Very bad customer service more than 40 hours. My Internet down there, not fix no one answered properly

They people that speak in the phone are so nice and understand you.Even if your stressed or get angry they try calm you down.Ive used loads of broadband providers and xln are the best so far,they don't speak to you like your daft. Id work with this company againj and again Too sum it up they're a 5* company who treats there customers well. Especially Ryan and Ivy has been as godsent, couldn't have done it without yous vxx

I experienced extremely poor service. When I called, I was told to email instead. After emailing, I was directed to chat support. When I attempted to reach them via chat, the wait times were hours long. This process wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.

BIG SCAMMING COMPANIE BE AWARE!!! “Be Careful of Hidden Charges and False Promises I’d really warn anyone thinking about signing up with XLN Telecom. My experience was full of unexpected fees and broken promises. They charged me for insurance that I never agreed to, and when my contract was ending, they didn’t even bother to notify me. No call, no email – nothing. Instead, I got hit with extra charges out of nowhere. BIG SCAMMERS!!!! Their customer service has been awful. Every time I tried to get help, I was either put on hold for ages or just passed around without any real answers. It’s clear they’re more interested in squeezing money out of customers than providing good service. Was also miss led by there adviser that I am fully paid and after 3 months I was sent invoices for £171 after 3 months of closing account. The lady (HAMDA) on the phone was rude when I said I shouldn't be receiving this bill as I spoke to your colleague her reply was then you should clear your payments. In the end some how she managed to reduce the bill to £69. Please be very careful if you’re considering XLN. I wish I had known this before signing up – I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have had identical experience as the above review. When I asked for the money back they stopped the charges but refused to pay back what they took. I asked to stop the service. Then they threatened me with cancellation charges of approximately 500 I am going to complain to trading standards. They don't seem to care when I said to them. Let's see what happens

**Beware of Hidden Fees and False Promises** "I’d caution anyone considering XLN Telecom. I faced unexpected charges, including insurance I never agreed to, and no notice when my contract ended—just surprise fees. Customer service was unhelpful, with endless hold times and no real answers. They seem more focused on profits than service. I wish I’d known before signing up. I wouldn’t recommend XLN to anyone."

I had a profoundly negative experience with a fraudulent company that prevented me from accessing my funds, even after I had paid a considerable sum in liquidation taxes. Fortunately, COVSECLTD*COM came to my aid and helped me retrieve my lost assets.

Shared my data unlawfully with a collection agency, when in fact I was not in debt with them. Charge amounts greater than agreed to direct debits and when you cancel a DD they start slapping on a load of charges. Go elsewhere, these guys are a terrible company.

The wifi is okay bit the invoices are always wrong. Don't believe a word the sales people offer you. Three months on, I am still trying to get reimbursed for the early termination fee charged by my previous internet provider. I signed up to £19.95/month then by month 3 they had added extra's to take the bill to £32. They keep adding on extra's that I haven't agree to and never refund the full amount that has been charged. I wish I had seen these reviews before signing up to XLN.

The call time to get through to connections is exceptionally long. I gave up after 1 hour 15 minutes and another 50 minutes. This was to correct an address error made by the salesperson. When I asked to put in a complaint, they wanted to know my resolution: uhm, reduce the call waiting time! and ensure that customer service operators are trained. to ensure the full correct address is put in. They said that wasn't possible. I had to persuade customer service to take this seriously, and for them to put in the complaint! Really not sure I can put with this. so will be cancelling my order.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Despite cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period, I was still unfairly charged £513. After attempting to resolve the issue with the company, including contacting the CEO, I received little to no help. This entire situation has caused me a great deal of stress and has severely affected my mental health. It’s clear that this company is more focused on taking advantage of its customers than providing honest, fair service. As a small business owner, I expected better support, but instead, I was left feeling ripped off. I will be pursuing legal action and would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Abysmal service: they keep increasing the bill and decreasing the service quality. If you have an issue, good luck getting in touch with some of the clueless drones in the "support team" and I use the term very loosely here: it is more like the "responsibility ping pong team", to be honest (unlike them). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

XLN have made me ill ! I signed up to £22.49pm I have constantly been charged what they call "additional charges" £6pm extra was charged , when I eventually got through they said it was insurance in case something happened to the BT line because BT charge in the region of £150 to come out which is a lie because a customer would not have to pay for a fault in the BT line, they eventually refunded me but only after an extremely exacerbating call, also £5pm was added again after waiting for an hour I was told it was a "care plan" so that I could buy a new router should mine malfunction, as with the insurance charge I had never asked if enquired about anything, I had no need to, also, I was charged over £14pm extra for 4 months before I noticed ( I will explain why) after waiting an hour I was told the monthly charge had increased £5 since Feb, I have NEVER been able to access the app to gain any information about my account so I have never been able to find out what I am being charged for, I argued that I signed up for £22.49 for 2 years and was nit aware of an increase, they said they emailed me; they never, the only email I get is to tell me my invoice is ready but I then cannot access it, they do not offer solutions, the agent fired so many screen shots at me if my invoices for me to read, thus was on my small phone screen , so overwhelming I could not possibly go through them at that point, they sent they voice recordings of when I signed up but surprise surprise they would not play...please people avoid this company, remember hundreds of people do not bother to write reviews as they are so fed up , this has been my worst ever experience with any company in 40years of being in the adult world.

