A Dishwasher Nightmare. I ordered a dishwasher on November 17, never heard from the installers, so I canceled Dec 5. My installation was refunded ,but I waited 10 days and called several people before I could get a refund in 2-5 business days. The worst customer service. I will never buy from Lowe's

Lowes cancelled my dishwasher install… on the same day their CC balance was due. When I cancelled my purchase, they negotiated to remove my install and install kits, so I got late fees and interest on my CC invoice. I had to work with their bank to remove (60 days)… and then it negatively impacted my credit score. Their store management didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I’ll never buy from them again.

Don’t count on Lowe’s installation or delivery times I bought a dishwasher at Lowe’s on Nov 24th and paid for the installation. The first installation was scheduled for Dec 7th and it was cancelled as the installer called in sick. It was rescheduled to Dec 13th between 2 pm and 5 pm. At 515, I contacted Lowe’s and found out that the installer claims he injured his back. I had t9 reschedule again and now the 21st was the earliest I could get for the installation. I then found an installer who was going to install it on the 16th at 10 AM. I contacted Lowe’s again and they said that the dishwasher could be delivered on Friday the 15th. After confirming the installation time for Saturday, Lowe’s contacted me and said they only deliver on Thursday and Saturday. They assured me the delivery would be by 930 AM. At 708PM on Friday, I received a voice message from Lowe’s that the delivery window was now between 11AM and 3 PM. I now had to reschedule with the installer that I was going to be using since Lowe’s installer continued to cancel. Safe to say, if you buy an appliance from Lowe’s, don’t expect them to honor their installation times or even their delivery times.

Lowe's does not honor their rebate program. I purchased appliances from them and sending the original receipt with the rebate offer. I never received the rebate however I did receive a email stating that I did not meet the requirements because I did not purchase two appliances. I replied to the email and called them and inform them that I had indeed purchased to appliances it was on the original receipt that they had received. In 2020 covid pandemic hit and no one never answered their phone until 2022. I finally got in touch with someone several times and they could see where I had sent in the receipt. They inform me they will call me back however, they never did. So I have constantly been reaching out to them over the years trying to get them to honor their rebate offer. I talked to a manager again today and he informed me that there was nothing they could do. My suggestion is don't trust them when they offer your rebate. My problem is I don't work for Lowe's and when as a customer I've done all I'm supposed to do the company is supposed to do what they're supposed to do however they find every excuse not to honor their mistake. Do not trust Lowe's.

Bought a new washer and dryer, a contracted delivery company (with a Lowe's logo) arrived. The 2 men came in removed the old appliances and brought in the new washer and dryer. While removing the old dryer, they disconnected the vent pipe. After they set the new dryer in place, they said they couldn't reattach the vent to the new dryer. I wound up reinstalling it myself, also inside the drum of the dryer I located all the paperwork along with a plastic bag containing the adjustable legs which I also had to install. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWE'S AGAIN !!! 🤬

I ordered my new washer on 11/8/23 and am still waiting for it. Delivery company didn’t know how to swap door to open left to right and then delivery company said washer was dropped but they had nothing to do with it. I sent a letter to the Chairnan and one of his weasels git back to me. Never worked with such sn unethical company. Additional posts to track progress

Terrible return policies now and ever changing. I'm s contractor and very busy. I cannot always make it back quickly or I wait to make 1 run to return my extra materials. I had a out $250 in PVC conduit and fittings that I had just over 90 days without knowing you have a 90 day policy now and they would not return it. Now I'm stuck with it and fittings. That I have to go back home and unload now and store it. I will no longer shop at Lowe's because of this. I have spent a good amount of money there this and over the years. No longer this is BS. I do not have this problem at Menards. If you shop at Lowe's check these policies on everything.

