Fraud Company, thieves and liars. You should close because you are have thug drivers and you thugs aswell. I didn't recei e my parcel and the driver said he did whereas I was at home waiting.

The driver that just delivered my parcel almost ran me over today with My 2yr old daughter In my arms. I’m appalled. N the reason for that is I told him (the driver) to stop being so rude to clients after I went out of my way to meet him where it was convenient for him because where I am “is a remote area”.

Parcel from UK arrived 17th Dec,showed it was held at customs,on 9th Jan showed a problem???Had my email and cell number.Eventually filled in documents on 11th Jan,after numerous emails.The sender called at least 3 times from.the UK was told I was sent an email???Instead of Gmail,they typed in gmial,no wonder it was not received by me.Email said the parcel after 7 days of arriving would be sent to a warehouse and I could be charged R5000.I have told the sender to tell the company in the UK do not use Dawn wing,your service is shocking to say the least.Today I paid the duties ,who knows when I will receive a parcel that was supposed to be delivered by 23rd Dec.The first email I received by yourselves was on 9th Jan by then parcel had been in SA for 23 days. Patheticto say the least.If you go out if business you will only have yourselves to blame.Actually don't,deserve even half a star.

why is there no option to not even give a company no stars, that should be an option. or even minus starts. absolutely appalled by their service. they lie, blaming the sender for wrong information although the invoice that was given with the parcel has the correct address. Their website does not work, you cannot try and rectify the address on the link they sms you, and they dont pick up their phones. how is it possible that most of your customers has the same complaint and you dont even try doing anything to rectify your mistake. you just have absolutely no interest at all. then your "customer service" has the audacity to lie and say that the parcel is with the wrong driver, and you get an sms the next day that the same driver from yesterday will be delivering, what BS dont bother using this INCOMPETENT company there are much better courier services out there. i get parcel delivered to me on a weekly basis NEVER EVER have i experienced such pathetic service.

So far this has been the worst courier experience I have ever had in South Africa. Item was shipped on the 7th of January 2021. Scheduled to be delivered between Friday 8th and Monday 11th of January 2021. When I called them on the 11th they did not know where the parcel was and couldn't help me. Promised to get back to me....no one got back to me. Same thing Tuesday. Again no one came back to me. On Wednesday they said the package was on a truck that arrived in Cape Town on Sunday the 10th....but that there was no record after that. Again promises to investigate but nothing happened. On Thursday promised it would be delivered Thursday or Friday but again no change on the tracking and no follow up and guess what no package. The most fun was calling them and being on hold until im 2nd in line only to have them drop the call. Everytime wasting my own time and money following up with them. Its disgracefully that a company can be so utterly incompetent and provide pathetic service. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!

I bought a bunch of essentials a few days before it was actually needed on the 8th of January 2021. To my surprise I get a notification on the 12th from Clicks that the delivery cannot be made because the address was wrong. I immediately phoned them and was told the parcel is with Dawn Wing. I phone Dawn Wing and they tell me the postal code was not correct. Obviously a courier company can’t figure out the correct postal address using the exact area, they are apparently not allowed to use Google... I gave them the correct postal address and they said the parcel will be out for delivery the next day on the 13th. I stayed home for the collection and they never arrived. I phoned them again on the 13th, they the parcel is not out for delivery and the address was not updated. A lady said they will phone me back as soon as possible to let me know when the parcel will be delivered. Nothing! I phoned again later and your rude agent dropped the phone in my ear when she could not answer my question on when the parcel will be delivered. So much for customer service... The same thing on the 14th, I phoned both Clicks & Dawn Wing. The person at Dawn Wing said once again, they will phone me back with a solution. I am still waiting for that call... I explained the urgency of the parcel to a bunch of people at Dawn Wing. Nothing! Nowhere did Dawn Wing ever follow up, contact me or even give me any feedback on the problem. If I did not phone them, to this day, there would have been no contact from them and my urgent parcel is sitting somewhere in their warehouse gather dust. – I have already reported the matter to the provider where I shopped and explained that I will not support them anymore because of their courier partner’s bad service. For a national pharmacy to take 7+ days to deliver a parcel is an absolute joke, Clicks need to find a better courier partner. If you need anything urgently, Clicks online shopping is not the right place to go. They use Dawn Wing and they have zero urgencies to deliver or resolve issues. Worst customer service I have received in a very long time. I am appalled by the service I got from Clicks & Dawn Wing and will NEVER support them again, neither in-store nor online. I now try and phone them and the agent I get to intentionally drops the phone in my ear.

I took a parcel for delivery on 30 December 2020. I was assured that if I brought it the next day (I wanted to add one more thing to it) it would still get to its destination on 1 January. On Monday 4 January in the late afternoon I called as the parcel had still not been delivered despite the fact that I had paid an overnight courier fee. I was told that the destination was only services on a Tuesday but that my package would be prioritised and that it would be delivered early on Tuesday! On Tuesday at 15h00 I tried calling a myriad of people (after spending at least an hour on the phone) who promised to return my calls but then did not do so. The number of the senior manager in Johannesburg was also not answered. My parcel has still not been delivered. Never ever use this service!!!! The one start rating is WAY too high.

