I booked a parcel collection, but when I received a confirmation email from Parcel2Go it had detailed incorrect parcel dimensions. I have tried using their so-called 'Live' chat, but there are no live agents and it keeps taking me round and round in circles. I tried to cancel the booking, but it said I had to do this via 'Live' chat, which took me in the same circles. All I want to do is correct their error and there is no way for me to contact them. I won't be using this 'service' again.

Severe damage to my item which could have only happened with extreme neglect. I took out parcel protection with no explicit mention or warning of any exclusions. Buried amongst their comprehensive terms and conditions are an exhaustive list of exclusions for almost any item. Irresponsible and misleading company. On the plus they refunded me £6 for a £100 item so can't be all bad.

You should stay away from this company like a plague.. they are just a joke. this company is a total waste of space. I shipped an item and they didnt deliver the item. I have since asked for my item back and they are not happy to return it either claiming its in their warehouse.. 2 weeks now and still waiting

Didn’t bother to collect. Waited in from 0800 until 2037 No phone number to call. When emailed ... 13 days to respond. Terrible company don’t use!!

They quote a price and have now asked for a further 10.00. When you put in the details of the parcel it still quotes the original price. They say TNT charged an extra 4.85 plus vat they then add a surcharge. To me this is just a profit making scheme. Yes I have checked the size of the package with the company it was returned to. The size and weight are correct. Would not use them again also cannot find a contact number to be able to discuss the issue they just email requesting a further payment

Couriers issue surcharges for under-declared parcels in order to compensate for the extra time it takes to process them. If you feel you have grounds to dispute this charge, you can do so here - https://www.parcel2go.com/content/surcharge-info To avoid these charges in future, we’d advise rounding up your parcel measurements when declaring the size and weight. Their service is just AWFUL. Parcel had to be delivered 4 days ago, still hasn't, customer support had to contact courier and reply back within 2 days - they didn't, chat support ends chat first in order to not get a bad survey. They are useless and everything they can say is "we apologize" which really doesn't solve anything. Lastly, it appears that they don't even provide a guarantee to deliver the parcel within the time frame.

Charge me for because my parcel was 0.70 kg over even that the website give me same amount of charge for 1kg more. Very disappointed

I ordered a delivery the week before Monday because I knew then that I would be there for the whole day. In reality, no messenger arrived to pick up the parcels. the next day I was assisted by the company's chat service, where they told me they were taking Reebok for the next day. I had to ask a favor from a neighbor to open the door for the messenger and indeed this time passed today and the messenger did not arrive. My recommendation is to not use this company at all with good internet services but no messenger drivers. Just know how to charge money and not give the service they sell.

This is because we cannot 100% guarantee the collection/delivery to be made on the date booked, however we have a very high success rate of parcels being processed. Best listen to the people below. This company has no idea of support and handling problems. They use agents to clear parcels in overseas deliveries. My parcel arrived at the city of destination. It sat for two weeks with nothing happening. Then the agent decided the parcel, which was a gift for a 94 year old lady, was now an export. They started asking the recipient for unnecessary documents and were charging fees that were incorrect. They also sent other peoples invoices and for some reason could not even figure out where to deliver it, even with the address in three places on the lid. This company will not open up a case for a refund no matter what. My parcel arrived six weeks later, and they think they have solved the problem. Everyone who has had these dealings with them should report them to Trading Standards, Financial Ombudsman, or Watchdog. Otherwise nothing will change.

We do not deliver your parcels ourselves, though we do communicate with the couriers that handle your items on your behalf. Customs charges are determined when the parcel arrives, therefore it’s impossible for us to determine whether you’ll be charged or not and by how much in advance. The decision is made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country who will contact your recipient if there are any charges to be paid. Before you send your parcel think twice, these people have no telephone number, you cant contact them after paying, no email and their chat if for other businesses. After paying for the parcel, I was given address where to drop it and those people said they have never hard of parcel to go. I am stuck I don't know what to do, I am trying somewhere else. I am not sure whether I will get my money back because they are nowhere to be found, I would not recommend them to anybody and I give them no star.

I have used them for years, always paid for insurance in case anything happened, just now had a parcel that was badly damaged and they refused to pay compensation even though I paid extra for the insurance to the value of £80 so now I have lost out on £80 for the item as I had to refund it through eBay. They will now lose all my future business which isn’t a small amount of money.

Supposedly lost a mobile phone in transit, spent 3 months arguing with over the refund, my advice is avoid, if you don't want your items stolen

Do not use them... i completely agree with all the reviews below. If you ever have any issues with your parcel it is at least 7-14 days from the day you complain about it before you know if its going to be delivered or lost. I was unaware my next day delivery wasn't made and now i am in limbo land while parcel2go are looking into it. Surely there is some law against the way they treat their customers. Definitely go direct with couriers, because even though parcel2go advertise they use these big international courers, you are unable to contact them and resolve the delivery as it has to go through parcel2go, who to be honest seem to sat in posh offices, playing crazy golf instead of chasing down next day delivery parcels that are over a week late. Sort it out.

The worst postal service I've ever used. DPD 'lost' a very expensive item in the post. The worst part of this was that Parcel2go advertised the service as being fulfilled by DPD, however this was not the case and a 3rd party courier was involved which in turn lost the item. After contacting DPD myself and them redirecting me to Parcel2go, I contacted Parcel2go to see if they could help. Upon trying to get a hold of them, I realised that their customer support is almost non-existent. Not only did they not resolve the situation but it took them weeks to make any kind of significant progress. In reality this issue could have been resolved within a couple of phone calls. After them offering a minor refund at a fraction of the value of the item, they closed the case meaning I couldn't even get any kind of money back, despite them guaranteeing an insurance cover. Please sort this out Parcel2go.

Turned out to be a very stressful experience. Waited in all day for parcel collection between 8am and 8pm but the parcels were not collected. Rebooked pick up for 2 days later, then the driver turned up unannounced the next day, luckily I was in. Not good as they were 3 orders from my online shop and it resulted in my exceeding the delivery date. Will not be using again.

Terrible service. Lost 2 packages in a month, their list of prohibited items avoid insurance to any loss or damages to any items. Basically you pay extra for insurance, but then they won't cover anything.
