Ordered an oven on the 20th December, got told by currys that the order was going to be delivered today (23rd) was told the delivery time was between 14:50 And 18:50 waited in for delivery no phone call no delivery. It was saying on its way, and now nearly 3 hours after the delivery time schedules tracking is now saying going to be delivered on the 27th, it is absolutely disgraceful! Cooker was needed to cook Christmas meal which was stated to currys. That can now not happen. Thanks for ruining my Merry Christmas!!!! Absolute joke.

I ordered a new washing machine and I received a text message with a delivery date and it arrived on the promised date and time. My only complaint would be that the delivery driver was not aware that I had paid to have my old machine taken away so communication between curry 's and delivery people could be improved. He did however remove my old machine after showing him proof of payment.

Delivery an absolute shambols. Had delivery booked for a fridge freezer, waited in all day and they didnt turn up. Customer services told me they turned up but no one was at home, which is a lie as we were in all day. Then they said they tried phoning but couldnt get an answer! Funny, as i had no missed calls. Then they said they were 15 miles away and couldnt turn round to complete delivery! So angry!! Took a day off work and have a load of defrosting food ! Dont trust their delivery dates and times! Seems if they dont want to deliver they will make up lies and leave you without!

We all want a good deal and have busy life styles so we look for the best deal that ticks all the boxes this does not always mean price, but my experience with Currys left us with poor customer not once but on several occasions costing us more in the long run, having spent nearly £3500 and having to return / replace 3 products, getting this products returned or replaced took a total of 9 hours on the phone being passed from department to department having the phone put down not to mention the trips to return products and days wasted waited for failed collections, and Currys response £50 and a 2 paragraph email... we will now use local companies even if a little more expensive because in the long run we would have saved money on these purchases

Customer Service is so bad, still feeling frustrated 6 hours after visiting the Warrington store. My 4th visit in 10 days and I have never been the only one there complaining - so many upset customers

This company deserves to go out of business - the sooner the better!! The level of negligence, ignorance and lies in their customer service is staggering. If you happen to hold any shares in Dixons - sell them ASAP!! I have my reasons to believe, that what happened to me is not an isolated incident and that disregard toward customers is a systemic problem at this company - sooner or later this will sink the entire business and the management is too blind to even see it. Hundreds of negative reviews online confirm my view. My old washing machine died of natural causes and I needed one ASAP. I looked at the Currys web page and found out that I was able to book a delivery and installation within a week - Perfect!! - I had enough clean undies to survive. Shortly after my payment had been accepted by Currys, I was texted by "TEAM KNOWHOW", who confirmed the delivery date - THREE DAYS AFTER THE ONE I HAD BOOKED!!!! - after spending countless hours on the phone with Currys customer service, I found out that there was nothing I could do about it as deliveries are handled by an outside company - It took a lot of deep breathing to get over the anger. So I had another delivery date scheduled - for yesterday. I took a day off work and waited patiently - only to find out that my delivery had to be cancelled. As it was my BIRTHDAY, I had very little desire to argue with robotic customer service people. I was offered another delivery date - TODAY. And guess what. I took a day off work, waited patiently and IT WAS F...... CANCELLED AGAIN! This time none even bothered to call me and inform about it!!! So to sum up - Curries was happy to take my money and then waste 3 days of my life including my Birthday, and at the end of it, I am left frustrated with a pile of dirty laundry and no washing machine in sight. I am cancelling my order and going with a more reputable company. IF YOURE READING THIS AND CONSIDER BUYING SOMETHING WITH CURRYS - PLEASE DON'T. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUT MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY.

