I ordered a ninja AF500uk on the 1st of April to be delivered on the 9th and after being told so many different things. No stock and no idea when they are going to supply my air fryer. But they are still selling it on the website for £70 more than I paid so it looks like that new orders are still being taken out yet I don't get one . If you are thinking of ordering anything please make sure they have some in stock

On January 31, 2025 I purchased a Maytag washing machine from Appliance Direct, located at 1532 Nova Road in Daytona Beach, Florida. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the washing machine was found to be in a non-working condition. While the unit successfully powered on, it failed to perform its primary function—washing clothes. Appliance Direct scheduled a third-party service provider, RR Appliance Services, Inc., to inspect the unit. After a thorough diagnostic test, the technician confirmed that the washing machine was inoperable. The diagnosis revealed multiple error codes, indicating both hardware and software damage. During the inspection, the technician also mentioned that Appliance Direct receives the highest number of repair calls compared to other vendors. Due to the fact that I was delivered a defective and inoperable unit, I requested a full refund. However, instead of honoring my request, Appliance Direct opted to provide me with a replacement of the same model. In an effort to escalate my concerns, I submitted a written grievance to the district office of Appliance Direct. Despite this, I never received a response via phone or email. After making two follow-up calls to the store, I was finally informed that my case was under review. The lack of professionalism and failure to properly address my concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. Based on my encounter, I would never recommend Appliance Direct to anyone. Instead, I strongly suggest purchasing appliances from reputable retailers such as Home Depot or Lowe’s, where customers can expect better service and accountability. Due to Appliance Direct’s poor handling of this matter, I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to document this issue.

Cooker went wrong one month after warranty, and anyone would expect a cooker to last more then that amount of time, couldn't even speak to anyone about it as the phone service tells you via automated service nothing they can do, which is nonsense. No speaking to anyone or discuss options, nothing. A cooker should last more than 13 months. Awful customer service, if you can even call it that.

Really poor service, I would not recommend. I purchased a Karcher K5 pressure washer in the sale before Christmas at what was a competitive price. It was either shipped damaged or broken by DPD in transit I could not tell (the box was fully strapped when I received but could have been damaged by either party). Applications Direct were good at arranging collection before Christmas but I had to chase after Christmas for an update and was eventually told that they did not have any more in stock and did not know if they were going to get any more in. I said that I was happy to wait as during the time all of this was going on as it had now gone up in price from the other resellers I could have used. After a number of emails, I was told we don't know if we will ever resell it again, so I had to take a refund as they had nothing comparable or better that they could offer. Under 2 weeks later it's on resale again. They were quick to refund but that was not the point. What happened to looking after your customer, that is not quality support. The company I work for an many more would have done the right thing.

Ordered a radiator and valves which I paid excres for a Saturday delivery on, the vales came on Saturday with DPD and the radiator came with APC on Monday, not only a waste of money paying or the Saturday delivery but I had to turn away my plumber who was fitting it on the Saturday, i phoned asking for at least a refund on my delivery fee and I haven’t even had that back.

I ordered Samsung s24 ultra, (on 22nd Dec) with charged delivery which was guaranteed for 24th Dec. (as it was a christmas present) as it was the only company offering that. I recieved few calls from the team to sell me additional insurance but they had no clue for delivery. Had recieved email that it was delayed and will be 27th Dec. I did try calling them and emailing, they mentioned as it is "drop Shipment" they cannot track. As part of the order it does not state that. Appliances direct needs to take full responsibility for the product. No clue when the item will be delivered. called customer service team, useless advisor and manager, 1 and half hour wasted.

Today early morning I receved a Candy washing dryer machine. For the first time in my life I saw how two men were taking the machine out from the van and to my home by hands! And Not by hand track.. At some point one of delivery man almost dropped it down from the van, but managed to catch it just before the ground. When i saw it my heart went down, but after i thought how lucky i am, that he managed to catch it. How wrong i was. Delivery was in the early Scottish dark morning. Outside the package looked properly closed. But now i am thinking that the only strange thing was that it was not packed in a hard paper box, as my previous washing machine from argos. This one was packed of celofane and white penoplast. Me and delivery men have pictures of it that we took at home... I didn't open it, as couldn't expect something wrong. It never happened to me. I immediately left for work, when I was back, as the first thing I started unpacking it and taking a video of a proccess (once I had very bed experience on ebay so always take video of unpacking). What i saw was really shocking. The top of the machine was very very badly damaged, totally broken and one corner is about to fall down inside the machine. My Christmas is ruined. Customer support is closed as its evening. I sent online request. And already got an auto reply advising me to upload the photos. But there is no option. to upload anything, i tried from phone and from pc.I really hope they will refund my money. I am reading the forums where people share thair experience and nearly crying. Its just so unfair. I paid for a new expensive appliance and got one which is badly damaged. I can understand some scratch could happen in transit. But not that damage that has my machine. For some reason I cannot upload pictures even here. Customer support please help, I am getting a message:* We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support. Even when I upload one by one.

