Rip off scam merchants that failed to correctly arrange a package holiday. Car hire issues resulting in full payment for two weeks and no car. Checked five times prior to travelling that was ok following a flight change and assured each time all was ok. Landed and guess what - no car. Called the car hire company and they were closed as the car was booked at a domestic pick up and not international by LoveHolidays. Called Loveholidays - said it was my fault for not paying for “out of hours collection”. Even though it clearly stated on the paperwork 24/7 times and when I checked this was never mentioned and was told not to worry as it was a meet and greet service. Tried to escalate but they do not allow that so was told to call back after the holiday. Called after the holiday - just said I should have arranged for collection - every turn there is a contradiction. Never use just in case there is an issue as the service is shocking and abrupt.

Total refusal to engage with me in relation to my hotel being closed. They do not answer queries through manage my booking or recorded delivery letters. When you phone and enter your booking number they then cut you off. Would not book with them again and are going for chargeback to get payments back as they are unable to deliver my holiday.

Put simply they never actually made the booking of the hotel. They placed it through a 3rd party but never checked if it was actually made so when we landed in Morocco and arrived at our riad it was a shock to be told we didn't actually have a booking despite all the confirmation in writing from Love Holidays that we did, including the hotel voucher. Turns out to be a very unpleasant feeling to be suddenly and unexpectedly stranded in a foreign country.

PLEASE AT ANY COST USE LOVINGHOLIDAYS Awful Company! I had cancel trip to hotel we booked lovingholidays. I cancelled it online was told be charged £75 and asked what's the reason as no longer to fly Antalya. My friend had medical issues longer than expected. Nothing our hands. Can cancel on 6th October but still not received refund. Yesterday I did web chat Lovingholiday spoke unprofessional advisor kept telling too late to cancel. I explained I cancelled 7 days before travel and said too late to get refund. I followed all guidelines that they stated. Advisors without explanation ended web chat as 5pm. Looks like they don't think about Customers and this is disgusting All cost Dont Use Them. This made me really angry

Zero support from customer service, paid for transfers had to go looking for my cab that was supposed to be waiting with a name card, and on return he did not even show up so had to pay to get to the airport again, seems a lot of people on here have had the same experience, avoid this company its pants 😡😡

Awful experience hotel was basic not 4 star as clearly stated on booking food was awful flies on it at breakfast room given was on the street no privacy overlooking others who could see in demanded to be moved no support given by rude staff at Brisa Marina Hotel sillot contact UK Love holidays rep moved us to another room on Monday never shown room told by staff at hotel take it or leave it awful room no privacy with neighbours towels torn shocking moved out to proper 4 star hotel on 10th October on our own as no offer of transfer or further support from Love holidays only a free trip to the caves or where ever we wanted to go to for the day

Awful company. Have used about 10 times but the past 3, they just do not have any customer service skills. You cannot speak to anyone. We had loads of issues whilst in resort. Their process is for customers to report whilst there. We did. Not one ounce of support. Now home and LH don’t want to know. Sister had same experience last month and I’m embarrassed I recommended them at the time. Avoid

Used this company many times before this summer and I had a good experience. However this July I went to Barcelona with my husband and two small children. All was OK until we were due to fly home. He had return bus collection service ordered with love holidays at the point of booking our holiday. We received the notification of our pick up time. We were waiting for the bus to come and it didn't come. I knew we were an good hour from the airport so engaged with hotel reception to call the bus transfer company twice and they didn't answer. So we had no choice but to order a taxi that cost us €133. We were panicked because at this stage the bus was 50 minitues late and panic set in as we thought that we wouldn't make our flights and now we had two hungry kids due to the time of day. To say it was stressful is an understatement. Anyway when we arrived back home we did look for reimbursement but to be honest an apology to my kids and to my husband and myself for the manner of how we were treated. What we eventually got many weeks later in October was a poor excuse for an apology; a refund of €60.95. Now the way I have been made feel was that we as customers did something wrong but that's 100% not the case. So please DONT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECENCY. THEY MAKE THEIR INCOMPETENCE YOUR PROBLEM AND IMPLY YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. SO BE AWARE AND CHOSE A COMPANY THAT DESERVES YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.

Awful hotel and staff on arrival room awful as was food no support given by hotel booked so we thought 4 star hotel our hotel was not even 3 star shocking

Awful experience, terrible customer service. Will never recommend using their service. Packaged holiday to Greece and return cancelled with Wizz duly informing LH before my travel, but they never made me aware. Was shocked when I arrived at the airport for return trip but there was none. Several telephone calls later, I was asked to book my return flight back and I’ll be reimbursed. Still emailing and chasing up for the refund since July 4th 2022.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Refused to answer a query on the charge for my holiday - overcharged me by nearly £700 and refused to put me through to speak to a human, let alone a Manager. Refused to honour price guarantee. When I asked to speak to a Manager, the 'human' on the live chat called Jade cut me off with a message saying 'I am sorry my answer doesn't meet your satisfaction. I appreciate just how difficult this information can be to accept and hope the next time we speak I'm able to provide a better outcome for you. I'm unable to elaborate further on the details already provided. Enjoy the rest of your day and thanks for contacting love holidays' If only I had been able to contact love holidays! My first experience of booking with them. Never again. Please please avoid unless you have a spare £700 to throw away.

