They only have 1 star because 0 isnt an option! They decided to call my partner 36hrs before we were due to get on a flight to say the whole holiday was cancelled due to one of their partners going bankrupt. Fair enough, until they said the partner went bankrupt in JUNE, 2 months before our holiday, and they only decided to tell us less than 2 days before we were due to leave…absolute scumbags, avoid them like the plague!

Beware. The admin at loveholidays is poor. They changed our flights, but failed to give us updated references (we thought the same ones were valid). It was only when we went to check in our flights 24 hours prior that we realised there was a problem and had to make contact to get the new details. The flight change meant a parking change as it was a completely different airport. Only on the morning of travel did we realise they had not updated the parking details correctly either. They had changed the airport location but no other details (the parking company, road name and postcode were still for the original airport). They then put us through to a meet and greet company, which if we knew this was the option we would not have booked parking through them. Now they are saying as we did not take this last minute update we cannot obtain a credit and need to claim on our insurance!!!!

Transfers were awful and love holidays would not help. After we booked we were sent terms and conditions, but by that point we had already paid. We waited an hour for the transfer in to turn up, we were left 10 mins walk away with no directions, the driver just laughed and told us to walk. In 35 degree heat with suitcases! On the return we had to get to the drop off point, again shifting suitcases in the heat, the transfer was 40 mins late, the driver got lost, and we still were over an hour too early to check in. When I tried contacting love holidays for help, I went round in circles with a chat bot, then when I did get an actual person they said get a taxi. How I was supposed to get a taxi in a foreign city, with no taxi rank nearby, and without help from hotel reception as I had already walked 10 mins away from my hotel to get to the meeting point. Return coach didn’t have air conditioning and was sweltering When I complained love holidays just referred me to their terms which state they won’t accept responsibility for any third party performance - even when it’s the third party they have sub contracted to!

Don't book . They don't support you if your holiday isn't what you paid for . They haven't helped us at all . We didn't get what we paid for and they don't want to know .

When we arrived at Hotel Relaxia Olivina, Lanzarote, we were given a family room with no air con, but we had booked a standard double with air con. Despite explaining to the receptionist that this was not what we had booked, she said if we wanted to change rooms we would have to pay extra per night, which we refused to do and we put up with the room we were given. On my return I made a complaint to Love Holiday regarding this and they tried to fob me off by saying this is the room we had booked. When I disagreed and explained there were 2 of us why would we book a family room, they offered me a refund of £14.08. This company is not honest nor trustworthy. I will not book with them again and book with a more reputable company in future.

Terrible company to book with. Would avoid and pay that bit extra to use a reputable company instead. I have done 5 holidays with this company this year and will never use them again! They act like a middle man just book you holiday, flights and transfer but then leave you to sort out everything with them. There are always issues with transfers we're you are not contacted or they don't show up. They want you to prove you have tried to contact them to get a refund on the transfer. Read other reviews, there are always issue with the transfer with this company and they take no responsibility for them even though you are not able to select who the transfer is with. They always tell you that there will be someone waiting with a sign with you name at the airport and there never is so you have to go looking for them. Any issues with the hotel or your flights, they tell you to deal with the hotel or airline directly and do nothing to help you out. They'll just end the chat early. I have screen shot all my conversations with them and will be posting them. On the whole, you are better off paying a little bit more and using a travel agent that will provide the information required and be there to help when there is an issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and if you do use them, atlease have a backup plan as something will go wrong and you will be left to deal with it.

Pictures and information about the hotel do not reflect reality! Everything is passed on to the customer! Even though they know what they are advertising is not real data! Actively participating in ad fraud! Unqualified customer service! Unfortunately I am not able to upload any pictures because of the error message coming up everytime when I try to upload them!😡 but I am happy to share these pictures with anyone! The hotel they advertise knows full well that it is far from the service or star rating it advertises yet it continues to advertise that rating and is deliberately ruining the holidays of many families.

