She stopped me, and said Good Morning, and asked could she help. I had a picture of what I needed, and she was so helpful, the next thing I knew someone was on the side of me with what the cable I needed. 😊 I believe her name was Natia, what a beautiful personality she had. If more people were in the world like her OMG. Thank you for making my day. Best Buy keep her, she’s amazing.”
“Ordered an iPad online for in-store puck-up. Went to the store but no one could find the item. Literally 6 employees walked up, listened to the problem, then either walked off or stood around taking with each other about non work related topics. Total unprofessionalism. The manager, Jordan, was among those standing around basically being useless. When I asked for a manager he introduced himself. I asked for someone above him and was told "there is no one above him" This is ridiculous. The owner of this store should be ashamed. There are other places to shop and vendors would be wise to stop doing business with best buy.”
“Purchased a computer from Best buy on Friday. After my credit card was run the salesman said they did not have it in stock and would need to ship from another store to my home, but I would receive it via FedEx the following day Saturday. It did not arrive so, Sunday I returned to the store and was told the computer was packaged and ready for shipment, but FedEx had already come on Friday so it didn't make the shipment pickup. I was also told FedEx does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday so it would be shipped Monday. On Monday checked the Best buy website which said my computer was shipped on Friday. FedEx package tracking said they have never received the package that a ticket had been created on Friday, but computer was never given to them. Talked to customer service at the store and national customer service they don't know where the computer is but refuse to refund my Money because a FedEx ticket had been generated. I had to send documentation to my credit card to dispute the charge. Still don't have a computer and BestBuy charged almost $1,500.00 to my credit card.”
“Worst Customer Service ...will be buying my items elsewhere...after ordering 2 iPads 2 weeks ago I get e-mails saying delayed delayed until it says canceled, customer service does nothing to get this rectified ..I have to wait for them to go back to the warehouse to get a refund and then re-order on my own which will prob take another 2 wks..blaming carrier and not taking responsibility for their products to get to the customer on time...save yourself the aggravation and do your holiday shopping elsewhere!!!”
“I have spent the past 3 1/2 hours with comcast-level customer support trying to find out why the oven that I ordered to be delivered & installed today isn't here & was rescheduled for 3 days from now without my consent (with a 12-hour delivery window). No one at best buy, not online support, not phone support, not supervisors, not 'field managers' has any clue how to help. A truly hellish morning this has been. Never again.

“I purchased a Roku streaming device. I did not realize that unlike Roku and other retailers who provide a 30 day return allowance, Best Buy only allows 14 days to return. I have had nothing but problems with the device. It often generates an error message requiring me to remove the stick and unplug the tv which is a hassle. I have tried plugging the stick into a few different HDMI slots and it keeps happening. Best Buy won’t take it back and Roku indicated that I need to deal with Best Buy. It’s only a $30 item but it’s frustrating and a matter of principle. I also noticed from comments that others have had this problem as well. Best Buy should be consistent with the manufacturer’s return policy, particularly in light of this being a known common issue. It’s been less than 30 days since purchasing it. In the future, I will do my business with competitors that offer 30 day returns. I have wasted a lot of time on such a small purchase.”

I ordered HP Laptop on the 5th of oct, choosen fast shipping to be deilvered on the 8th of october and shimpment has shown delivered by 8:29 am i checked it 10 mins later with my high security system in my building they have never recived it. we de decided to check the buildings camera and it was never delivered
Finally concluded it’s not delivered, called next day Best Buy for replacemnt, anc choose to pick it up from store and after i have reched the store they said the order was canceled and got text order cancelled, later asked for refund they said yes we do wait for a mail confimration and i never recieved the mail i have reached out to fedex and they said i should get a replacment or a refund and then suddenly both bestbuy and fedex said it’s delivered and shared the tracking number , I have requested Best Buy proof of delivery, but they dont have and after so many phone calls with both best buy and fedex
bestbuy store and cutsomer service said its all in the hand of fedex you should file a claim
and fedex said on a phone call that they have lost my package (i have it recorded) and driver can not recall
i filed a claim to fedex and it was not approved as the shipper who is bestbuy should be the one who file a claim not me
and i got an offcial letter from building manger who runs my condominium that the delivery was never recived and we have footage that proves our claim

I am very sad, this laptop was paid by my brother who lives overseas for his college and now he doesnt have money to get a new laptop or even refund to buy a new one and now he is attending collage without a laptop and all his colleges have and this might make him fail this semster!!
also, i have pushed my flight twice thought i was getting a replacment to fly from Dallas to Egypt with the laptop and this costes more money and i have paid for the sake of waiting for the laptop!!!

