“ They are late with deliveries, have missed returns collections and once tried to deliver an item and didn't know how to open a gate and just drove off. Surprisingly dreadful in comparison to other delivery companies. ”

“ I then got a phone call 2 hours later to say it was in the depot and I could go and collect it I went down to collect it and again one of the parcels had exploded in the bag but this time it was so bad everything was soaking wet from the Makeup remover water with oil in it, all the clothes are ruined and I can’t even send the stuff back due to the papers for the returns were soaked through, all of the packages were soaked through that you couldn’t even pick anything up, Yodel don’t even seem the care. ”
