Terrible customer service, after you have booked the package. You would have to wait almost an hour before speaking to anyone to help. Then they drop the phone up on you. We traveled to Antalya, Turkey. Even though the package said the flight would be with Turkish airline, the plane provided was a budget jet operated by Turkish airline, not the real Turkish airline.

just discovered my "all inclusive" holiday with Loveholidays didn't include airport transfers. the company doesn't seem to have a complaints process as required by UK law. They have resigned from ABTA so no protection there. tried their online help but the agent simply terminated the chat.

I had a very bad experience booking with this company. They lost my luggage at the airport on arrival and did nothing about it. I had to call them 10 times and after waiting 1 hour every time for the customer support to reply, they promised I would receive support and after that, they send you an email with their T&C to read!!! they do not provide you with any customer service if ever you have a problem during your holiday. After that, I tried to claim compensation for my lost luggage and already 25 days, I don't have any reply from them. I will never ever book this company again and I strongly recommend it to anyone trying to use them, please DONT!

The prices advertised do not reflect the prices they charge when you commence booking. Cowboys.

Wish I read the reviews before booking with loveholidays. I booked a holiday for 4 people: package included hotel and flights. Before check in passengers details we’re mixed up. On loveholidays website and app it states to login on your account from the airline company and manage your booking. How is this possible when flights were booked from loveholidays and not from my personal Wizzair account? There’s no contact number, airline is charging 1.50£ per minute and you will wait forever. Is just worst experience so far.

Wish I could give a zero had an awful holiday, no compensation given and not able to contact them as apparently they have no number unless your on holiday in which case it costs you a fortune to ring and we tried to get through to someone for 45 mins and got no answer!

Absolute disgrace. Love Holidays is a joke!!!! Quick to take your money but not your calls. Impossible to make contact with them AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! 😡

Absolutely shocking company . Will never use them again. Problems from the start . Numerous charges added on . They do not have an email address to lodge a complaint so absolutely no way of lodging one . Online chat is worse than useless then they close chat . Do not use this company it is shocking

Booked a holiday with this company..Two days before travelling I was informed that the hotel had overbooked and that I would have to relocate to a hotel which was 5Km from my family.I declined and managed to get my hotel fees refunded. I contacted the hotel and they said that they had advised Loveholidays that they had no space some weeks before...My own fault..Should have checked them out first..eg Travel Which video on You Tube..lesson learned..Won't use them again...

Is there any way of giving zero stars? Will never book with these again. Plenty of people saying they've never had a problem. It's when you have a problem is what tests a company, when you need to get hold of them. In my case we were due to travel in 8 weeks. Airline cancels all flights. No communication what so ever from LH. I found out by talking to someone working at our airport& then watching the news. They don't advertise their contact numbers, because they don't want to speak to anyone. Only option seemed to be talking to a robot via live chat and then you could speak to a person between certain times. No help whatsoever & couldn't give any information. After trawling Facebook I eventually found a number someone had posted. After an hour we managed to speak to someone & we are awaiting a full refund. Avoid this company like the plague

Absolutely horrendous! Booked a holiday with Loveholidays, had non stop problems! They do not answer their phones, their web chat is useless, the will not give call backs despite numerous emails regarding problems with the booking created by the company! I booked a holiday to Crete, the company informed the flights were confirmed and I have been given the dates of the flights and had to register with Ryanair, however, when I checked the flights they are the wrong flight date and location, the flights are booked for Barcelona not Crete! I’ve contacted Loveholidays by their Facebook messenger link, their chat and attempted to call but had no joy whatsoever! I’m so despondent that I have lost complete confidence in the company and want a refund! I do not want to pay the remaining balance at the risk of losing all my money on a botched holiday and ruining the first holiday I’ve had in 2 years!

All I’ve been trying to do is change a name of the lead passenger on a booking. Not hard, surely? Well of course it is. You contact the agents through ‘Manage my Booking’ where you are presented with a contact section. I provided them information of the new passenger 3 times, each time there was an issue on their side regarding the booking (apparently they cancel the booking and rebook if you change the name? and now there’s no availability) … what the hell. I’ve already got a booking why are they talking about no availability. So I called the hotel myself and changed the name. When I messaged LoveHolidays to tell them about this, they opened a new case and asked again for the new lead passenger?!? Going round in circles Can hardly understand the operators, strong accent and without being rude, an English customer need to employ English speaking reps because their accent is so strong I don’t understand a thing they’re saying …

Absolutely would never book with this company again. You can never contact them by phone . When there was a family death 2 days before holiday they would not refund anything and you can t contact them.

