HERE WE GO !!! not suprise that so many 1 star here, i was not trying to do the return to get the refund, but the product its actually has an issue, everytime i purchase products from Bestbuy, it usually has issues, and customer service talk to you with no respect at all if u try to get refund or confuse and ask them some questions. they act like they dont wanna work there, charge u restocking fee cause u try to return, although that product actually has issue.

Missed delivery and no way to reach customer service. I knew better than to buy from them. Will cancel order and buy elsewhere.

absolutely terrible experience. Had this new range ordered in advance for delivery, got confirmation of appointment, all set. On the day of delivery they cancelled the appointment, didnt call/no notification, when i called back, i spend 2 hours trying to figure out and the best solution they could offer was to reschedule in 2 weeks time!!!! wtf. i removed my existing range to make way for the new one and now i have nothing... This has been an absolutely disappointing and frustrating experience.

I’ll never shop at Best Buy again. They have no customer service and they don’t honour their geek squad warranties. Avoid this store and go somewhere else.

Best buy is the absolute worse! Customer Service is nonexistent. After spending 2k on a washer and dryer, the bootleg delivery/installation folks claim they couldn't hook it up. And had nerve enough to keep lurking around as if they were waiting on a tip. I called the 800 do schedule the install for later and was given a specific date and delivery window. I was told I would receive a confirmation the day. After waiting all day for the automated call I finally call them only to find out they rescheduled my delivery for 3 days later. No call, no email, no text, no nothing. Not to mention I took the day off work in order to be here for the installation. I called 4 times and was disconnected each time by some incompetent customer service agents who don’t know how to put calls on hold or transfer calls. When asking to speak to a manager I was left on hold for over an hour when the system rebooted itself and took me back to the beginning. When I finally talked to a manager name “David” (im pretty sure that wasn’t his real name) he was absolutely no help. He did not resolve my issue and actually tried to give me an installation date 2 days later than the already rescheduled date that I did not ask for in the first place. When I told him to come get the washer dryer and issue me a refund he tells me he can’t pick it up for 2 weeks. So I’m just supposed to let them hold my money for that long because of their own incompetence. I have been a faithful best buy customer for over 20 years but not anymore. I had just added a $3500 refrigerator to my cart to purchase this week. I’m so glad I didn’t. I AM DONE WITH THEM. Now I know why people avoid them at all cost. Their customer service is all over seas and it sucks! They do not care anything about your concerns or the inconvenience they cause wit their incompetence. Two hours of my life I will never get back.

They have a really bad return policy I wanted my money back after buying JBL Live 660nc headphones that lasted only 1 week before the speakers blew, they could only offer me an exchange or pay more for better quality pair, but i wanted my money back so i can buy a pair from a brand that best buy does not carry and they could not agree to that.

We ordered a washer from Best Buy and was delivered on time. Excellent customer service from Eric Estrada. Very nice guy, explained everything, very polite and considerate. Great work guys

I order online a Pixel 6 and you cancelled it 4 days after! Not in inventory! Then you gave me a $75 ecertificate BUT there was a $100 sale on that item! So do the math, $25 are missing + you take 4 days to inform me that you are not even capable of assuring you have it inventory! Not sure I still want to do business with you guys!!

Here we go. In July 2021 my parents bought us a Samsung washing machine as a house warming gift from Best Buy. The washing machine has never worked properly, being a new house owner I let it go awhile. It would never spin and the clothes would come out soaked. Well while using THE MANUAL to attempt to trouble shoot it ourselves, it quit working all together. It wouldn’t fill with water. So I called Samsung who sent a technician, Nicholas from American Standard Appliance Repair on 11/23/21. The technician came out looked at the washer for about 10 minutes. On his way out he stated to leave the screws on the dryer because he would be back in 5-10 business days once the parts came in. He stated it needed a new motherboard and water valve. That was all he said and he departed, handed me nothing. I called to inform my parents of this, who then called Samsung. A Samsung representative informed them that my washer was infested with cockroaches; therefore, voided the warranty. Once I heard this, I was in disbelief. I went down stairs and see this “infestation.” There is NO infestation, as you can see in the pictures below. I sent these pictures to Samsung, which did nothing. Samsung now wants me to bring an exterminator to my house to provide a certificate that my washer is not infested. This is about $150.00 completely paid by me, so they can “escalate” the situation. This is completely outrageous. We’ve now been without a washer for over a month. Best Buy REFUSES to do anything. Samsung REFUSES to do anything. They have SLANDERED my name. Tell my parents that I am nasty and have an infestation. AVOID these companies. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these garbage appliances and GARBAGE customer service. Absolutely disgusting. So disappointed and I will never be buying a product from either of these AWFUL places again. Please share this to save your loved ones from having to deal with these people. Facebook, do your thing #samsungsucks #bestbuysucks Share ‼️‼️ The blue dots inside the washing machine are the unstoppable soaps from a load that was never able to be ran.

