When I called to see if they delivered to Peace River they said they did. I then find out after I placed my order it comes from Edmonton and the flowers were wilted and died within 2 days. I called they sent another set and they were so cold they were dead next day. Bad customer service and will not refund credit card, only a credit to my bloomex account. I will never use because I can not trust that they will not be dead again! I have emailed many times they they still refuse a credit to my card. This is the worst company ever! I was not able to get phots as my mother is in a lodge 7 hours away from me and, does not have a cell phone. After many emails I am still being refused a credit to my credit card!

Very poor service from Bloomex, roses arrived completely frozen and were wilted and dropping pedals in 35 mins. If this so called ‘Canadian Official Florist’ would pay attention to their customers and consistent poor reviews perhaps there wouldn’t be so many unsatisfied customers. They won’t guarantee perishables that are prepared and delivered, so why advertise such ? Nope..No recommendation from our family. Terrible business.

How does a company like this stay in business? I became a first time grandmother on December 24th to a baby girl who they named Calla. Since it was Christmas it was hard to find a floral store open to order so I thought I would try an online delivery service which I regret so much. After going though Blomex site I found a beautiful arrangement of Calla Lilies and ordered them asking for deluxe because the regular one didn’t include a vase. Deluxe didn’t have an option for vase. My son called to thank me but he said they were not Calla lilies, just plain lilies, and they came in a plastic bag with the stems in oasis (green foam) and two wilting pieces of greens. The balloon for New Baby was a valentines balloon that said ‘Love ya’ on it. So, wrong flowers, wrong balloon and no vase. Cost of this disaster 97.50. The company won’t take away the joy i feel about my new granddaughter but it sure clouded it a bit.

I wish that my parents would have looked at reviews prior to them ordering for me. This company is a disaster. My parents are in their 80's and had so many issues with the customer service that I had to step in. They spent over $100 on a basket of carnations. The delivery was supposed to include chocolates but they never showed. This company is shameful in how they handle their customer service for the elderly. It should not take 4 phone calls, 5 emails and a live chat to get the issue resolved. Bloomex has apparently refunded the chocolates but the flowers were sad and over priced and the delivery fee was outrageous considering we only got 1/2 the order. Do not use this company. Best to google a local florist and call them or email them. Thanks Bloomex for making my Christmas present a Christmas pain.

I live in Germany and I was not able to come home to Canada for Christmas, so I sent flowers to my mom, who’s alone and haven’t in over 2 years. Firstly, the flowers arrived with unopened, dried-out petals, and 4 days later, failed to develop and wilted more. The customer service was of no help at all. Secondly, when looking at the prices on the Canadian website, everything was shown in $. However, because I paid with a German credit card, they charged my card in USD $, without any conversion. So my order that was supposed to be 70 CAD$ ended up being 70 USD$, which amounts to 100 CAN$!!! Upon payment, they do not show that you are being charged in USD. They only show “$”, which everybody visiting a Canadian website would assume could only be in $CAD (why the heck should it be charged in USD?!). When I called the customer service, they told me this is one of their policies (not stated upon payment, but in a different section on their website), which also does NOT state that there will be no currency conversion. I will be sure to seek legal counsel on this. This is at the height of dishonesty and I do not understand how this is not considered fraud or illegal in Canada. This is misrepresentation, misleading of customers and businesses, and misinformation and I will be sure to NEVER order from them again. How they are still in business is beyond me. Be warned. Bad quality and very shady policies.

ordered flowers for delivery on Dec 18th. never delivered. Had to make three inquiries as to where my flowers were. No explanation why they were not delivered on the 18th. They did not deliver on the 19th, and after another query they refunded my money but did not explain why delivery failed.

They charge me an outrageously high shipping fee but don't guarantee delivery on time nor quality. My order to My Mother In law (who lives in a difference province than we do) was delivered 3 days after the date I selected and paid for. The flowers were also put into a box upside down - the labels were on the top of the box but the flowers were bloom down, no water and crushed. My MIL left me a message yesterday about the conditions and I only had time to contact them today. (Approx 36hrs after delivery). Their response was - we used Purolator so shipping is out if our control. And we only have a 24hr guarantee on flowers…. Seriously! DO NOT USE THEM - GO ELSEWHERE!

