Tool was advertised for 99 drove 100 +miles to get there and they tried to sell it for 135 showed them the add and was told dont know what to tell you called corporate and they blamed Google what a waste of time I believe that would be false advertisement according to the worker they do it all the time

We ordered storm doors one month ago today. Lowes wanted dull payment at time of order so we paid in full. Two weeks ago we called for status and after several calls with people who could not see our order on the system (although I gave them all the info from the paperwork) the person told us to call Larson Door manufacturer ourselves so they did not have to call them and then us back. The doors were delivered to Lowes but when i called to Lowes today AGAIN the person at the Millwork desk cannot see the information in the system and only Tony can help. What is with this company?! This is the second, and last, time we have tried to use Lowes. Tomorrow we call the credit card and file a claim to reverse payment. No more Lowes

OMG! Do NOT..I repeat DO NOT do business with Lowe's Ever! The WORST customer service experience of my life. Absolute nightmare. All I wanted was new pre hung doors for the front and side of my house and 5 weeks later no doors, management wouldn't make it right and told me to just refund the purchase and I'm STILL waiting for my refund and spending hours and days on the phone with no satisfaction. And that delay is causing me to delay working with some other company so I can have doors. HORRIBLE experience all around!!!!!!! This is the Appleton, WI location and corporate. No one seems to care, there's no urgency or call back. From the day I made my purchase on 6/20 until today 7/25 no resolution. Never again will I do business with Lowes

I had deck material delivered by Lowe’s. They had plenty space to leave it in my driveway, on my lawn or in backyard.. which I instructed the delivery man he had a choice. He had a nasty attitude. He went to his truck, took the materials off and put them in the street by the curve and say have a nice day and drove off. I proceeded to call the company along with the delivery company that serviced the delivery man I was told they would get back to me that has not happened. I have never had an experience like this before, I was afraid that someone might take my materials so I had to call someone to come and help remove it. I have had other things delivered by Lowe’s, but this is the first time that I had ever had such horrible service. I could not leave pictures. Their system was out of whack also. Horrible

Lowes installation and their floor installer (Service Pro) are the WORST to deal with. Lies, Lies, Liars and more Liars. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY and run in the opposite direction. This is definitely a pay and don't get what you paid for. We had vinyl plank flooring installed in June 2023 and we have experienced issue after issue and lie after life. Service Pro, the installer as come out 4 times, possibly since the initial installation. The 1st time was approximately three months after installation because the planks keeps coming apart. The last time March 2024 Service Pro told us this was a manufacturers defect. We contacted Lowe's to for a claim. We went back and forth until the manufacturer said it was not a defect, it is the installer fault. We reached back out to Lowe's as usual. You never get the same person (keep notes, names, dates and times of every conversation), so you literally have to go back through everything that had happened up to this point. Received a call last Friday to schedule an appointment for today, July 22, 2024 from 8-11 and no one showed up or called. When we initiated a call to find out why the " no call, no show", we were told there is an issue. The person on the phone could not even tell us what the issue is. Here we are again.. very unsatisfied. We will never make a large purchase from Lowe's again. We are sharing our experience with everyone we meet and avoiding that you take your business elsewhere.

I went to lows for buyinf a generator the told me I can to retorno it if something wrong happens but when I come back the ladies told me I can t. Returnit they never told me before about the policy returns the woman with really bad attitude.. and they were angry so please. Take care when you want to buy in LOWES I m serius...be carefull

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM LOWES! The company they contract with for delivery is unreliable and has HORRIBLE customer service! We bought an expensive refrigerator from them instead of Home Depot ONLY because they said they could deliver on Sunday as opposed to later in the week when we were out of town. Our refrigerator died so we were desperate to move the food before we lost it all. They originally scheduled for between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm. That morning they notified us it would be 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. We left briefly and the driver called and said he would be there at 9:30. Apparently they can’t communicate with each other. We asked him to give us 15 minutes to get home and he never showed up. We called repeatedly until 11 am when we finally got a person who told us too bad they released the driver and can’t force him to come back and he refused. What??? It was THEIR miscommunication as they changed the time to 10:30 at the earliest and we relied on that. Their previously stated policy was that they give a 15 minute grace period if they get there early. They could not have cared less that we have food sitting out spoiling in that we have no refrigerator or freezer. I will NEVER buy anything from Lowe’s again. It is their contractor and their responsibility. The contractor is rude and the driver LIED and told his boss that he was told we wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes so he dropped us. That was a complete lie. He just wanted to go home early. Lowe’s need to find a new delivery company if they want to keep their customers. I won’t buy so much as a nail from them in the future.

