Run away from JetlineVacations.com (AKA Jetline Holidays in the UK)! This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a travel agency. First, they pulled a bait and switch on me: my trip to Italy was purchased at an attractive rate but when they provided the flight details (months after payment) I learned they gave us the worst flights I had ever seen--2 days to get to Italy from New York. If I wanted a better flight, my price went up significantly. After looking at many options, I changed my trip to go to Bali. However, the flight eventually got changed and later cancelled but they wouldn't refund the trip. They offered a credit for a future trip or a loss of my $450 deposit. Like a fool, I tried finding a third trip to avoid the deposit loss, but the price options they offered were nothing like their advertised prices. After hours on the phone realizing that the prices I could find myself were more than $450 less expensive then their options, I finally walked away. It took me two more months (and follow up calls) to actually get my money back that they had been holding for a year and a half. What a mess!

Jetliner cancelled our car rental without telling us. We show up at the Rome airport and the rental car company showed us the cancellation. After over two hours of calls and emails, Jetliner told us to rent a car and they will reimburse us. Now they are giving us the run around on our reimbursement.

Absolutely dire company. No communication of any transfers and gave us numbers of companies they don't work with. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a trip to Italy in November 2021 leaving in April 2022. I was a little nervous about booking because everything was done over the phone. When I first called in, the rep tried to upsell me and said the good deal has lots of flights and long layovers. I didn’t care, I told him I can only afford the original deal. After holding while he spoke with a “manager” he was able to get us a better travel itinerary at the original price. as the trip approached I was still a bit wary about everything so I called them a few times 2 weeks before the trip. Glad I did because the original flight was canceled but they were able to switch us to a different one no problem. Our trip went smoothly as far as flights, hotels, and train transfers. Other than our second hotel not including breakfast when we were told it would, everything else was fantastic! Logan was our travel agent and he was great to work with.

My wife and I were left stranded in Italy after Jetline Holidays transportation service failed to get us to the airport in time for our flight. We had to buy new plane tickets and Jetline would not reimburse us. Horrible experience. Do not trust this company!

Bought trip to Lisbon on Wowcher - Jetline travel was the company. When I called to book, was told that the hotel would not after all have an en suite bathroom and I had to pay a huge amount more for direct flights, plus there were all sorts of other extras not mentioned in the ad that all had to be paid for, if wanted (e.g. taking a small bag on flight). We fought the en suite bathroom issue and it was a nightmare trying to get Wowcher on board - given that they carry the misleading advertising. Jetline tried to get us to go to a cheaper hotel, but in the end agreed to provide what is says in the ad - only because we provided a screenshoot and sent a legal letter outlining our consumer rights. Getting checked-in for flights in both directions was awful. You can't do online check-in yourself when an agent has booked it. We had a nail biting time continually emailing and phoning until our boarding passes arrived. On the return trip they tole me they couldn't check us in without our passport numbers and we had to cut short our last day of sight seeing and return to the hotel, only to be told by the next advisor that they already had this information. What we found was that most of the advisors don't know how any of it works -they seem to be an Indian / Asian call centre. If the price seems too good to be true -it is - beware - the true cost will be much higher. NEVER using this company again, or trusting WOWCHER either, for that matter.

I bought a trip that included Ischia and Sorrento Italy. They put us at hotels that are the farthest away from the destination that we never saw Sorrento. They really push that they use 4 star hotels but location should be important. We were so far away from Sorrento that there was no way for us to navigate to get there. We did book a boat tour from our hotel and they provided the transportation so we did get to Amalfi. I know we could have booked better flights and hotels on our own. I will never use these people again.

Bait and switch. When I called for one of their deals to Greece, it jumped from $899 to $1799 per person. When I told them to skip it, they went into "save the sale" mode which felt like a high pressure car salesman. Suddenly they wanted to reduce the cost when I threatened to "walk." I did not book the trip.

So many things went wrong I don't know where to start. Ten days before my trip started the flight changed by 24 hours and now included a 30 hr layover - on both way there and the return! I booked an automatic car 9 months in advance only to hear that they didn't have an automatic available and I had to pay $300 more to go through another company! When I arrived in CostaRica - they sent me to the wrong hotel and we spent at least an hour trying to figure out where to go! - I sincerely don't want anyone else to have this experience - dont book with Jetline - it won't save you any money or make for a nice vacation

This is a scam company! After numerous attempts and substantive evidence I finally got my credit card company to reverse their payment and I can’t express what a relief that was as I have no confidence in this scam company to deliver as promised.