Curry's have ruined Christmas. Curry's have ruined Christmas. We ordered our dream fridge from Currys. We've been renovating our new house for a year, and the fridge was the last thing to go in. The two delivery guys brought the fridge in and were advised by our builder to pick up the fridge and put it in position (my two builders offered to pick up the fridge with the delivery guys). The delivery guys said no, and attempted to squeeze it through past our kitchen island. In the process, they scratched the island (a 40cm deep scratch) and ruined it. Plus they didn't plumb the fridge in (despite us paying for them to do so) and they also didn't attach the fridge handles. In total the damage is: - a scratched and ruined kitchen island - scratched floor tiles - the fridge is also damaged from where it scraped against the island - the plaster on the wall has also come off in part from the impact of the fridge. We are so incredibly upset and have been told by Currys we'll have to wait 5-7 days for an official reply. It's ruined our excitement to move into our new house, we're having to get multiple tradespeople in to fix it. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Around 5 days ago I paid for a new TV and for it installed and set up on the wall for £125.The sales representative told me that it will be delivered and set up on specific day and booked time.On that day the TV arrived and when we asked about the installation-the delivery men didn’t know about that. After that,we rang customer service(TeamKnowhow)They made us hold for 45min before they gave us a reply that there is no one to do a wall installation and there will someone available in the next 5 days.I paid the insurance for the TV and the set up fee beforehand so if they don’t deliver it at the booked time how can I trust them.I am very disappointed and angry. Their service is not good.

We ordered a new TV and paid £45 for it to be set up and £20 for a timed delivery between 7am and 11am. They arrived at 11.45am with no knowledge that we were a timed deliver. When we asked about the set up we explicitly asked if they would remove the old TV from the wall bracket and put the new TV on. We were advised they would and so we parted with another £45. Apparently the set up absolutely doesn't include putting it on the wall and the delivery was scheduled in the middle of their route so there was no way they were ever going to deliver by 11am. Shocking service on ever level from Curry's.

These fools not only delivered the wrong product to me but made me feel like they don’t want or need me as a customer. I ordered Benq PD3200U 4K 32” monitor and these fools sent me Benq 4K 28” inch monitor. The worst part is they put the correct order receipt or form onto the wrong product right next to the screen size 28”. I mean how dumb is that🤦🏾‍♀️. When I called for them to correct this, not only did they not acknowledge their mistake but they said I could priority delivery when they send me the correct monitor. So no sense of responsibility was taken or good will given and they confirmed it would take two weeks to process the return then redeliver my order. Wow, it has been the worst service I have had so far and I’ve just ended up getting a refund so I never deal with this company again. It’s been almost a month since I was delivered the wrong product and not a single person from that company has contacted me to let me know how the situation is getting resolved. I’ve been calling them all the time to see if they got the order back and when my refund will be done, why are they so useless? Worst service received in many years and I shop a lot but never given the kind of disrespect this company used on me. I’m making sure that everyone I know doesn’t bother shopping at this company and I can recommend much better places with bigger deals that will treat you better when something goes wrong; especially if their at fault but Currys PCWorld won’t. Just avoid them if you can, complete waste. I have pictures of their ridiculous mistake to remind me of how careless they are with the products and orders they send out to customers.

Can you give a zero? Shame.... I bought a product with a voucher. They sent an email receipt. Go to the shop to collect with the receipt that they sent me, plus ID, just in case. Couldn't pick it up because they wanted the last four digits on the voucher. I never saw the voucher. It was electronic cut and paste type thing. Took an hour to get the item I had paid for.... But it is OK. The guy in front of me had been there 40 minutes. The guy at the the other desk, 35 minutes. Last time I went to pick up a laptop for my daughter - it took so long I had to leave, take her to her dance class and then come back again one hour later and guess what - the laptop still wasn't at the desk to collect, so another 40 minutes. Here is an idea - take at look at Argos. Click and collect in about 5 minutes...