They started charging 1.99 a month just to send you a paper bill. Sounds like they are desperate. Outrageous charge. Should be completely illegal. I WILL NOT be shopping at Lowe’s. You can get the same merchandise at Home Depot.

rdered an air conditioner and specified it needed to be delivered to my door which is two flights up in a garden apt i was charged an addition amount for delivery . On delivery day i was texted from the shipper lowes used that my delivery was scheduled for early that morning . i kept looking out my window no truck - the next thing i know i receive a text your product has been delivered How did we do? i immediately called lowes and i was given the phone number of the shipper called ONERAIL I called the shipper and told them i was missing my product and could they call the driver to pick up item wherever he left it. it was clearly stated on the paperwork my apt # and the top floor .Shipper said nothing we can do because it was stated it has been delivered . I got in my car to drive to lowes and i see a huge box ifo the Rental agent Office door . "Somehow i managed to get this air conditioner to my car and someone came along and helped me put it in my car . i returned it immediately to lowes for a refund . well I discovered today that lowes charged me for the shipping fee of 79.00. i'll be contacting the better business bureau as well as my credit card company .

What went right? Lowes has no problem taking your money but don't tell you everything. We just moved here and went into the Murphy NC Lowes and spent over $4,000 on all new appliances. It took one month to get two of the appliances. I received a text yesterday that I can't get the rest of the appliances that I ordered And Paid for in advance for another month. That's two months. I called yesterday and no one returned my call, so my husband went to Lowes in person at 8:30 this morning and got nothing resolved. He did speak with the manager and the manger said he would try to find a way for us to get the rest if our appliances and that he would call me. It's been four hours and I have not heard from him. If Lowes really cared about their customers they would go out of their way to respond and find someone that is capable enough to deliver and hook up their products. All the care is getting your money and then leaving you hanging. I personally could NOT sleep at night doing people wrong and not trying to fix it. If you want appliances from LOWES, you better RUN real fast. They didn't bother to tell us that it would be two months (if we are lucky) before we get them or we would have went to HOME DEPOT. We use to spend alot money in Lowes because my husband is a contractor. Guess what, NOT ANYMORE. They think that they can keep on getting away with it, but as soon as the public finds out about it, THEY WILL LOOSE BUSINESS. I promise you that my word of mouth as well as my husbands will be heard by people at the gas stations, grocery stores, friends neighbors relatives and online. Eventually, you will loose.

Recently I made a purchase online with Lowe's. It was a Father's Day gift from my mother used her credit card caused all kinds of problems finally I spoke to a nice lady at customer service. She said it was all taken care of delivery would be the 19th. Yesterday I received an email that the payment was declined again and when I called. I had got a young man on the phone who implied that. I never spoke to a woman and it was never taken care of like I was enough. I couldn't use my military discount because I was ordering with my mother's credit card but looks like I'm not getting it anyway. Hate to say to my mother that it didn't go through. She has anxiety and she now lives in a assisted home.Very disappointed!

Delivery service for Lowe's in Lincoln Ne is terrible. This is the second time they have sent incorrect fittings for appliances purchased, so they didn't install the appliances when delivered. The inconvenience requires the customer to go to the store, exchange for correct ones and then find someone to do the work at an additional expense. It seems like they don't want to do the work, so they make it impossible for them to have to install completely. It is very frustrating and definitely will be a last choice in the future. (Last time the delivery personnel argued the entire time also.) I can see why there are so many one star reviews!

Lowe's extended warranty is a rip off. We've been waiting two weeks, had two appointments scheduled (for a 9 hour window) and cancelled midday of the appointment. They have now rescheduled...after a two ring phone call with no actual person talking...for another eight days out. This was a rip off. Buy from someone else, or expect to have no service after the sale.