“Update 10/27: Well I guess third time is not a charm. Received a call from the installer on 10/26 at 5 pm and he asked if we had the microwave. I said no. He said he'd check on it and get back to me. Never called me again. 10/27 came and went and no call from anyone. Wow! What a terrible company Best Buy has turned into. And as far as the three representatives from Best Buy are concerned (Eduardo Bouchan, Justin Quan and William Venable), they never reached out again after my initial email. Instead, they made this my problem. No credit, no microwave and no install. I think three chances to get it right is more than adequate. Good solid customer service right there. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.
Scheduled a Samsung over the range microwave install on 10/6. I ordered it on 9/30. 10/6 from 9-1 pm came and went. Called at Best Buy at 3:30 pm on 10/6 to find out what happened to be told to call the next day. Install company called me at 4:30 pm on 10/6 and we rescheduled for 10/11 between 9-1 pm again. 10/11 came and went again. Called Best Buy on 10/11 around 2:30 pm and after waiting on hold for 25 minutes while the CSR called the install company, the call disconnected and not returned. I called back once again and this really nice CSR said I will be contacted by a supervisor. She was actually more fed up than I was. Eduardo Bouchan called and apologized. He said they would give me a $50 credit and take care of rescheduling the install with a different company. After three days went by neither happened. I rescheduled the install myself through the app. I sent a detailed email to Eduardo Bouchan and copied Justin Quan and William Venable and as Eduardo instructed. I never received a response back and seemed like I was ghosted by all three. How about that award winning customer service? It’s just too bad. I’ve been using Best Buy since the 90s and never seen such awful customer service. We will see how the install goes on 10/27. Maybe third time is a charm.”
“Checked online for a TV at my local store computer said they had 4 in stock. Went there service person told me none were in stock, so who sold them in 15 minutes from me reading online to get to the store.
Sold me an "open box" unit for about the same price. I got it home NO CONTROLLER, put it back in the box took it back...I asked for the manager and he was a total ass. Very indifferent and couldn't care less about my satisfaction. I will NEVER go to Bestbuy again, this is the third time in 5 years I've had this kind of response from them. Off to walmart got the TV and it worked fine got the TV 4K Ultra for 60.00 less”
“If it were possible I'd give the Sandy store customer support / manager 0 stars, 1 is more than deserved. Stone cold with no people skills and no effort in remotely trying to be interested in the situation and where a loyal customer of over 15 years is coming from.
Customer support at Best Buy has not been much better. Promises of special support teams reaching out to you with no signs of any of such thing after several attempts in reaching back out to them. As if they try to avoid me as a customer so the next support person can deal with my issue with my rewards points. This is not acceptable, especially not to an Elite Rewards member.
Best Buy support team, I'll be happy to discuss and settle this review, but as of now a 1 star is overrated !!! Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite store in which I will not purchase anything unless there is some kind of effort from Best Buy.”
“Let me start by saying do not buy anything in bestbuy.com for shipping, pick up your orders... if they loose it they will not be liable to replace it!!!!
I am going to try to make this as short as possible as I am sure everyone is busy but I dont want this to happen to anyone else.
On September 22nd I ordered a MacBook Pro for one of my new employees. That day I left the office and around 6:30PM I received an email saying the item had been delivered. I was very surprised as our office closes at 5PM and usually there is nobody there at that time.
The following day I came in and asked everyone in the office for the box and as suspected nobody had received/signed for the delivery.
On Monday September 26 I calles Best buy and one of the reps opened up a claim which was later on that day declined for refund/replacement after their "investigation", I then called again and once again they opened another claim which again got denied.
I called again and they asked me to call ShipIt, the delivery vendor hired and contracted by best buy and try to place a claim with them, they immediately cut me off when I called saying it was Best Buys responsibility to handle my case.
I called Best Buy again and I had a representative help me and process a replacement for in store pick up, they told me the following day would be ready for pick up...so the following day I went in to the store to pick up and I was advised there was a hold on the order and therefore they coulndt release the computer to me and that I must contact customer service for the hold to be released.
I have been calling best buy for the past week 2-3 times per day to try to get the hold released spending so many hours on the phone, having representatives tell me it will be solved in 24-48 hours and today I received an email saying the order had been cancelled and after investigation no refund/replacement was approved.
I have been asking for the proof of signature of whom "supposedly" signed for the package and neither best buy or Ship it want to provide
I spoke to a very disrespectful representative today after receiving the cancellation email who told me I had to call ShipIt again to place a claim with them, I asked her to call shipit with me on the line and she said she was not authorized to speak to shipit (I did not purchase an item from ship it, I purchased from BEst buy and believe Best buy should be liable for my package)
I have always bought my company computers through best buy and not apple because I trusted best buy and this whole situation has put a lot of stress on me and has me very dissappointed”
“I will NEVER give best buy by business EVER AGAIN. Purchased a Whynter ARC-148MS for delivery through the rebate program LA Power and Water offered. It's a portable A/c. I got a big discount. They PRETENDED to deliver it but it never came. I was home. No one came to my door. or my mailbox. Then I was told a replacement would be delivered on Oct 13th. I WAITED all day- it never came. Then they told me it would come by Oct 17th (between Oct 14-17). Didn't come. Called for a supervisor and the lady kept telling me "I'll have someone call you back" I kept telling her I'll wait. Finally got FAYAS on the phone and his horrible service/supervising. I told him I'll pick it up... he said there are none to pick up. I point out "It says if I order online I can pick it up by Oct 25th at the closest store." Suddently now I can't pick it up. Basically- they gave me a bigger discount then they wanted and now they are trying not to give me my purcahse. Best Buy- You're not the only game in town- Do yourself a favor- check B&H and other online options. Cheaper, better service, faster delivery and no headache.”