Booked a holiday with them last year, took ages picking the right hotel and we were very much looking forward to it. A few days before, they swapped our hotel, for another 4star, but in a different area. We felt we had no other option but to accept, as plans had been made for our pets and time been booked off work. Plus it states in their conditions that they have to offer us like for like, or better. We trusted them stupidly. The hotel they sent us to, was run down, dated, dirty and in the middle of nowhere, also no use for anyone with mobility issues. I have nerve damage and arthritis. I could spend ages listing how bad this place was, the beds you couldn't sleep in, rooms filthy, no tea, coffee facilities in the rooms, lifts temperamental, failing apart in places, most definitely not a 4 star and nothing like the hotel we originally booked inside. That one was modern and clean, from the videos I've seen from guests, it also had an atmosphere. The only entertainment was karaoke, bingo and a quiz, the food was constantly the same, alcoholic drinks were so watered down, that even I, and I don't drink, was getting no affects off the alcohol. The first day we asked if we could swap rooms, as they'd put us in a room about 10 minutes walk from the main hotel, up and down lots of steps. This wasn't going to be possible for me, I was in agony after the first few hours. They said we could swap, if we paid 60 euros and wrote them a good review. We were desperate, so paid the money, but held off on the reviews. We finally got our new room the next day, at 3pm. It was awful, filthy dirty and more dated than the first room. We complained and complained to Loveholidays. Loveholidays were not interested, even after I sent videos and pictures. Belive it, or not,but I have never had to complain about a hotel before in my life. Loveholidays, 2 weeks after we get home, offer us £100 voucher, I tell them that's an insult. So they offer us £150 on top of the voucher, again an insult. Had this been our choice of hotel, then it would be our fault, had it been a cheap getaway, well we'd expect it. It was neither! I have no choice now but to take out a CCJ, Loveholidays did suggest I use their appointed arbitration firm for the dispute. They must think I'm stupid! I was only stupid in booking with this firm, it has put us off all inclusive for life. This firm is not fit for purpose, avoid at all costs!

