My account number 86793158 Purchased a bike 14th October Due to Hermes took over 2 weeks to deliver. Received and bike was faulty. The front forks squeeze likely by Hermes. Called Studio to arrange collection around 10 times. Each time Hermes turn up and say box is too big and reject. Each time I ask Studio ensure Hermes know it's a large package. Still I have constantly call Studio to arrange another collection. Ask to speak to a manager and told one will call back and never do. I have 3 open complaints. I would certainly never order a large item through Studio again and be reluctant to spend again with them. The staff are very nice and polite and seem to say and do all the right things on upside. Though Hermes have massively let them down with myself.

Same as most. Ordered my son the ps5 on release day 19th Nov (paid in full. Didn't want a credit account), order confirmation screen and money taken from my account. Phoned 7 days later to check on my order and was told my account is still processing. How I didnt want an acoount? Phoned again 1 week later and was told my account cant process until the item is back in stock on 15th December. Phoned again 10/12/2020 just to check and was told they guaranteed I would receive the ps5 before Christmas. Phoned again today and am now told my account is still processing and there is nothing they can do other than raise the issue. Absolutely shocking how they can do this to people especially around xmas. Now I don't have the console and don't have the money for my son for xmas.

Was able to order a TV to find it is out of stock... been told information is only updated maybe once a week so stock levels are not live. No-one gives correct info apart they are "sorry" and they "understand what I am going through" said I will be notified once the item comes back in stock! I hope the company goes bust

Order personalised role play shop to find when Put together the name is upside down! Arrange a return and reordered stating the issue, received replacement only to find the exact same issue with personalisation. Drill holes are pre drilled so you can’t even turn it around without it looking a mess!! Now trying to sort it again. ☹️

Ordered an Xbox one s they were quick to take my money but still haven't bothered sending the refund back to my account. It is my money and they've no right holding it for whatever reason

Delivery! Ordered a bed 26th November and was to be delivered on it before 2nd December nothing arrived and of course it’s to be delivered by Hermes and on the app it says sending back to sender. Rang up and got them to sort it out so the re sent one apparently and was due to arrive the next couple of days it’s now 13th December and no bed. Phoned again today (13th dec) and they wouldn’t even do anything about it. What a joke!! I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option!!

Absolutely disgusting. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a Sony PS5 on 3 December and paid for it. The Studio account was stating it would be delivered by 18/12/2020. Rang them to confirm the delivery date only to be told I wouldn't be receiving it on the 18th as were all allocated. Why take the payment (£454.98) and not advise me of this. To add insult to injury I was advised it would take 7 days for a refund and I urgently need this money to buy my son another present. Going to have a devastated 12 year old on Christmas morning. Disgusting lack of customer service. Will never purchase from these clowns ever again. I spoke to Studio twice via phone and was told by 2 separate advisors that I would definitely receive a console and not to worry. I also seen on numerous forums that various individuals had ordered later than myself from Studio and had actually received consoles in the last few days. Have received a refund now but that isn't the point. Not impressed. This company should be closed down ASAP.

Didn't receive a dress I bought of them and when I phoned about it I was told that they couldn't find any details of my purchase even though they took my money out of my account. They are a rip off company avoid at all costs

Placed an order took my money immediately, told me my order would take 3-5 days to reach me. however my order has been sat awaiting dispatch for over 10 days. I needed those items for this week. Customer Service cant locate my account despite me providing them my account number. They tell me to be patient it's a busy time of year. I pointed out that Christmas is the same date and month every year so it shouldn't really come as such a suprise to them. I am pretty infuriated by them worst company I have used in a very long time.

Charged me for a faulty item that I returned and then added interested. I reported it as a returned faulty items and have the robot on the phone the courier receipt tracking number. I was charged more interest, a missed payment on my credit score, 4 hour long phone calls and ended up paying for the item in the end as months later the interest was more than the item. Horrendous This company needs closing down

They breached my statutory rights didn't supply my goods, didn't refund me and didn't let me speak to anyone other than call center staff. Raised an official complaint with trading standards and contacted fraud team from my bank..... Avoid at all costs!

