The customer service at Wal-Mart is the worst I have ever seen. My Wal-Mart in Mohegan Lake NY made four customers including myself wait about 45 minutes for someone to give us items that were locked up in a glass case. When I went to speak to the manager she said they lost the keys. When I asked why didn't anyone come to tell us after waiting for 45 minutes she shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care. she was very rude and gave no appology. Four of us walked right out of the store. I can see why people in this area don't like the store. I think corporate needs to give their staff customer service inservices. I think I will just order online from now on.

Used Walmart.com in the past. Since then there have been three attempts to withdrawn money from my bank account. Each time the Walmart customer service reps would say they removed all my personal information (they call it an online account) but each time it happened my information was in the system.

I have been thinking about this for a while and my mind is made up...I'm going to Albertsons down the street. They may be more expensive but the customer relations to far better. Today I attempted to return some canned food my neighbor bought for me when we were snowed in a couple of weeks ago. I don't consume the type of food she got for me (meat products). I was told that Walmart no longer accepts returns with the exception of exchanging for the same exact item! Why would I do that??!! Why would I even think of buying a canned meat product that I do not consume for the very same meat product that I still won't consume? Apparently, someone at Walmart didn't think this through. Yep, I'm going to Albertsons or even IGA. Bye, Walmart! Obviously, you don't need my business.

Return from a .com order was far more trouble than any savings potential! After 2 online chats, a trip to my local store, 4 phone calls and on three occasions being told the system was down, I may have a resolution. But was told a confirmation e-mail could take a few hours and a credit up to 10 days. Will not hold my breath, was told that for the first time 6 days ago and again today. KEEP NOTES ON EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE.

Never again. I ordered a mobility ramp from Walmart.com. I ordered through them because there was supposed to be 2 day shipping. 7 days and several conversations later,.I have no ramp, and will not have one for another week. I was given a 25 dollar gift card and a voucher for a discount on my next purchase. That does nothing to solve my problem with not having this ramp. I had to go out and buy a ramp to use temporarily so that my husband is able to get into the house when he's released from rehab. Don't promise 2 day delivery if you can't stand by it.

How difficult should a return be? I purchased a TV for the NFL playoffs on January 24th. I had thought it would come that day, no, so I found another TV for the game. I tried to cancel in the afternoon but it was shipped around 9p that night. This is where it begins. I did receive a return label for a store return (box never opened). I had a hired assistant so she and I attempted to return to the store. After driving to the store and waiting- we were advised by the manager that the walmart computers were down and they could do nothing to help (his attitude was a whole other story). I called from the car and shared my experience. I was assured no problem, the USPS carrier would come and get it. I called a second time that day and let them know that I could not print off the label they had as it was oddly encripted. Was told, not to worry, I did not need a label. Waited around the entire morning that Wednesday. Carrier came and said she could not accept without a label- so off she went. Called customer service. They said they would send email a label for the USPS- fine. So Monday, Feb 15th went to the Stuart post office with attached label. My helper and I went and waited in line with the TV. The person at the desk measured the box with her supervisor and said they do not accept packages that size and it should be common knowledge to stores facilitating returns for the customers. I then called Walmart again and shared my information. Customer service via phone told me that them they would send labels. In the meantime the customer service reps via email tried to send me addition 2 USPS labels. They told me to be patient they would manually generate labels. Well- the labels did arrive via the USPS on February 28th- all labels via email and post office were for USPS (a total of 4 labels) It is now March 2nd with me still having the TV. I did reach out via email to voice my frustration about the return procedures. One customer service rep assured me that she talked to the USPS and since the TV is only 18 pounds- no worries. Really??? a 43 inch TV being 18 pounds? I guess the box must be really heavy, regardless- I have stated numerous times USPS will not accept. Most recent conversation on March 2nd with live conversation is that Pilot carrier will pick up next Monday... We shall see. Notes incomplete so am having to retell my issues numerous times. I have been talking to representatives across the country. I have dealt with in store personnel, phone customer service representatives and email. I have spent easily over 8 hours by now just to make what should be a simple return. Case in point.. Read the reviews below.

We ordered a pair of kayaks. 3rd party delivery company, was supposed to be 2/26/21. Didn't arrive. Operator very kind, offered 10% refund, delivery rescheduled to 2/28. Again, never arrived. Operator rescheduled for 3/2/21. Midday, still no communication from 3rd party delivery company. So, called customer service. While the operators are very polite, apparently the left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is actually doing. Walmart self elected to process a new order with yet another freight company for 3/4/21 and that the order would be rushed. It was at this point, I asked if there is any way to have the kayaks delivered to one of their stores. When I asked why that could not be done, the reply was, "That is not possible." So, now I'm on the hook for yet a FOURTH DAY rescheduling and waiting. Honestly, this is a clear example of why I am not a regular Walmart customer.

I signed up for Walmart+ just for grocery delivery. I really enjoyed grocery shopping, and hope to do so again soon, but Id really rather not get into the Covid game. For people considering this for those reasons, there's two things you need to know. 1. Walmart will present having things in stock when according to them, they do not. So every order you make, I will guarantee you something wont make it. I've tried ordering days in advance, and even this doesn't work. Not entirely sure why this is, but it's really, really angering at times. 2. They will lie about screwing up a delivery. On multiple occasions, I've made an order for delivery. You schedule the delivery for a time, so say 5 o'clock. Clock reads 5:30...no delivery. After you jump through any number of hoops to finally get someone on the phone, they will begin with "Well our driver cancelled." Then it's "We've had multiple drivers cancel." Then it's "We've had multiple drivers cancel, and one had to go to the hospital." Right. This is a necessary service for our current day and age. I would even go so far as to say it may very well have saved lives. The moment Covid ends or is under control? Cancel your membership immediately.