I booked a holiday to is La canela in June near the Portuguese border in Spain full stop it seemed a good price for half board just under £800 in half term with myself and two children however when I arrived at Seville airport there was no transfer I waited and waited after getting through to love holidays on the chat page they inform you that I never paid for a transfer I was not aware of this and was shocked I had together taxi and 3 buses which talked about 6 or 7 hours to my hotel full stop this cost about £80 each way however the taxi would have cost about €200 I can't believe I didn't book the transfer the time I wasn't prompted I don't know what happened with that but I'm pretty sure transfer showed is included however they inform me they hadn't I've never booked a package holiday without transfers before in the event I was very happy with the hotel and I'll stay and I suppose it wasn't really expensive with the added expense of the transfers but it was definitely unexpected

Dated hotel ..too focused on the sporting side of things .no entertainment as bar was closed and has been since pandemic. So 2 days of heavy rain had to stay in room .this is NOT as described on website ..it clearly states entertainment!!!! ,the food in the restaurant was expensive 16euros per person for breakfast .only 3.75 e down the road ..needles to say I will not be returning here for live nor money ..oh can I just say the rooms were cleaned everyday if you wanted them to be ....

Harible service scamers don't book true them They cancel my transfer back to airport wich I pay for No answer from them if they have you money forget about any contact be aware go somewhere else.

We paid for a private transfer from Rome airport (Fiumicino) to central Rome, but despite waiting for over an hour, no driver showed up and no-one answered the phone number we'd be given. This also happened to another family we spoke with at the airport. We ended up getting a taxi at a cost of c£50, which is what we should have done in the first place rather than pay c£200 for the 2-way journey - to be fair the driver showed up for the return journey in plenty of time and we have no complaints about this. But Love Holidays have taken our money and don't answer my emails. I can see from the comments below that they're not likely to either and I don't hold out much hope of a refund. Once bitten, twice shy - I wont be using Love Holidays again.

They messed up transfers and partially refunded. Messed up hotel room and refused to compensate. Gave us a tiny room for a day and then spent all day trying to move to the room we booked. Love holidays takes months to reply tor emails and refuse to refund me for that night. Cancelled one person flying with me. Hotel have refunded £100 to Love Holidays who refuse to pass it on. I would avoid at all costs and just book direct

UPDATE: a representative from the company emailed me requesting proof the transfer never showed up. I provided more than enough information to confirm the transfer did not show to which they responded "thank you for your response Miss Quinn, I'll go ahead and close this ticket". I have reached out every day for the past 2 months and I am still awaiting a refund. This company has taken my money for a service they did not provide and is refusing to speak with me about a refund. They are a SCAM and I advise to AVOID them at all costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRANSFERS IN PORTUGAL. Waiting over an hour in the airport for pick-up. Had to call several times before a driver eventually showed up. Pick-up for the flight home was scheduled for 7am. No driver arrived. We called the "emergency number". A man, half asleep answered and said someone was on the way. Half an hour later, still no driver. Called the "emergency number" 5 more times and no one bothered to answer. Had to get a taxi and still trying to get a refund. Download the Free Now taxi app and use this. Faster, cheaper and more reliable.

Arrived home from Seville, stayed at the Pension Giraldilla Hotel, can't believe Love holidays were using the photo's that won an award in 2009. When my friend arrived at the hotel, we couldn't believe it was the same hotel. The entrance was locked. we couldn't get in, waited ages before one of the guesses were Spanish and phone the hotel manager on our behalf and got the code for the security box and got us the key for our room. Told us we were on the top floor; he carried our cases up the winding stairs case. NO LIFT. When we reached the top floor, we are elderly ladies we didn't except to be put on the top floor. When we open the door, the room was disgusting, shoddy with one old hand towel and one bath towel to share. nowhere to put our clothes, the bed and shower wasn't clean. I phoned love holidays to complain. I was up till 4 am to get this sort. On the 26th Sept I contacted love holidays 4 times< I got told to contact the receptionist/manager. who was obviously invisible, does not exist. how many times do I have to tell you. It was the same scenario on the 27th Sept and the 28th Sept. Love holidays had trouble contacting the service provider/manager. in total I phoned Love holidays 10 times, asking them to change rooms, wanting a twin-bedded room, same reply contact the service provider/ manager/ receptionist. NO ONE IS HERE ALL LOCKED UP. I let my friend have the bed as she was in bad health, so I got a blanket and a pillow and slept on the floor for 5 nights, fully dressed. A young Spanish lad in the next room, phoned the manager and my friend was trying to speak to him, NO ENGLISH he said, the young lad translates only to receive verbal abuse. the hotel was a dirty excuse for the name, and the break was spoilt by the experience. Two elderly ladies took us ages to get our cases down all those steep winding stairs. We need compensation for all the upset, all the phones I made. This is not a hotel, more like a room for a one-night. NOT RECOMMEND

When it comes to booking and taking your money, it is all great. However, advertising hotel with all facilities while at least 1/4 wasn't running. So much for taking kids to Crete on a family hotel, while no kids entertainment, kids food etc is not provided. It took over two months for someone to respond to my complain (After waiting this long, could not ever bother to greet me using my name). Obviously nothing to be refunded as I did not live chat with Loveholidays while on holiday (not considering every complain is no wi-fi. within the hotel). AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY!!!