Dishwasher not delivered. Their courier says it was signed for, but nothing arrived. No refund. This seems to be such a common problem that it looks like a scam? This review site gave me a warning that the company is cherry-picking reviews. Reporting them to Trading Standards.

I am very unhappy as I have received a damaged product for the second time—one grease filter of the kitchen extractor hood out of two extractor hoods, which I assume is due to transport. Despite my previous complaint to Customer Service (regarding 3 damaged grease filters out of 4 extractor hoods) and the promise of delivery within 5 working days, the same issue has occurred again with another hood. What should I do? Should I contact Customer Service again for a new replacement?

Hasn't been delivered yet. Had oven uninstalled last Thursday ready for Delivery on the Friday. Didn't arrive and no contact from either the delivery company or yourselves. Almost impossible to get in contact with either. Finally managed to re book delivery slot for this coming Saturday. 8 days late, if it arrives!

I am a landlady. Every time I pay for removal of the old appliance or instalment of the new, or even removal of packaging - the delivery guys find some reason NOT to do it. Every time. EVERY TIME. Even if it is just taking the packing away. And trust me, we have done it all: disconnected old appliance, pulled it out, cleaned it off, had the electrician there beforehand to check all is good for new installation, taken doors off, cleared the floor, prepared everything as per ALL the instructions -but still: Oh no, we couldn't possibly do it because of.... Every time. Of course, it makes it easier for them. Last time I every buy from Appliances Direct.

Don't bother. I ordered a tap in November 2024 for over £250 which they said would take 2 weeks to come, no problem. After a couple of weeks I get an email to say delivery wouldn't be until 9th January 2025. We wouldn't wait this long, so I rang to cancel the order and request a refund. It's explained this will take a few working days to show... again no problem. The same day though, I get another half a dozen emails with random information... one with a credit note for £2.52, another saying the appliance was on its way and would be here on 3rd December... all very odd and none of which were what I called for. I kept checking the account and no refund. Called again to be told we had to get a refund from the 'supplier' (I don't know who this is and it was Appliances direct that took my money, so they should be giving it back) Explained several times they had to refund the money but they just cut off the call. Make no doubt I will be taking legal action on principle. Very bad company to deal with. I would advise you AVOID!

Paid for disconnect, unpack, recycle and install of my washing machine. What a waste of money. They left the transit bolts in the machine, failed to turn the inlet water back on, didn't level the machine or test it before they left. I won't be using them again

To be fair, my problem isnt with Appliance direct but with their delivery service Arrow XL. My order number 50939099. I was expecting a delivery today. I was initially given a delivery time 0700-1900, and was told that during the evening before I would get an email giving a one hour delivery timeslot. This didn't happen, so I called customer services, and queued for 15 mins to speak to someone. She pointed out that during my phone queueing time they had sent me a text giving my timeslot as 14.45-16.45 and that the driver would call me 30 mins prior to delivery. At 14.23 I received a text telling me that they were sorry they missed me and I would have to rearrange delivery. This text was 22mins before my timeslot!!! At no time did anyone come to the door or ring my phone. I called customer services and queued on the phone for another 15 mins to speak to someone. I was speaking to her before my delivery timeslot had even started. She told me the driver had submitted a photo of my back garden gate!! She was as bewildered as me. Surely the timeslot is given to make sure that people are home during that time, and don't have to stay home from work all day. Please can you explain why the driver tried to deliver before the timeslot? Why he tried to deliver to my back garden gate and not the front door? And also why he didn't at anytime try to ring me, when I was in the house all day? I have rearranged delivery on the first avaiable day, which is 6 days away, meaning that I have no washing machine for another week, when I abided by all the delivery instructions you provided? If it can be delivered sooner please let me know, because so far I am very disappointed in your service. I look forward to hearing your answers

I've always been honest in my reviews, and unfortunately, this was a bad experience. My appliance, a large Hob and Hood, was somehow lost in transit—hard to believe something so big could go missing! When I reached out for a replacement, I spoke to a representative named Clarisse. She said they could only offer a scratched replacement or that I’d have to pay an additional cost for a new one. When I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up and promised a callback within two hours. No one called back, even though I waited the entire day. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend using this site for purchasing appliances, as their delivery service is very poor.

Awful company with atrocious customer service, avoid. Incorrect information on their website, they will bombard you with unwanted phone calls, they lie about delivery times then lie in response to your complaints.
