The worst mobile network, the worst customer service. Strongly do not recommend this operator.keep away from iD! !

I ordered a phone on a Saturday as my contract had ended and I needed a replacement. So they said they would post on next day delivery, so would 'arrive Sunday' I was told. It is now Tuesday and still no sign of the phone. I have spoken to customer services once and they have said the order should be with my 'tomorrow, the next day or maybe the day after that', it is so unorganised and the postage service is shockingly bad.

I cancelled my ID mobile in March, gave 30days notice!!! just noticed they are still taking my money!! I rang them and after 15mins I got hold of someone to be told "oh it should have stopped on the 14th of April" so they were going to cancel it again to day. NOT IMPRESSED so lost another £15 as they could not refund me. I'm going to cancel my DD tonight.(what an idiot I was)thinking that the Car phone ware house are a trusting company. Very poor service

Bought a phone with £10 simcard bundle was told the phone was 16gb internal memory but was actually only 8gb. Took phone and sealed unused simcard back to store for a refund they took both items but when i checked the receipt she did not refund the full amount I questioned it and she said they can not refund the simcard!!! Said I want to speak to who ever decides to rip me off and she said I couldnt and it is the phone operator who stops them refunding she wouldnt phone the operator to try get me a refund but ended up getting currys pc world manager to speak to me. he told me he couldnt do anymore than what the lady who served me could. I was then surrounded by a few staff (trying to intimidate me into leaving) in the end she tried phoning EE but said they are closed and could not get through they continued to cash up as it was closing time so i phoned EE on my own phone and got through within seconds the guy on the phone stated its nothing to do with them and because I had been miss sold by carphone warehouse they should refund me the full amount. I then had him repeat it to staff they was still convinced I shouldnt get a refund but in the end the manager got £10 out there till and refunded me. Im a customer they miss sold to me if i didnt check the receipt they would have got away with it. They tried to intimidate me to leave by having me surrounded by staff. 1 customer and they think its suitable to have 5+ members of staff surround me. All i wanted was my money back

We originally went back to Vodaphone shop aylesbury who my wife's phone had a contract to obtain a upgrade to her older iPhone4 I have to say there customer service and attitude were terrible so we went to the Carphone ware house in Aylesbury were we had the pleasure of dealer with a guy called (KIng) he was totally professional and helped us no matter how many obstacles the Vodaphone shop near by were throwing at us I can only say that King the sales guy is a true asset to Carphone warehouse he made the process easy and fun

Never again ! Ordered phone upgrade by telephone , arrived next day as promised but no new SIM card with phone . Rang customer support to check if it was supposed to have one or should I use my old one from last phone, was told no you can't do that you need a new sim you should have been sent one but you will now have to go to a store for that ! I said I was without a car as was in garage could they post it and was first told 'no we don't do that ' then after complaining she said ok we will post it but 3-5 working days , I asked if my old sim would be deactivated soon she said yes ! So I said so I will be without a phone for up to 5 days through no fault of my own and you will not send it next day ( not even a first class stamp ) no the answer came ! Lovely ! I being heavily pregnant and worried about being phone less borrowed a car to drive to my local store to be told ' oh you don't need a new sim you just use your old one :(((((((( so a wasted journey ! I then took the phone home to link up to my iTunes account and it would not connect ! On phoning customer support they said ' oh you need to go to a store to get technical help ! ' no way I said I have just got back from your store ! They passed me from pillar to post until I said forget it I need to return this phone and cancel the contract ! I drove back to the store to return the phone and was told by the girl there that she couldn't have helped me anyway as they have no technical training !So be aware of you have trouble with your handset when it arrives you are on your own ! Thank goodness I saved myself from dealing with this for the whole duration of my contract!

Just stood in your Bexleyheath branch and waited to be served for over 20-25 minutes. Granted it was a little busy but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged rather than ignored

If I could have give 0 stars I would have done. Still waiting for them to resolve my issue. The issue is that I ordered my upgrade phone over the phone with them, they then sent me the sim card but not the phone, and they have been squabbling amongst themselves as to which of their departments are now responsible for actually sending me a phone... seemingly unconcerned as to the fact that I am still without the phone I am due....

Took out a £13.99 contract - being charged £17.48 by EE because Carphonewarehouse has given them the incorrect information. You would think Carphonewarehouse would apologise and correct. Spent 1.5 hours in their store with unhelpful people on the phone and they have still not sorted it out. Surely one of the worst companies in the world for customer service.

