On Dec 14th my parcel was due for collection. I waited in all day but nobody turned up. I attempted contacting Hermes several times. All I was told was " Your parcel is awaiting collection."!! The robot 'Holly' finally directed me to the local depot, saying that someone would contact me. Nothing. I tried again to email them to cancel my order and to ask for a refund - no response. (Meanwhile I took my parcel to DPD and it was delivered the next day!) In desperation I've now written to them and sent it to their head office. I told them I would report them to Trading Standards if I didn't hear within a week. I'm still waiting...it's now 14th January!! I rest my case.

Worst delivery company! Driver's damage parcels & don't even attempt to deliver to the address. They are lazy & unprofessional. Instead of making correct deliveries to a number of apartment blocks, these lazy drivers deliver to one random spot & residents are forced to go on the hunt & hope their parcel is there. They disgust me & I'm disappointed any reputable company would use them.

I booked a parcel to be delivered and whilst happy to take payment they don't turn up. Need to keep chasing them. When you try to speak to someone you wait on the phone for ages and after waiting g for ages, the line goes dead.....seriously fed up with this company

Worthless. Send with post nl to England. They say it got damaged. The sender never received the package and they don't respond to our emails

Lost items, tried to contact the Hermes Support line and the automated bot is useless. Tried using the online bot, again was not able to assist and kept resetting. Terrible service

Couriers Julie and Ben exceeded my expectation after I gave the wrong delivery address in error. They messaged me to advise what they would do to get my parcel to me as quickly as possible. Parcel arrived next day. They kept in touch advising me of progress throughout the process. Thank you so much for great customer service

Completely rubbish , they shouldn't be aloud to operate . How can you have a delivery company you can't contact . They commit fraud on a daily basis , you pay for parcel insurance and then you can't make a claim . How are they allowed to operate ? Do you sell a favour and use another company .

No movement on my parcel since 23 Dec and no way of speaking to an actual human being to get an update on where it is! The phone is an automated message and the chatbot is useless. How on earth is a company with this many complaints allowed to still be running

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. During the delivery window I received an email to say it had been delayed & they would contact me on Monday. They we then supposed to delivery it yesterday (Monday) again during the delivery window I got an email to say it had been delayed & they would contact me today. They were supposed to deliver it between 2 & 4pm today. During that time I then got another email to say they had tried to deliver it. No way did they as I am right by the front door. No card left either. Total rubbish! I would certainly never use them to deliver something to someone. EVER! And what is even worse no matter what phone number I use you can't get to speak to anyone & even the chat is automated & not live.

Three times over this Christmas period Hermes have been used by M&S to deliver parcels to my home address. On each occasion the parcels have left outside the flats I live in, easy for anyone to steal them. What's makes it more annoying is that Hermes never rang on the door bell to let me know the parcels were delivered. The last one today was left in the rain! Whilst a picture of the packet in rain was sent to our email address, still not sure why the driver didn't ring, we collected our wet packet from outside. Very poor service, not sure why M&S use them!

Giving even one star here is an insult, just as referring to ‘MyHermes’ as a ‘company’ would be an insult to all of the decent, honest businesses out there who are genuinely trying to provide a worthwhile, professional service. Indeed, to try and find a collective noun appropriate for MyHermes is almost impossible because this ‘shambles’, that purports to be a delivery company, doesn’t know the meaning of any of the words such as decent, honest, professional and worthwhile, in my opinion they are simply the worst people in the world that anyone could ever trust a delivery to ! I am waiting until tomorrow ( Wednesday ) when Amazon finally concede that the Prime Delivery parcel due here on Saturday, has been lost by Hermes yet AGAIN, this despite me being assured it was out for delivery on two separate occasions during Saturday. I have now lost count of how many parcels due to us have “faced difficulties with my delivery”, finally becoming “lost” in transit with MyHermes. They repeatedly lie about so called “attempted deliveries” whereas here we are able to totally disprove this right away as our entrance gates are continually video monitored. They then hide behind their website, which promises full support, both digitally and in person but, of course, none of this is ever working. To mention the words “Customer Service or Care” and “MyHermes" in the same sentence is such a conflict in meanings as to be laughable, if it wasn’t so serious ! I very rarely complain but, on this occasion, I felt the need to speak out and hope that many others will join me in condemning these people as a completely unprofessional, non-caring, useless, waste of space. My message to Amazon and to all other suppliers “DON’T USE MYHERMES “ ! If they are cheap, then it’s for a reason, in my experience they cost you so much more in time, stress, bad feeling and even compensation afterwards !

Terrible company and definitely the worst courier to ever grace the planet. My order seems to have vanished into thin air after it was sent out with my local driver, more likely vanished into his pockets. Hermes claim a delivery attempt was made though I was in all day and none was made then poof like magic my order is gone. I am now going to have to check whether anything I buy is going to be sent by Hermes and make alternative arrangements with the Seller. This is just the latest of many problems with Hermes, strange how the other Couriers don't seem to suffer from similar problems. Going to claim my money back from eBay as they are liable for it via the global shipping program, not sure why they use such a shitshow of a company considering any savings they make must be far outweighed by the refunds they must have to give.

They delivered my parcel to a neighbour but did not tell me who this neighbour is so I have no idea who has my parcel. I checked the tracking and it says it was delivered to a neighbour but no address, only a picture of an arm taking it. I have emailed and had no reply. I have tried contacting but you don't speak to anyone on phone or chat service only an automated service that tells me it is delivered. I just want to talk to a person and I can't. I honestly cannot believe how bad Hermes is. Contacted the company I ordered from and told them if they don't stop using Hermes I won't order from them again.

Impossible d’entrer en contact avec eux pour savoir où est. Ittre commande. C’est la deuxième fois que j’ai affaire à leur transport ( via Gap). La deuxième fois que les commandes restent bloquées à la frontière puis sont perdues ( ou plutôt volées) et jamais livrées. Dommage car du coup, je ne commanderai plus chez Gap ta t qu,ils feront appel à ce livreur

Two parcels lost within less than a month. Nightmare trying to use Hermes system to report parcels missing. When they do email you back (3 days later) to tell you your parcel will be delivered on another date...the parcel yet again fails to arrive!

Awful (no) service. Lost £650 parcel! I have had the worst service from Hermes. 04.01.21 booked collection to send parcel. 05.01.21 courier failed to collect, despite waiting in from 8am to 8pm. Contacted Hermes to be told if booked another collection they won’t guarantee collection. Told to drop it off at Hermes point. 06.01.20 dropped of parcel, got receipt. 07.01.21 checked status, says waiting for parcel. Contacted Hermes, a robot was no help. Asked for a human to contact me. Since the 7th - 11th Jan I have sent an email everyday asking for help in tracking parcel (transaction worth £650) Still waiting for someone to call/ email me. Do not use them, they are awful. I will be forced to take this to the financial ombudsman and make a legal claim. #hermes #awful #badservice

Myhermes contact help no? Never any answer what ever no you call it is a circle of nonsense........ Myhermes is a nightmare to find or claim a missing parcel 0330 333 4984 option 3 will get you through to a human, abeit probably an unhelpful & very frosty. Keep calling back in until some puts you through to their customer services, they will if you're very insistent. This is the number for the parcel shops, but they will deal with end-users on this number. Hermes your system isn't working i am guessing it is just the way you like to you do not have to process any claims, no proof of signature or photo of drop off? then hour after hour of calls....... Mr & Mrs Directors your system is a vile narcissistic money hungry beast Never any answer what ever no you call
