has happened again! The customer service has been atrocious! Ignoring emails, promising to call back and not following through. It is the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer! They really do not care about the customers
