So 3 attempts and my parcel going back to USA. No depot pick up nor left at neighbours or shop. £200 part for car going back. I didn't even chooses that sender use hermes. Its a disease not a company. Worst always had problems I've received hundreds of parcels and when it's hermes there is a problem.

Abysmal service. You can follow our blog as we lead up to takkng them to the Small Claims Court. Start fighting back. Hermes have been getting away with losing, stealing, damaging goods for too long. https://fighthermesparcelnet.blogspot.com/?m=1

I would give zero stars if that was possible. They do not care about their customers or the fact that they can’t deliver parcels. They make any excuse to get out of paying out a claim for lost parcels. Use them if you are happy for them to loose your parcels and then refuse to pay out.

If Hermes delivered babies, 90% Would be still-born and the remaining 10% would have permanent physical and mental disabilities. That's about the fairest analogy I can muster.

Anyone who reads this company's reviews will get an instant picture of a business that claims to be customer focussed but actually is 180 degrees the opposite. I sent a parcel to Eire at the end of February and had it returned (well that part of the story is good)...but nothing to tell me why ! I lost the sale of the goods at that point They didn't delver the parcel, but I've never got close to being offered any refund. Half way through this saga they wrote to me to say the parcel was lost! Unbelievably inept! I have since tried 15 ( yes 15 times!) to get a response- by phone, by chat, by personal email - to no effect. In my experience this is a dreadful company...with zero interest in the customer .Avoid at all costs...

Can you explain why I have been charged £27.96 by you (not my phone service provider as there is cap on this phone) for phoning to find out where my delivery is? My phone provider did not even know that this was possible!!

Another parcel delayed. A week after receiving my parcel it hasn't been sent out for delivery. It's a second parcel within 2 weeks delayed. No possibility to speak to the customer service. Avoid!

To say if I could leave one star is an understatement. They need to be able to leave minus stars for this company - and this is based on the conduct of their drivers. What training must they get!? There are many delivery services and after covid, it’s become a fundamental part of day to day life, but it’s always MyHermes that stands out as being atrocious. The picture below was delivered from TK Maxx. It was a teapot and jar inside. I coincidentally walked out as the item was being dropped off (aka dumped). I looked down and asked the driver (who dumped it there, stared at me like I was a turd, then scuttled off) if he had just played football with it. Of course all the contents were broken. After lockdown, took it to TK Maxx who accepted the return after sharing anecdotes of their poor dealings with MyHermes. Then one of the customers in the queue joined in lambasting the company... does everyone hate this company!? I’m starting to wonder! I’ve had friends and family members recollect packages thrown over the gate, fence or delivered with broken contents. I previously had a really expensive hanging crystal light just chucked over a gate in the rain at a previous address. Luckily nothing was broken, but I did have to bend the frame back into place. MyHermes is genuinely my least favourite company and a personal message to them: Train your damn drivers! Or don’t hire idiots. Maybe it is not the drivers fault and they have totally unrealistic quotas? In which case don’t be such money grabbing animals because it’s a false economy and your customers are the lifeblood of your business. Enough complaints lead to cancelled tenders and the market is getting more competitive - the companies employing Hermes will eventually bail if customer service determines it. Hermes is the Greek God associated with heralds and travellers, but also wit and mischief. I sometimes wonder if the latter is more representative of this joke of a company

You guys are insane. Are your drivers on drugs. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Hermes. I had a 200£ parcel left with a “neighbour” on a completely random street. No info on a door number. Now I’ve had to go up & down this street nocking on every blue door in hope of finding my parcel. This is ridiculous and quite frankly criminal. Their couriers give no types of regard for your things!! PATHETIC

Been waiting for a parcel posted 3rd May . Eventually had a reply from customer service ( no telephone numbers or easy way to contact them , you have to talk to a robot and hope that an actual person contacts you at some point). They have just confirmed they have lost my parcel . How in the days of barcodes, postcodes and online tracing can they lose a parcel ?! It’s not an item that can be replaced either so really disappointing service (or lack of).

Hermes received my international parcel (destination Germany) on the 7th of April, and today only i got to know that they "investigated" and their search has been unsuccessful. It took them 1,5 month to tell that! The last scan was at the national sorting hub (8th of April , 05.30) and then no updates. Obviously someone from the staff has stolen the parcel! Why do they have tracking numbers for the parcels?! But of course Hermes can not tell this to a customer. And in case it has "not been stolen", then can anyone tell me where is the parcel? And even if the labels might be damaged etc, why can't they just give a bit effort to open these parcels and assign it to the correct customer (as I had to describe the parcel content etc.) ? I had 3 dates for collection but nobody turned up. That means 3 days wasting time. Then had to bring it to a drop off shop. Then had to contact Hermes chat several times to ask about update for the paintings from my 3 year old son for his grandparents. Sad about the groceries, but mostly I am angry about the paintings, as they were special!) parcel. You have to chase them, they wont ever contact you from their side. To claim the parcel lost I have to upload the following documents: "Proof of collection", "Proof of non-delivery". Excuse me!! Are they joking? They have the tracking number and on their app they confirm that the parcel has been collected from the drop off shop and is with them etc. And now i have to proof this? What a shame! I think they have to change their system/management as I am not the only one with a lost parcel from Hermes.

Terrible service, time slots are rarely even close. They don’t care about delivering to correct address or to someone in person, so long as they offload the parcels.

Waited in all day for my parcel to arrive, as I never got a time slot as I always have done on the past. At 7.00pm there was a knock on the door, it was a neighbour from the next street who lives at the same number with my parcel. This is the 2nd time in a month I have been unsatisfied with hermes, the last parcels I received looked liked they had been dropped in a muddy puddle. The girl that used to deliver was brilliant and now we have 2 men in a van that doesn't look road worthy. Service is diabolical.

Out of the last 6 deliveries that were due to be delivered by HERMES 1 was late and badly damaged and had to be returned and I had to wait for another returns note from the company I purchased it from as the deliver note was ripped off the package delivered . 2 were late again so had to get refunds for them another two are apparently out for delivery, on the 4th May , it’s now the 21st !!! And that was according to Hermes app , which is totally useless. And one that was supposed to be delivered today and has not arrived even though I’ve been receiving texts all day saying my order was only 7 stops away it’s not 11.30 pm and I’m off to bed !!! I won’t order from any company that uses Hermes as a courier .