I bought laptop on Black Friday deal in Brixton store. They did not have my color in stock, the said it will arrive in about 3-5 days, I said no problem, I will come back and pick it up. They also signed me up for a warranty which they said will start when I pick up the laptop. I went back 8 days later, still no laptop in store. No message sent to me beforehand not to waste 2 hours of my time to take special trip to the store. The customer service assistant called a store in Fulham and said I can go and pick it up from there as i didn't want to spend another two hours going to this store. I went to Fulham store two days later, they would not give me the laptop as apparently there was not email request stent from Brixton. I called customer service in Currys to arrange a delivery of the product to my home as I did not have another two hours to go to Brixton. I had to speak to two people, one didn't even hear my whole story and simply put me through to Brixton store without asking what I want... The second lady I spoke to was amazing and chased up with Brixton, and sent them an email. The manager from Brixton called, and said they can't send me the product and the only way to get it is to pick it up. I could not even cancel it by this point as all Black friday deals were over and I needed a new laptop for work urgently. The manager said he will give me £20 off another product purchased in store as a goodwill for the troubles. Quote: for example if the computer bag is £25 you might be able to have it for £5'. I went to the shop (this was two weeks after my original purchase). The shop has very limited stock and not a very good choice but I managed to find something I would make use of. I take two products to the manager, one is a mouse, price £15. He says, so I can give you £5, off. I look at him in disbelief. And then say really, you said you will give me £20 discount. He then says, ok I can give it to you half price... after further negotiation he says ok, I will give you £10 off. I mean, why am I being made look cheap and negotiate for something he said he would give me? then there was another product as naturally I wanted my credit back, at least something for all the time and money spent (in total 5 hours travelling and 45 mins on the phone and £10 travelling to the stores three times). I mean, half of working day is 4 hrs, who is going to give me my time back? Anyway, of the second product, which was a computer sleeve he said he will give me £5 discount. By this time I was over Curry's. I took it and left. I used to buy all my electronics there, and my mobiles. The last time I bought my mobile I had a poor customer service. After this time I am not going back to Curry's again.

I'm putting 1 star when in actual fact I don't feel they/you deserve even 1. I am so angry at your PATHETIC customer service, that I could literally scream. Team KnowHow? What a gang of cowboys you use as your delivery company. There is no other way to describe it other than to say they have LIED REPEATEDLY to us over the last few days. From being given a day and time for delivery, Monday 10th January between 3.20 and 7.20 then it simply not arriving. No txt msg to explain, no email and not answering the phone. This morning we spoke to someone called James in your call centre. He said our purchase, (a double oven and a hob) was 'on the van and out for delivery today' 'The driver will ring you when he's near your location' That was at 8.48 am. At 2 o'clock, when we had had NO contact from your team, we then waited another 15 minutes and finally got through to your call centre again. This time we were told that the oven was 'out of stock' So why have we not been told before this? Why were we told they were on the van for delivery? Why were we told this morning that despite them not being delivered yesterday, we would receive both items today? We cancelled the oven and were told we would have our money back in 3 - 5 days. BUT - we were advised NOT to cancel the hob as it was 'out on the van for delivery today' At 7.30 pm, again, having heard nothing from you people and obviously no delivery, we tried to ring - put on hold for 15 minutes with regular reminders that the office is 'due to close' I decided to see if there had been any changes to to the order and put the details into the tracker - Oh surprise surprise .... it was NEVER getting delivered today and now is scheduled for THURSDAY 13th December. Where do you people get off thinking you can treat customers in this way? It is absolutely disgusting and I am going to warn anyone and everybody NOT to use Curry's/Team KnowHow (Team knowNOTHING) Horrified/angry/disgusted/FUMING. Never again. Anyone reading this ..... don't even THINK of ordering from them. You cannot trust these people. Oh, before I finish - you were quick enough to take our money out of the bank though weren't you.

Recently ordered a telescope that arrived promptly, this was good as a birthday present. Upon inspection it was damaged, I had the online order picked up but this was 2 weeks ago. After numerous calls to currys I have been told that there is a 10 day delay in them booking items in. (This is when a refund/exchange can happen) So even though they confirm they have it, without them "double checking" I'm now a bad uncle for not sorting it early. Still nothing from Currys despite many calls and an email and still none the wiser to when this will be sorted. Thanks Currys, so glad there isn't a comet visible and I'm not having to let my nephew down constantly! I don't normally leave bad reviews but anyone sending anything back in December, don't expect anything until the new year from them.

My order was damaged on delivery, and it took 4 phone calls before call centre staff responded to request for collection and redelivery of new oven. lo and behold it was the wrong model! It took over three weeks to get the product we ordered. I send a complaint email to customer services and the reply was sorry it has taken so long to get back to you and hope the matter has been resolved. Not exactly an acknowledgement of all the frustration caused.
