Actually I give Best Buy a 0. My husband purchased me an refurbished iPad mini for my birthday. It began to crash in two months. I tried to return it in same box and condition, but they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell, and we lost. I wouldn’t shop there because they play the blame game and pass the buck. They passed this off to Apple because they refurbished it.

BB sold me a fridge they did not have and could not get. I scheduled delivery FOUR different times because they kept failing to deliver as promised. Other sellers won't sell you what they don't have. When I tried to get my money back, 1st they kept me on the phone for an hour, then hung up on me even though I'd been polite. Then I tried the chat option and they repeatedly tried to sell me something I already told them I didn't want so they wouldn't have to refund. When they finally agreed to the refund (after almost another hour), they would only do so by crediting my bb card even though ai'd said I would never be using it again. bestbuy is WORST BUY! THEY ARE WORSE THAN NOTHING!

I ordered a dishwasher. It was delivered last Saturday. The dishwasher does not work. I called hours after it was delivered and was tossed around to several people. The last one said they could not update the system until the next day to have someone out. I asked to speak with a manager. She said they would call within the hour. No call back. I called the next day, again tossed to several team members. By then I said just come and get it. I don’t want to deal with this company. I again asked to speak with a manager. No call back again. I called Monday and finally got someone to schedule the pickup. The team was to arrive on Wednesday between 9-1. I get a call at 12 to say they were running behind and will be there between 1-3. I call at 3, not them! They then said it could be until 8pm. They finally showed up at 6 only to say they cannot take it because they are not allowed to “disconnect” the dishwasher. Are you kidding me?!?! So I sat all day. I finally talked to a manager who said I had to wait until the next day to request it the correct way. Also said she would call me back. Guess what?!? Of course she did not call. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN! Talked to someone who scheduled the team to come out Saturday. Again I sat and waited (past the original time) only for them to say “they cannot disconnect the dishwasher “. So 2 days sitting hostage in my house with a dishwasher that does not work. No one at this company knows what they are doing. I will never purchase from them again. Who knows when I will be able to get a dishwasher from another company or my money. Do NOT buy from this company.

I had a simple return. My sister in California decided I needed earbuds so bought online from Best Buy and sent to me in Colorado. I'll never use them so the next week I took them to a local store to return. Girl said she would have to credit my sister's account and I said perfect. After a few minutes she comes back with a Gift Card! Told her I didn't want that and she said she couldn't change it. Asked for manager He also said once on a gift card there was nothing he could do. Suggested I rebuy earbuds with gift card and mail them to California so my sister could return them. Unbelievable! I used to buy all appliances and electronics there but never again.

Best buy does not deliver on time nor do they contact u to let u know. Their customer support sucks. This might be perhaps the worst experience we have had. I will not spend another $1 at best buy and honestly after my service today. I don't see how they are still in business. My first purchase will also be my last purchase. Don't give these people your hard earned money...

Worse experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy. Just so everybody knows she can’t call Best buy anymore and talk to anybody who actually works at the store it’s all done through corporate line and they can’t transfer you to talk to anybody. Bought a TV didn’t even get a call from the geek squad when I tried to figure out what was going on that’s why told me I had to call geek squad geek squad said I had to call Best Buy in the end they ended up showing up 45 minutes past the deadline of the time they should’ve been there. Then I find out that the remote and the cord didn’t come with it because I bought it open box I had to go back to the store two more times and they told me that it was an honor and privilege that they gave me the cord and the remote free. If I didn’t like it I can return the TV wow I mean like seriously people what is happening to customer service and people. Basically screw you we don’t care that you took a whole day off or that you’ve had to drive back over here twice because you can’t call us and talk to a human being and what would you like us to do to make it better because we’re going to say no to all of it. I’m completely flabbergast!!!

Best Buy sucks !!! Was supposed to have refrigerator delivered Tuesday October 5th was told they could not touch water line on old fridge rescheduled for Friday October 8th between 7-1 when it didn’t come I called and they said they had no delivery scheduled when I called and said it probably is on the truck they said we have no idea where your fridge is huh !!! Terrible customer service

Called the national best buy number to order 9 ipads for my staff for Christmas gifts. Was told had to get the primary customer care support person to help. This new support person said she would see if I could get a discount for purchasing 9 ipads. She put me on hold for over 40 mins and never got back with me. You would think they would want the business? :-(

An Order was placed September 29th 2021 for an iPad Pro 11”, apple AirPods, 2nd generation pencil and an apple case for delivery on the 30th. However, no delivery was made. On September 29th I spoke to an agent Maria Corazon at 12 pm. Agent stated that package was lost and I can get compensated through replacement or refund. I selected refund. On Oct 3rd, I received an email around 9 am stating that due to investigation, there will be no refund. I spoke to Daniela who stated your business said to contact the carrier since they “claimed” the delivery. She then stated that given the new information she would send the information to refund department and stated that I would receive an email within 24 hours which did not happen. On Oct 4th, I spoke to 2 agents including a supervisor who I was transferred to following up on the issue, who then dropped the call at 4:42 pm while I explained the situation. I called the head office in MN at 5:12 in which I spoke to Miguel Guzman stated that he would try his best given the back and forth issue. He also stated that he would try to get my refund and would get back to me after speaking to his team. The line then dropped. Called the head office again, then spoke to Sam who asked company verification questions and later proceeded to read the notes then at 6pm est (their closing time) which is dropped the call. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. These people do not care about their customers, they only out for your money. Please be careful, DO BOT BUY FROM THEM!

