Absolute garbage. Sent a parcel as an Amazon return. Despite being a massive fulfilment centre covering many acres, unable to find or gain access. Customer support is pathetic, the same email time after time, waiting courier response. Chat is just as woeful, say the same thing, escalated, please wait 72 hours for response. SIX TIMES. Spend a few quid extra on Royal Mail.

Sent an unwanted christmas present back with parcel2go and the company stole the item and refused to give me the money for the item that was taken. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS STEAL THEM INSTEAD THEN NEVER GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK

Sent a parcel through parcels2go via Hermes the parcel was lost and despite every effort on my part neither company cared a Jot neither company have a customer care contact number and only correspond through email As for compensation for the loss you may as well forget it they don't pay out. Both Hermes & parcels2go are a bunch of crooks and should be prosecuted for theft. Both companies are a disgrace and their systems of tracking deliveries are shambolic. I would advice everyone to avoid using these 2 rubbish companies at all cost.

Worst company ever! Worst service! We've sent a parcel on the 13 December and still haven't reached the destination! There's no phone number, the customer service chat is useless, you ask them something and they don't reply, just ignore you. The tracking website is not updated. It was a parcel for a customer, which obviously now is very angry and will never buy anything from us in the future. I have asked them to return the parcel back to me and they are saying is going to take between 6-8 weeks for this. Honestly the most unprofessional and non reliable company ever!

I have been having a nightmare with this company since I sent a parcel in Sept. to Spain. The parcel was never delivered, and when I got in touch I was told the company left a card and attempted delivery when neither of these statements were true. The items were sent to an office that is staffed all day and nothing was received there. Parcel2go then told me in Oct. I would have to wait 6 weeks as the items were being returned to me! Despite the fact they did not attempt delivery to my customer, the items were meant to take at least 6 weeks to get back to the UK even though I paid £20 for a delivery time of 3-4 days. I had no choice but to resend over £200 worth of goods using UPS (who delivered them in 2 days no problem) and am still waiting 4 months later with no refund from parcel2go. I have attempted to make a claim 3 times now and am told I have to do so through online chat. We are 4 months into this process and after multiple sessions of chat discussing this parcel that was supposedly on its way back, I'm now told they are only just about to open an enquiry to look into it. It is an absolute farce. They will not declare it as missing until they make me wait at least another 2 weeks for this latest enquiry, which is the third time I've brought it to their attention. This is shocking customer service and all I can say is that they clearly do not want customers to make claims. I would steer clear of them and use another company as this is not an experience I can recommend to anyone.

The worst company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE DPD UK has lost or stolen my parcel ,value 350 uk pound and Parcel2go do not give me nothing back!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. No communication no customer support live chat absolutely useless. Multiple parcel orders no collections and still no refund. Will never be using these guys again.

Placed an order for one item to be shipped to Belgium. Value £150. Used their insurance and was shipped through parcelforce. Customer never received item and parcel2go claimed it was delivered. Dragged their heels until 28 days expired then told me I couldn't claim for a penny.

I sent a parcel via Parcel2go, and it was a DPD. I didn't realize the parcel got lost until my recipient contacted me. Then I checked DPD tracking number and gave them a call directly. I was told that my parcel was destroyed due to some address issue. DPD told me that they already made a request for this to Parcel2go but there was no response. I was very shocked by this. I then contacted Parcel2go to ask why there was no notification about this. Why Parcel2go didn't response DPD request? Why Parcel2go didn't contact me for that? Surely this was not a big problem. but Parcel2go didn't answer any of the question and just said they can refund me the postage. Really rubbish! never ever use.

Parcel2go is a xcon. And reading the various reviews I see a pattern. They put the burden on you when they lose your parcel. XCan you describe how the parcel was packaged. Am... How do I do that. What are you asking me to say. I was a white package with my name on it and your tracking number. They come back and say they cannot locate it and because I did not tick some special box, I cannot get a claim. But I did tick the box that said if not delivered by a certain date I will be refunded. I paid for this but that does not count because I did not tick the little boxc at xchexckout to insure it against lost-- WOW. And also bexcause I xcould not desxcribe the pavkage in details they xcould not loxcate it. In 2019 these guys are nothing but sxcam artist.

Parcel collected on 7th with guaranteed delivery by 14th UK to Switzerland. It didn't leave the UK until 15th finally got to destination 18th. No tracking available until 17th. Cant claim as didn't tick correct box (had it insured though). Delivered via TNT Shocking service. Wont be using them again. Initial online chat resulted in operative going off to check & promising answer in 1-2 days - no response received.