Worst delivery service ever !! The whole month I’ve been waiting for my parcel but it still hasn’t arrived , it’s either they change my address or the drivers don’t call when they arrive ! , not to mention the poor customer service ! Driver Nkosinathi Sithole ( registration JR27SL GP) so I decided to call them and he said he would arrive but he never arrived. I never even got a message to explain to me what happened, when I call them all they say is , your parcel is going to arrive tomorrow! For 30 days it’s been arriving tomorrow!! I’m reporting this to my company , they have to change their courier service .

Pathetic service! I am utterly disappointed with your services, extremely unprofessional and no sense of customer support whatsoever. My parcel was delivered to the wrong person yesterday. I have tried making numerous calls, its actually a tap and my plumber is here...now i have an added cost of call-out fee for nothing. The consultants keep saying we must wait for the driver to call us. We are waiting since lasy night. The driver hadn't even notified us that he's here and we live in a complex with a boom gate... He has just shunned the parcel to a ao called thokozani whom we have absolutely no idea about

This courier is the absolute worst. Stay well away from this lot. They are not capable of getting a very simple address correct. So much bother getting the address changed. If I could give LESS five stars I would.

I was waiting fir a delivery for a Christmas gift The loaded a false statement in his device saying I rescheduled which is incorrect I have always had great service with the supplier I ordered from The driver Peter Moshakne should be fired for lying saying I rescheduled the delivery which is not true . Yesterday he said I was not available there was someone at home the whole day I want an answer and an explanation

Dawn wing is by far the worst courier service. They seem to have a communication problem as many of my friends and most complaints that are lodged are based on their lack of contacting the customer before arrival and when they have arrived at their point of destination. On top of that, we all know that customer service consultants are usually never friendly (if we stereotype) but this particular consultant I spoke to put the phone down on me and had no explanation as to why I haven’t received any form of sms, phone call or email to inform me that my package is on its way or waiting at my gate. I do believe dawn wing does arrive at their destination with the package however they fail to communicate with their customers beforehand and on site. I find this courier service particular worse than others. I would not recommend using them.

Calls and emails get shifted no one answers emails. Shouldn't take two weeks to get a parcel. Only reason I rated this one is I couldnt submit a 0.

Horrible service and con artists...ordered from Game and Dawn Wing Courier lied about me being unavailable...never received a phone call from them, suddenly I am getting an email from Game that "This is a confirmation that I had received my order " This company is a joke and scammers...should be closed

Dawn wing is the worst courier company I will never again make use of them. Been waiting for my parcel but they say I’m not home to receive it yet nobody came by. Absolutely rediculous.

First unable to change delivery address on the system when you follow the link in the sms they send then if you try to phone nobody answers. I waited more that 30 min with no answer. This is not the first time they had the address incorrect and everytime it was confirmed that we gave the correct address. Express is not express to them and not delivered on day they say so your time is waisted waiting for them...😡😡 if I had the option I would never use them again. Such poor service...................

What a joke of a courier company in fact they should just close down. The first experience I had with the I waited for my parcel till 5 o'clock. Instead at past 4 I got an sms saying I had rescheduled the delivery when I was waiting for it. When the same driver came 2 days later (Moses mosiuoa reg Fv59XfGp) I asked him why did he lie to say I had rescheduled when he had not come. He didn't answer me. Yesterday I rescheduled my delivery for Friday but he still came and I was not at the office. I told him that I would be available on Friday, he insisted that the parcel needs to be delivered and he arranged we meet at 9 o'clock this morning. Guess what he still has not pitched at 10:10 and when I call their pathetic call center I ran out of airtime more than 15 minutes being placed on hold by a useless consultant. This company needs to shut down.

You are the worst courier service . you are unreliable, uncontactable, disrepectful, disgraceful. you desreve to loose all your bussiness. i have spent close to R80 airtime trying to contact you. i am either cut off, or i can not get through..... i will be sure to tell as many as possible about you and your hopeless service.

I have been waiting for a parcel since 2nd December 2020. UA505009800 There are about 10 transactions on the tracking document. The last addition states "postal code incorrect" Goodness knows what the process is but its obvious it is'nt very efficient. After a week of trying to contact you telephonically I managed to get the phoned answered about 10 minutes ago (4pm) only to have the phone put down in my ear as soon as it was answered. I tried again this time with success. The operator used the Black Friday very busy excuse and when I asked her to confirm my delivery address she put the phoned down!!!! and you say you record the calls for quality purposes. I suggest someone listens to them...........

with the current status of Ecomm growth due to COVID19, complaints have become novelty. go stand in the long queues, full malls and buy your goods in store yourself. Clearly these are people that have no clue what logistics is all about. They clearly have not met "Murphy" and the negativity is uncalled for. These courier companies have people working 24 hour shifts and yes, human error does creep in from time to time. Intolerance in South Africa seems to have become the norm for us as consumers, and yes we pay for a service and blah, blah, but hell, pray for understanding with the situation all courier companies find themselves in at the moment. the majority of these post are what.. under heavy lockdown... leaving it there
