I’ve been waiting a month for a hot tub delivery. Still no hot tub. Very poor service.

If companies said they were using Hermes i would not be ordering from them. Currently waiting on items being delivered and Hermes tracking has not budged for over 10 days now. Xmas presents and Xmas cards which are going to arrive too late if at all. Not the first time I have had problems with Hermes either, I have previously had them saying item delivered when no attempt has been made to deliver. I have had my letterbox smashed with them forcing a parcel through that obviously didnt fit and despite cctv evidence they denied the damage had been caused by their delivery driver and refused to take responsibility leaving me to foot the bill for a new letterbox. Not a reliable or trustworthy company with zero customer service. I will be asking companies in future who they use for delivery and will avoid if Hermes is their delivery service. Should be called Herpes and avoided like the plague

This is a terrible service. If everything goes well, then fine, but if something goes wrong, as it often does, there is literally no one to available to contact through any means: phone, chat, social media, are all just loops with no human being to trouble shoot or problem solve. Most recent situation is my package has been lost by a parcel shop but Hermes says it was delivered four days ago and there's no way to file a complaint or lost item report or anything. I've also had packages sent to my parcel shop that mysteriously are returned to sender, even though I regularly go to the parcel shop to collect. Also have had items just lost in the ether and no one knows what happened and no one to complain to or report missing item too. Just appalling service. As you can see by their rating, which is 1 out of 5 and even that's more than they deserve!

I personally wouldn’t give this company one star, they have regularly failed to deliver on time throughout the year, amazon have refunded many orders that were out of time for delivery and then about a week later the delivery is left outside the wrong address, I get notification of a delivery and it gets delivered a week after, if a company ever advises they use Hermes I now refuse to order unless they offer a different carrier, Hermes are truly terrible no idea why they continue in business

Avoid ordering from any company that uses Hermes to deliver. We had 10 or more orders that have failed to be delivered despite Hermes saying they have the goods and someone being at home to take delivery. Each time our orders get cancelled and not by us

2 orders placed with ASOS, both times tracking has said 'tried to deliver parcels but nobody at this address'. Complete lies as I have been at home both times (took time off work) its my Son's Xmas present. No way to speak to a human as its AI lead. No way to find out if they have gone to wrong address. ASOS just as bad, dreadful companies both of them.

A NIGHTMARE...waiting for our 11 boxes since the end of July. Awful customer service impossible to speak to them. One week they open a claim for loss and the day after the close it saying the box have been found. Then they open the claim again, and again they close it. 5 months of hell, our family belongings....gone somewhere and the company doesn't even try to contact me to solve the problem. You book a call and they call you whenever they want or they don't call you at all. They never reply to my mails. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had to return 2 parcels back to Amazon via Hermes and 1 parcel to eBay via Royal Mail. That day i was not home but my wife Your man who was asked to pick up 2 Amazon parcels came to my home and he picked up 3 parcels. The Amazon parcels returned. But i don't know what happened to eBay one I would like to get my 3rd parcel back as it was not belong to Hermes to return. It was belong to Royal Mail He left a card with 8 digit code: 59139738 Card is attached And eBay return label also

This is without doubt the worst company I have ever come across. Customer service is NON existent. There is simply no way you can get in touch with anybody at all. Tracking a parcel is not informative or helpful. How on earth do these lot even survive? I have now stopped using any companies that use Hermes. Without doubt - the WORST company I have ever used!! Do NOT USE

Avoid if you can. Always have an issue with hermes. Either delivering to the wrong place, or not at all. Countless 'lost in transit' packages. False delivery times, and ofcourse, extremely poor customer service.

worst delivery service ever. insist they have delivered (sending me a pic with a house which is clearly not mine) and yet they insist it would be mine .... impossible to get through on their customer service or getting a proper answer. on top of that pic that was sent looks like the parcel was left in front of a house (in the middle of London) which goes without saying is clearly stolen within 5 minutes

Most useless company about! Lied to 3 days in a row saying a parcel had been attempted to be delivered but no one was in….it’s my place of work with open doors and 5-6 people there daily!!! I now have / expensive canvas prints flying around god knows where and to make it worse they were Christmas presents for my parents!!! Can’t get in touch with anyone on the phone!!! Online chat is as much use as a chocolate fireguard!! Email address is not in use!!!! AVOID USING HERMES AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Only getting 1 star as I can’t give 0!!!!! Ridiculous joke of a company!!!!

One day Hermes will cause a death. This is not about a Hermes product or service. It is about their attitude. We work next door to their enormous depot in Bilton Way Enfield and every day the road - both ways - is clogged in the AM with their couriers which seize Bilton Way up both ways. Quite often their couriers park on the highway because there is nowhere else for them to go. Today my car grazed a flatbed truck parked on the road with his hazards going because there was nowhere else for him to go causing substantial damage to my car. The lesson here. if Hermes bothered to act responsibly then the truck would not have been parked in the road and I would not have grazed it. is this news to Hermes? No I have rung them, the police and the council; and complained as have other business down Bilton Way and what has happened. Nothing - no one cares. But they will when there is a fatality - maybe your nan. maybe your kid. Then it will be all tears and wringing hands but by then it will be too late. Disgusting business!

A disaster. They have now got three parcels of mine waiting to be delivered for Christmas and have not updated tracking for more than ten days now. I ordered the gifts in good times for Christmas and this company have let many people down. No way of getting accurate updates just a ridiculous robot to chat to online that does nothing that I cannot do myself update wise. Awful.

Very poor service. Hermes mis-delivered my package, which was correctly addressed with my name and post code. I complained and given incident reference number with the promise, via email, that they would get back to me. Subsequently, they have given me no information about what happened with my parcel. Contact with them is limited, you can only chat with an autobot, called Holly. I had to resort to finding out the whereabouts of my package which I eventually tracked down at the local surgery a fair distance away from my home. I advise avoiding the use of the services of this courier!

Driver throws parcels - complained once - heard nothing but parcel arrived unbroken so let it slide. Next one arrived smashed. Everything is included on the 'not covered by compensation list'. Won't be using again and won't be buying from any shops that use Hermes and I will make sure they know that is why I'm not buying from them.