My wife bought a GE gas range and paid for delivery and install. Paid for July 1st online, and install and delivery scheduled for July 3rd. My wife was checking on the delivery time window online and noticed that the order had been canceled and that a refund was due. When she called to get an answer she received an "I'm sorry that they didn't tell you. The oven glass was shattered and they could not deliver it." So - we tried again and ordered the same one. To make a long story short - we could not communicate with the person they sent to install and deliver the new one due to a language barrier. We did spend most of his visit giving him Band-Aids because he sliced his hand up pretty bad inside the delivery truck. We tended to his hand and then he installed the stove, which meant using the install kit (new fittings) and tightening up the hose. After they left, my wife said she noticed a smell and we both had insane headaches. We spent 24 hours opening and closing windows - and were completely livid at each other due to the headaches and gas smell. We had Texas Gas Service come out and they Red Tagged the appliance and valve due to a gas leak. The guy overtightened it and didn't use a new fitting. Left it like that with us to figure out. Explosions anyone? We thought they would have sent someone who new what they were doing. The owners manual said that a gas smell was normal and would go away after you use the stove. Today I am waiting for yet another hopeful install, after finding out that Lowe's uses a third party. They are not even registered or necessarily experts in what they are sent out to install - the service that you paid for. I was told that if they cannot install it, that I can call a plumber and that they will reimburse us. This - without a stove to cook food on for days now.

I recently purchased a garage door opener with installation and warranty, and my debit card was charged two times and then a third time for the same items. For some reason, I decided to give Lowe’s a second chance and have purchased a dishwasher, installation and warranty. These purchases were made online. Today I received an alert from my bank saying that my debit card had been charged again twice for the same transactions. We’re talking over $1000 times two. These funds are put on hold, and I am unable to use them. During today’s economy, many are living paycheck to paycheck. As you know if any of my other bills come through while Lowes is holding up over $1K erroneously, those bills will not be paid. I spoke to a customer service representative who said the company knows this is an issue but has done nothing to fix it. It is my fault for deciding to give Lowes a second chance. Trust and believe I will not make this mistake again.

I ordered a patio set. I was on vacation and had six days for them to deliver it. They said they would deliver in 6/26/24. I wasted part of that vacation day waiting for them. They never showed up. It was rescheduled for 7/1/24. Again, I wasted part of a vacation day waiting for them. They never showed up. I called to cancel the order. They refunded the amount for the items, but not the assembly charge. They never called or emailed to keep me advised of any problems. Not professional, organized, or customer oriented.

United States Marine fired for going on active duty with permission. Lowes called it no call no show. These are the men willing to die for our country. Do not support these stores! Said they don't know how the military works. News flash. 1 weekend every month. And 2 weeks once a year. Not real difficult. Come on support our men that serve our country.

We were wanting to purchase vinyl board lifetime warranty flooring. Lowe’s has started subbing out the measuring process to Kelly Services. The lady that measured our house told us that we should hear from them on Tuesday. On Saturday I called them. The guy had no measurements and he would have to wait until Monday to talk them about our measurements. No one called when he said he would. Then we go on vacation and he starts calling. I tried to call him back and he didn’t answer. So he finally gets back with us and he said we had to choose our product. We chose it the day we went into to Lowes and asked them to come out and measure. He said, “Why didn’t you take a picture or get a sample?” I explained I shouldn’t have to take a picture and a sample was never offered. I also told him I had had nothing but trouble with this process since it started. So I went back in the next day and took a picture and called him and gave it to him. He finally called by about two days later and wanted me to go over it with him. We were going over it and he smarted off a snide response about my attitude and I hung up on him. I don’t have to listen to him when Lowes process was not following through the way they were supposed to. We went and got our flooring from someone else and it will be laid tomorrow. I do not like that you have to deal with four different people before getting your flooring from Lowe’s. First the guy at the store screwed up and didn’t write up right. Second the lady that measured my house messed up and didn’t send the measurements. Third your guy working from home had an attitude and did not try to work things out. I never got to the installation process and now Lowes has missed a good sale and has me telling people about my negative experience. I already had kitchen cabinets put in by Lowe’s but there won’t be anything else done by them. It was an awful experience!