Had a particularly bad experience at Lowe's on Parham Rd. My family went to get a tree. Finally got someone come to cut it and bag it. Then needed a tree stand. Found one that would work but it was not in good condition. Was very old. Has been used . Still had screws in it from being i used. Dirty but the only one that would work so we took it up front and asked if it could be discounted and the girl at the counter looked at me and said what's wrong with it. The rudest nastiest look on her face and attitude that I have ever encounted at any store in my life. I promptly told her to keep it and did get our tree against my better judgment but advise anyone who goes to their customer service to be weary she was extremely rude . She definitely put a huge damper on our family Christmas tree outing. Don't know her name it's not important just be wary of that particular Lowe's customer service

I have tried for 2 weeks to get my order # to get a return label for damaged items. You wait for an hour in the chat. #2 in line and they disconnect you. Phoneline you're on hold for 30 minutes and they leave 3 messages and no reception. Billings Lowe's doesn't answer the phone at 5pm. Dented refrigerator etc. I will never order from Lowe's again.

Don't ever buy an appliance from Lowes. I bought a washer dryer unit on 11/24/23 and it's 12/5/23 and it still not working. They delivered a unit that did not work, so I called the service department and they said that they would get back to me in 24 hours, which they didn't. I went back to the store at 62nd & Keystone in Indianapolis,IN and talked to a Miss Crawford, the assistant manager, who told me that she would contact me later in the day to swap out units. That did not happen. So, I done with them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Lowe's has been avoiding dealing with a damage complaint for over a year! We received a call that our refrigerator was in route, and, when we got to the house, there was no refrigerator, but there was a rental vehicle (my nephew's) that had significant damage to the side. We have 3 witness statements - one from a police officer who investigated crashes for several years. This witness indicated damage appeared to be from large box truck. One witness placed the truck on the street with a picture from his camera, and the other witness saw the truck in the driveway. First, we were told Lowe's uses a contract company for deliveries with their LOGO on the trucks. This company denied claim, and we were told by a Lowe's staff that these drivers were fired for unrelated reasons. Ummmm, what???? I don't care. My contract was with Lowe's, and they never could explain what happened to the truck that was "in route," but never delivered anything -the refrigerator came a couple days later with different drivers. So, it is very frustrating that we have to go to court over this!!!! Make it right, Lowe's! It is such extremely poor customer service to close your eyes and deny responsibility.............

Lowes is the worst store to buy appliances or do business with. They do not value their customers. I bought a Samsung refrigerator on November 26 for over $2000. They delivered it 2 days later. After the delivery guys left, I noticed several huge black streaks running down the back of the metal cooling system. I returned to the local Lowes 48 hours later and showed the agent the picture of the defect. He gave me a number to call and I spoke to a lady named Heather Spencer who was rude and said there was nothing that could be done. She coerced me to accept a gift card for $25 which is still sitting in my email, although I told her on multiple occasions that $25 is not enough to buy cleaner for the refrigerator. The black streaks got worse, so I called Lowes again and spoke to Kadie, who told me they could not do an exchange since it's past 48 hours. Kadie failed to recognize that I returned to the store within 48 hours and asked for assistance. I then spoke with the supervisor, ?Sam, who was just an asshole and told me the same thing. PLEASE DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWES. They're the worst when it comes to customer service. Now I am stuck with a messed up refrigerator that I bought with my hard-earned money; no credit! the picture does not do any justice because of the light. The streaks look way worse than it shows on the picture.

Two months ago I some to the Lowe’s in the brickyard store and purchased sone tile to have my bathroom remodeled, I went to self checkout and spent almost six hundred dollars in cash. I had 2 boxes of tile overage that I didn’t need! But couldn’t locate my receipt. I never returned anything to Lowe’s store but shopped there often. They told me I couldn’t get a in store credit, I was very upset about that. I asked for cooperate number! I called while in the store and they also said that I couldn’t return for credit without receipt. I felt so frustrated!!!! I will never shop at Lowe’s again in my life! Don’t shop at Lowe’s.

