Very Unhappy with Audi Very Unhappy with Audi, my A6 Avant ( 4 years old ) developed a fault on the centre console lid and the price for fixing it was over £700. I complained to dealer; Listers Stratford Upon Avon and they reduced price down to £552. Very bad design, the lid stuck in the open position and there was no way to release it. No more Audi's for me.

Unprofessional company, Avoid avoid avoid The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Poor quality build car, constant problems spent more time in the garage, then out! finance company is an utter shamble. I have taken them to the obudman twice (who are currently overwhelmed due to company's like this) currently 14 weeks into another formal complaint, Finance company will not respond. Definitely a complacent company who is living off past reputation only. If your after nothing but constant battles. Even simple things like getting my completed service onto my service log took 9months of chasing even then It was done inaccurately. Avoid if you can!

Do Not Buy From Lincoln Audi After purchasing two new vehicles from Lincoln Audi. The first being returned on countless occasion with brakes issues and being in Lincoln Audi possession for over 4 weeks in total of a 14 month period of owner ship I received a second care as a “replacement” on a “deal” Recently it has come to light that this vehicle doesn’t match my factory order configuration. Something I questioned and was told I did not order which intact turns out Lincoln Audi will have had to complete a check list on the car and would have been aware the car did not match the order form. I have been fighting this case since April and I can not outline my disgusted at Audi Lincoln’s handling of this. I’d like to outline that after numerous other powering calls and emails claiming I was at fault and being refused evidence of this by dealer principle Darren Wheatley I refused to deal with him any longer. Also involving CEO of JCT600 John Tordoff who again refused to take my complaint serious and fobbed my off with the most minimal amount. After it being confirmed by newer more genuine and straight sales manger at Lincoln that my car is a mis build which was also confirmed by Audi UK, I went back with this and again was treated with no respect by CEO John Tordoff. He refused to even acknowledge clear information that my car was mis built and Audi Lincoln knowingly supplied me with a mis built car. I can not express my disgust with Lincoln out and how senior members of JCT600 have treated me with no respect, these people are inhuman and are only interested in money and not loyalty or respect to their customers. I’d also like to Audi that Audi finance have been an absolute joke and treated me just the same as Audi Lincoln. I will never enter Audi Lincoln again and I will certainly never be purchasing another Audi again!

Car been in and out of the dealership since August, dealer been absolutely brilliant and have kept us in a courtesy car all the way along and are becoming increasingly frustrated at Audi UK and both the technical team and customer relations who I have spoken with and a Sarah Lancelot who is customer relations manager who has been so unhelpful and rude the dealer (VINDIS Bedford)have an idea of what the car really needs but Audi refuses to agree with them just telling them to keep road testing the car in different situations,on this occasion the car car has been in the dealership about 10 day's and have now been told that it will now run into the new year as stated earlier dealer has been absolutely brilliant we have always been loyal customers of Vindis who have always been central to customer service I have told Audi that we refuse to change the car so will continue to fight Audi,we pay Paid £40,000 for the car NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE but obviously they have no customer care service, let's just sell cars and forget our loyal customers ANYWAY DON'T BUY AN AUDI UNLESS YOU EXPECT THEM TO BUY AN UNRELIABLE CAR please take note our car is an Audi S-line convertible registration number C6BTM but Audi only recognizes the car on the original plate LM19VHY as they won't recognize it with the Cherished Plate. If you require anymore information speak with Sarah Lancelot customer services or Andrew Dolan MD of Audi UK based at Milton Keynes press or anyone else can contact them for further information! ! !

I have been one of the most patient and understanding customers with Audi for what seems like a lifetime not well spent. Whenever I take my car to have something looked at/resolved I always seem to find that they (Audi technicians)“Find” new things wrong with it despite the car being a 2018 Q5 Sport which I took initially brand new. And, even whilst they doing “work” on “assessing” that issue, it usually carries on for an amount of days during which I am given either no interim replacement vehicle or a very poor one in comparison to mine. I have had enough of these constant inconveniences and am very unlikely to continue as an Audi customer in future.