Over the last 2 years we as a family have had a rough time which involved watching my Mum (& Grandmother) die from cancer. Due to this situation, we had not taken a holiday for 2 years so we could spend our time with my mum. She sadly passed away in October 2023 (God bless you Mum). My Mum kindly left me and our family a small amount of money which we decided to spend on a well-deserved holiday as we had not had one for some time and due to the ages of our children (18 & 17) this would probably be the last time we would all holiday together. We had never been to Turkey before but through friends and colleagues we had heard good things about the hotels and country so decided that this would be our destination. I did a lot of research through Trip Advisor and decided that the Titanic Mardan Palace was the hotel we wanted to go to as it was better than all the other Titanic hotels in the region. I looked at the Golf Belek and Lara beach Titanic hotels but the one that stood out for luxury, quality of rooms, spa and beach front was the Titanic Mardan Palace. The Mardan Palace also had the best reviews from trip advisor which is what finally sold it to us. In January I searched through various sites to see what the best deal would be for a hotel stay from the 26th of June to the 8th of July 2024 at the Titanic Mardan Palace. My search included using the following websites: On the Beach (which we have used many times before without issue), Booking.com, Trip Advisor, Trivago and Love Holidays. We chose the best deal we could get, and this was through Love Holidays, so I paid a deposit of £196 to secure a premium family room with sea or pool view. The final instalment for the holiday was due by June the 12th 2024. I paid the full remaining amount due for the holiday £7,282.25 on the 29th of April 2024 which was way ahead of the June the 12th deadline for payment and received booking confirmation that room and hotel was all booked and paid for. Ahead of our holiday and due to myself not being very good with heights I contacted Love Holidays to see if they could ensure I had a lower floor room, they advised me that I should contact the hotel. I did this and emailed the hotel with my booking reference and they replied (see email in evidence pack) saying that they had noted my request and would make notes on their system ahead of my stay. As you can imagine me and my family were so excited about this holiday and we were counting down the day’s until our trip to Turkey and stay at the Mardan Palace. The June 26th date was getting closer and closer, and I was receiving emails (see evidence pack) from Love Holidays saying only 2 weeks to go and then receiving emails saying that we only had 2 days to go. Prior to our departure date we decided to book some trips via Trip Advisor to local waterfalls, boat trip, shopping malls and old town tour which we would be collected from our hotel the Titanic Mardan Palace. These trips were exciting to us as we enjoy seeing different cultures and did not want to just stay in the hotel all the time. I received and email from Love Holidays just 2 days before and it stated on the itinerary (see evidence pack) ‘Just to let you know, your booking is unaffected by the FTI Group Insolvency’ so I did not worry and was very happy that my holiday was getting very close. The Holiday We all flew from Bristol Airport on the 26th June to Antalya airport with a 1.5 hour flight delay so instead of landing in Turkey at 9.30pm it was approx.. 11pm. I had arranged a taxi to transfer us to the Titanic Mardan Palace and we arrived at the hotel at 12pm(midnight) tired from our journey. On arrival at the hotel we were all overwhelmed by the architecture, style and décor of the hotel as it looked amazing and we were all so pleased to be there. I went to the reception and booked us in but as soon as I said my name they could not locate my booking. I showed them my booking confirmation from Love Holidays and they instructed us to go and sit outside and have a drink whilst they investigated. We sat on a lovely balcony having a drink and thinking wow this is great. About 30 minutes passed and I was called to the reception desk were the staff informed me that they could not find my booking and did not have a reservation for me, they even said to me that they thought I may have been scammed or part of this holiday company going bust (I had email saying we were not affected). Imagine my dismay, we were all tired from our travels and to be told that we did not have a booking was totally unacceptable and then to think we had been scammed and were now stranded in Turkey with no hotel or holiday. I then had to spent the next 2 hours trying to contact Love Holidays and they did in the end speak with the hotel but because it was late at night nothing could be resolved. I was informed that in order to get the problem resolved we would need to pay for a room for the night and deal with the problem in the morning when all reservation staff were available. I paid nearly £1,500 for a room on my credit card which was supposed to be our spending money whilst in Turkey. We finally got into a hotel room at 3.30am with all my family being totally stressed, worried and concerned about what was going on. We should of just been in our hotel room asleep which we had booked and looking forward to the first day of our holiday all refreshed from our travels. Instead, we were all exhausted and could not really sleep due to the stress. I was informed that I should return to the reception desk at 9am to try and sort problem out which I did following 2 hours sleep at best. The hotel informed me that they had no booking and the only room available was from 26th June to the 6th July and we could not stay there for the last 2 days of our holiday. What a nightmare this was turning into. The reception desk could not help us any further and I had to ring Love Holidays from my mobile to sort the issue out. They were speaking to the agent in Turkey and also with the hotel and said they would ring me back. Time kept on passing and we knew that the hotel room we were in needed to be vacated by 12pm as we had only paid for one night. I went to the reception desk and was informed again that no rooms were available even the ones they had mentioned before. I rang again from my mobile phone to Love Holidays and they now said we are trying to find you another hotel. This was a big kick in the teeth as we had planned our holiday around being at the Titanic Mardan Place and we had all been really looking forward to this and as mentioned before, we were all blown away when we entered the hotel and were so excited and even had trips booked from this hotel. Love Holidays finally contacted me by email to tell me that they were moving us to The Titanic Golf Belek Hotel and the only rooms available were a garden suite or a corner suite. I had looked at this hotel when first booking our holiday and was not as impressed by this one as I was with the Titanic Mardan Palace otherwise I would have booked this to start. Following a very tiring and stressful start to the holiday at least we were now being put into a hotel albeit not our chose, at least we could relax in the fact that we didn’t have to fly home which at one point we thought we were. This situation is totally unacceptable, and we should never have had to pay to stay in a hotel out of our own holiday money, we had to cancel our trips that were booked and get our money back from these and also we now did not have any spending money for our holiday. Love Holidays offered me a £300 compensation which I refused as this goes nowhere to compensate for the stress and anxiety that was caused by them. They did say they would refund my expense of the hotel room which they have done but it did not return to my account until I was back in the UK so I could not use this for spending money whilst on holiday! The Titanic Golf Belek We arrived at this hotel via taxi and on entering the hotel we could instantly see that although it was nice it was no where up to the standard of the Mardan Palace hotel. The reception greeted us and I showed them the new booking reference I had been sent and was told to wait in the bar until 3pm as this was when we could check in. We were finally given a room and taken to it with our bags at around 4pm (most of the day gone now!). The rooms we were given were next door to each other, so my children were in one room and me and my wife in another room next door. The rooms had separate small balcony’s which were not next to eachother, so we could not be together as a family. (see pictures) and the view was of some tress and a golf course. The room we had originally booked was the premium family room at the Titanic Mardan Palace which was one suite with a door between rooms and a shared balcony with either a pool view or sea view (see pictures). These rooms were not up to the standard we had booked, and we wanted to be in one suite all together as, our children are teenagers and as every teenagers at times, do not get on. We were then forced to split up again which meant me and my wife stayed in separate rooms. Due to worry of my children being in rooms on their own and us as parents not really knowing what they could be doing this including worrying they may just go out alone at night. The whole point of having a family suite was to ensure we could spend quality time together and ensure things were safe at all times. This was a special holiday, but we did not get this which completely took away any joy of spending time in the rooms. The hotel was very busy with lots of young children and to be honest we were all feeling rather deflated about our holiday as it did not meet our expectations. There was a constant reminder on various TV screens throughout the holiday of how luxurious the Titanic Mardan palace was, it felt like rubbing salt into a very open wound. The reminders was another blow to why we had chosen to book the Mardan Palace in the first place. As a family we made the best of what we had but in all of our minds every day was that we were on a holiday that we had not booked and would not have booked. We all wanted to be in the Mardan Palace and this was taken away from us and our dreams of a fantastic holiday have been shattered. We did not have any money to venture out of the hotel as our spending money had been spent on the hotel room on the first night. This meant for the whole holiday we had to stay in the hotel and could not do any of the activities, trips and tours we had planned for our holiday in Turkey. Conclusion We booked a holiday through Love Holidays which was supposed to be as mentioned at the start of this document, a very special holiday. Instead the holiday turned into a nightmare giving all of us lots of stress and anxiety affecting everyone’s mental health, from the minute we got to the Hotel we booked. We still do not know why our holiday booking at the Titanic Mardan Palace was not honoured and we have had this explained to us by Love Holidays. The hotel which were transferred to was a downgrade to what we had booked regardless of the same star ratings. Love Holidays were not very helpful with the situation and even stated in an email that the Golf Belek was a like for like Hotel with 5 stars, which yes the rating may be the same but I did my research on the Titanic Mardan Palace and this is by far a superior hotel with better Trip Advisor reviews hence why I picked it. The hotel rooms we were given were just standard rooms when we had booked and paid for a premium family room at the Titanic Mardan Palace. Our special holiday was also ruined due to the fact that the spending money for outings, trips and shopping had been taken from me as I needed to pay for my first nights stay in the hotel, I was supposed to be in. This is totally not acceptable and spoilt our whole Holiday. They have offered me £259 as compensation , what a joke.

