“was told delivery between 4 pm and 8pm at 3.15 pm received text saying parcel delivered along with a photo of a green recycling bin with a parcel in it Not my bin as mine has a black bin liner and this bin was on gravel and mine sits on block paving tried unsuccessfully to contact Hermes this is 3 rd time Hermes have made a delivery to my property first 2 deliveries were left at the drive entrance next to the road despite the fact that i i have a very accessible porch which was open this last delivery has clearly been left at another house although what moron thought that laving it in a recycle bin was the correct way to deliver ? i thought the whole idea of taking a photo of parcel was so it could be proof of delivery A photo of a package in a green bin is hardly proof of delivery unless it has a house number on it which this one didn't which has made it impossible to track down The missing parcel was from next who are resending it after todays effort I'm not holding my breath Its made me very nervous about ordering on line which with the current covid situation is a real problem Rubbish company and rubbish service or rather lack of it really hope they lose the business from next !!!!!!!”

“If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’d seen videos before of how poor they are with peoples items. My parcel came opened with the chocolates been opened and clearly eaten some of them, bathing items including a set with a body wash scrunchy emptied out in the box. They had clearly opened up the box attempting to steal it thinking there was something worthy in there, only to see it was washing essentials and chocolates. Currently attempting to return the whole lot for a refund.”

“Contacted this diabolical company via there automated service what a joke I had an operation on my ankle soni had to stay at my girlfriends. I was informed that some one will contact me still waiting three weeks later got an email saying parcel had been delivered to my address Haha joke informed asshole had left it outside my front door and I ain't there parcel prob gone absolute disgrace company has got a lot to answer for raging”

“No delivery despite being given times and dates. Just a robot to talk to on the phone and Holly the digital assistant No help. Customer service very poor. Still waiting since second delivery slot between 1 and 3 pm. Now 4.30 and no sign of parcel. Too much dependence on technology, no real service.”

“Shocking. The worst delivery company ever! Shocked that Hamleys have associated themselves with such an awful company. Failed delivery twice claiming no one was home when the delivery was to a restaurant which is open all day. No method to contact customer services. Shocking and ridiculous delivery service. DPD, Royal Mail abs Amazon have delivered to me with no issues. Hermes has every excuse. Worst delivery service.”

“Been on the phone all week with Liverpool Chums and I have almost went insane dealing with this and "Hermes" cowboys" please call the Liverpool Echo about them 2 weeks on, still getting emails saying the same lies been to my house, all lies. This is the UK as well what a joke and how do these get away with this?”

“They delivered the wrong person to my client and I cannot get hold of anyone to speak to them about it! I’m so disgusted. My investigations have shown that at least 3 people have the wrong parcel but who knows who has mine!”

“Kept getting update that they can't deliver my parcel which was a total bs as our house is easy to find and they never had an issue before. You can't talk to anyone to check what's wrong and they do not get in touch with you either about it. I'm pretty sure they just stole my parcel and since they have no real costumer service they can get away with it. Disgusting. Will avoid using them in the future.”

“Absolutely diabolical service, have had issues with them in the past with non deliveries and incorrect updates. This time said they delivered and took a photo of my parcel out on the pavement in the rain at a location not recognizable and no where near where the delivery address. Personally I feel they have thief's working for them who are taking advantage of the COVID restrictions, taking random photos and keeping the goods for themselves!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS CROOK COMPANY”

“Employ real people to handle customers issues not your pathetic automated service which just acts as a blocker and totally frustrating I had a delivery yesterday which never arrived but you email me saying delivered, contacted the sender who informed me it was at Plymouth depot so not only is your system rubbish it seems your drivers lie about delivery. Spend some money and employ a real customer support team”