Booked my Audi TT black edition in for an MOT. Despite the technician finding an 'urgent' oil change was needed the service manager Mark Deighton released the car. The technician usually send an e-mail to you during the MOT but I didn't get mine till after I'd collected the car and returned home. It stated the need for an urgent oil change along with a windscreen wiper change and a systems check. The wipers are not too bad but I cannot understand why the service manager would have released the car when it urgently needs an oil change and systems check. I would happily have paid there and then for the changes. I called Mark who was unable to help. Now I will have to take another morning off work to take the car back in. Hopefully I will get someone more helpful and friendly. Failing that I'll have to take it somewhere else. On a plus note the technicians did an excellent job.

£7000 engine repair after 63,000 miles 2.0L TFSI This is a review of Audi UK (not a specific dealership). In a nutshell I have just been quoted £6976.21 to repair the engine of my Audi TT 2.0L TFSI despite Audi acknowledging via BBC Watchdog back in 2015 they have an 'issue' with the design of the piston rings in this particular engine. I have written to Audi (politely) several times and they have now chosen to ignore my emails. Email copied below: I don't appear to have had any form of response or acknowledgement in respect of my email to you of 2nd September 2020. It has become abundantly clear based upon the evidence accrued that Audi have a significant 'issue' with the 2.0L TFSI engine. So much so that BBC Watchdog and BBC Radio 4 reported on the problem in 2015. At this time Audi UK acknowledged there was an 'issue' and agreed to review each complaint on a case by case basis. I would like to know why, in my case, my complaint has been dismissed by Audi UK. Audi UK also acknowledged a significant problem with oil consumption in relation to the 2.0L TFSI engine inclusive of TT models through years 2011-2013. My vehicle has now been assessed at Audi Cheshire Oaks in the presence of a DEKRA inspector. Both have determined the piston rings are at fault and DEKRA have reported that "In this particular case it is known that the manufacturers have experienced issues of excessive oil usage with similar engines. Therefore, it is reasonable to suggest that this engine may have suffered similar oil burning (usage) for a considerable time and mileage to date". As a result of the catastrophic failure of the engine, Audi Cheshire Oaks have provided an estimated repair cost of £6976.61. This estimate does not factor in any additional works or parts which may be required. This cannot be fully explored until the repair works begin. Both the DEKRA report and Audi Cheshire Oaks repair estimate are attached. I would be most grateful if you, as a representative of Audi UK, would care to advise how long a well-maintained Audi engine is expected to last. I suspect there is no answer to justify catastrophic engine failure at 63,000 miles of a vehicle which has been well maintained throughout its short life. My family have purchased new and used Audi's throughout the last two decades and I am utterly shocked that loyal customers can be treated so appallingly. My family's costs in relation to this event are spiralling. Not only do we have an estimate of almost £7000.00 for repairs but we have the cost of the independent inspection and now my family are having to bear the cost of a hire vehicle whilst we attempt to appeal to the better nature of a company which claims "Audi is an internationally renowned manufacturer of high-quality cars. Our success has been achieved through creativity, commitment, and the ability to generate enthusiasm. The wishes and emotions of our customers are the guiding principles behind our every action". During the current global pandemic, I need my vehicle more than ever, I am an NHS worker who relies on the ability to travel safely to and from work and support those who's needs are greater than my own. You have an opportunity to provide me with the high-quality car which I falsely believed was purchased, you can demonstrate some commitment to resolving this issue and show me how my wishes and emotions are being considered.

Trying to get a straight answer about a repair that our cosmetic repair insurance clearly covered is seemingly impossible. We have been told that we would get a call back, but are still waiting. For a "premium product" the service is shocking. I am also aware that opening and closing times may have varied in the current corona crisis, but not having anyone answer the reception phone from 6pm onwards is a real problem when you work yourself each day.

