Horrible customer service, the order that never arrived and hours waisted on phone calls and emails! If you want to be left without gifts for holidays- this is a service to use. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Sent back a faulty perfume for refund. Shocking customer service , still waiting 3 weeks on for my refund. I will never order from them again! Stay away at all costs .

Do not deal with this company they do not refund. I placed an order then immediately tried to cancel 2 of the items as I had changed my mind. They said it was too late to cancel, although it has not been shipped, but I could return the items for refund. I returned the items over 3 weeks ago but still have not been refunded. I have contacted customer service multiple times, they are not based in this country and have no interest in resolving any problem. In the last message I received someone asked me for my card details! Cult Beauty owe me over £90 and I do not think that they have any intention of paying it back. It's just theft.

I absolutely dont recommend Cultbeauty to order such expensive cosmetics. My order of Natasha Danone pallet came absolutely destroyed, they haven secured the staff inside ANYHOW. To tell that i am in rage means to tell nothing..it was supposed as a Christmas gift to my daughter.. Awful service, terrible experience. Never EVER again.

I placed the order on 5th of October and was waiting for it for 1 month, but never arrived! Then I requested for refund (about 300 aed) so I received the email from them that its been processed and take 10 days... Those money never back to my account so I wrote them in Instagram and they mentioned that they send my request to finance team and update me once receive an answer from them. After 2 weeks again I texted them, but as a robot they started to ask my details again.. Their live chat stopped working and there is no proper communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU NEVER SEE ITEM AND LOOSE THE MONEY!!! ITS 3RD MONTHS IM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND SEEMS THERE IS NO CHANCE!!!!!!!

This company is the pits. Order not arrived - keep telling my refund has been processed and guess what it hasn’t. Paid by Klarna so they are now on the case. I am also going to inform Trading Standards as they are a rip off and should be closed down

Disgusting service didn't receive an item have to complete a form in order to get a replacement which is not editable. Ordered two advent calendars one should have had the glow free items with it which was said to be applied at checkout and not received.Do not order from Cult disgusting service. Flannels are fab order with Flannels

I had a terrible experience with this website. Ordered for the first time 2 weeks ago, spent over £80, and still don't have my order. This company is a scam and you shouldn't buy from them. I contacted customer service and the service received was appalling, they didn't seem to care if I had my products or not and never gave me any sort of solution

I tried to cancel an order and days later received an email saying the cancelled order was shipped. They then emailed me 2 minutes later to say that my cancellation could not be processed because the item was dispatched (DAYS after I cancelled). They waited until the order was dispatched to 'cancel' it so that I must cover the costs of returning it. What a JOKE.

The worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Took months to get them to look into my issue without the sane default replies. They didn’t send me an item I paid for and refused to refund me. This was because they had proof a parcel was sent and delivered by the courier, even though the issue was it didn’t contain the item I paid for. They had absolutely no proof that the parcel contained the item. I assume this warehouse made an error. Do not expect them to fix it if it happens to you. When I informed that about what had happened and asked for a refund of my money for the item they said no and that they are closing my account! Awful customer service. Thief’s. Avoid if you don’t want money stolen.

This company deserve no stars. In a recent order, a product costing £55 was missing from the order, I contacted the company to inform them and have been given the runaround since the 19th of October, at one stage they asked me to complete a returns form for the order (and return) the order I didn't receive, clearly being fobbed off. I have since read a multitude of horrendous reviews of people parting with large sums of money and getting nowhere. How can this company be allowed to take money from people and not give them the products they paid for in good faith.

They used to be 5 stars, they now have the worst customer service imaginable. I’ve been waiting over a month for an order and still no sign of it coming. Customer service staff don’t have the power/permission to actually help and seem to be there only to kick the issue 5 days down the road. Truly awful company now, such a shame.

Charged me twice for an order they did not deliver and have not helped over the last month in refunding the money they have incorrectly taken from my account. Said they were looking into it for the last month and like other reviewers have said they drag their feet and do not reach any resolution. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be fraudulently charged incorrect sums of money and then even worse not refunded.

My absolute favorite online shop (level 3 customer) but please, please do something about your customer service. There is no live chat (it exists but it's ALWAYS greyed out, unavailable) and the messages via the app get replied to in a day or two, always by different agents who, in my experience, almost never check what's been discussed in the thread. When I last left a review on here I got a reply saying I will be contacted to discuss my experience. That never happened. Disappointing. It is unprofessional and unworthy of a company of your caliber. Very pleased with everything else but something has to be done about the customer service so won't award more than a star until that happens.

Such a scam! A pop up appeared at the top of the screen stating if I spent an additional £8 I qualified for a glow goody bag...of which I did. It did not mention anywhere in this pop up that I needed to add this to my bag at the end. Neither was it shown at all on the check out page or within the drop down alongside the free samples. Frankly invisible...I reached out to the customer service team to say I had not received the good bag which is where I was told I needed to add this to my bag. This seems like a sneaky move to me, if you qualify for the goody bag by spending over a certain amount then it should be sent to you automatically, because I didn't add it to my basket because I'm not Harry Potter with magical appearing powers I'm not able to receive it.

I spent over £200 after being prompted in my shopping basket if I spent more I’d receive a free good to glow goody bag worth over £400…whilst the items I ordered arrived the goody bag did not.I’ve since been told I needed to have tocked a box requesting said gift, which in no way was clear and apparently spending above the minimum amount to qualify for it does not seem to be enough. When I got in touch, after a day full of pointless automated reply emails from the company I was then told they would not hold up to their offer and I was no longer eligible Extremely infuriating, I’d never buy with this company again-was a total mis sell and terrible customer service follow up

My order has not been delivered and I keep getting asked to add my phone number to their portal (I’ve done it 3 times). They’ve now asked me to contact the courier myself (I have no idea what courier they use). Customer service is horrific and automated, almost like you’re speaking to a machine. It almost feels like they’re stealing my money without any intention of sending my products. I’m still in limbo with no way of getting a refund or my products…

Unfortunately my experience with the company is very disappointing. I placed an order for a specific product. In the meantime while waiting for it to arrive the company changed that product on their website and I received a different item from what I had ordered. I have screenshots from my order confirmation where it's still clearly visible exactly what product I paid for but the customer service is blaming me for placing wrong order. The communication is also really poor, need to wait at least 24h for a response.