I started shopping at Wal Mart to limit my chances of catching COVID. I have been ordering my groceries on line and then just picking them up. Today I went on line to order just like I have been and everything was labeled in store purchase only or the price had been raised so much it was price gouging to say the least. one example would be I have paid $1.74 just last week for Harvest Snaps which are a healthy alternative to chips (they are made from vegetables). Today the cost is $7.99. Amy's All American Veggie Burgers are 4 for $33.99. Jimmy Dean Delights are 12 for $36.59. I guess since Texas survived SNOVID now they are trying to take advantage of us this way. This is insane. A good way to lost customers, to say the least! I did not place an order.

In the last year the Walmart near me has gone completely downhill. Shelves are always empty. Online ordering is a joke. They deliver the wrong order to my home then another order they blocked my front door and I couldn't get out. I had to call my neighbor to please move the groceries so I can open the door thank God there wasn't a fire because I would have been trapped. In in a wheel chair and with the snow I can't get out they the back because of the snow. If you call the store no one ever answers. I have been doing at this store for over 10 years. The only good about the Walmart on Taylor Square is the pharmacy. The pharmacists are wonderful, always helpful and knowledgeable. The techs are great. The pharmacist Jaime and the tech named Saide (not sure if I spelled that correct) are both very helpful. When the scripts were messed up when my Dad was released from the hospital they fixed everything and quick. They know he was diabetic and that his insulin was needed immediately he's an uncontrolled diabetic. His sugar could talk or go thru the roof. All of the other techs and pharmacist Kristen are very good as well. I think the rest of the store should take lessons.

Walmart + membership charged me $98 again in February after I paid the annual fee in January. I would be leery of allowing Walmart to have access to ANY credit card info in the future. I have made 9 phone calls, sent a multitude of emails & chats with no resolution except they canceled my membership and charged me another $12.95 monthly fee. Their representatives are very uninformed and today they told me they can’t return my money or reinstate my membership and that I must call my bank. AVOID WALMART PLUS!

If you plan on returning a big item DON'T PURCHASE AT WALMART.COM it's been nothing but a hassel and headache. The delivery didn't come on time. They were 1 day delay. Time wasting to returning my foam couch. They said they had set a pick up schedule which their customer service never did, cause Fed Ex did not receive their order and Wal Mart never gave me a confirmation order. They did 3 X same mistake. The item has been here for over a 10 days now. Wal mart customer service are incompetent to getting the pick up order right. The supervisor is not responding as well to my call.

Walmart refused to allow a return for a product that was misrepresented. I purchased a fitbit tracker at Walmart that said it was Windows 10 compatible and it isn't. In order to use it you have to have an iphone. It was over 90 days. The package clearly stated Windows 10 and I had purchased a fitbit before, so it never seemed to be an issue. I did wait too long. BUT THE PRODUCT WAS MISREPRESENTED/MISLABELD/FALSE CLAIM Walmart should address this with fitbit - who basically didn't even know it was a problem and until recently their customer service was clueless - but even fitbit doesn't take responsibility for their lie.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WALMART. ordered a bench and they delivered a bed. Did the return on Jan 12 2021, until today, no refund. Called walmart customer service multiple times but they still can't do the refund for some reason. The agents keeps saying to give 48 hrs and does not really know whats going on. Lesson learn, don't buy from walmart because its $20 less 😂.

I ordered 4x6 photo from walmart.com on 16th Jan. In order tracking it showed me photo is printed and delivered to store on 22nd Jan by Fedex. After the estimated date of delivery which is 25th Jan. it started showing delayed on my order. I contacted customer support, they told me to check with store. I went to store, check with pickup and photos department with my order id. Both don't have any clue about my package. I told them name of the person who received order using Fedex tracking id. They said no one with this name works here. I again contacted customer support, they said we will escalate this to store and store will reply back in 24-36 hrs. No reply from store. I again contacted customer support, they kept me on hold to check with store and replied back, store could not find your order. You can consider this as lost by store. My only concern is, those are printed photos of my daughter and it is delivered to store, it should not be misused somewhere. If it's any other order, I would have cancelled it. But how walmart can be so much careless about printed photos ?

Hello, I purchased a mini fridge that was discounted. The box was taped shut so I could not look at it. A sticker was on it that stated "minor flaws". Minor flaws are fine, such as a dents, scratches, discolored. I drove home. This was not my local Walmart so it was further. I open it and the first thing I notice is it is missing the shelf. Then I tried to close it and the door tilts so it would not close. Minor flaws does not mean broken. I went to the Walmart near me without the receipt. A gift card for the value would have been suitable. They refused to take it because the bar code had a black line through it. There was another bar code on the box that worked. I went home and got the receipt. I went back and they still refused to take it back and told me to go back to the original store. With the receipt they would not take it. Missing parts and broken they would not take it. I tried to return it the same day it was purchased. I am disappointed in the customer service. I have always been told you can return to any Walmart with a receipt and since it was not a close distance, accommodations could have been made. I would like to mail this back to you if that is what I have to do. Please provide instructions or have the local Flowood MS store take it back
