I ordered a refrigerator and it was to be delivered the next day. When the delivery crew arrived, the unloaded the refrigerator on it's side! That is the wrong way to handle a refrigerator, it can ruin the compressor) They brought the refrigerator inside and immediately connected it to electricity and turned it on. Now I have. refrigerator that I am uncertain of its longevity or reliability. I am going to contact Lowes and let them know I do not approve of their delivery!

Hello, on the 12th I had a problem getting warranty service on a covered product purchased from Lowes, The warranty company directed me to customer service at the Lowes on Western Blvd, in Jacksonville NC. I then proceeded to the store with my receipt and spoke with BRANDI in customer service, She went out of her way to get with the Lowes warranty department on the phone and get the issue resolved. ( they were stating they could not find my warranty) I as well as Brandi found it odd that I was directed to the store, regardless she got the issue squared away. Thanks Brandi for all you do and Thanks for getting my issue resolved, I have since purchased a new over the range Microwave, Your professionalism and diligence was greatly appreciated and were an outstanding example of what customer service is. Thanks again Brandi, JOB WELL DONE

The Lowe’s representative to purchase and install the water heater was very nice in the beginning. Once payment was made, I couldn’t reach him at all! He would never return my calls. I finally got a hold of him by using someone else’s telephone to which he responded! I’m missing the manual and warranty papers. I finally called the manufacture and was told that I had to download 40 pages!. I don’t have enough ink or paperwork. I went to Lowe’s to complain but they told me they had nothing to do with the purchase etc. the unit was sold to me by a third party and they were responsible for everything. I thought I had bought it from Lowe’s!!!! I used a Lowe’s credit card to pay for it! This is absurd! Don’t buy from Lowe’s, you’re not really buying from them! So now I’m putting a stop payment on the card

Quoted a roof because of a good Lowes experience by our neighbor. This WAS NOT our experience. First and foremost, Lowes sent a contractor to quote. We signed on LOWES website but found out that all warranty was the responsibility of the contractor. This included both materials and workmanship. Workmanship was substandard as well. Navigating Lowes Corporate was not a pleasant experience. In the end, we were told "this is how it is" - AFTER the work was done. Bottom line - if you need a roof, get a LOCAL roofing contractor. I have not entered a Lowes store in over one year and was a loyal customer for the last 30 years. My late father was a loyal general contractor who introduced me to Lowes. If he were around, he would not believe my experience.

Lowes lost a customer today. Sorry to see many new self-check out lanes installed since our last visit. One lane was left for cashier transactions, which is the one we wanted to use because we had questions. That lane was closed. The self-checkout lanes were backed up because of customer issues. We left the store without making any purchases. It wasn't worth the waste of time to wait for assistance. In the future we will shop anywhere but Lowes, even if we have to pay a little more for better customer service.

Ordered a dishwasher. First time they brought the wrong one. Second and third time they said we had already received it and could not get their info straight. Fourth time they said they could not install because the fitting was plastic not metal even though they must have seen this the first time. Worst experience ever. Do not use the Monroe Wa Lowe’s.

I bought a water heater, suppoesedly, from Lowe’s! Their , third party installer was very nice. I had it installed, several days later, after my first appointment fell through with them. The installer was nice and pleasant and supposedly did a good job. However, I was never given the manual or warranty papers!!! I’ve been calling Shannon, who took care of me in the beginning for payment and scheduling. Now that the unit was installed and payment was made, he never, never, never pick up my calls!!! I cslled him via another telephone number in which he answered! This was a week age. I still haven’t got the paperwork and again he does not answer my call! This is lousy customer service. I would never, never, never order an appliance or unit from Lowe’s. The other problem is that the installer also services Home Depot, so I guess I won’t be using them either!!! Beware when purchasing from Lowe’s. I went to Lowe’s to complain, but they just ignored me and told me they have nothing to do with third party!

Bought a Media Freezer, Lowe's delivered it and installed it. I have my own temperature monitor and the temperature goes from -2 to 30+ F (2-3 times a day). Alarms go off, etc. Have another temperature monitor reading same. Notified Lowes, they said they would send someone out to fix or to see if it needs replacing. Set a time to be home (they give an 8 hour window). He came out, said it needs replacing. I call Lowe's back and now they said I need to call Media, set up another time for them to come out and evaluate and then if they say its broken, then they can start a replacement process. Why they didn't send someone who could do something the first time is beyond frustrating and unprofessional . I will have to set up another time to be home, etc. In the meantime, the broken appliance they sold will be not working for another week. Will be over two weeks or longer to get this resolved. Do Not buy any appliance, etc through Lowe's

went in to get a shower door, a sale man helped us find the correct box and that's when it all went to hell, right away the sales man asked my wife if she had a lowes CC she said yes, they said if you get another one we can get 20 %off for the day, my wife said ok and we will also take a stove and DW her us and another DW for my kid, the salesman wanted my wife to apply for a business even though she does not have a business so I ended applying, I asked for 5K credit and received 9k, ok its done its done, we them get handed off to another salesman upon ringing us up we are told that our 20% off for the day is for no more then $100 ok they lied but its done its done, Rodrigo was ringing us up but decided to go help another customer and returned to us after 30 minutes only after I found him, every one apologize only after i saw that I will be writing a review,

don’t buy from them! I know better but it was my only option at the time. The fridge arrived without the cover for the water dispenser, rending it unusable. Spoke with two “customer service” reps both of which told me the part is unavailable and I would have to return the fridge. Who wants to go through that pain again!! Also for delivery they only give you a 12 hour window which means you have to stay home from work or cancel your appointments. I can actually buy the part from a mail order vendor.

