Avoid! If I could give a zero star review I would. Received half a bottle of sealed perfume, not an issue, just leaking. Reported the same day I received. Apart from an email 8 days later, requesting photos I’d already provided I have had no communication for 1 month. No resolution, no new bottle or refund so I’m left out of pocket with a half empty product! Disgraceful service, I will never use again!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Cult Beauty. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive by July 30th, but nearly a month later, I still haven’t received my package. The delivery process has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the customer service has been even worse. From the very beginning, there were issues. The delivery date was missed, and despite numerous follow-ups, I kept being told to wait 3-5 days for an update. After weeks of hearing the same excuses and receiving no real help, I was finally told that the courier had supposedly delivered my package to an incorrect address. This mistake was entirely on Cult Beauty's delivery partner, yet I am the one left empty-handed. The communication from Cult Beauty has been frustratingly slow and unhelpful. They repeatedly claimed that the issue was being "escalated" but provided no clear answers or solutions. Despite being legally obligated to either redeliver the item or offer a refund within 30 days, I have seen no action from them. This whole experience has been a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and I feel completely let down by Cult Beauty. I expected much better from a company of their reputation. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Cult Beauty to anyone based on this experience, and I will think twice before ordering from them again.

Never buy anything especially expensive products. I am writing my opinion after many months of writing e-mails. To make a long story short - I did not receive the Dennis gross led mask I ordered - cult beauty wrote that the mask were lost and they apologized and refunded my money. Of course the money was not returned. Subsequent e-mails and apologies again, assuring them that they will refund - that the transfer has been ordered. I was deceived for so long and so many e-mails with assurances of a refund that I lost my money even asking by PayPal (if I did not get a product ordered). Recently they stopped apologizing and I received an e-mail saying that they will not refund me because they have not received back the shipment. OF course they not received if the courier explained that lost the parcel they sent. It is unbelievable the way they treat the customer. They took over 400 euros I did not get anything and they don't care about it at all.

Ordered a foundation and concealer, they send me the wrong products, then i was asked to pay for the postage myself from germany to the UK, and they would not give a refund or send the right product until I do. It's a scam, so prepared to pay double what you see on the website or just not get the products.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service I've received from Cult Beauty. Over a month ago, I placed an order that never arrived. It feels like my parcel was either stolen or never sent at all. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was left waiting for an entire month before Cult Beauty finally responded, only to demand a police report from me. After jumping through hoops to provide the report, I was shocked when they decided, without consulting me, to send a replacement. This is completely unacceptable. After waiting over a month and having already purchased the products elsewhere, I wanted a refund, not a replacement. Their decision to send a replacement without considering my preference shows a total lack of respect for me as a customer. The customer service experience has been nothing short of infuriating. They have been unhelpful, dismissive, and completely ineffective. The way they handled my situation has made it clear that they do not value their customers. I will never use Cult Beauty again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Cult Beauty's service is horrendous, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Avoid Cult Beauty at all costs!

Cult Beauty promised to refund me with the return postage cost back in Jan 2024 and they have STILL NOT PROCESSED this refund. I have asked SOOOO many times and sent all they proof they have asked for SOOOO many times via Cult Beauty account and facebook messenger and it just become a viscous circle. They say it has been processed but it never is and I have to start the complaint again and repeat myself every time as they never refer to the message trail. There is no way to escalate any complaints or issues. I have asked for my complaint to be escalated and for someone senior to contact me direct via phone of email but no joy. unacceptable customer service.

Terrible. Product caused dreadful taste in my mouth and they were not interested. Any other beauty products company would have taken this seriously. I will simply NEVER buy again.

Well I should have come here first, to understand that the company are a bunch of fraudsters themselves!!! They have taken my payment, sent me an empty product box and as their CCTV doesn't show any tampering before dispatch I have not been refunded or had the item replaced and I am now £100 out of pocket I paid via Debit card and have learned a valued lesson there not to do this again !!! Always use a credit card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could have claimed under Section 75 had I have done so. And to top it off, they have closed my account advising that they will accept no further orders from me ...... as if I'd have used them again !!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! as believe me it will cost you dearly!!! I would not have even given 1 star!!

Do not use cult beauty they will deliver late and lie to you. They told me they would refund the cost of postage via paypal amd I agreed. Then when the item was returned they said they would only give a credit note. Completely dishonest company.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Also, they clearly do not know how to use technology because they will send you a discount code if you click on the link, and the code does not work. Tried to contact customer service about it, and it was TERRIBLE! I will unsubscribe and never buy from them again.

Don't buy items here! They showed delivery without even delivering my item. It took me half a month to communicate with them. They admitted that the courier company returned the item but refused to refund me! Rogue company! Their customer service is terrible! They don't seem to understand your question at all!

The absolute worst customer service. A month long INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING terrible customer service. It's like I am talking to robots. Each time, a different person replies and will give the most ignorant, random answer; in a thread where you can read the entire conversation but they just rather act ignorant. Incredibly frustrating. So what happened, the website probably had technical issues because the promotional gift would not show up. Even though my order was eligible for the early access promotional kit they were offering worth 210 euro, it wouldn't show up in my basket. I immediately contacted them via live chat so they advised me with a bunch of things to try but nothing worked, and then promised me someone from customer service team will be in touch with me to help me. NOBODY CONTACTED ME. I then proceeded to email them and then I decide to make the order because I really needed those products asap. They finally get in touch with me regarding the promotional kit and give me a number of ridiculous excuses which don't have any ground to stand on. I have been trying for more than a month now to argue my case and I feel like I am talking to a wall. They are incredibly unfair, rude and unprofessional. On top of all this, they also canceled items from my order without any notice before and they sent me a contaminated/open product without its LID, with half of its content missing. They'll probably publicly reply to this review with an automated type response, or they will play coy and ask me to send them a message or give them more information because they simply can't locate my account/case meanwhile I am in conversation with them for all this time. Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards their loyal customer of many years.

Absolute farce of a company. Sent a return back and I’m still waiting for a refund 10 weeks later. The customer service is an absolute joke. Almost 3 months of them saying everytime I contact them they’ll check the warehouse and they will get back to me. They never once got back to me so I would have to message them again and the whole cycle would repeat. Last message I got they basically told me oh well nothing else we can do! Really? You can give me my money back you scam artists. Never shopping here again. They are at it.

I returned my order and paid for tracked postage from the Netherlands to the UK. It was delivered according to the track and trace but for some reason Cult beauty refuses to confirm receipt and keeps referring to their warehouse that even after 4 weeks (!) has not given any feedback. Cult beauty customer ‘service’ keeps asking the same questions and does not seem to be bothered whatsoever. Worst customer service I ever experienced.

Awful customer service, been fighting to get a refund for over a month now. Evri didn’t deliver my goods although they marked them as having being delivered and cult beauty won’t refund even though they admitted my parcel had been lost!

Awful customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years but they have lost my custom today. I placed an order for next day delivery, unfortunately the order turned up and they had sent me a tester of the full sized product I had purchased. I spoke to someone on their live chat who requested I arrange the item be returned before they send me the correct item that I paid for, I can't believe that even though the error is on their part they are putting me to the trouble of returning the item before they will send me what I paid for. Sadly they have lost a good customer because they're too precious about a tester product and can't spare me the hassle of returning the item. Avoid this scam company at all costs.
