I ordered a mobility scooter tiller cover but Complete Care Shop (which operates under several names) sent me a woodpecker warmer legwarmer instead. I sent it back straightaway but Complete Care Shop kept asking me for photos of it after I'd returned it, then they said they couldn't find the returned item, finally they refused to send me the tiller cover or refund my money. It seems that I'm not alone in my experience of Complete Care Shop, I'm elderly and disabled and can ill afford to lose the money. They send rude, dismissive emails, "care" isn't evident in anything they do. Please don't be fooled as I was.

i made an order and paid for a lower back support and a car seat cushion on 16/07/2019 - i am still waiting and have had to purchase elsewhere because back problems cannot wait so long. Had they notified me that items were out of stock, i would have improvised somehow but alas, no such communication.

This is a corrective to my previous one star (i.e. no star!) review concerning car ramps - 20th July or thereabouts. As a result of some angry emails from me and the review mentioned, the company (represented by Jasmine) took reasonably prompt action and half an hour ago - 29th July - the 'swap' took place and I now have the correct item. This proves the Complete Care Shop can get it right when they get their fingers out, but the many errors and delays mentioned in reviews prior to mine suggest they need to up their game much more consistently. Thank you, Jasmine, for the eventual outcome.

Placed order for aluminium ramps for loading mobility scooter to car. Swift delivery of useless plastic ramps for getting over door thresholds, etc. Parcel labelled as weighing 18kg, actually weighed 5.5kg - no excuse for this egregious error. Over one hundred forty pounds cash banked immediately - how long for an exchange or refund, I wonder. All the reviews now make me feel foolish (and very angry) for using this company - I'm out to get them!

I'm afraid to say that Shop is the only part of this companies name that I can't take issue with, because Complete and Care certainly don't seem to figure. I have made 5 or 6 purchases over the last couple of years and with the exception of one have had issues with all of them. Only one of a pair of walking sticks arrived, the other never did and had to be purchased elsewhere. A bath seat instead of a 4" shower step and so on. On the most recent I called in to report that the wrong item had been received and was told that on the following Tuesday the item would be collected and the correct one delivered. The item was duly collected but no replacement. So I called in to ask what had happened to be told by a lady who was stern to put it as politely as possible, that was not what I had been told as they never send out a replacement until the wrong item is returned. I object on two points. One, I don't like the implication I am a liar, or stupid and two, why should I be kept waiting for what will be approaching 2 weeks for an item that is required for an infirm relative. I get the feeling this is a company who may be geared up to deal with organisations rather than individuals. Others may well have had a better experience but I can only say I find the service poor and the telephone manner abrasive. Whether this review is actually published I await with interest to see.

You gave this company 43% recommendation which is wrong because quite a lot would have given the company no stars at all but that was not allowed!

i wrote to watch dog but i am only one person stop complaining and every one tell watch dog about this awful company maybe they will sit up and take notice this firm has to be stoppd

Wish we had looked at all the poor reviews prior to paying for items - 3 weeks on, two telephone calls and still no items received - when you eventually get through to a customer advisor, you get a bulk standard reply of "all we can do is apologise " - said without an ounce of care or professionalism! Have now requested a refund, judging by previous reviews, I suspect this will be a long time coming! This company, by the nature of the items that they are "selling" , are dealing with ill, vulnerable and fragile people - an added disgrace for the, frankly, swindling methods of practice! Avoid at all costs

Order two products on the 11th June, one that was specifically needed for the 19th June. I felt confidnt as the product on line said " In Stock! Fast Delivery! "After receiving a delvery note for one product on the 13th so I rang to ask about th eone I needed for the 19th and was informed that they had just received in stock 62 of them and it would be despatched shortly. I called on the 19th, but my time was imited and I kept having to dosconnect after 10 minutes wait. Called again on the 20th and got trough on the 2nd atttempt. Here I wa informed theproduct was on a transfer note and may delivered some time next week. I enquiredabout "Ins tock! Fast Delivery!" to be informed "In stock" meant the supplier had it in stock and Fast Delivery well, wasn't fast ! 3 - 5 working days. Ok, that would have been 14th - 18th, to be told it wasn't in stock . As the prevous person I spoke to said it had come in on the 14th (62 as mentioned) silly me for htinking "in stock meant ........"In stock" - glad their supplier wasn't in China. Left me high and dry, this was an aid I needed for someone coming out of hospital on the 18th and I feel misinformed by the web site

Atrocious. No order confirmation, no items delivered more than 2 months after placing the order, though they took the payment immediately. I'm glad my order was a small one as it seems my money has been wasted. I'm now at the stage of approaching Trading Standards in the company's base area as there are so many people in the same position, many who have placed expensive orders. This company should not be trading. Can your review page operate a 'no star' category?, as that is what I would give them.

The Perching Stool that I ordered arrived quickly but was minus the seat. Received no reply to the phone call followed by email I sent so as item was urgently required went ahead and obtained one from somewhere else. The seat did turn up but by then too late. Since then no response whatsoever from this Company and no refund either. I telephoned in the first instance and was advised to contact them by email, which I have done five or six times and had no response whatsoever. I should have kept the item and sold it on Ebay, instead I parcelled it up and returned at a cost of over £8. Disgraceful way to treat customers

I received my orders quickly. I have already used the no rinse shampoo and shower gel and they are great for the days when showering is too much.

I placed an order two months ago part of which was delivered, however the most expensive items in the order have failed to arrive. I have tried it make contact via emails Howe er these have been ignored. No explanation or refund offered. Do not buy from this supplier.

Terrible. Delivery is virtually non-existent. When you are able to reach customer services by phone, you cannot believe a word of what they say. This morning I tried to reach them again by phone about my outstanding order. The switchboard said the only possibility was for me to leave my name and number and they should be able to call me in 48 hours or so. This is totally unacceptable. The sooner they are out of business, the better. Avoid at all costs.

I predict they will go bust any time now! Ordered and paid for a mattress 15/04 - £348 - rang them on 23/04 and told they were out of stock and could not give me any delivery date!! It was needed urgently for my 90yr old mother who was recovering from a broken hip and could not get onto her high mattress so I cancelled and asked for a refund and was told "up to 2weeks" to get my money back!!! I rang on 08/05 and was told by Grace she would mark it as urgent. I emailed on 17/05 - no response so rang them at 4.00pm to be told that they had over 4000 emails to go through and it takes 2 weeks to do refunds - it had by now taken 3 wks and 3 days. After threatening to visit there accounts dept, which I was told were at a different address, I was promised a call back from them and the call came later when I was told "accounts will ring me back" but, of course, this did not happen. However I did receive a refund on the 22/05 - 5 weeks and 2 days after they took my money with no chance of supplying the goods. Each phone call took up to 15 mins to answer if at all - it was excuse after excuse about moving warehouse, very busy, accounts too busy, too many emails, short staffed! Beware of paying for goods before speaking to them to ensure they have stock and get a firm delivery date or better still, buy from somewhere else!