Is it possible to leave a zero star rating? I spoke to both Best Buy and FedEx at least 2 times about delivery of my $2,000. computer. Was assure that the deliver of my computer required a signature by both. Best Buys phone system is designed to push you off and not let you speak to a live person. Then can't answer any questions, then can not transfer me to the right people who can. Extremely rude customer service and resources to resolve ANYTHING. I waited at home for delivery of a computer that never came - even though the FedEx tracking said it was out for delivery to me. Then the status was changed to delayed on the next day... As of 1 hr before delivery, it never said a package was coming. They left it on my door without signature or any safety consideration. I will be returning this computer unopened and never buy again online from Best Buy.

The worst customer experience I have ever had...period. Terrible online order system, arbitrary cancellation of orders for issues outside customer control having to do with address entry protocols, trivial issue with the result of a cancelled order and then the item was out of stock! Promises of call backs not kept, long waits on hold with zero satisfaction. The humans at Best Buy have no autonomy or decision making authority and customers are lost in the machinery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ABUSIVE UNRESPONSIVE BUSINESS!!!

Geek Squad was unwilling to assist in replacing the battery in my laptop even at my cost despite having totaltech support. They would not even offer to help me determine what type of battery I needed such that I could purchase it myself. In so many words they told me I was on my own. The request for other services went downhill from there

Excellent store, they must have revised their policies, because accidents happen, but Todd Austin made it up to me, this store is a lot better than Amazon or any other for help. they made me very happy! you should shop there.

Companies do make mistakes, but I have never been helped more than the BEST BUY Gresham store, by Todd Scott. This is much better than Amazon. I will continue shopping here.

I paid/ ordered a $380 portable gas grill for a surprise gift to my husband. He received it from fed ex not more than an hour ago. It was delivered in its original box, Instead if being concealed. Knowing that people are shopping for their families for the holidays. This has been very upsetting to me. I have been crying for hours knowing that a surprise I ordered for Xmas was shot, since he was outside when fed Ex delivered it. Needless to say my Xmas was ruined!

Garbage. I'm trying to cancel a Geek Squad membership I signed up for. The people in store told me I needed to do it online. So I waited on a queue to speak with an agent and when I tried to cancel they informed me it's a year long subscription and I'd incur, like, $200 dollars in penalty for cancelling. Thing is, when I signed up for it I asked the representative in store how it worked and they told me it was month to month. After communicating this to the agent they informed me there was nothing they could do, despite it being a mistake made by one of their representatives, misinforming me, and I needed to go IN-STORE to escalate the situation. Absolute garbage. If your company misleads people in an attempt to gouge their wallets, then they need to have the power to fix such mistakes. Geek Squad jerks you around every opportunity they can. Stay far away. This is all after a truly horrific repair process which took three times as long as estimated and wherein they couldn't communicate with me because they ignored my requests for e-mail communication FOUR TIMES. Stay far, far away!

Will never buy from their online store again. 3 weeks after order was placed and paid for, i still wasn't able to schedule a delivery. Over that time frame I made 5 phone calls and eventually got through to a supervisor lol. Well he said I must go to a store a fetch the TV (75 inch tv) or i must go to the store to make delivery arrangements lol. What's the point of ordering online. It's disgusting Best Buy! So I learned my lesson to buy from them but the good thing is they not the only online stores that sell 75 inch TVs. Amazon here I come.

I purchased a open box dell laptop running window 10. It has random flickering cursor issue and does not upgrade to windows 11. There were some errors in log while trying to upgrade. When I purchased, I was told that it was fully tested and perform not difference than the brand new. The only thing that the techs can do is recommend exchange the laptop. They cannot do any debugging, try to fix even if I told them to take 1-2 weeks. Now the exchange guy is going to recommend you any other laptop without knowing what are the features you must have. That guy's recommended laptop was lower end in most of the resources. For that, he is going to charge you the difference in price. That is all your option if you don't agree, leave the laptop, take your money back and go. The open box is slightly economical but that does not mean you take it and if there are issues just return it. I see the serious quality/reliability issue with best buy. They are wasting your time/money. I don't know what their "thoroughly tested" standard means, the errors are right there in the eventlog which doesn't require a tech savvy to figure out. They took this as an opportunity to up sale their another laptop of their choice.