We arrived in Corfu last Saturday at 12:40am, no signs or persons were around to help us find our love holidays transfer. Nobody could tell us where to go, I went to the help desk inside and was told to wait sitting on the floor for our transfer. We were waiting over an hour and a half for our transfer sitting on a concrete floor. We arrived shortly after 4am at Ekati Mare Boutique hotel and checked in where we were asked to pay Greek tax amounting to 30 euro (we were not advised of this on your website). We then were told the hotel was full and we were being put in the over flow which was across the road from our hotel down a dirt track that was very easily accesible to other members of the public with no lighting. We were brought to our room which the room itself was nice apart from the safe in the room which was made of plastic, did not work and was not bolted to the wall which anybody could walk out the door with. This made us bring our valuables with us everywhere we went in the fear of getting robbed. There was no telephone in the room to contact the hotel if we had any problems. The wifi did not work. There was no bottled water in the room when we arrived, no tea/coffee facility or mini bar which was stated on the website. On the second day, 2 men entered our room at 9:30pm at night while I as a 24 year old woman was getting undressed, posing as ‘window cleaners’ and persisted to enter while I told them I did not want them coming in. Two men entering a room that late at night is very inappropriate, they entered the room regardless and kept entering being very persistent despite me saying no three times. It is unusual that two men would enter a room at half 9 at night 'cleaning windows. Is this not the cleaners job? From that moment on we knew something untoward was going on. It was evident that young 20-25 year old girls were the ones being put down in these very secluded roads and men were entering at that time thinking they would be out. We went to reception to complain and asked to change room to the hotel. The receptionist who’s name was Natalia was very unhelpful and rude, she told us she did not know who the men were and we could not move room. We asked to speak to a manager which she point blank said no. She was very rude. This hotel was highly unsafe and we felt very uncomfortable.! We tried to book a flight home but unfortunatly there is only 2 flights a week home and the closest flight was the one we were returning home on. We then tried to contact love holidays where we were speaking to 3 different people in the live chats where they ended the chat after we explained the situation and we took screenshots also to prove this. We also rang the company where we were in the que for 45mins before speaking to someone. When we got hold of them the guy we were speaking to did not seem to care one bit and tried to tell us that we were not promised a safe or wifi on the website and we were lying (proof we were below). We asked for a refund and to be moved and he told us we were not entitled to a full refund and we had to pay for a new hotel if we wanted to move and that we had to book it ourselves. This was a complete joke. Our whole holiday was destroyed. I had even emailed the hotel weeks prior to arrival to say it was our anniversary and asking them to make it extra special, my email was ignored. Our special holiday we saved up all year for was nothing short of a nightmare, and as a result I have met with my solicitor to take legal action. On check out day we were pulled for a meeting with Natalia and spoken to like children. Natalia persisted that when I made the official complaint at reception she apologized, however I made a voice recording of my complaint and she clearly did not apologise once or offer any solutions to any of our issues. She did offer to fix the safe for us however, the safe which was made of plastic and not bolted down. This just was not acceptable. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN TOTAL NIGHTMARE I BOOKED AND PAID FOR MY HOLIDAY AND FLIGHTS WITH MY MOBILE PHONE AN GOT A TXT WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THEN I NOTICED I HAD PUT HITMAIL RATHER THAN HOTMAIL AND NOW BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM IF YOU PHONE THEY WANT YOUR LOV NUMBER THAT THEY EMAIL TO YOU AND OBVIOUSLY MY LOV NUMBER IS GOING TO WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS TO GEL INTO MANAGE MY BOOKING OR TALK TO LIVE CHAT YOU HAVE TO PUT PUT YOUR LOV NUMBER IN THAT I DONT HAVE SO ITS INPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM WITHOUT LOV NUMBER IT DOES SAY IF THEY CANT CONTACT YOU WITHIN 72 HOURS THEY WILL CONTACT ME BUT 7 DAYS LATER NOTHING THEY HAVE MADE IT INPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE THE WRONG EMAIL I GAVE THEM SHOULD KEEP BOUNSING BACK TO THEM SO THEY OBVIOUSLEY KNOW THERES A PROBLEM THEY HAVE MY MOBILE NUMBER I MADE THE BOOKING WITH SO NO EXCUSE NOT TO CONTACT ME LOOKS LIKE I HAVE LOST MY MONEY

Where do I even start love holidays never mind one Star wouldn't let me put none )should be minus ,totally and utterly dreadful company ..booked special holiday in December,paid money required ,July said flights coming home we're altered ,making us lose a night ,when I tried to contact them ,phew what a joke ..5 emails later , unanswered chats to robots nothing ,then an email cancelling the whole holiday ..no explanation,no alternate.. .STILL unable to contact ..money refunded .however it was a scam ..as now our same holiday is on website for 1300 pounds MORE..you can't do this without our consent ..shocking discusting..don't deal with these bunch of scammers ..will make sure everyone knows .and having finished with you yet .

We feel deceived and scammed. I booked with Loveholidays for my daughters 21st birthday. When she arrived at check in she rang me in tears because the hotel had forced to pay charges for services that should be standard or that she wouldn't use. It now seems to be common practice for hotels to decieve customers about the true room rate so Loveholidays knew it would happen but they didn't tell us even though the charges can run into hundreds of pounds. I asked Loveholidays to help but they just said 'if you have a problem with the hotel, sort it out with them', I reminded them my booking was with Loveholidays but they weren't interested. They get out of it by burying the fact that a hotel may do this in thier T&Cs. I'm very angry that they weren't up up front so I'll raise another complaint but expect to be ignored.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LOVE HOLIDAYS!!! From start to finish there was no communication from them! Outbound Flights was moved - no communication. At check in we were told our return flight was cancelled and moved forward 3 days resulting in losing 3 days of our holiday. No communication from love holidays, couldn’t get through to anyone whilst away and when we did they said speak to the airline and didn’t want any part of it. Even though we had booked and paid for a package holiday with them! The hotel was NOTHING like they had advertised or had we paid for so they are falsely advertising their holidays. We have complained since we were back and told someone would respond in 52 days and when they did respond they said speak to the airline and was passing the blame again! They should not be allowed to take peoples money and advertise package holidays if they are not prepared to help deal with any issues!!! Absolutely disgusted with them!!! Our first family holiday with a 3 year old and 1 year old ruined!!!! Once again DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LOVE HOLIDAYS!!!!

My hotel club mumamar Icmeler turkey we booked through love holidays was a complete joke the hotel was ment to be 4 star what a joke it would scrape a 1 star at best absolute joke spent over 1000 pound eating out for me and my family becouse the food in hotel was inedible put a complaint in got to wait up to 56 days for a reply a joke food was definitely not the only issue
