this should not deserve any recognition, lows delvery is the worst, with no phone customer support, the delivery at their own will and time, they blocked my garage door twice, they broke my items, just go to another appliance store to avoid headaches n receive wrong items,

I love Lowes but not Lowes delivery. I know that you should never say never but if I can help it I will never use Lowes delivery again. Last week was a clown show. First they delivered the wrong appliance. The appliance I purchased was gray without any knobs or dials and the appliance they delivered was white with knobs and dials. They came back the following day picked up the wrong appliance and delivered the right appliance. My husband was home and tested it and said it was defective. He tried to flag the driver down but they kept going. He called me and I called the driver back. They come back to the house and gave the wrong advise. They told my husband to test the appliance again. They said we had 7 days to return it. They did not leave the owner's manual. I called them back and they asked me to text my address because they know I paid for the manual and drop it off. After an hour I texted back and said don't forget to drop off the owner's manual and they texted back "YouTube it". I was so pisted I went to the store and that's when the salesclerk told me I only had 48 hours not 7 days to return an appliance. After that they were supposed to pick up the appliance on Sunday and deliver the new appliance between 11:30am - 3:30pm. I get a call early Sunday morning and call them back and was put on hold for nearly an hour. I finally got someone about 1:30pm. Lowes delivery told me that they didn't have any notes on my appliance and would call back. They call back about 30 minutes later and said it was too late. They couldn't deliver the appliance because it was past the 48 hour window and they would pick it up on Monday and I would have to purchase a brand-new appliance. Okay, so now you know the correct amount of time I have to return an appliance when your delivery person said it was 7 days. And also now, you have plenty of notes and sound like a robot when I ask questions. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a negative 10. I do not recommend using Lowes delivery.

Went to Franklin, Tn location. Worst store in Tennessee, with no interest in helping their customers. Go to HOME DEPOT!!!

Been waiting in wire department For 30 minutes. Had a associate Paige but no one cares to wait on people on Saturday. Need help button apparently doesn't work

I ordered new custom blinds for my house in April. I didn't expect to hear right away since they were custom made. After two months I called to check and the order was marked complete. They restarted the order I asked them to rush as I had out of state company coming in late June. The order arrived and I waited for installation to contact me. They never did. When I called in July they said the installation order never got sent. It is now September and I now have an installation date of September 10th. I also asked for a manager to call me to have a discount and never got a call. I will not be using Lowe's to do the rest of my home upgrades.

It took 4 years to install our front door. After 9 doors that were either incorrect or damaged and over 10 people to help “expedite” and improve the process we finally have a door that falls short of what we were originally promised. Lowe’s does not care about you or any customer. Do not shop there.

I came into the store the buy a Blink Security Camera 2-pk. I looked for about 5 minutes to get someone to help me bc the cameras were under lock. I then went to customer service to have them page someone to help me. Waited 8 minutes and no one showed up. Went back to CS, they paged for help,waited 11 minutes and again no help. Went to employee in paint dept. and was told I had to go to CS for help in finding someone to help me. Went to cashier and she told me I had to go to CS bc she couldn’t help me. Went to CS a third time and they found someone to open the locked case to retrieve the Blink camera box. The employee did not hand me the box, but brought it to the checkout and scanned it. I then paid and left. When I got home I noticed the package had been opened. I looked inside and all of the packing material was gone, parts lose and the usb cable missing. It’s not just Lowe’s, it’s everywhere. But, I would tell Lowe’s that CS is everything, and if this is the new normal, I’ll start ordering from other sites online.

Had refrigerator delivered to my tenenants home. Installers were rude, didn't finish hooking up the water (a neighbor had to do this), and even though I paid $50 to have the old fridge hauled away, they weren't going to do it until my tenant insisted. You've earned your 1 star rating Lowes- never again. I have had great success with Best Buy installation services, so even though, as a veteran, I get a discount at lowes, I will not purchase another appliance from them.

I wish I would have checked this website before contracting with lowes for flooring install. Please do not use them, go to home depot. I waited a month to complete my flooring install. After multiple emails pleading for help and numerous hours on the phone I was told lowes would reimburse me 100 for the hours I had invested and service pro would match that. Guys we are talkingm29 hours of pursuing time. I was told I should read the fine print on the contract, they had 2 months to complete. BEWARE

Lowes is one of the worst stores I've ever seen. Being a contractor I try to never shop here. Never have anything in stock. They stock Nails for guns they don't sell and that's the normal. If you shop here your going to loose. Good luck.

