“Rather book directly with the courier service
It works ok until you have a problem with your shipment, then you are going to have the worst experience.. Because you havent booked directly with the courier service. In fact ParcelABC would be account holder who has placed your order with the courier service, so when you contact the courier because your parcel has arrived smashed to pieces, they cant help you, you have to deal with ParcelABC who will drag the process on for months. Do yourself a favour and just book directly with the courier service, SERIOUSLY.”
“Terrible company, been fighting 2 and half months now to receive a refund for a shipment they failed to send. Avoid at all cost, just compare the shipping cost of different couriers yourself to save the headache. After 80 or more emails I was able to receive a refund for the shipment fee, but to this date they still haven't refunded the advance payment which was supposed to be for customs clearance. Obviously there's no customs clearance fees as the parcel was never even picked up and now they are not refunding the advance payment for the customs clearance. I'm moving this over to a lawyer very soon.”

“I regret not reading the reviews before using this company. This company is a big Scam and should be avoided at all cost. First, they didn't come collect the shipment because they didn't schedule for collection. And when I asked for my refund said they would keep 30 euros for admin fees. I decided to continue with them ( worst mistake). Almost 3 weeks later they asked for me to sign another document because they previously sent an old one. The new document was asking for my bank details. When I asked for clarification they cancelled the shipment. Now they say it will take another month to process my refund ( hopefully I also won't have to hire a lawyer just to get my refund). And I still don't have my parcel. Please avoid”
“This was the WORST experience of customer service I have ever received. Firstly, they told me I had to pay 30% import tax at the moment of sending my parcel (this does not happen usually with other providers such as FedEx or DHL) so I paid this amount in good faith, secondly they told me that they had miscalculated the original quote and I needed to pay DOUBLE to ship my parcel (this was already one week later than the original pick-up date). At this point I cancelled my order and they promised a full refund, however it has taken over 2 MONTHS to receive my refund and in the end I only managed to because I got my bank and a lawyer involved. THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY and it makes me seriously doubt the legitimacy of any positive reviews. Really unhappy with the whole experience and stress caused. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”
“This company is a scam, there is no phone to talk to someone, they take a long time to communicate by mail, they make things very difficult for you, I had to delay my plane twice and pay for that, I had to cancel the order, they told me that they would return the money and they would keep 25% and that would take 10 days to enter in my bank, I have been a month and I still do not receive the money, I spoke to them and they told me that they already deposited it, I asked them for proof of the refund and I am still waiting.”
“Scam instead of delivery.
I submitted a shipment request including exact dimensions & weight. Made a payment. And they started telling me that the package is too small for their label (a regular mobile phone box). So I should pay 25% more for delivery due to a bigger sizing.
This was said after I had been waiting all day for the courier. I tried to argue and discuss the issue with support. But the lady on the other side of the display answered once/max. twice a day in the late evening.
Finally I asked to cancel the order, they just said I'll pay 25% fee for the cancellation.

“This company is a rip off, they was giving me the long round with my package stating that they can't ship my product I told them to cancel and after I told them to cancel they was like oh we can ship your product with another company I was like no I want my order cancel because I don't feel safe with you now, they was like o they will picking your package today and you have to pay more for custom and we create a label, I was like I said to cancel my order and now they was like oh we have to charge you $62 for administration. “Very bad. The worst service ever, after 20 days the shipment was returned without any known reason and during all the process ParcelABC was unable to provide any information whatsoever to the status of the shipment.
I am still waiting that they return the money paid, they even requested an additional amount of 360€ in case taxes had to be paid, and they are not willing to return, just giving excuses to postpone the reimbursement.”
“Beware of this company!
I placed a contract for them to deliver a flexible bath panel from Croatia to Ireland and the cost was €198. The panel was delivered later than the quoted date, but that is not the worst of it.
Then I started receiving emails from ParcelABC claiming that the price should not have been €198 and should have been €640.
They claimed because the panel was not exactly rectangular that they were re-calculating the price.
I provided them with photos showing that the dimensions of the parcel I had provided were correct. I asked them to send me evidence that showed the incorrect dimensions that their delivery company was claiming.
They refused to send me any evidence showing the size of the parcel they are claiming for and simply said that their transport provided does not make mistakes. Then they began sending me emails from their lawyer saying they would report my business as committing fraud which would damage the credit rating of our company… unless I paid the extra money. This company judging from reviews used to be good up until 2022. But in the past few months, they are receiving many many bad reviews.
They have now sent me an email claiming that I now owe them over €900.
Beware… this company is not to be trusted.”