Love Holidays are a joke. They advertised and took money from us for the wrong room at a hotel and completely made it an awful experience for my family. They should be ashamed of themselves. Joke company pile of sh*t.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room that was in a deplorable state. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a foul odor. Inside, the room was filthy and infested with bugs. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. We immediately reported this to the receptionist, who was unhelpful and dismissive. After several hours of waiting at the reception, we were eventually moved to another room, only to find it in the same horrendous condition: full of bugs and dirt. The distress caused by this situation was overwhelming, particularly for my young children, aged 2 and 6. They were scared and crying, begging to go home. We were left with no choice but to leave the resort and find alternative accommodation on our own, which added to our stress and financial burden. I am attaching pictures and videos that clearly show the unsanitary conditions of the rooms and the distress of my children. Given the severity of these issues and the impact on our holiday, i will attach photos and videos Date of experience: 20 June 2024

I gave it three stars because luckily we had no issue on holiday, otherwise, I am not so sure the customer service or the company would have helped too much. And this is why I believe this: when I booked the holiday because we were travelling with a toddler, we had to choose plane seats mandatory. If not, you can't proceed with the next steps to book the holiday. But when I finished the booking and all was confirmed, the seat information was missing (despite I was charged for it). On the Tui application, I was required to choose my seats at another cost obviously. I contacted Love Holidays twice and I encountered two very rude agents, who kept saying that in their system the seats had not been chosen and paid for. I told them that this must be an error as you can't book the holiday without choosing and paying for the seats when travelling with a child. I even sent them screenshots of what it shows on the website if I try to skip this step. However, when I sent these, the agent said 'I think I helped already with your problem, bye!' and disconnected me. I gave up and paid for seats on the TUI application. I will avoid this company in the future.

Do not use this company. They are not ABTA registered. This means if things go wrong you are essentially shafted. I have contacted them various times regarding transfers which didn't take us to or from our destination. The BS I've had to put up with. The "customer service" is a joke. They will Def take your money. But they will not provide a service. Absolutely shocking. From now on I will ensure that all holidays are ABTA registered. If they are not they should not be allowed to supply a service. As holding them responsible for anything seems impossible.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE Recently booked a holiday to Rhodes, 1 of 3 bookings moved hotels upon arrival. Explanation, the hotel is full booked. Love Holidays did not help one bit, the hotel we were moved too had nowhere near the same amenities to what we booked. Love Holidays did nothing to resolve this. Happening time and time again having spoken to others affected at the same time

Useless support, lying company and questionable processes. Booked with them previously myself a few times and not had to reach out to them and everything was fine so figured me and my friend would book our big holiday this year again with them, however, this time we had a issue where the luggage that was advertised ( 2x20kg bags) was in fact the cabin bags and not hold luggage (Misleading i know). In spite of this, they told us they could not alter the flights and we had to contact British Airways. We did, and they explained we had 24 hours as per their policy to cancel/refund the flights however since LoveHolidays were the ones that booked the flights, they needed to do this. So we reached out to Support again, they then changed their minds and said they were unable to. When questioned, they then lied and said they booked the flights through a third party and not directly with BA (Despite BA confirming LoveHolidays booked it) - and moreover questioning the trust of LoveHolidays as a company in itself. Their support was useless throughout, and refused to transfer us to any manager or any team to get this resolved - so we are currently without baggage for a 10 night trip to Dubai. I have collated the evidence from the website and calls, and luckily have booked using a Credit card who have informed it that LoveHolidays are responsible for this. I would advise anyone else having issues with their useless support to file a dispute with your credit card company for a dispute as well as ABTA. (We will be doing both). You can also file a complaint with the Ombudsman. Would avoid and book with a reputable package holiday site that doesn't make lies and claim they dont book anything and they use third parties as middleman with your personal information and then refuse to offer any Support whatsoever. Ashamed that i even recommended LoveHolidays after my previous completely fine trips to then result in my recommendation for them to my friend booking and now both of us without luggage. ( They were demanding over £300 for a bag each , thats half of the holiday cost absolute scum )