Lowe’s delivered a broken refrigerator to my home and will not refund delivery fee. I was told the delivery people have to get paid and I have to pay whether the product delivered is broken or not. Lowe’s should pay the delivery since they sold a broken product. I will never make another purchase from Lowe’s nor will my family ever buy anything else from Lowe’s. This is not how you treat customers. Just lost more than my business.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rose in the paint dept store#0186 10303 South Mall Dr BR,La 70809. I had to paint portions of my ceiling. I had no idea there is a white ceiling paint! Not knowing this, I scraped paint from ceiling for a sample. Got to lowes and met Rose! She quickly educated me on white ceiling paint! We both had a great laugh! Rose was an amazing person with a huge smile! Very knowledgable and I consider Rose an asset to the Lowes family! Great job Rose! Karen Mayeaux Hill

This application is just as 'useless ' as the store customer reps. It would help if you stopped hiring 'old' army vets and retirees. My experience has found them to be extremely lazy as hell and demonstrate this 'entitlement' attitude when it comes to genuine customer service. At one point, Home Depot was on the scale of 5 (1-10), and Lowes was 10, but that is no longer the case now. It has been less than seven years for Lowe's to become the worst home improvement place to shop. It is an excellent place to Steal items, though, because all the store reps are hiding out in the break room 'milking' the clock, while the customers are in the aisles yelling for help

I cancelled my credit card with a limit of $10k. This was a direct result of their DEI rollbacks. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

I had an excellent experience with a young lady named Shanteria When I picked up my two Aloe Vera plants, on July 23 2024. There was no wait and no fuss, and she was extremely pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Mike is one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever dealt with. He allows his employees to push him over. HIs staff today was trying to help put wood in my truck. As they were pushing and pulling on my bolted down tool box the spanish gentleman was clearly about to damage my tool box by bending it to get his phone. After he poked and tried to pry the toolbox away from the setting a few times I asked for the manager. Mike came out and allowed the employee to continue to tell me how his staff hates me. (Who cares, but that's simply not true) I've been using Lutz Lowes for renovations since 2012 for a local complex. I have never felt so humiliated in all my life. As I was leaving with the phne the manager Mike said i could sell the $1500 phone and make some money. What a thing to say when I just state my husband could unbolt my tool box and get the phone and bring it back. I was able to get the phone when I got back and took it directly to Mike. I'm humilated by this service as he assumed my character would be to sell a phone. I simply didn't want someone to tear up my vehicle. WORSE PLACE EVER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , except for Larry.

I spent $800 on a dryer. The door does not close all the way and doesn’t dry my clothes. Lowe’s will not replace it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You expect a brand new dryer to work.

By now you are aware of the video going around of a employee liking Harris in your store and saying he would shoot Trump in your store if he was there. Shame! Not fit to wear the red white blue vest. 1. Lowe’s double charged me on bathroom vanities purchase. The excuse: To insure I had the funds available in my bank account. Ridiculous!!It was a debit card & of course the funds were there!! It took Lowe’s 4 days to take off the double charge. 2. Lowe’s delivery tracker online & what the freight carrier shows (reality!) never matched. First vanity appeared at my house 10 days early & without warning. Second vanity: I had to personally track since Lowe’s was if no assistance. Lowe’s only finally tracked after I had to hunt down the ph # for the freight carrier. 3. The online “Customer Care” + every Lowe’s employee couldn’t or wouldn’t help with any of these issues. I just got excuses & no empathy. 4. Both boxes arrived with dings & dents. When opened, I realized just how poor the workmanship was even though the vanities were over $3000!!! 5. Last, your final response to my reviews, complaints, purchase & delivery problems was just to offer me a $15.00 coupon. How unbelievably condescending & insulting of Lowe’s!! Lowe’s has lost all my future business. I know this means nothing to you, but you SHOULD care. Lowe’s is running a distant 2nd place to Home Depot. Lowe’s will go the way of the Dodo, just like Sears & KMart.
