Booked a collection. Nobody cames to collect. After days of trying to get through to customer services they tell me the label is no longer valid for collection!!!

Ive heard all the stories and was thinking the worst but this is my first time getting a parcel delivered from hermes. Stated it's was arriving between 5pm - 7pm, it arrived at 17:55.

This is the second and last time I deal with this shambles of a company!! For the second time (different parcels), I arranged for then to pick up and collect from home, I arranged for a next business day pick-up and received an email to confirm this. On the day of the pick up checked the Hermes website and confirmed the pickup for between 13:00 - 15:00, only to check later and find they said "Sorry we tried to pickup your parcel at 13:48 but no-one was in"!! I waited in all day for this and was at home all day!! Tried to complain on the website only to end up with an automated reply saying the same!! It's impossible to speak to some-one. Looking at the complaints page only re-directs you to the automated service. I cannot believe this company is still around!!

I've had a really bad experience with Hermes. 9th Jan: Booked a courier to come on 11th Jan and pick up heavy box to be sent with Christmas presents for family I wasn't able to see over the holidays. Payments didn't go through on Chrome but worked on Safari. No confirmation email but order listed on account and money taken out of my account. No reference number given either so I cannot use their 'request a refund' page. 11th Jan: Nobody came to collect, I was in all day. No communication. 13th Jan: Called Hermes, on hold for 38 mins before I could speak to anyone. Lady reassured me she would call the driver and get him to pick it up following day and keep me posted on what was happening. 14th Jan: Nobody came to collect, I was in all day. No communication. 18th Jan: Given up after 1 week of no pick up and no communication. I called and am currently on hold (again) to cancel it and ask for a refund. I'm going to have to carry this huge box to the post office. Hermes are absolutely useless, don't turn up when they say they will but happily take your money, their website chat service unhelpful and severely understaffed so you have to waste hours of your life waiting to speak to someone to ask why they can't fulfill the services you've already paid them for.

Live in a disabled flat. Hermes never even attempts delivery, they just mark me down as not at home and drive away. I've got CCTV to prove that I'm home, and that they didn't even bother trying to deliver. They do it over and over again, and they do it to my brother too (who lives in a flat 70 miles away).

This company is a joke! Courier lies about delivery attempts. They are currently holding 2 of our parcels! No way to contact them. No option to send a complaint nor to speak to customer support. I will strongly advice any of my business partners to use another delivery service! BTW. Its nice to see ranking page with GENUINE opinions about Hermes rather than purchased and manipulated reviews like on TrustPilot.

I've never known anything like it. Uncontactable through trying to resolve a delivery issue. I dropped off an ebay parcel at my local delivery point, four weeks later it still hasn't arrived with the buyer and has subsequently vanished into thin air. And the tracking thinks it still hasn't been received from me yet!!! Worst of all you can't speak to anyone about this, all you can do is go on what the tracking tells you and go round in circles. There is no customer service base at all to resolve issues. I would strongly advise you avoid Hermes at all costs.

Absolutely ruined a whole weekend. Hermes stole the contents of my eBay parcel , taped it up again and delivered an empty box to my recipient. I am now being called a scammer, I've lost a hefty sum and Hermes aren't helping me since I didn't take our compensation. Why should I when it's a next day delivery? What are the chances that a paid for service can mess up in 24 hours?. They literally stole it and had the audacity to still deliver it. I'm so upset by this that I won't ever be useing them again. I hope one day they are shut down for all the money they have lost sellers.

Ordered item on eBay using click and collect. I asked for item to be delivered to local shop with lots of parking. Tracking info said that it would be delivered on 15/01/21. Item was not delivered due to "delivery address accessibility". I checked tracking info on 16/01/21 and it said "return to sender requested"!!!!!. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy from sellers who use hermes. I have used eBay for years but from now on I will check which delivery company is used and if it is hermes will buy elsewhere. Absolute garbage company which should be closed down.

I have been ordering products online for about 10 years. Many couriers have been used to deliver me packages. Hermes is by far the worst of the lot. They have been telling me for the last two days that my parcel is going to arrive and it still hasn't. I've had enough of them. From now on before I make a purchase online I will contact the seller and make sure they do not use Hermes and if they do I wont buy from them. If everyone does the same as me then Hermes will go out of business and we wont have to put up with their worse than useless so called service. Hermes are worse than useless, don't use them.

The worst experience ever, it says that they have missed me on the app at 10am HOWEVER MY SECURITY CAMERA DOESN'T THINK SO. Want to contact their costumer service? Impossible. Want to fe a complaint? Impossible.

I have always used My Hermes and they are great until you have an issue- I sent a parcel beginning of December 20- it was never received- tracking has never moved from being at receivers local delivery office- it has been over 4 weeks now- have gone and logged the issue 4 times on line- all they say is I have already contacted them about this and someone will be in touch- no-one has ever called me back- I have called twice- they give out the same automated information that you get on-line then when you give the option saying you want to speak someone they play hold music and I have been on hold for over an hour each time (costing me money calling)- so in end have given up- I am not sure how they can get away with such appalling customer service. I send a lot of parcels each month and have always used Hermes as one of my providers in past but this has put me off using them now. Terrible customer service- the worst I have ever experienced and in this day and age with all the technology options there is no excuse for it. Very frustrated and angry to be honest.

COVIDIOT - Delivery driver didn't keep his distance - when I opened the door he was stood right in front of me and immediately put the parcel into my hands. It is easy to put a parcel on the doorstep and step well back, but this driver didn't follow the guidance or common sense. We need fewer covidiots like him. Also he took the delivery photo before attempting delivery.

EN10 13/01/2021 a Hermes man didn't know how to open main door to this block of flats. From my window I tried to help but had to listen to his complaints why I had not been at home when he was delivering. Then I stepped down to the front door but he disappeared. 14/01 I was home between 3-5:30 waiting for delivery and during this time I received a message that Hermes missed me for delivery. 15/01 today I've been home since 1:30. Now it's 4pm and I just received 2 messages from Hermes at 3:07 and 3:35 that he missed me for delivery. I don't know if it's just one unfortunate worker or the whole company like this but I wouldn't recommend using it any more. I was thinking about more orders as I find the company products attractive instead of asking for a refund.

DO NOT USE MY HERMES! they need to be shut down and one day they will. I've had 5 or 6 parcels not arriving with no piece of mind. I feel bad for the sellers who have to refund me, they're wasting everyone's time & I've not lots over £180 because of it

Hermes have notified me they have my much needed item and were delivering wednesday . Updated time twice before informing me could not deliver weds but would contact me thursday . Again gave me time for delivery , alas failed to deliver again . Went on to supposedly live chat , dont waste your time , its an automated message called Holly . Supposedly raised an incident number but cannot speak to anyone . They have on two days admitted they have my parcel and it is on their van ! ! Looking at other reviews the sequence ends up parcel being lost and to contact the vendor . Am doing this for a refund and will not use that vendor again as I have no wish to risk a Hermes delivery again . Rod Guise

DO NOT USE HERMES!!!! unless you're sending a football! You bet your life everything will be treated as such. They smashed three of my printers worth more than £400 and I did not get one penny back no matter how hard I tried. And I had paid insurance for all of them. STAY AWAY!! and save yourself from going grey. Just read their NONE COMPENSATE ITEMS list. It includes literally everything. Their staff all hate their jobs and you will be the one who pays the cost.