Do NOT order from this place!!! I recently ordered flowers from this joke of a company. The woman on the phone assured me that my purchase would look exactly like the pic on their site. It looked nothing like it! I paid almost $100 for a bouquet that would have cost me $10 at a grocery store .. it was supposed to several white Lilys to be in a basket and wasn’t .. paid extra so it would be delivered same day and it wasn’t .. tried to contact them and they said they won’t do anything .. please don’t ever order from this company you will surely be disappointed and ripped off. In my photos are what I ordered as opposed to what was delivered. How disgusting! I surely hope this gets passed to the company .. this is my order number 3429129 .. will also say that another time my daughter ordered flowers from this “company” and that time also they looked nothing like the photo she ordered from .. this company is a scam please do not ever order from them!!!

I ordered a SUPERSIZE Serenade and I received a Standard bouquet. It was supposed to have white Lilies and lavender roses, and I didn't get a single Lily and the roses were pink. So I received a complete different bouquet from what I had ordered. After my first complaint, they offered me a 20$ store credit. When I complained again, they offered to send it again. They keep refusing to do a full refund, saying is against their policies. So, this can happen to you. These guys don't understand that people order the favorite flowers and colors of the person you are giving the flowers to, and by sending a complete different arrangement they are screwing up the whole thing. Just go to your local flower shop or other site, but DO NOT buy from this site. I'm filing a complaint to the small claims court. BTW, I'll give this ZERO stars.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bloomberg. When I complained on the Chat line I was told to send a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. I did a week ago today and have to heard back from them. What my son received was a small cheap bouquet, nothing like what was promised on the picture. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY! Not only do they don’t deliver what was ordered but don’t care enough about their customers to look into their problem.

Just got my order. I'm feeling deceived. The bouquet itself looks awful and nothing even close to what they advertise on the website. Paid an extra 10 CAD to "supersize" it. Daisies withered, roses ugly. For an extra 10 CAD bought a clear vase and got this atrocious "dollar store" purple vase with large Bloomex writing on it. Why would anyone like such branding on paid merchandise? Teddy Bear has a branding too, it didn't on the picture on the Bloomex website. Reached to customer support and they answered that the arrangement I received was in accordance with their policy, but they willing to give me some in-store credit (I didn't get it yet). Why would I ever want to buy something from them? I asked if I can return the order, but didn't get any response yet. I would be much more satisfied just by buying a bouquet at my local convenience store. Do not do business with them!

Infuriating to say the least. My boyfriend is currently out of state & I was feeling a little lonely therefore he made an order from Bloomex on Thursday so it could get here for either Friday/Saturday. He payed the quick delivery as it was advertised that it would take a day. Anyways Saturday comes & still no flowers, I try calling customer service and nobody answers so I head to the live chat. I was assured it would be there before 8PM and not to worry. It never came. I waited a full week and it finally came, I was beyond upset. I actually got in touch with someone on Tuesday and they were saying the same but nothing came. Delivery wasn't even the worst issue. He had gotten a huge bouquet of red, white and pink roses with a card & a teddy bear, it was 70$ before everything. I can't even make this up but there was about 7 flowers in the bouquet, 3 red roses and 4 pink carnations. They were so small and barely even bloomed. Absolutely nothing like the picture they advertised online. And the card, they glued an uneven piece of white paper inside with a printed messaged, looks like a 4 year old made it. The teddy is about the size of my toe. I had never seen such horrible advertising, it was all false. I called about 4 times with no answer, so I emailed. I sent in pictures I took to compare whats shown online. I was responded to a day later saying it was sent to the manager, he only contacted me 2 days later. A long paragraph was sent saying how my bouquet was beautifully done, nothing was wrong with it, the delivery was correct & theres nothing they can do about it. I was in shock considering its not rocket science to know how obviously false their advertising is. I give them another call, finally someone picks up, I had to leave work to do this. After my loud complaining and frustration taking over, I was told it still looked beautiful but then I realized he was re reading the email trying to get rid of me. Long story short with my yelling & hard head he offered to send me cookies? I told him no, I expect a brand new bouquet of flowers shown exactly how its advertised online. It took me 30 minutes to do so, refused to let me speak to a manager, but he agreed on sending me a new one and would be here in 4 days. I will follow up on this when I receive the order. All this to say, coming from a marketing director, the advertising is beyond false and needs to be reported immidietly and customer service needs to be taken care of. I had never dealt with such a horrible company. i really hope they make up for it.

Flowers delivered did not resemble bouquet ordered. Bloomex customer service argued that they did not have available bouquet available and replaced with similar arrangement. Delivered arrangement was substandard and completely unimpressive. I had also upgraded to deluxe arrangement and was further shortchanged with the standard size. Buy with caution. Their services are misleading and customer service poor. Do not recommend.

