RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!! Booked a lodge in Peak District via Hoseasons for 7 days in July 2018 and paid £500 and now want to book again for 7 days in July 2020. Been monitoring the £835 price for 2-3 weeks as I feel its expensive. Checked today and the price shows its been reduced from £985 to £939!!! Complete BS!!! Booked a number of lodges via Hoseasons but now I’m questioning their integrity and trust! Scammers, Liars and Cheaters!!!

I will never book with hoseasons again! I’ve sent recorded delivery letters no response! Emails no response! even took photos of how long me and my wife have been on phone and sent them through email no response! We have done everything we can to get our money back due to covid, we are now going to take them to court for our money back and time and stress we have had due to them not replaying to us! This is the worse company ever and I will never use them again! Ps anyone else going though the same make sure you have got you take photos of the time you have waited on the phone and keep all emails letters etc.... Update they have picked up the phone today Wednesday 10th June 2020 after waiting hour & half.

ZERO STAR!!!! What a absolutely disgusting company you turned out to be!!! 20years plus we have booked with you NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!! Same has most of the people who booked with you this year. Refusing to reply to umpteen E.mails we have sent, not answering calls months of trying. Funny that since all the brillant FAKE,FAKE reviews get straight through!! Your kidding no one Hoseasons it's just making you look more ridiculous and dishonest if that's even possible were not fools. Dealing with bank now to get our money back, wasting no more time with you. People realise what a dishonest, uncaring company you are you should be ashamed of yourselves but doubt that. Will look elsewhere to book holidays from now on!!

I see they are still posting fake reviews on Trustpilot. I have to say that this rating of 2.21 going down must be to cancel out the ficticious 54% ( an absolute load of 60ll0cKs) they have posted on Trustpilot. Must be in their final death throw. They are now in contempt of court for no funding the full amount the court awarded me to be paid in full by 13th May (close of business). Their Customer operations manager admitted to the charges made against them, and agreed to pay the full amount by 13th May. Hoseasons still owe me £380.00 plus interest dating back to 13th May. I have notified the courts as this in effect disrespect to the Small Claims Court and to me who was once a loyal customer! DO not accept vouchers or re bookings from these people. They will screw your money out off your hands and think nothing of it. They really are vile and nasty company lead by yellow spineless directors who keep their heads all under the parapets and let their office clerks do their dirty work for them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

hoseasons cancelled my april break 2020 and refused to refund my money. i have been forced to book a break in 2021 that i dont want or loose my money. disgusting company. i will never book with these thieves again.

HOSEASONS? TRUSTPILOT REMOVED THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THEAY DON’T WANT CUSTOMERS TO KNOW THE TRUTH! CONTEMPT OF SMALL CLAIMS COURT RULING AND FAKE 5 STAR “invited” REVIEWS! Dear MS BROWN,CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER. I see the daily propoganda has been completed again, efficient? No!, Good service! No, Efficient? No!. Why would anyone who has been passed from pillar to post, been lied to, ignored, spoken to as if they are as stupid as you seem to think we are give you five stars? What an absolute load of “ K79P” All are fabricated 5 star responses, I flag them all now because they are all invited ‘you scratch back and I will scratch yours’ rubbish! Here are your true customer ratings , hidden behind all of the spin on your website! You can fool some of the people all of the time but not all of the people all of the time, the same names keep cropping up in batches! The comments are now one liners, in desperation to falsely elevate your customer ratings! (all the same grammatical and spelling errors, if you are going to cheat at least do it convincingly!). Perhaps all of your customers should look at the comments on your other review website which are all one star to get a more honest picture of where you really stand? My Review pointing out there recent contempt of court has now been removed from Trustpilot. They are a nasty Devious company who will stop to any level to cheat and not pay their customers back as required by the Consumer Rights act. It is about doing the right thing here. Don’t let these swindlers get away with daylight robbery!

They are in contempt of court for not paying the full sum they agreed to through the small claims court system. I have pointed this out to them and one of their ‘clerks’ is refusing to pay this. They honestly think the law does not apply to them. I have reported the failure of their customer services manager Ms Brown to do as she agreed to in the court judgement to refund me £1900 by 13th May, to the small claims court and await their response. The Trustpilot site is full of fake 5 star reviews, why would someone who is disappointed, has been ignored, lied to, and spoke to as if they are an idiot give them a five star review. I notice that five star reviews are few and far between on this site! The once mighty Hoseasons is now sinking to new low levels, is this due to the American Corporate office, because they obviously have no regard whatsoever for repeat customers such as myself who have used them for many years. A bunch of spineless directors steering a rudderless ship... Watch this space, I can’t wait to see how they try to get out of this one, but it won’t be with my help after the low down shabby treatment I have received from them!