We have had such good service on all the items we have purchased within the last year, ie… TV, air conditioner, and now a new sound bar.”
“Best Buy, precisely the one at king Plaza is the worst place to buy your stuff. I bought a tv, and I put a warranty for 2 years. After a year my tv stopped working, I went to Best Buy nobody was on the counter for few minutes, finally when I got someone to address the issue they told to call Geeg Squid. I called them they made an appointment for next week for 1 pm to 5 pm. When the time came, I stopped all my activities to wait for the Geeg Squid, they didn't show up. When I called them they told me to wait for 24hrs to make another appointment. I called Best Buy to adress the issue again, when I spoke to someone they hanged up the phone on me. Please it's not a place to buy your stuff. The TV has been on the floor for 2 weeks, and I don't know when they are going.”
“I would give them a 0 but they don't offer that they delivered a washer10-12-22 that had a big dent in it so they took it back and a new date of the 10-15-22 was when they were going to resend a new washer out. No one called so I called them and they said they can't deliver until November. They should read there own website because it doesn't say wait 3 weeks for a washer is states 3 days. “My order was placed at 12:18pm on October 13, 2022. I went to the Best Buy at Fair Lakes in Fairfax Va. The purchase was made online as it reflected the iPad purchased was in stock.
I arrived around 6:45pm and to no avail my iPad wasn't selected to complete the purchase. I was informed there had been system issues all day which is understandable, one sales associate informed another she hadn't gotten to the order yet which was over six hours later!!
The sales associate that I initially spoke with said I could cancel the order and purchase the iPad in the store!!
The bottom line is Best Buy didn't have my iPad in stock..period!! I spoke with the manager on duty and he said the iPad that was ordered wasn't in stock. This is completely unacceptable as it conflicts what Best Buy has advertised. He said that a delivery truck will deliver merchandise on October 14th between 11-12n. My issue is please don't advertise merchandise that's not available for pick up the same day for the sake of making a sale.”