I guess my review is not going to offset the tremendous amount of negative reviews here, but in my case, every single leg of our trip to Madeira went as stated/promised. One week BEFORE our trip, the middle leg of our flight from Zurich to Lisbon was scratched, but Abbie, at Jetline, found a replacement flight via Newark (from Miami, our airport of origin), a few days later. We flew from Miami to Newark on UNITED, with NO issues. We flew from Lisbon to Madeira on EASYJET with no issues. We flew from Madeira to Lisbon on EASYJET with no issues. We flew from Lisbon to Dulles on UNITED, with no issues. We flew from Dulles to Miami with no issues. Our hotel in Lisbon was not spectacular, but comfortable and we had no issues. Our hotel in Madeira was beautiful and amazing and untraditional. Was more like staying at a huge mansion with smaller houses on the compound. No issues there either. Perfect trip, but I am also aware that at any point, something could have gone wrong with so many pieces. In fact, we arrived in Madeira just AFTER bad weather and high winds, causing flight cancellations and enjoyed rather decent weather (despite the bad forecasts) and left BEFORE bad weather rolled back in again. So, in short, I had no bad experience. My package went as expected and in fact, to Jetline's credit, they gave me an EXTRA month to pay my last installment.

By far the most frustrating company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Trip canceled due to COVID, not there fault of course. They took us for more than 1/2 our money, never called after saying “don’t worry, don’t worry” over 50 times. Have still not seen my refund as promised 5 months ago. They act surprised every time a call about it. This feels like the biggest scam ever. I might have to accept the fact that I am kissing 2,448.00 dollars good bye. STAY AWAY and do not believe their promises. Over four months, no refund.

Package was cancelled due to Covid, credit was issued 2 weeks ago a new trip was booked and credit was used without my knowledge. 3 emails and phone calls went unreturned. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!! Please do not book with anything jetline in the name!!! Look at trust pilot reviews, google everywhere. Wish I was warned!!!

Felt like bargain basement accommodations and travel arrangements. Switched our airline carrier at the last minute from British air to Turkish air in which the seats were uncomfortable and less leg space for 2 tall adults. Also meant a LONG layover and more time in air. Billed the hotels as 4 star reviewed venues- were 2 stars at best. Sent us our itinerary a few days before trip with old info- good thing I double check everything! Yikes! Very disappointed all round.

Jetline do not respond to emails and put nothing in writing so the customer can't provide evidence for Section 75 credit card claims. Flights were cancelled, they refused to refund without deducting £40. Credit voucher offered which lasts 24 months. Had no choice but to accept as bank (Halifax) enabled them by ignoring my testimony and only taking into account written evidence. There was no written evidence as they only respond verbally, if at all. The whole process took 5 months and only a credit voucher for the accommodation was given.

Jetline Holidays is the worst company for travel that I have ever dealt with. I don't believe any of the positive reviews here and any of them stating the agent's names were English or American names are also a lie. This appears to be an Indian Company, I believe based out of the UK?, and they are not upfront and transparent, their customer service is the worst, and they are all about getting your money at the highest amount possible. I paid $500 to upgrade my flight to a better flight time and more luggage capability, only to later research the same flight and find out that there was a special promotion on Turkish Airlines for $486 for the same flight and luggage capability. So, in essence, I wasn't paying an upgrade, but the basic fare on top of what I was already spending for the basic package. Then later, when I tried to cancel, I called four times, was promised a call back four times which never happened, and then ultimately was told no, that out of my $3500 that I paid overall, if I cancelled, I would only get $800 back. Just ridiculous. I would have been better off booking the entire trip myself so that I would have complete control over it. Don't trust these guys. They are not out to help you, work with you, be honest and transparent with you, and make sure that no matter what happens you get your money's worth. They are only there to take from you and take advantage of you. I don't know how these guys are allowed to be in business. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Shocking service. Don't reply to e mails. Added on cancellation fees due to covid, escalated prices on rebooking and refused to let us cancel. A bunch of cowboys. Hard to understand and no one I've spoken to speaks "proper English". Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy and will never use them again. Avoid at all costs!!!

Worst experience I have ever had trying to book travel! We have had by far the worst experience with Jetline Holidays. Jetline has today requested a refund for our flights from French Bee airline and are trying to charge us additional retail market value for the new flights we would like. We are already $3000+ into this vacation "package" (aka SCAM) and they are wanting to charge us an additional $1900+ to change our dates. I will never do a "bargain" trip again. The customer service is terrible. You have to deal with only your own personal travel agent ours name is Robyn; who has a thick accent and communicates only by phone. I honestly don't even want to go on this trip anymore. Jetline Holidays has turned this into a nightmare! DO NOT BOOK THREW THIS COMPANY!

We booked an Italy trip in 2019 for 2020. Trip was cancelled and we didn’t receive a refund. Now when trying to rebook jetline wants another $700 plus they aren’t giving us the 2 extras days we already paid for to go to Rome. We’ve sent countless emails. Have asked for a refund or for a trip that’s within our amount we already paid. It’s been a nightmare. Basically we’ve been told we aren’t getting our money back. I sure wish I’d read all these reviews before paying them money. This company obviously doesn’t care about its customers.