OH Dear these guys have the worst reviews and they are about to get another. BUT they won't care what we all think because when you walk into an Audi showroom and buy a car its almost a 100% signed deal trade with this rubbish finance company. i missed one payment and they have texted me to contact them, its been 4 days of trying and still no joy getting through. But the most important thing is that i also lost my job during lockdown and i called and requested a 3-month holiday gap and they simply refused and said i would get a bad credit scoring if i did this . i have had enough i so i have recently discovered i can return both my New Audi's and close contract, this will not go down with them and teach them a lesson . If everyone handed their cars back these guys would shae in their boots , but they deserve to be taught a lesson . BEOFRE YOU BUY YOUR NEW AUDI try other finance companies , they are some good deals out there, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS,

Cardiff Audi - disgusting customer service. Forget the issue not being resolved but the manner the service is handled, truly disgusting. The frontline staff were generally very good. The managers, oh wow, the arrogance was through the roof and they hide behind email instead of discussing anything face to face or via phone. In email they shout with capitals and bolded text and using words they clearly have no courage to say face to face. My husband and I have spent £100k between us on Audi cars excluding the servicing and now want to upgrade both cars. What absolute short sighted management.

I have recently bought a Q2 and was extremely impressed with the sales man Elliot Webb who made the whole buying and exchanging my own Q3 so easy and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble for him and l felt completely reassured with his friendly professional attitude. He is a credit to the company.

i can't issue too much info at the moment as, this issue is with my Solicitor and are about to contact Audi UK, who will review my recording of the incidents I experienced at Crawley Audi. - I will update in due course. - Upload my experience to various blogs. But I can say this," this is not a Audi Dealership in my opinion". Lack of professionalism, basic consumer rights and extremely poor customer service and care.

Wish we’d stayed with BMW We bought a Q5 from Epsom Audi at the end of 2017 and have been bitterly disappointed by the aftersales customer service we've received from the Drift Bridge Group: expensive repair quotes, long waits for appointments if we need a courtesy car, and other frustrations. The final straw came recently when both the turbocharger and the throttle body went, despite the vehicle not even having 60,000 miles on the clock. We took it to a specialist VAG garage for a quote; they emailed to say: "The throttle body fault is common across a great many of the VAG passenger cars. The turbo actuator control rod armature into the turbo wastegate is worn which is unusual for the age and mileage on your vehicle, in addition to this the turbocharger itself has had a number of supersessions to the part number which normal indicates a production change of some sort, perhaps due to quality/longevity of the component." Their total quote for all the repairs was £2085.88 inc VAT. When we contacted Epsom Audi to complain about this turbo failure (something they admitted was ‘unfortunate’), their ‘goodwill' solution was to offer to carry out the repairs at the MORE expensive price of £2421.99 - and that was with a supposed 15% discount! Needless to say we have declined their ‘kind’ offer. If we could turn back the clock, we’d have stuck with BMW, where the service was considerably better.

I made an enquiry for someone to contact me 3 times from last Saturday using the Audi uk website to purchase an S3. A chap called Daniel finally called and promised some pics for the Monday morning as there were no pics on there website. I unfortunately did not receive the pics or a call so I had to make another enquiry using the Audi uk website as the telephone line to the dealership was unavailable due to the pandemic. Anyway Daniel called shortly after my enquiry and promised the pics for Tuesday morning by 10am. Unfortunately this did not happen and all I got was a pic of one of the seats from the car and this was at lunch time today. I called Daniel who said he would need to arrange for one of the guys from the dealership to call and arrange for the video and pics. A chap called Ash who I later found out was suppose to be some kind of long term business/finance manager who was not all apologetic or sympathetic and came across rude and ended the call with me whilst in middle of my conversation for no apparent reason. 5 minutes later he calls back saying line went funny and again no apology and back to being sarcastic and patronising and when I questioned him about the service I had received, his response was ‘you obviously don’t want to by the car’ and hung up. I called and asked to speak to the senior manager to voice my experience which I later received a call from someone who i immediately took his colleagues corner and also became somewhat patronising and refused to email me back as I was suspicious that he was just a colleague pretending to be a senior manager. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS ROUGH DEALERSHIP.