DISGUSTING Customer Service!! I ordered flowers through a Bloomex agent on the phone and they confirmed all the details. The day of my grandmother’s funeral, I received a TEXT saying Bloomex would not be delivering the flowers for the funeral. No phone call, no explanation. I tried calling for 2 days with Bloomex’s phones going to voicemail.I asked several times for a manager to call me. No-one called me back.I received several copy & paste responses, even after I emailed them to STOP sending me copy & paste responses.Apparently, Bloomex will send my grandmother’s funeral flowers for another time in the future. My grandmother only had one funeral and we missed it and there were no flowers from us!!!! This is the most disgusting & insensitive response,I have ever heard. We will NEVER use Bloomex again and I will SHARE with everyone I know ( and don’t know) about this absolutely APPALLING customer service! *** they have apparently given me a refund and I should be happy with that. Also, no response from their CEO.

Ordered flowers for my mom, from my dad in long term care, for their anniversary. I picked the purply pink bouquet described as " full and hearty handcrafted and hand-tied "Bunch" of fresh cut, lavender seasonal flowers heavily accented with delicate fillers. Featuring a combination of fresh cut flowers carefully contrasted with exotic fillers to produce a trendy mix of textures and colours . A hand-tied stream of rustic raffia completes the arrangement. The result... a breath-taking contemporary bouquet. " What I got was a mishmash of white, green, orange and red with a sprinkle of pink carnations. Basically a cheaply made $20 grocery store bouquet at best. Their $39.99 regular price 79.99 bouquet that I supersized for an additional $15. The red gerbera was already wilting, the orange random flowers were in terrible shape and there were several broken flowers. The discount code I used from their website was accepted in the order but then I was charged full price at the end of the transaction. I also added a balloon to the order that never arrived. I called and left a message with their customer service line. I have still not been called back. I did receive an email in which they offered to refund me for the balloon and offered me a credit for my next order. They claim they have a policy on substitution. This is non existent on the website! If they think I'm ever doing business with them again they're out of their mind! Companies like this should be shut down and face serious fines and a lawsuit for their fradulent practices! Never order from them! Call a local flower shop who actually cares about their customers. Bloomex does not. Their positive reviews are lies! I still want my refund Bloomex! Every holiday season I'll be here to make sure everyone knows what you're really about!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever gotten. Misleading, deceitful, late, arrogant ... everything that a business dealing with human emotions should never be. When you order one thing to be delivered on a certain day, because it matters (!) and it gets delivered, without any notification the day after... and you get, instead of white and lavender breath of fresh air bouquet that I've ordered, a lovely Thanksgiving bouquet delivered to your daughter, the day AFTER her birthday - I am sure you too would get upset, feel deceived and misled by the company's commitment AND the hefty price you paid. I got an email at 12:32 am the day after (Aug. 26) that my order was "in packaging", than another one at 8:19 am that it is "in transit" and when I called them to inquire about my order not being delivered when it should have been, there's no "available representatives". "Please leave your name and order number and the first available representative will call you back!" Ah hour later ... no call. I call back, but time I press #1 "to place an order". Wham!!!! Someone picked up right away! And then the agony that lasted more than an hour began... lying about the text message sent... lying about the email sent the day prior, when the delivery was ordered for (Aug. 25)... and a cherry on a cake was when the "manager" said: "We will make it bigger." Oh darn, I've already paid for the "super-sized" bouquet 💐, so I think he meant the Purolator delivery dude, already en-route to Pemberton was going to pick few daisies our of his ---(garden) along the way and stick them in... Everything about this company is deceiving, unprofessional and unreliable. As when I was placing an order, over the phone, the representative NEVER mentioned they didn't have a "partner" in Pemberton, although he took the time to check the address and charge me EXTRA for the delivery, which I found out about the day AFTER the delivery was requested for. Had I known I would have ordered from the local florist and be sure my girl gets her gift on time and fresh! And in the end these are three dead balloons and the flowers she got... Beware of such business practices. I've learned my lesson. Bloomex happens to be THE WORST experience I've ever had as a consumer of various services. And I am about to become a member of "Bloomex Sucks" group of almost 3K members. I wish I had found them sooner..

Will never use again. Received a text my order will not be sent until another day, so I said please change the message then to (xxx) - I even went online to the "chat" feature and had a 'conversation' with an agent who confirmed the message would be changed and it wasn't. Poor customer service - will NOT recommend them to anyone. Should have done my homework - several websites warned of the terrible service. Do your homework.