Customer Service was useless when I tried to cancel an order that was being delayed for delivery. Lowes still shipped the product and when I told them no was available to receive it, they basically said too bad. Then I was lied to by representatives over 3 days of calls, that they would pick it up once I got a shipping label ready. Now I am told it is my responsibility to take the package back. Well it is sitting outside in the elements now and it will be weeks before I am able to get it. Representative basically said too bad and my problem to deal with even though other reps had told me they would pick up. USE THIS REVIEW AS A WARNING WHEN DEALING WITH LOWES !!!

Lowes Waco Texas is to be AVOIDED until they have some leadership. A Mgr blew off my waiting 12 hours for a PROMISED DELIVERY, not interested in helping me resolve so I canceled and am doing business at HDepot. A shame since this store generally has very helpful employees. Management is leading them down the toilet when a simple fix for my being stood up was never offered. They do NOT care about their customers, Mgr at least doesn't.

Lowe’s lowered my credit limit because I haven’t used my card in a good while. So they penalized you for not using your card. Really! What a way to keep a customer relationship. Unbelievable! I think I will just go to Home Depot.

We ordered storm doors one month ago today. Lowes wanted dull payment at time of order so we paid in full. Two weeks ago we called for status and after several calls with people who could not see our order on the system (although I gave them all the info from the paperwork) the person told us to call Larson Door manufacturer ourselves so they did not have to call them and then us back. The doors were delivered to Lowes but when i called to Lowes today AGAIN the person at the Millwork desk cannot see the information in the system and only Tony can help. What is with this company?! This is the second, and last, time we have tried to use Lowes. Tomorrow we call the credit card and file a claim to reverse payment. No more Lowes

Sadly it's going to be very difficult to shop at lowes, after spending thousands of dollars ( we have recipts), after a heart wrenching experience at the lowes in ormond beach, on April 1st my wife and I went to purchase water softener items for our home which we have lived in since 1986. Our plumber had introduced us on what items we needed to complete the project. We talked to a person named Bruce at the water softener area,he talked us into buying two additional items we would need also, and advised us that the store was doing an in store promotion for the employees, his name would be on the sales, he was very nice and retrieved a flat cart too transport the items to the front of the store where we would pay for them, the cashier asked if we would like to sign up for a Lowe's card,we declined and then was asked if I was a military veteran, I said yes the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, she said great, and gave the discount, which actually I never served to receive any discounts, but anyway, my wife paid cash for the items totaling $1205.77 so we loaded up and went home with our items. Unknown to us the very next day our plumber had a heart attack, we felt just terrible, eventually we got to talk to him, he was in recovery and had to take it easy. My wife and I knew that money was going to be an issue for him, bills would be piling up,so we told him that we were in no hurry and would wait for him to get better. He did get back on his feet and set up a time to come and put in our new water softener. When he arrived he looked at the items and said we didn't need the two items we were talked into buying. He installed the water softener and believe me it's fantastic, very happy till this moment. My wife took the two pieces that were not needed back to lowes with receipt in hand, she went back and explained to Bruce that she didn't need the two items, he was very nice and walked her to the front of the store, advised her to bring in the items and go to customers service, where a gray hair lady with reading glasses this was July 18th, noonish, the lady was rude as rude, Bruce advised her that items were not open, still in the box unopened, the lady shot back and told Bruce to return to his duties. My wife told the lady all she wanted was her money back from the items she was talked into buying, the lady said she could not because it was 90 days since she bought the items, my wife said she wasn't aware of anything about 90 days, no where NO WHERE on the recipt does it read that. The lady said you have to look on line for that information, my wife said that's crazy, the lady said she could put the money back on a credit card if she had used one, my wife asked what in the world does that have to do with it? The lady also replied that using the military discount was an issue, my wife asked to talk to a manager, the lady called a guy named Tony, he said he was an assistant manager, and had to agree with the lady because he knew nothing about what was going on, later we found out he was no assistant manager, my wife upset because now having two items we were talked into buying which we do not need totaling 400 dollars, she loaded it up in her vehicle one rather heavy, no one offered to help her, my wife returned home and called customer support, 1 800 445 6937. She was on hold for 24 minutes. Finally talking to Michelle, she advised someone would call back 24 to 72 working hours, till this day no one has called. This is very heart breaking, we love Lowe's, obviously we have spent thousands of hard working money, but can not for the life of me why they wouldn't give her money back, we would have only spent it at lowes anyway, I have just started buy Milwaukee tools, but ACE DEPARTMENT STORES sell that brand as well, I can not recommend lowes at this time.

OMG! Do NOT..I repeat DO NOT do business with Lowe's Ever! The WORST customer service experience of my life. Absolute nightmare. All I wanted was new pre hung doors for the front and side of my house and 5 weeks later no doors, management wouldn't make it right and told me to just refund the purchase and I'm STILL waiting for my refund and spending hours and days on the phone with no satisfaction. And that delay is causing me to delay working with some other company so I can have doors. HORRIBLE experience all around!!!!!!! This is the Appleton, WI location and corporate. No one seems to care, there's no urgency or call back. From the day I made my purchase on 6/20 until today 7/25 no resolution. Never again will I do business with Lowes

I had deck material delivered by Lowe’s. They had plenty space to leave it in my driveway, on my lawn or in backyard.. which I instructed the delivery man he had a choice. He had a nasty attitude. He went to his truck, took the materials off and put them in the street by the curve and say have a nice day and drove off. I proceeded to call the company along with the delivery company that serviced the delivery man I was told they would get back to me that has not happened. I have never had an experience like this before, I was afraid that someone might take my materials so I had to call someone to come and help remove it. I have had other things delivered by Lowe’s, but this is the first time that I had ever had such horrible service. I could not leave pictures. Their system was out of whack also. Horrible