I purchased my brand new Audi A7 on 21st October 2018. I had it for around a week and the following issues started occurring: Oil level low and loud wind noise from the front window. The car went to inchape Crawley, now called hardwoods Crawley and they topped up the oil and reviewed the issue with the noise from the window. Since then I started getting further issues intermittently and the vehicle has been going in and out of Crawley Audi ever since. The following further issues were : One touch button not working rear driver side Leaking window Sensors MMI system turning off Car coughing Wind noise Front washer left remains open Cameras don’t work sometimes Navigation system doesn’t work sometimes Rattling dashboard Grinding noise from a wheel at low speed Oil level very low Ad blue level low Rear camera jutters when turning vehicle Pre sense not working properly I was given many excuses and the car kept going back . Recently these further issues came up : Warning signs for : Lane departure inactive due to surroundings Beam assist inactive due to surrounding Distance warning sensor inactive The above I was told was due to mist but that’s not the case and is a complete lie I believe. I was completely misguided. Washer cap remained open and the Audi technician sanded the plastic off to rectify the problem ! Sensors go off randomly Rattling noise still comes from the dashboard which has not been fixed. The technician apparently used some tape around the seal but the rattling continues. And the most concerning issue is the gearbox warning light. This has come on many times, and the the last time I picked the car up from Audi hoping it was fixed, but it lasted 30 minutes and the same issue came up again. I took it straight back and has been with them since. I have provided videos of these problems and emails can prove the ongoing problems I have had with this nightmare of a car since I have purchased it. I have been told that Audi uk will take the car back, however I still have to pay for the monthly payments until that happens. My grievance is that I was told that Audi were AWARE of the ongoing mmi issue on the new models before I was sold the A7. Why was I sold a car and the aforementioned problem not disclosed to me? My vehicle has been with Audi Crawley for the last two months. And I have been told that Audi shall take the car back but after many emails I have given up . No one from vwfs or Audi uk has updated me with what is happening and still I am paying for it whilst it sits with Audi hardwoods in Crawley for nearly two months . I again emailed the head of Audi Andrew Doyle, who got another robotic customer services exec to email me telling me that they shall deal with me once the pandemic is over. However they are happy to continue selling cars ! They expect me to keep paying for it and not drive it.!! Never ever will I be doing business with Audi again. A complete disgrace of a company and the service is the worst.

Audi Basingstoke - Avoid Audi Basingstoke. Have purchased two cars from them, the first was an Audi A1 that arrived with 2 additional doors but don’t worry they are not going to charge for them. Car was for my 18 year old daughter, of course she wanted a more sporty version! The Audi Q2 purchased for my 18 year old son has had a few issues that clearly should be covered under warranty but Audi Basingstoke refused. Their ruling is governed by their warranty manager, clearly not independent. What I don’t know if this is an instruction from Audi to avoid warranty claims to make up for the huge fines from their emission fraud or Lookers PLC profiteering. So I recommend keeping well away from Audi Basingstoke. Their salesman change so often that you are unlikely to buy the car from the same person that hands it over!

Keep away from the Audi brand! After having problems for months with my car I escalated the problem to AUDI UK and spoke to Kayleigh who listened but neither herself or anyone else in AUDI UK did anything to help me. End results - rather than help to sort the problem, they arranged for AUDI Coventry to buy the car off me, left with no other choice and left with a substantial loss.

Audi A6 Avant 2009 2.0 Tdi Bre Engine oil pump failure at 150,000 miles this is nothing new for this to happen to these engines as there are no end of reports in forums on line,i wrote to Audi to complain but of course they are in complete denial and can only help if the car is taken to the main dealers to ascertain if it their fault. The drive shaft to the oil pump rounds off causing loss of pressure. Secondhand buyers beware
