WARNING !!! This is courier company you should not trust, communication is slow and only via email, customer support is bad and when issues happens they do not reply, when asked a refund they take 25% for administrative fees and 21 business days to refund your money.

This is a fraud!! Don’t EVER used them. My parcel has not arrived until now ( 6 months already) and no reason giving. They never update anything, do not give any refund even I purchase insurance on top of it. ITS A SCAM ITS A SCAM ITS A SCAM!!!

The worst! So disappointing that someone chose to send me a parcel internationally with this disgrace of a company. Absolutely zero communication and my parcel has not arrived over 14 days later! I’d give them negative stars if possible. DO NOT USE!

Parcel abc to avoid Extra invoice charge after service Extra invoice charge after service May 2022 They sent you extra charges when after courier pick up found the package dimension or weight differ from what I input, but not notify or given me proof on actual day during pick up. You should notify me before processing and not collected the parcel. They just expect you to pay and agree whatever the amount they tell you, which was ridiculous. Their parcel lawyer (neil) sent me rude unprofessional emails and tried to scare you with words. Doesn’t know how to deal with customers whatsoever! To avoid in anyway!! It's a kind of UNFAIR and POOR service, indeed!!! Never again to use this courier.

They promised to refund the service they did not fulfill, right after I wrote my review. It has taken more than one month and nothing has happened. They are late to answer, and they excuse themselves, saying FedEx didn't refund them. Sorry, but I didn't buy a label with FedEx, but with Parcel ABC!! Don't do business with them, total fraud! User's recommendation: NEVER BUY HERE!

I already deleted my negative comment about this company once, because an employee was whining about it, and he promised that he would help me with a refund, but I won't delete this feedback now. I know that an Michał who is very close to the boss will respond and explain that their company provided service for me, which is nonsense. They will also say that I am rude and not nice to them :D Let me explain. I purchased their service, shipping a parcel from Spain to England. Their system was so unclear that I accidentally asked the sender to take the parcel to the courier point. Unfortunately, the company from Spain did not agree to this. So, I urgently started writing messages and calling their 3 phone numbers to change the way their courier collects the parcel. After a whole day of unsuccessful contact with them, I wrote a message saying that I’m cancelling their service and to refund my money. They also ignored this message and did not withdraw the sticker which is accidentally used by a company from Spain (they passed it on to the UPS new courier). In the meantime, I purchased service from UPS - They picked up the parcel and delivered it to my address. I paid for their service separately. Unfortunately, PARCEL-ABC does not want to give me money for the service because the sender apparently UPS used their sticker, which should not be valid, and that they did the service for me :D Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. This company is not honest, they only reply when they have an interest in it. completely unorganized company, it's just a mess.

The worst experience of all The worst experience of all! They charge a lot, never take accountability of the process nor of the outcome. Literally they do nothing to help, and they are not willing to refund if their service is not even done! NEVER SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM, IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!

Rather book directly with the courier service It works ok until you have a problem with your shipment, then you are going to have the worst experience.. Because you havent booked directly with the courier service. In fact ParcelABC would be account holder who has placed your order with the courier service, so when you contact the courier because your parcel has arrived smashed to pieces, they cant help you, you have to deal with ParcelABC who will drag the process on for months. Do yourself a favour and just book directly with the courier service, SERIOUSLY.

Terrible company, been fighting 2 and half months now to receive a refund for a shipment they failed to send. Avoid at all cost, just compare the shipping cost of different couriers yourself to save the headache. After 80 or more emails I was able to receive a refund for the shipment fee, but to this date they still haven't refunded the advance payment which was supposed to be for customs clearance. Obviously there's no customs clearance fees as the parcel was never even picked up and now they are not refunding the advance payment for the customs clearance. I'm moving this over to a lawyer very soon.

ESTAFAAAA!!!! NO LO CONTRATES, perderás tiempo y dinero, son unos informales que no cumple y luego ponen excusas para no resolver nada y se dejan tu dinero. Definitivamente es una empresa que debería ser sancionada por incumplimiento contractual. Y multada por el organismo de defensa del consumidor. Haré mi denuncia en los organismos correspondientes. I regret not reading the reviews before using this company. This company is a big Scam and should be avoided at all cost. First, they didn't come collect the shipment because they didn't schedule for collection. And when I asked for my refund said they would keep 30 euros for admin fees. I decided to continue with them ( worst mistake). Almost 3 weeks later they asked for me to sign another document because they previously sent an old one. The new document was asking for my bank details. When I asked for clarification they cancelled the shipment. Now they say it will take another month to process my refund ( hopefully I also won't have to hire a lawyer just to get my refund). And I still don't have my parcel. Please avoid

This was the WORST experience of customer service I have ever received. Firstly, they told me I had to pay 30% import tax at the moment of sending my parcel (this does not happen usually with other providers such as FedEx or DHL) so I paid this amount in good faith, secondly they told me that they had miscalculated the original quote and I needed to pay DOUBLE to ship my parcel (this was already one week later than the original pick-up date). At this point I cancelled my order and they promised a full refund, however it has taken over 2 MONTHS to receive my refund and in the end I only managed to because I got my bank and a lawyer involved. THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY and it makes me seriously doubt the legitimacy of any positive reviews. Really unhappy with the whole experience and stress caused. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is a scam, there is no phone to talk to someone, they take a long time to communicate by mail, they make things very difficult for you, I had to delay my plane twice and pay for that, I had to cancel the order, they told me that they would return the money and they would keep 25% and that would take 10 days to enter in my bank, I have been a month and I still do not receive the money, I spoke to them and they told me that they already deposited it, I asked them for proof of the refund and I am still waiting.

Scam instead of delivery. I submitted a shipment request including exact dimensions & weight. Made a payment. And they started telling me that the package is too small for their label (a regular mobile phone box). So I should pay 25% more for delivery due to a bigger sizing. This was said after I had been waiting all day for the courier. I tried to argue and discuss the issue with support. But the lady on the other side of the display answered once/max. twice a day in the late evening. Finally I asked to cancel the order, they just said I'll pay 25% fee for the cancellation.
