“I used to be very happy with Pet Circle but just got annoyed as they have requested all the information about my pet, otherwise I could not purchase. I am clearly searching for other providers. The personal details of my pet are personal and in my opinion pet circle does not have the right to request it, independently of what they put in their privacy policy.”

I am very disappointed that Pet Circle has not sent me the medium-sized PAWS FOR LIFE BOLSTER MAT GREY.
I sent a few emails to Pet Circle re. The wrong size MATT that I received & do not receive the correct Medium Size MATT up to date Friday 5 April 2024.
Is anyone at the PET CIRCLE can rectify the problems & send me a medium-sized MATT as soon as possible.
Also, please pick up the TWO WRONG SIZE MATT BACK TO PET CIRCLE.
Please reply before 10 April 2024.
If you do not have medium size MATT, please refund the money to me - ok?

“Extremely poor customer service. I updated my address as i had moved. I placed an order for over $200 as I have done many times in the past. They delivered it a week ago to my old address. Unfortunately you can’t ring them so each day I have received an email from someone who has not read the email trail, including the management team. They are blaming me for not updating my account and a week later my problem has not been resolved.”
“I have been a customer of Pet Circle for many years. They have always been quick with delivery and very competitive in pricing. I did a big order for my cavoodle of 13 years and 9 months a week ago. However due to unforeseen circumstances, my beloved pet had to be put down 2 days after the order was placed.. The order arrived the next day. I called Customer Service and explained the circumstances, asking if I could return the goods ( still boxed). The lady on the phone was very sympathetic and said they would send me a refund and to donate the goods to someone else or to a dog shelter.

“I have been a Pet Circle customer for several years and have always been very happy with their service.
Recently I ordered treats and Zion's 4cyte granules for his Arthritis.
Unfortunately Zion's health declined rapidly after his recent diagnosis (lumbar myelopathy)
Zion couldn't walk at all and lost his capacity andcwe had to take the difficult decision to set him free (as we couldn't watch him in that state and suffer in pain).
The day we set him free, I received my order from the Pet Circle. I was so distressed when I saw the parcel as the pain of losing my beloved boy was so raw and I didn't know what to do with it.
I rang Pet Circle and asked whether I could return the parcel and get a refund.
The staff was so kind and understood my plight and offered a refund. I was willing to send it back but she said I can donate it to anyone and that she doesn't want me to go through the hassle of returning the parcel as I already have enough on my plate.
This was such a humanely gesture and level of customer satisfaction increased beyond measure.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and thank Pet Circle for this kind gesture.”

“I had a flea and tick product on order and it never arrived. When I followed up, they investigated and advised my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock, but hadn't bothered to give me a refund or even let me know! The customer service guy re-ordered it for me again, however it was cancelled again. I received a refund this time.
Then I ordered a snuffle mat for my dog, and after 2 weeks when it hadn't arrived, I followed up only to be told the courier hadn't delivered it and couldn't find it. I was offered a refund or the mat to be resent. By now the mat was on sale for half the price, so I should have asked for the refund and then re-ordered it, because I never got a a partial refund. I understand its their policy but its not my fault things I order don't arrive and I have absolutely zero contact from Pet Circle until I have to do all the follow up. Very frustrating.”
“I am blown away by their compassion and generosity as I recently lost my fur baby and an auto delivery was in transit, I contacted Pet Circle to see if we could stop the delivery and they refunded the full amount of my order and when the delivery still arrived they told me to donate it to my local shelter then to top it off I received a card offering condolences from them. Recently I have had to contact customer service and I did this through the chat room I can only say that they are the most reliable and efficient staff I have ever dealt with and credit where credit is due my query was handled efficiently and my product was in mail 2 hours after our chat so to you people out there complaining about this company maybe it may have more to do with your attitude than anything else I would imagine that people working in customer service would sometimes no doubt have to deal with some stressful situations with peoples attitude when they are blamed for things beyond their control just remember it costs nothing to treat people with respect and after dealing with them in past day via chat room they deserve a huge thank you for a job well done and all my respect to each and every one of them

“Totally blown away with the service from Pet Circle. As a first time customer I ordered xs outdoor boots for my cavoodle but they were too small. I contacted Petstock straight away and even though it was a public holiday they responded and two days later another size small boots arrived. Didnt ask for the other boots to be returned so are passing them on to a friends smaller dog. The boots will take Jindy a little while to get used to but they will definetely help when travelling in the outback to protect her paws. Definintely recommend.”
