After one month and a lot of emails,calls Rehlat is not refunding my money, and the customer service is very rude and no one helps.
This company scam me,I booked a flight from Rehlat, the payment was successful, and the deducted the amount they mentioned in the email that the ticket will be sent in 10 minutes after 30 minutes I didn't receive anything, I call them and they say we will send you the ticket within a minutes I wait 2 hours and the didn't send the ticket, I called again and the give me same lies. After 6 times, I called them, and they said they will send tickets early morning, they called me at 5 AM, and they said the flight all booked and there are no seats available,they give me option to book with another airline but I should pay more I Sed I will not pay mor because it is not my mistake you should booked for me before the flight complete, the employee Bassem Saeed who called me after I no agree with his opinion he closed the phone in my face, I called again the customer service start to shut at me and threatened me, I called again and again the closed the phone in my face, I went to their office in Dubai to get help and sort out my problem, the security of the building said they only rent the space and no one works he the never come here it closed all the time, and many people coming daily with same problem that the get scammed. And now I want to refund my money but no one from Rehlat helped me. Don't book from Rehlat because they just take money. Please be careful. I don't want anyone to experience the same what I had.”

“Rehlat increased the prices of our already booked hotel (aravi Hotel in Dubai) a day before our check-in i.e. 18th Feb 2024. We cancelled it and asked for refund. More than 3years and until now I didn’t received my money, when they ask to rebooked my ticket I immediately pay for additional, when they totally cancelled my flight they said they will refund. Every time I call them seems like the scenario are scripted same reason they are telling. Please don’t take the money that we work hard to earn and saved. “BIG SCAMMERS @Rehlat! It's not only a bas service, but also they steal your money!!! We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them!!! Do not use them, it is a scam, we are truing to take legal actions. Rehlat is a scam company. I booked a hotel at Koh Kradan in May 2023 and paid directly. 5 montessori later in october they sent a mail salong due to technical problems the rom is cancelled and that I Will get a refund. Now in january 2024 I still have not got my money back. I have emailed them overall 50 Times and the reply is automatically generated with the same content bla bla bla. I sure have learned a ledsen and I Will spread the Word.”

Meanwhile the cancellation section wasn't working on the site and I had to do everything via email, since November 28th I've already sent 10 emails and called twice they always reply to wait because they have problems making refund payments etc. (copy paste message).