Never: answer the phone, answer an email, answer a DM Weeks I have spent trying to communicate with a human being. I shall now cancel my £1500 booking and never use this lot again.

5 emails and 17 attempts of calling over around 6 weeks - no response. Eventually replied after date of holiday booking but said we would not be able to have a refund but only a voucher which we had to decline due to pregnancy. Same pattern currently recorded for a second short break we had booked this weekend - no reply to emails or messages via facebook as suggested - it has been another 3 weeks. Really sad that a business has responded like this. I worked in travel for 5 years and have used Hoseasons a number of times, sadly now I would neither recommend them to customers or book with anyone associated with them. An absolute nightmare - echoed by a fellow travel consultant who has been trying to help his customers and said Hoseasons have been the worse of all companies regarding refunds.

Don't reply to email, can't get through on phone . Online booking management , a waste of time , all it lets you do is pay money and add to your holiday. You should be able to cancel on line , if your unable to go , but oh know they don't want you to do that. So they make it as hard as possible , and delay as long as long as possible so you owe them more money by the end . Won't be booking no more , so in the end they have lost more money through short sightedness.

We were supposed to be on holiday this week but due to the pandemic situation (like many others) it was cancelled and an evoucher automatically issued. Due to my husband being furloughed and the financial difficulty that has caused we have been trying to get the money refunded for over a week now. We have requested call backs using the manage booking system no one ever phones, we have tried ringing many times only to be on hold for hours or to get cut off. We have always used hoseasons to book lodge holidays for our family but never will again and nor will any of our wider family. We will be requesting a charge back and suggest others do too.

My holiday has been cancelled for the 2nd time and I’m currently still waiting for someone to call me about my refund, IF they actually let me have one this time. I used to think Hoseasons was a good company but I would never book with them again, the way they’ve handled the COVID-19 situation and treated their customers is appalling. I’ve been booking holidays with them for almost 5 years now and I will not be using them again after this. I understand all companies have been struggling, but to outright refuse refunds to customers and force them to rebook or lose money during this horrible pandemic is disgusting, everybody as a whole is struggling to survive, especially those of us that have been furloughed. I was a very loyal customer to them for years until now.

If only there was a minus score!! Was due to travel on 31st May, but was cancelled just days before. I’ve tried to contact them by phone, email and Facebook messenger. Eventually got a response on FB, but they refused to discuss a refund and then stopped responding to my messages again. They told me to phone them - what a joke!! It’s impossible to get through by phone and the calls are chargeable. I will never use Hoseasons again as they are nothing but common thieves who have forgotten that this crisis is temporary and that thousands of customers will now never book with them again. They will end up going bust, and rightly so - they are a disgrace 😡😡

40% of reviewers recommend Hoseasons! Having a laugh aren’t we? Not exactly "Best in class" performance is it? A little bit of basic free consultancy for your Management Team, lets face it, you really need some help in the “Quality Department”. If you ever survive this mess you have created for yourselves, you should consider putting in Customer Service Training classes , starting with your Directors, then if you have any resources left consider going for an accredited ISO9001: 2015 standard Certificate, if any of the registrars will take you on! This is what is known as being extremely economical with the truth! and that is putting it politely. Lets face it, 2.21 out of 5 is an absolutely darned appalling performance (and that is if you believe the score!!!!) ASA will look into this I am sure. Your shareholders should be asking the “Board” some serious questions.... It must have taken a real effort to get such a low score, most companies would achieve 3.5 out of 5 with absolutely no idea of basic Quality concepts! So what does that say about the Hoseasons ‘Empire?’ Best-in-class companies make complete, on-time deliveries (of goods and/or services) in 98 percent of cases, compared to 88 percent among average companies. They keep to their own internal schedules 95.4% of the time, vs. 88.4% for others. And they're 2.5 times more productive than their competitors. 17 May 2018 Now does that sound like the sort of company we have been battling with over the last 2 months ? I would say most definitely not!