Disgusting company. It took a year and half+ to shake this dodgy company. They refused to let us cancel so many times. Then when they finally did let us cancel. They stole many from our account for months under the false claim that our new company hadn't taken over the line. They refused to refund us any of the money until we sent proof from the other company that they were lying through there teeth. Which we did. Despite all of this, they still haven't returned the money they stole from our family. They have wasted hundreds of hours of ours on the phone. It's clear they hope that we'll give up if they keep wasting our time for long enough. We have chased this matter every week for months (often multiple times in the same week). Absolutely shameful. I hope you're company goes under. But before it does, I WANT MY £238.94 BACK!!!

By far the worst company ever. We had a bad connection from day because they had not sent all the cables, they then over charged us saying we had three connections when we only had two. They solved that but it only lasted a month or two then we were back to being over charged. Go online to contact them and they say use online service so you wait for that just for them to say you need to call, you call and wait forever and get handed around like pass the parcel to be told your wrong. In the end we told them to stick it, accounts rang and after chatting with her she said yes you have been over charged and we owe you a refund! this was in June its now October and we still have not have the refund but they are were kind enough to send us a big bill for leaving the contract early! XLN did not meet their end of the contract by giving us the service we were paying for. No help to sort the issues of the poor connection and no help with sorting the over charging on the account. The are threatening us with debt collection when they cant even refund what they owe us. We paid the last bill when we left for another company but they still keep sending the same invoice for the last payment. They then claim we never gave the ok for the other company to take over even tho I have the email from XLN themselves saying that we had closed the account and moved on. It seems no one there actually knows what they are doing. And as this for this trustpilot five star reviews! according to them XLN are fantastic yet when you google XLN reviews it seems everyone is in the same boat which begs the question who's paid who for these five stars?? XLN also go by the name Daisy. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They cant run a company to save themselves, they don't listen at all, they rip you off and are just flat out useless. Save you're self the money and grief and go with someone else. These people clearly just want to take your money and charge what they want when they want and cant admit when they are the ones in the wrong. They Owe us a refund I bet we never see. WORST COMPANY ! STAY CLEAR.

When I had to buy, they behaved like beggars. After buying I have become a beggar. Average time of responding to telephone is over half an hour. Useless service. Its almost 6 weeks, my cloud service is not updated. Still there sales department is begging me to change my home broadband also. Shameful people. For God sake Don't buy from them. Extremely useless after sales. My new router has not been installed even though their Engineer came. New phone has not been given to me yet, PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE DON'T TAKE FROM THEM After 36 minutes of listening to music I was connected to some one who told me that he can not tell me when when my cloud will get live. He connected to me another team and I am listening to the music again. Unfortunately I can not leave another review in 24 hours. Please wait for another 1day what happens to me. I'll get back tomorrow again. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM Continuing from my previous review. 1 I recieved an email to authenticate my identity. I did that . 2. I got an email that we have received your complaint and will get back to you in 5 working days. Nothing received in 5 days 3. I received a reply on 8th day stating that my Cloud calling will go on live on 30th of September. 4. Nothing went on live on 30th rather my direct debit of almost 150£ was taken instead of £45 5. I listened to the music for almost 40 minutes and got the reply that by mistake they have charged me for Broad band and cloud together and it is 2 months in advance. ( Why should I pay when my service has not been started at all.) It will be debited to my account. 6. To my utter dismay my phone got disconnected leading onto my revenue loss (Can XLN stop their customer service number) We may be small business man but end of the day it is business. 7. I called today and after a music of 20 minutes a gentleman answered my call and when informed, I was told that He will connect me to relevant team. 8. another ordeal started for next 25 minutes with the reply from Kaila, who was not aware of why i was calling. 9. After going through all the security check i was told that threy ? forgot to activate my account. and she is doing it now. 10. Now since my digital telephone set has not been sent, I can not receive calls on any phone and god knows when will it reach. 11. I was told that she will do something and i shall be able to receive calls on my mobile. 12. Nothing done so far. 13. Who is responsible for this? 14. Why I am being charged for the Router/modem when It was not installed by the engineer. 15. Is it not looting ? 16. My cooling period should start from providing me the full service. 17. I feel that I am being victimised by all your employees since I have complained and tried to bring your true face to the public. 18. I am not sure my plight is because my name being asian origin.
