had to drive over an hour for a repair to be told that their equiptment was not working and could not complete the repair. overall wasted 4 hours out of my day on the phone before finally getting asurion to replace the device at zero cost. I was told that because im in a "rual" area I had limited options for repairs. So did they make it right yes however I should not have to spend half a day trying to get something repaired or replaced prior to getting a manager to approve a replacement

Asurion is horrible if I can give them -5 stars I would they don’t answer their calls, you wait on the phone for an hour to get connected after all these questions and they answer just to hang up. I had a claim in to get my phone fixed the rescheduled the date to fix my phone multiple times. Same day fix my ass. I waited over a week and still waiting. Can’t even talk to anyone about this problem. They look all good on the review page website because you can’t even leave a damn review. They are horrible and I am seeking a lawsuit on them. Goodluck getting your phone repaired with them. They started in 1992 and still operating in that era.

**This only has to do with the location in Towson Maryland** This was the worst experience EVER!. I dropped it off for a same day repair that I was then told wouldn't be done until the next day. Then the next day I was told oh it will be ready in an hour. I drove all the way up there to be told they couldn't release my phone because of some certificate issue due to the hurricane in Florida. I live in Maryland! I give them the benefit of the doubt and said okay I will call back tomorrow to see if it was ready. I then get an email at 11am saying my phone was fixed so I called and they told me it was not fixed and they didn't know when it would be. I then called customer care at asurion and they called the place who told them the same thing and said I had 3 options, wait for it to be done, have them undo the fixes and I can come get my phone, or pay a $99 deductible for a replacement phone even though the fix was suppose to be free. So I said I would wait. The next day I tried to call again and it just rang 2 or 3 times and I would get disconnected. I tried calling several times and I kept getting disconnected. I called Asurion again and they called out to them again and guess who picked up. They told them the same thing and I was told that someone would reach out to their management because they can't hold my phone hostage. So after that I decided to test by calling again to see If they were ignoring my calls and again disconnected. I then called from a spoofed number and they picked up. They just told me the same thing about the certificates. I got a call about 2 hours later my phone was ready for pickup after Asurion messaged their management. At this point I don't think my phone is even fixed right because I have been having issues with the touchscreen and I don't even know if the supposed certificates are correct. This place was so unprofessional that I had a wierd charge on my bank account that I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge literally the next day after i got my phone back and I think its this place because they had access to all my info and that they are doing it to inconvenience me. (This is just because they were super sketchy and unprofessional, that i feel this way)I will never go back to this location!!! I do not recommend!

If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. Calling them is a complete nightmare—after 10 calls, I’ve received 20 different, conflicting answers, none of which have brought me any closer to a solution. It seems like they go out of their way to make accessing their insurance policy as difficult as possible, almost as if they’re intentionally trying to frustrate their customers. I will never work with them again. Despite countless attempts, they have yet to resolve my issue. What should have been a simple, straightforward claim for a cracked iPhone screen has spiraled into an endless, frustrating ordeal with no end in sight.

They sent my phone to the wrong address. Then told me it was fraud and my fault and would not send another. I spent hours on the phone over multiple days being transferred and given the runaround. I found out on my own that phone they sent to the wrong place was returned to them. They didn’t inform me of this. They promised communication multiple times for multiple reasons and never delivered. Horrible company. Zero stars

If I could give them zero stars I would. Had to get a replacement phone. Sent the old phone back and they still charged me. Called customer service and got different answers from different CSRs... now I have to go thru hurdles to get a refund.

Need the front screen/glass replaced. Was told by several reps is was covered and with no copay. Then the runaround. Wouldn't schedule a tech to come to the house to replace. Claimed can't get part, but businesses in this area who work on phones can. They said that was a third party and may not be up to their standards. They insist on replacement. Offered compromise. Told them same make and model and waive copay. They refused. During this time, was repeatedly told to call back to check on part availability and schedule appontment, but then said didn't qualify to be repaired. On last call, was transferred twice, including to someone claiming to be in the CEO office. Don't need new phone. Need this one repaired. It is obviously covered, but they want me to buy a top of the line model. No way. Would not recommend asurion.

