“Was charged with an administrative fee (25% of the value of the goods) just because THEY cancelled the shipment. So basically a fee for doing nothing.
Feels more a scam than a real company.

“This company is a rip off, they was giving me the long round with my package stating that they can't ship my product I told them to cancel and after I told them to cancel they was like oh we can ship your product with another company I was like no I want my order cancel because I don't feel safe with you now, they was like o they will picking your package today and you have to pay more for custom and we create a label, I was like I said to cancel my order and now they was like oh we have to charge you $62 for administration. “Very bad. The worst service ever, after 20 days the shipment was returned without any known reason and during all the process ParcelABC was unable to provide any information whatsoever to the status of the shipment.
I am still waiting that they return the money paid, they even requested an additional amount of 360€ in case taxes had to be paid, and they are not willing to return, just giving excuses to postpone the reimbursement.”

I placed a contract for them to deliver a flexible bath panel from Croatia to Ireland and the cost was €198. The panel was delivered later than the quoted date, but that is not the worst of it.
Then I started receiving emails from ParcelABC claiming that the price should not have been €198 and should have been €640.
They claimed because the panel was not exactly rectangular that they were re-calculating the price.
I provided them with photos showing that the dimensions of the parcel I had provided were correct. I asked them to send me evidence that showed the incorrect dimensions that their delivery company was claiming.
They refused to send me any evidence showing the size of the parcel they are claiming for and simply said that their transport provided does not make mistakes. Then they began sending me emails from their lawyer saying they would report my business as committing fraud which would damage the credit rating of our company… unless I paid the extra money. This company judging from reviews used to be good up until 2022. But in the past few months, they are receiving many many bad reviews.
They have now sent me an email claiming that I now owe them over €900.
Beware… this company is not to be trusted.”
“I had to correct the weight on my parcel, they said they needed to cancel my order and I would need to place another order.
I asked for a refund, they send an email telling me I have a credit, I already asked 3 times for a refund on my credit card, now they don't answer my request, I was ready to place another order, but I don't appreciate someone holding my money to force me to do business with them. This is not the way to gain customers.

“worst company ever - selected UPS through Parcel ABC , package from 600 euros value- received confirmation of pickup the next day(Friday) and the UPS shipment label direct upon payment. Someone called my contact the sender on Friday and arranged to come Monday instead of Friday. They came and picked up the package on Monday. P.ABC send me notices through the website account asking was the package picked up. I did not log in directly so noticed this the next week when looking to see status. I took contact with them and they said they have no proof UPS picked it up . I had told them my sender told me it was postponed until Monday and yes they picked it up. We are now 3 months later and they keep saying UPS needs proof of pickup for a claim. Well UPS does not give documents when they pick up packages. My shipper said someone came and picked it up on Monday and when asking further details he mentioned Post Finland came a picked it up. Parcel ABC has been lying to me for the last 3 months saying they will open up the case with UPS again and give them further info.. I have called UPS 3 times today only to be told P.ABC already received the shipping costs back because there was never a pick up , but even better yet , UPS told me Parcel ABC never even arranged with UPS the pick up from my customer , so UPS has never received a pick up order . So the only people who know the phone number and address of my shipper is P.ABC and they are the only ones who could have sent someone to my senders location to pick up the package. As UPS order has insurance I did not purchase further insurance from Parcel ABC , so they seem to wash their hands of the order saying you did not buy insurance form us and why would I , I was insured by UPS........ The error lies in the fact that Parcel ABC did not send UPS but sent Posti Finland to pick up the package ,they messed up the order and sent the wrong shipping company to pick up my parcel which they will not admit and hide behind the fact UPS is asking for proof of pickup , well the proof is that my sender said it was picked up . Now they say they will not refund my shipping costs either because I have no proof of pickup . This is how idiot these people are , I am asking for my shipping costs back from them because they tell me they did not provide the service so what does that have to do with proof of pick . Well that is how stupid they are because I am saying if you did not pick up my package then why should i pay for the shipping . They are really Liars and thieves and hide behind UPS to cover up their internal incompetencies , and do not stand behind their company , their product , their employees or their complete incompetency in picking up and order . They continue to lie and state they will follow up with UPS and never come back to me with info , only unless I ask for an update when they know that they are really not doing anything to resolve this as they know they are the ones who truly screwed up they order and lost my product with a value of 600 euros.
This company has not respect for their customers , the people who pay their bills as well as their salaries and keep them employed . Very shameful behaviour.”
“Slow non-competent customer support, non-transparent billing.
My parcel stuck at customs without a chance to pass a clearance process and was returned to a transport company as soon as it was understood. ParcelABC's representative wasted more than 2 weeks, convincing me that the problem, encountered during clearance process, was fully solved and the parcel would be delivered to its destination, which turned to be opposite. The parcel was almost abandoned after elapsing 1 month in customs' temporary storage (the rule imposed by the customs). Ultimately, when the return was acknowledged by ParcelABC, they asked me to pay 4 times more intial contract price to ship the parcel back without any invoice officially stated (they asked me to fulfil my balance on their website).
After charging the requested sum the process moved no further. I have no idea where the parcel is and can't get estimated time of return from their customer support.

“Sent parcel, which included a hand written long letter and a handicraft thing, as well as hard-to-get thing. The pick up was on time and problem-free. I specified in the order, that the receiver will not be at home on specified time, but this was not included on the label or order. I got tracking number and 2 days later the order was "delivered", but clearly not even in that country, as the delivered country code was DE, while I sent it to Netherlands. Wrote 5 emails and 3 messages - no response. What the $$$ and how one can behave like that is beyond my understanding.

“Parcelabc is an ABSOLUTE joke. STAY CLEAR!
1. Parcel got booked 8 days in advance. Parcelabc missed 2 collection days. I had to chase them every day.
2. On their website, they supply completely inccorrect documentation for an export parcel. They supply immegration documents and not parcel documents.
3. They insist on 50 Pound upfront payment in case there is a import duties on your parcel. But when the parcel arrives and import duties have to be paid, they request payment from the receiver? So what is the use of paying Parcelabc the 50 Pound in advance to cover this very scenario?
4. Parcelabc makes use of UPS in any case, so better to just pay a bit more and work directly with UPS.
5. Don't waste your time calling them. The telephone numbers are never operational.
6. Also don't think you will get a discount or refund. They refuse point blank, regardless of how poor their service was.
STAY CLEAR!!!!
7. As you can see from my screenshot, it took 25 messages back and forth with their Helpdesk to get one parcel delivered. Poor show chaps.. poor show”