I went to a Best Buy store in Orange, CT and put in an order for an entire kitchen set. (4 appliances). I even opened up a line of credit. The store had an issue with setting up a delivery date for all appliances. They then suggested to have an in person consultant come to my house to help. The consultant came and set up the delivery date and all. This included installation and haul away of the appliances I currently had in my house. I received two emails from BestBuy saying the refrigerator was going to come at a separate time frame from the other appliances. I didn't think that was going to be a problem. The delivery date came and the refrigerator was first to arrive and my old refrigerator was hauled away. My husband then waited for the other appliances to arrive. They never came. Neither did Best buy call me to say they were not going to be delivered. Hours later from the time frame they gave me I called best buy and I started to get the run around that led me on the phone with them for hours. They then told me that all they have in the system is that the delivery date needs to be rescheduled and that it was not going to happen until a month later because of the stove I ordered. I was then very frustrated and asked them the same day to return their refrigerator and bring the one hauled away back. Long story short, they couldn't find my refrigerator and they only gave me a week to find a new one somewhere else before I returned theirs. This answer they gave me took a week of me calling them back and forth before they gave me this solution. I went on facebook, I called the consultant that came to my house and I contacted them on the phone. Totally frustrating situation. The lack of customer service is an under statement. I will never shop for anything in Best Buy again. Totally lost a customer.

Customer service at the store and the corporate office does not put the customer first. I had an issue with a curbside pick up. I dealt with this issue for three hours and 30 minutes. They did not do anything to resolve it!

Store 1422 in oregon is a hotbed of nepotism, lies, toxicity, unethical tactics, false promises, false advertising . They lost their manager Brittany and in the meantime assistants jason, zach and valerie are doing nothing but vegging out and treating employees and customers horribly. They are ignoring customer needs. They are all about themselves. I literally saw an older lady pushing a washer across the floor saying she asked these three people for help and all they did was lie and neverget to her; no one helped her. She thanked me for getting a blue shirt over to her finally. What else could i do? I saw someone coming towards me pushing a washer and saying “i need help” as her voice cracked. They have no store manager, no leadership and the goings on there are sad and scary. 2021 fall

I paid $600 for a new tower. Came without a product key, no geek squad info even though I bought that, too. So, when I turned it on, it wanted an unspecified password to start!!! I tried several. No go. So I called 6x and asked for chat 3x...2 hours and no callback. Horrible, unconscionable money grabbers!!

My expected delivery date was changed three times going from one register to another, which I had to do, from September 5 to the 11 to the 28th of September. I think BB was just trying to get me to pay the $45.00 extra for expedited delivery. Will NEVER shop BB again. I will go straight to Apple, Staples or Office Depot.

The national call center provides horrible resolution to customer issues. The call center provides option to be connected with your local store and when you select that option you are never connected to an actual store. In fact, the call center either refuses to or cannot connect you to an actual store. Today it took 5 separate conversations and over 4 hours of discussion and transferring from department to department without satisfactory resolution to my issue. Because no one could direct me to the store which I requested numerous times, I drove to the store location where my service was scheduled and item was shipped which was an hour each way due to limited skilled technicians to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes. The same could have been accomplished with a simple connection to the store which was misrepresented and subsequently denied by the national call center—they actually use the store phone number as part of their deceit. The service at the store and the expertise of the store technician are above outstanding. However the national call center is a less than poor division and provides a horrible example for Best Buy organization. A direct connection option would resolve customer satisfaction issues. This will be my last new purchase at Best Buy.

3 months youtube premium Redeem code was bait. After spending lot of time with customer service, Jibel send me to youtube support! It i from them that I learnt that it cannot be used for customers who used youtube's own 3 month premium service which basically you get for free anyway. So having a redeem code does not give you anything extra.

My order BBY01-805496135415 was delivered to Anderson Indiana and signed by Johnson. I live in Markleville Indiana. I have no Idea who that is. So far I wasted over an hour and 20 minutes on the phone with Best buy support and was transferred to over 4 people and told I would have to handle it on my end. I did attempt to file a claim with UPS only to be told to I cannot file a claim and to contact the shipper while I was on the phone with Best Buy support. After over an hour I was then hung up on with no resolution. I have a business account and have spent thousands of dollars with Best Buy and then to be treated like this in very frustrating. I have been left with no option but to dispute the charges with my bank. I will never purchase another item from Best Buy again. They obviously do not need my business. You would have thought they would have said we are sorry and will take care of it and we will ship you another order out right away but instead absolutely no apology was ever given only attitude. Not the Best Buy pre Covd I remember. I will find another retailer that values my business.

Purchased a new oven range and scheduled for its delivery over a week later long with removal of the old range. On delivery day I had the old range ready to go awaiting for the new range. It was supposed to be delivered between 7:00 AM and 1:00 pm. By 2:00 PM no delivery no ETA notices. I call support and the automation system knows why I am calling, and directs me to support agents. 3 of them hang up on me before I can even ask for an ETA. When someone finally gets on the line, they tell me that they are out of stock of the oven range. Something that would have been nice to know before they sold it to me. This will be the last time I buy anything from them. I don't like buying vaper.

The cashier sold me a 12 month subscription for a PS5 and didn't ask me for all the information to send me the code. The idiot told me the code was on the receipt- it wasn't. Went thru a lot of hoops to get the code including over the ocean a few times only to be told to come in and get a refund because they don't know what they were doing.

I purchased a HP laptop computer for $1100 from Peachtree City Georgia Best buy the computer was not in stock so they sent me one to my home I did not open it right away when I finally opened it it was a refurbished computer with someone else's name in the computer and the computer was asking for the person that had the computer first for their password I could not even get into the computer because it was registered to someone else this is unacceptable there is no reason that a person should purchase a new item and get a refurbished one especially for $1,100 they said that they would send me a new computer if they do not give me a new computer this time around I am going straight to the media on Best buy and that's on Mary had a Little Lamb!
