Last parcel was left on my doorstep (they said it was left in a porch…I don’t have a porch) at 9pm at night when I was not at home. So this time I arranged delivery to my workplace, should have been last Thursday the 30th, they tried to deliver at 9.20pm on Friday 01st, claimed they tried again on the Saturday (we had staff in work who said they didn’t call), then tried again Monday at 9pm. Do they not understand that a business won’t be open at 9pm (they call to my workplace regularly during the day). The automated system doesn’t put you through to a human, I have no card so I can’t phone up and quite frankly they are a shambolic bunch of liers. How can a parcel be out for delivery at 8.40pm, failed to be delivered at 9pm when the depot is 45mins drive away? They haven’t attempted delivery at all as I’ve checked the cctv in work, so they have just made up a lie saying they couldn’t deliver……nobody ever use these cowboys.

Left parcel out on a busy high street to be stolen. Do not waist your time with Hermes

This company needs closing down with immediate effect. Not worthy of calling itself a business. Cannot contact anyone WHATSOEVER. just offer a robot to speak to via phone or web chat.

Avoid at all cost ! I sent a parcel using Hermes for something I sold on Ebay, Fully insured and covered. I got a message from the buyer saying he had been contacted by Hemes saying parcel damaged and in for repair, he asked for a refund. I put in the tracking number on the live chat only to be told its being delt with ! Tried calling them and told contact the sender, I'm the sender ! Tried emailing customer service only for the automated reply saying email no longer in use ! I tried contacting Hermes on 3 different numbers only for none of them to get me in touch with a human. I now have no idea what is going on with a buyer wanting a refund but Hermes might still deliver or return ? Overall really bad service and no way to confirm what's going on or speak to someone. Reply form Hermes - "Hello, I'm really sorry to read that your parcel arrived damaged. We successfully deliver millions of parcels each year, every parcel travels through miles of conveyor belts and lots of vehicles so occasionally parcels can be damaged. If your parcel is from a retailer, please get in touch with them directly, they'll be able to help with a replacement or refund if needed. Take care, Safeena" Thanks for the reply Safeena but how about giving me a phone number to speak to a Human or a call so we can discuss sorting the problem ? And also making sure your customer service email actually connects to someone instead of an automated reply saying out of service !

I paid £49.85 to deliver a parcel to China, waited 2 weeks then one morning a Hermes driver delivered my parcel back to me undelivered!! They had mistakingly sent it back to me, I ended up having to refund my customer then to make it even worse I was only refunded £43.85 because the £6 extra paid was not refundable as it was for the extra insurance value I paid for the goods, on contacting them all I was told is it’s in their terms and conditions!! An absolute disgrace!! I will never use them again!!!!

Driver van 74 Weston-super-Mare threw down 3 parcels onto drive..not.in porch..as requested. But on drive..i tried to talk to him..he drove van at speed Despite me realy trying to talk to him...he knew what he'd done. Absoloute disgrace ...i will make sure local manager is aware. Dangerous and bluntly totaly ignorant. Dont use hermes.

A my hermes delivery driver has broken into our locked garage to deliver our parcel, and now the garage is broken on one side, as it will open outwards while locked. You wouldn't smash a window to make a delivery and this is no different. We didn't even ask for it to be left in the garage, and this was their first 'delivery attempt'. Simply appaling!

This is the third time a parcel that's being delivered via Hermes has disappeared into the black hole that's their local depot. Today's 4th Oct and there's still no update showing on their tracker as to where the parcel is since 13th Sep. These items were ordered from 3 different retailers over the last 4 months, I definitely won't be placing any orders with retailers that use Hermes as their delivery partner as they simply can't be trusted to actually deliver your items. I've had refunds back for the items but the sizes are out of stock so I've been unable to replace them. The worst delivery service, and you can't contact them, instead you keep getting sent round in a loop by their bot messaging system.

Lying driver who said he'd TRIED to deliver....funny how the cctv didn't pick him up or 2 dogs never barked.....COMPLETE LYING T@#T😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤

Deliveries never turn up when suppost to from now on I wont order anything that is being delivered by hermes dreadful company

Your company policy of blaming the customer not being g in for missed deliveries is dishonest. I won’t buy goods from companies that use you as their courier again.

Yet another problem with Hermes , surely the worse carrier in the universe . I have been waiting from a package from John Bell Pharmacy and all communications with them have stopped . They have a chat system which does not even allow you to upload your tracking number in time before they cut you off . They are a total disgrace and I will in future never buy from any business that uses them. Giving them one star is generous

Without doubt the worst courier service customer service in existence! As I was unable to contact anyone (apart from my local Hermes courier) about a missing parcel, I opened a case with a company called resolver. Initially Hermes responded, but replied with lies, deception,excuses as they were unable to find the package, later throughout the case, the responding email was then blocked! Further comms with my courier confirmed that the package was confirmed delayed due to a major incident! Again unable to contact Hermes so called customer service, so returned to Resolver. This time Hermes responded, I informed them that the very late delivery package was an Ebay sale & I had to refund the buyer. Hermes told me they would locate & return the package to my home. Over 3 weeks late now & after checking the tracking, it shows that Hermes have delivered the package TO THE BUYERS ADDRESS! So I have lost the package, & the sale price. I haven't heard from the buyer who I refunded. So if you want a non existent customer service, lost or misplaced packages, lies, excuses, deception when making complaints, & a totally despicable service with total loss of finances & no compensation, then use them for your deliveries. If you are sensible & value your hard earned & actually want your packages delivered, then DONT bother with this COWBOY operation. FURTHER UPDATE:- Emailed & offered the postage cost as a refund as a good will gesture ha ha absolute joke. Then sent a customer review survey to complete, which I had pleasure in doing. So I & countless others stand by my opinion of this Cowboy operation. I rest my case & since stopping using Hermes, I have had no issues with my packages.

Hermes UK is the most disgraceful company ever. I have sent a parcel with next day and signed for, they stole my parcel and sold it to cash converters Basically to me is HERMES IS ARE THIEVES And I will never use them and make sure that everyone knows that they are THIEVES

This is the third time now they have lost my parcels. Bet the couriers house is a Palace, full of stuff that shouldn't be there. Other times parcels were not even left, no card, nothing. Wish I could do something about it but it's partnered with ebay who will now be losing my trade also. Can't even describe how angry I am over this. Worse than useless

My international delivery from the Netherlands has been scanned into the Hermes depot on 8 september. Since then no movement at all. Their customer service is non existent. I have gone through a totally useless email correspondence with Kelly, claiming to be the pa of their ceo Martijn de Lange. Their conclusion is to blame my sister, who sent the parcel. They do not seem to comprehend that parcels are precious. That customers actually pay for a service. There should be a boycot for companies who use hermes. One star is too much.

terrible firm,ive been messing about with this firm for three days over a delivery,i was told it was delivered but it wasnt,three different time slots and still no delivery,spoke to an agent and not helpful at all just made excuses and couldnt answer my questions,same old rubbish,they say they will get back to you but they dont,excuses about drivers being ill,ive never heard so much rubbish in all my life,no organisation at all,very inconpetent and decieving company,somethings really amiss with this firm.
