“ I changed delivery date, which was confirmed by Yodel, there was no tracking available and no delivery, i changed date and address which they again confirmed, but still no tracking and no delivery, when I phoned automated service, because you will never ever speak to a human! It confirmed it had my date and address changes and would be with me soon, this went on for 4 days!! I phoned very who my order was with, and they found out from Yodel that they were not going to deliver the parcels now and I would have to go to depot and pick them up!! I am livid by now, but very said to cancel order and then reorder, and they are coming tomorrow, I just hope it's not Yodel. ”