The WORST customer "service" I have ever received. Placed an order on 27th Nov and was advised it would be delivered on or before 6th Dec. On the 6th I got an email saying it was delayed and would be delivered on or before 10th Dec. On the 9th I checked my account & the order was still waiting for despatch. I rang them & was further told the item wasn't going to be in their warehouse until 14th Dec & would be delivered on the 19th Dec. If I wanted a refund of £106 it would take 14 days to go back in my account. Without the money I can't buy the child a gift elsewhere so I said I would wait. This morning I have received an email to say the order has been cancelled as they are having issues getting stock in and I would be issued a refund by the 23rd Dec. This leaves me no time to get the gift elsewhere. This was my first time using this company and I will NEVER use them again I would not recommend them at all. I'm going to have one very disappointed child to deal with on Christmas Day thanks to this company incompetence.

This company should be closed down! I believe they may also trade as Ace catalogue as well. Their selling methods and catalogues are very appealing but they will charge you nearly 50% interest on whatever you buy plus if you order items at different times the postage will cost you a minimum of £4.99 each time as well. The goods are not of good quality. I have reluctantly ordered on occasion for family members and each time they have been disappointed with the items.I never order anything for myself. Off the top of my head, over the last 3 years I ordered 3 dolls houses, 2 were broken when open ( all had been Xmas presents), a air cooker that didn't work and most recently a 4 piece nightwear item my granddaughter wanted.The quality is of something chucked together in 5 minutes. Their delivery times can be from anything between 1 to 4 weeks to never. I am trying to stop them sending the catalogue so my family no longer browse it when they see it amongst the post.

Do not bother with this company ordered my mother her Christmas present to get deli to her house. They only put her address but my postcode on the order when I phoned them was told nothing can be done and that I need to phone the delivery company to change it. When I told them it was their job to do that as I was not the sender they refused and hung up. 10 calls later still no joy it’s been nearly 2 months parcel is still showing with delivery company as can’t deliver, studio saying no refund till item is back with them. So I’m ££ down and no item. Stay well clear

Placed an order for a fireplace suite-advertised as delivery within 10 days. It wasn’t even dispatched until two and a half weeks later (after much chasing on my part) then got sent to the wrong courier. Then finally on the day of delivery, the tracking showed it was returned to sender instead of delivered to me. Rang Studio who said there was an issue with my address (I’ve lived here for 11 years, the same company deliver to me regularly) and it would be resent as soon as it arrived at the warehouse and I would have it in 3-7 days. Instead I ordered from another company (who price matched Studio, and delivered 48 hours later) and cancelled the order with Studio, which I was told was done. Studio then refused to refund me until they received back MY return. I pointed out, time and time again, that it wasn’t my return, I had never received the item. Despite that, the courier seemingly managed to lose the tiny 4ft by 4ft parcel and Studio said I couldn’t have my refund until they had investigated where MY return had gone. They refused to even start investigating this until two full weeks later and then it took them a further 3 weeks to recredit the fireplace back to my Studio account. I requested the cash back out of my account (I was in credit on the account) and to close my account. This request was refused several times over the phone due to ‘technical issues’ and was finally agreed and was told the refund would be put back on my card. Now today I get an email saying they can’t close my account as there is a credit on there and I need to phone up again to ask for a refund of that before the account can be closed. Honestly, you couldn’t make up the absolute ineptitude of this company. They have total disregard for consumer law, repeatedly refused to give me details on the dispute resolution process (I have their refusals in writing) and refused repeatedly to give me an address I could issue a court claim to. I have tried using their own complaints process, but receive back generic replies saying they can’t close the account and I have to call up. I call up and get told they can’t deal with it because of technical issues. I tried going through Resolver but they ignore that too. It’s been two months now, I still don’t have my money back. I regret the day I ever ordered from Studio. Honestly, if they were the last retailer on the planet, I wouldn’t buy from them. Absolute waste of time and a headache from the start.

Like many of the other reviews. Order not despatched, now out of stock. Rang to ask for refund - request refused - robotic consultant says they can't cancel and refund payment! Will never use again.

Ordered some Christmas crackers on 2 Dec, still awaiting dispatch on 9 Dec (despite paying almost £5 in postage). I needed them by 12 Dec so will have to cancel, but it's impossible to get hold of anyone. Do not trust this site. I won't be using them again and wish I'd seen these reviews first.