Absolute garrbage company, they were suppised to deliver a important parcel 14th. Cant get hold of anyone, no one replys to emails, parcel is still to collect and there excuse is the courior forgot it. I suggest sacking the courior company, stop all the bulsh1t and if you cant deliver say so, there a lot more companies out there that can and on time. Time to fix up and get my parcel moving as I will claim for compunstation as iv paid for the installers to come in

Parcel has been “DELIVERED” back to the collection address, they held my parcel for a week! How stupid. I did not pay for the parcel to be delivered/shipped to the same address. I have tried contacting them via email, but no reply. Awful service, terrible company. Please avoid!

Parcel delivered to wrong address and lost and they will not uphold our claim even though we had taken out insurance! July 2018 - We have screen shots of live chats with Parcel2Go showing that the delivery driver had accepted that he had not delivered it correctly and at one point he was asked to collect it and redeliver it. We then received the message “we have conducted a full investigation with the courier in order to locate your parcel, unfortunately this has proved unsuccessful”. Nov 2018 - After 5 months of investigation our claim was not approved, although the parcel had been delivered to a nearby pub and signed for by an unknown person. The reason they could not approve the claim was given as ‘Parcel Delivered’ – yes, but to the wrong address!

They lost my parcel. They are very hard to contact directly. They'll make you jump through hundreds of hoops in order to get a refund or make a claim for the contents of the parcel. In the end it was 3 months before I got a refund. Terrible company, I advise you to direct with the couriers, even if it costs a little more.

Complete disappointment with Parcel2go. Parcel went lost during transit and after countless follow up with livechat, they decided the parcel is lost package and would not provide refund due to no proof of value or proof of ebay transaction. I have said to them the item is a used personal belonging which is £2000 in value. Purchase was made in 2012 and unfortunately no longer kept receipt. Bunch of cows on the live chat no helpful at all. Hopeless please avoid at all cost!!!!

AWFUL, awful service. Not only they didn't do the job, incorrect information advertised on site, they don't update the tracking properly, they had a cheek to ask for additional amount just to get the parcel back to sender as it was too late for the receiver to receive the parcel (due to moving location). 0 customer service skills. DO NOT USE.

I used parcel2go to send a new TV to a buyer on ebay, paid insurance for it and shipping fees around 40 £, paid for insurance, there was red flag or anything at all to say even if I pay for it Tvs are on the excluded list, they took my money for insurance and at the end they say it doesn't cover damage. I packaged everything very well exactly as was sold to me be ao. Com, original packaging, all sealed and tight, no error there, when it got to the person I sold it to it had like a hole in the box, like the courier stepped on it or damaged it intentionally, the screen was broken. I contacted the customer service, they have no email, no phone number, meaning twitter, they say they don't cover damage even if they are the ones damaging a new TV, lost 330 £ for the TV and 40£ for shipping and insurance, refunded me about 12£, no words. Morale of the story, never use this company again, I learned my lesson, I ended up loosing the buyer, my time and my TV.

BEWARE DO NOT USE P2G .IT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG TO WRITE WHY I AM WARNING YOU NOT TO USE P2G.I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN QUICKLY SO READERS DONT GET BORED. ON THE 10TH OCT 2018 I SENT A PARCEL WITH P2G AND AS OF TODAY 14TH JAN 2019 NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHERE MY PARCEL IS OR WHERE IT HAS BEEN. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH 12 AGENTS ONLINE AND EACH 1 HAS TOLD ME THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND EMAIL BACK WITHIN 48 HRS. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND TODAY THE 13TH AGENT HAS TOLD ME THE PARCEL IS LOST AND THEY WOULD LIKE TO OFFER ME £5 COMPENSATION FOR A PARCEL THAT COST ME £106.00 TO SEND WHICH INCLUDED EXTRA PAYMENT TO COVER LOSS AND BREAKAGES OF PARCEL.i COULD GO ON AND ON, THE ONLY THING I WANT TO SAY TO PEOPLE THINKING OF USING P2GO IS DONT

Agree with the majority of the reviews on here. We have used Parcel2Go quite a lot and gave them many chances however they consistently deliver really poor service. They are cold, robotic and unhelpful and seem to have no desire to resolve problems or communicate with their customers. Everything is automated, scripted messages and trying to actually talk to someone who can make a decision is impossible. The epitome of a modern internet business that really just shouldn't exist. Avoid.