Still to good!"Operating efficiently, ethically and responsibly" is Lowes joke to it's customers. I started off with this because the experience of purchasing a washer from Lowes has me aware of the wrong direction you all Core Values are steadily taking. I purchased a Whirlpool 2 in 1 Washer based off the Dept's personnel who I had to wait over an hour on. I set out to get the Samsung, but because of the length of time I had to wait, I entrusted he knew what he was speaking of. The purchase of this washer went from 798 dollars to 900 dollars plus. This included the sale pitch of if I wanted them to deliver it and set it up, I had to purchase new accessories. I was never told that I had only 48 hours for a return, exchange, or refund. For if I was made aware, most definitely I would have washed something in attempting to try it out. When the machine washes, it is loud! I gave up a 5 star washer on it's last leg for a 1 star as far quality. You can hear every stage of it washing. Why is it the Appliance Rep don't know this? Or do they? For Lowes to take the stance of only 48 hr for appliance returns the business performance, quality, ethics, and sense of responbility (to include the employees and staff knowing their products and job description) has to at least be close to being dress right dress: and it's not. The entire situation makes me feel like Lowes and it's employees hustled me out of my hard earned 1000 dollars... which is why as a whole, Lowes should at least compromise. Customer Taken The Advantage Of PS Here is a screenshot of how Ramsey St Lowes treat customers on the phone. Ask to speak with a manager, she came to the phone 3 different times to return no more

Trying to call Matamoras, PA Lowes to ask a simple yes or no question. Rang and rang then disconnected twice. Tried to call the Customer Service line. 30 minute estimated wait time. No option to leave my number for a call back. I hung up. Don't know why I continue to even try to deal with this store. I bought an OTR microwave AT THE STORE. Brought it home after they loaded it into my car. Had someone unload it and install it while I was at work. Looked at the finished job, and they had given me a stainless steel instead of black. After I had told the sales lady black and she had checked her inventory for black for each one I asked about. So I called and after 3 people finally spoke with the manager who was supposed to help. She blamed it on me because I didn't look at the microwave when it was taken out of the box. So far I have had good experience with the associates but their management philosophy seems to have changed within the past 3 or 4 years at this particular store, and not for the better.

Lowes Aiken SC customer service and Third Party delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. They take forever to answer your phone call, the transfer you several time to other departments that are supposed to help resolve the issue...that claim they can't help. The delivery service Spirit Logistics is the worst, canceling delivery service with an unprofessional text message. I will never purchase anything else from Lowes....This is the third bad experience I've had with this company in the last two months.

Can’t get any associates in store to assist. Went in several times during the last 2 months always told some one would assist me shortly and waited for up to 30 min to no avail. After several visits like this I decided to church out Home Depot Angela got great results. Was unable to get someone on phone told to wait 45 mins. Home Depot has a much better appreciation of their customers and I’ll never go to Lowe’s again and this is after purchasing triple width blinds custom made and getting a bedroom carpet in the last 3 months. I would advise if in the Vineland /Millville area do not wast your time. Go to Home Depot

Lowes touts 10% off for veterans. BS. I went to buy paslode nail gun. Paslode corp reduced price to $329.00. At checkout, I was denied the 10% because they said it was on sale. Not on sale, it was price reduction from Paslode. I went to home Depot, same price, and got the 10% off for veterans. Now, I bought $2,454.00 in lumber from home Depot instead of Lowe's, plus going to buy zero turn mower at about $3700.00 next spring. Lowes refusal to save me $33.00 has cost them $6,154.00 in sales. If this is how LOWES treats veterans, this how a veteran treats you!

I ordered a Bali Blind for our picture window through Lowes in North Wilkesboro, NC. The blind was over $650.00. The delivery day came and went with no blind. Went to the store the next day and asked where my blind was. I was told, after some long discussion that Bali had cancelled the order but they did not know why. I called Bali direct that day and was told that they had a question about one measurement and had tried to contact Lowes on several occasions but no one ever called them back, so they cancelled the order. Lowes refunded my money and said they would reorder. However, the poor communications and customer service within the Lowes local store makes that and undesirable option for me. Currently hunting for a vendor I can trust.