Cancelled a purchase (as I found a better offer) before I even received the mobile phone at the beginning of December 2015. I was advised I would receive my refund of the £50 deposit within 7 days. Been fobbed off on numerous occasions advising that they had taken the wrong debit card details (they didn't take them down wrong when they took the money!). Tried going through revolver and the ombudsmen and they have refused to work with them. So basically still not received my refund 5 months on!! Will never use them again and advise all that I meet to stay away from this terrible company!

Went in to get a replacement phone as I dropped it and the screen cracked. I was told that I would need to pay over £60 excess fee despite having insurance. The staff said I would be better off with a new phone. I was led to believe I had 14 says to cancel found out this was complete RUbbish. I am now locked into a 24 nth contract and paying MORE than if I purchased the same phone with 02. Also found out my old phone only had a £20 excess. As for their Price Promise don't bother. The staff in store did not know squat and said i had to tell them on the day that i had seen the deal cheaper...rubbish the online documentation does not say that its up to 14 days after the purchase was made including upgrades. As for calling customer care forget it.If you make a complaint your then told you cannot get the Price Promise unless you made the purchase online. This is not stipulated on the Terms and condition the company have online either. I will never use this company again .????

Just like to say how rude and unhelpful carphone warehouse can be. My wife received a call at 7pm on the 11.05.2016 The representative run through various options to renew her out of contract iPhone, when he gave her the costing she replied, I have had a better offer, the rude sod then put the phone down. Just goes to show it is not all about looking after the customer. Cheers car phone warehouse, I would not give you any future business you horrible lot Steve Maitland Deeside ,Chester

I went into the carphone warehouse about 40 days ago, I went to buy a phone and the payment didn't work, I thought it was my credit card but it wasn't, the man in the shop told me that the carphone warehouse headquarters had blocked me for 30 days and there was nothing I could do to change that. I was really discussed by this because I have bought all my phones from the carphone warehouse, I got a text from them a few days ago saying I was due a upgrade, so I went to the shop knowing that the 30 days were up and hoping that this time round I could buy a phone, I found the phone that I would like to buy and they declined me once again. I asked the woman in the shop and she told me that the main carphone warehouse has blocked me for life,I can never buy a phone from them ever again. I didn't even no something like this was possible, I am very disappointed in them. They made me wait 30 days just to tell me that I was blocked for life!!!!. Just thought I would tell you all incise this ever happens to you and so you no what is going to happen. Even though I can never shop there again, if I could I would never go back!!!!!!

Absolutely gobsmacked at the complete lack of service received in the Brent Cross store this evening. I was shopping for a new phone cover and on picking one was told at the till that the marked price was in fact £10.00 more than the cost shown on the display. The salesman checked this with the Branch Manager, who told him to take them off of the display and correct the issue. As this was the case I wanted I continued with the sale. The till receipt was printed off with authorisation codes, but there was an issue in printing the Carphone Warehouse invoice, being told that should there be an issue with the case I would need the invoice I waited. Again the Branch Manager was called to resolve the issue who promptly said that the sale had not gone through, I pointed out the authorisation code and was told that he had checked the store stock at that they had only ever held 2 of these items and the stock was still showing 2 and that I could verify this at the cash point outside the store. The cash point not being part of my bank did not allow checking of recent transactions so had to call once I returned home. Surprise! £39.99 had been deducted from my account. Now I will have to take time out of work tomorrow to try to get a refund. I'm furious.

I have now waited 3 days for my nxt day delivery phone an when I have just phoned to see why I once again was told it maybe tomorrow it's a joke won't shop here again!

Stay away from iD mobile. Porting your number is a straightforward process but not for them. They don't have the technical know-how. Carphone Warehouse should scrap iD network to save their reputation. 9 days later am back on previous network with a new number ?

I went to the shop in the Mall in Hammersmith. The staff gave me a misadvise and I bought a charger can't use. Back to exchange the useless charger the staff lied again for £5 benefit. But exchanged the charger to one which works. Only wasti g time.

Worst experience iv ever had with a phone store, I was given the incorrect phone had to pay extra for it, wait for ages in several stores I had to visit and the knowledge of the staff isn't great. The complaints team weren't any better.

This is the worst phone company I have ever used. Stay well away. Every month they have billed me between 10 and 15 quid over the top for no aparantly reason tho bing me off with oh it's your mobile data. My mobile data is switched off and my bill was still 75 quid and should of been 23. Yes ppl stay well away. I'm stuck with these arsehole for another year. Customer services are south African and rude. They are unhelpful and this you off. I can't wait to be outta this contract. Never ever again.