I needed a basic screen replacement, I drove 200 miles round trip to Asurions "You break I fix" store to find out they don't fix in 2 hours or less they keep it 48 hrs. I contact Asurion and they then tell me a rep can come to my house, things I would have needed to know prior to driving 200 miles for nothing. They set up the appointment and on that day no one shows up, I check my email and txt confirmation from Asurion I had the right date and time, they tell me it's the 9th and they have no idea how it got changed but assured me the repair person would be here. The 9th comes and still no one is here I call to verify my claim and it was moved again a third time to the 15th. I have spent hours on the phone with the reps that are trying but limited with what they can and cannot do. They keep saying call us if this doesn't work, it should not even be legal to do this, when you pay for insurance it should not be this difficult to use it. I will likely be paying out of pocket because my mental health cannot continue this with this company.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Charge a high monthly fee and then so not follow through. I had multiple appointments for repairs, took of work, and waited the hours for the tech to arrive. They kept cancelling. I ended up taking my phone to a repair place and paying out of pocket to get it repaired as I could not miss anymore work waiting for them to no show.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Unprofessional rude and refuses to communicate with Verizon when I pay Verizon for their insurance. Canceled immediately and went with Apple Pay

Verizon and Asurion do not disclose you have to have the service for a month before they it starts covering all devices. What a waste. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE. It’s not worth the time. Asurion reps will insist on selling more coverage for all your products, even during the call where you’re trying to set up your claim. But in the end, they will give you the runaround before denying any service. I had an iPhone 15 pro that was damaged the very next day I signed up for it for the service. No one took the time to go over any details that specify the amount of time you have to wait for the service to kick in. Now I’m out a brand new phone.

Horrible! I would give zero stars if possible. Sent my laptop for repair of a hinge, they returned it back stating it passed all their quality controls but I could not access Windows as there was an error message that the security key no longer worked. I had to send it for additional repair of this, and now 2 weeks later I still do not have it back and had to call to find out they are replacing the motherboard! There was nothing wrong with the motherboard the first time I sent it. In total, Asurion has had my laptop for over a month!! The supervisor "Brent" would not provide his whole name nor provide more information or how/why the motherboard was damaged when it worked perfectly well when I sent it for repair of the hinge. I It took over 30 minutes to get to this supervisor after the first representative was beyond rude and made me explain why I even sent it in the first place. Worst customer service and I have no confidence in the technicians.

This company takes the liberty to charge there customers different amounts, without notifying you!! and when you want to cancel!! you need to talk 6 representatives, if you get to the gold! to cancel the will sent you a email in 24 Hours and your refund ????/ extremely disappointed. NOT RECOMENDED.

HORRIBLE. Verizon/Asurion advertises in the plan I pay extra for: SAME DAY repair for cracked screen/glass. That's a lie. There was not anyone within 100 miles that could do same day. So Asurion sent the little box to send my phone in on 9/11/24. on 9/13/24 I sent my phone in. Prior to sending in, I DOUBLE confirmed I could leave my information on my phone, considering it was only the front glass being replaced. Fast-forward to 9/17/24. called to check on my phone. I was told it was received, assigned to a tech. Allow another 3-5 days. - ok. called again on 9/23/24. Was assigned to a tech. no other info. 9/30/24 STILL no phone. I had to call corporate to get a good enough answer from someone as to where the fu** my phone was. The 1st service rep I spoke to, wanted to just brush me off.. I sent my phone to you over 2 WEEKS ago, and it was supposed to be a 3-5 day turn around. After I spoke with corporate, my phone was overnighted-I received this morning 10/1. I wasn't made aware it would be on the way, although happy. EVERYTHING has been reset on my phone. over 17,000 pictures - gone. Everything - gone. Another downside, everyone I spoke with besides corp was foreign. difficult to understand. I WILL BE DROPPING THIS CRAPPY HORENDOUS INSURANCE PROVIDER.
