f you want your parcel to go missing. Chat endlessly with representatives that are there to use delaying tactics just to put you off progressing with a claim and In the end (7months) later to deny your claim, despite you paying insurance then by all means use Parcel2Go. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my 52 years! Avoid at all costs if you value your deliveries.

Sent a parcel to Portugal with medical equipment items for 2 very elderly advanced dementia patients on 28 December 2018 and Parcel2Go gave couriers in Portugal wrong post code. The items were returned to me and are still in transit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for guaranteed delivery! Been following this up since mid Jan and still at square one ... unacceptable and appalling.

Another waste of time with this company please open accounts with the couriers themselves, you will get a more sensible response as this company employs MUPPET'S who cant or will not give you an answer to your concerns.

What a great company for losing items, fobbing you off with excuses, trati9ng you as though you are brainless,(like their staff) l have had an ongoing dispute with them for 3 months., lve provided all details, of the drop off date, the value of the goods, tracking, ebays refund to the buyer, Four times l have sent all the details to them, and they have come to the conclusion, that l have not sent them any details, even though l gave them the reference numbers that was given to me on receiving the details,Today, l got the news,that they are not going to refund me, On another occasion, 6 months ago, a parcel got lost in France, 2 months later they found it, and said they would return it to me, lm still waiting for it, and this is the jewej in the crown for P2G, a courier, handed a parcel to someone who happened to be near the postal address, that it was intended for, he didn't ask for a name or address, and after investigation, he admitted he was at fault , then P2G, told me to refund the buyer, Enough said, Do not use this company , they couldn't care a toss about the sender, or the recipient, they have got a bad name, and they do their best to live up to it, This company should be struck off,

LOST EVERYTHING! NO REFUND On the 12th of December the courier collected my parcel and it should have been delivered by the 19th of Dec. However the parcel has NOT been received and after two months of investigations, Parcel2go declared the parcel lost and asked me to start a claim and provide some documentations. After all of this, you can imagine my surprise when I've been asked to provide the proof of collection and proof of not delivering. That was ensured by parcel2go. In specific, the email I received states: Also, Your proof of non-delivery should be a signed letter or an email from the intended recipient to say they have not received the goods in question. This is really unbelievable...the status of the delivery has been decided by parcel2go, I don't see the need of the continuous requests of proves of collection/non delivering. Regarding the proof of values, as the parcel was sent on the 12th of Dec and the investigation took more than 2 months and I got rid of most of the receipts as I wrongly thought the parcel would have been found. After I provided the statements with the payments for those orders and the order summary from the retailers, I have been asked to provide The proof of value should show us the value of the item you are claiming This is extremely confusing as the documents I provided, are already showing the value of the items. This situation is really not acceptable. I paid for the parcel to be delivered and not only it was lost, but it took 2 months of investigation to ensure they have lost my parcel. Now I have been asked to provide proof of the fact the parcel has not been delivered. Also...the parcel was send in December, now we're asking for the receipts. I provided the bank statements with the payments and the orders online, but this is not enough? The level of service is extremely poor

They take your money. Lose the shipment then don't give the cost of goods back or the cost of shipping - even though 'extra protection' was taken out. What an easy way of making money!! The only way of contacting/complaining is via a chat portal which they just close when they don't want to help any more. Do not use unless you have money to waste and no desire to get your goods to the destination.

well i ve spent the last 2 weeks arguing with chat and fb chat to no avail. a parcel was collected on my behalf. it was scanned once and then nothing! i found out on chat that the courier had said the item was lost. now what i'm about to say you need to draw your own conclusions. the box which was a paprika bright orange crisp box you know the very large boxes was suddenly 'lost'. i don't know how you do it but they did. the box was full of collectable contemporary dolls.worth weigh more than i paid.so the some of 60 quid was claimed. they prevaricated, refused constant information and evidence of the fact it had been lost. they even did not accept screen shot of their own site stating it was collected. I eventually had to talk to their claims department via email . by this time i had had enough! I told them i would take them to the small claims court. you can do this online for around 30 quid starting rate, secondly you can claim all lost and damaged goods this way and if you win p2g have to pay costs. thirdly they are deeply deceitful and actually deleted a part of the conversation on fb where i was told that the parcel was lost.( so screen shot and save all conversation with them! personally im never ever going to use them again. top tips : 1 take them to the small claims court 2, screen shot all conversations 3 take photos of all the items you buy which include the prices you paid 4 get a statement from the person it was collected from. THEY ARE A VERY BAD COMPANY AND THEY ARE ALSO DECEITFUL & CONNIVING i did get my refund but they kept the £9. 30 postage which was a bit blo**y cheeky!

Parcel2go is one of the worst companies i have every used. they damage and lose more parcels than they deliver and their customer service is terrible. Also their insurance policy is awful, they try to wriggle out of paying for damaged parcels by saying they were inadequately packaged. no matter how you pack them, they will find a flaw and reject any claims. Please stay away

Very bad service & doggy people . There’s no text alerts there’s no emails you don’t now when they will be coming the insurance it’s big lies because everything it’s prohibited they take money from people for nothing.. they are not recommended at all I advise everyone to use DPD they are the best prcle2go it’s rubbish don’t waist your money with them ..

When they lose of distroy you parcel this company will do everything in its power to rip you off , they are not to be trusted ......please don't use them ! Insurance ? Yeah right , Please Go to the post office !!!!!!!

Only 23% of reviewers recommend Parcel2go. It says it all! My parcel was collected on 7th Feb. and till it today 22nd FEB it has not left the UK without advising any reason. No ways to contact them. Live chat does not work. Customer service is non existent. I had to find them on FB to contact them. Gone beyond frustration!

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t give a 0. Absolutely disgusting service. We got them to courier a TV back to the company we bought it from. The TV arrived to them smashed to pieces and after taking out the extra insurance Parcel 2 go will not pay out for the repair. So now we are down the amount of the TV and delivery. They have no telephone number to speak to a human, you can only live chat and if they don’t like the question they just don’t answer you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We would have been better driving it ourselves! Useless!!

They stole the things I sent and they say sorry. This happens very rarely. They do not compensate me for anything or even the value of the package. I lost about 400 pounds. They are a fraud company.

DON'T USE it! Customer service is the worse ever , and you just waste your time! No telephone number available, live chat is useless cos agents seem robots, copying and pasting sentences such as, Iam sorry to hear that, I apologise for....bla bla bla. Every agent telling you another story. I'm tired and frustrated. After 8 days, IAM still waiting , I don't know where exactly my parcels are. SO PLEASE DON'T USE IT. They are plenty of courier companies and much better. For me it has been the first and last time. My advice...Keep your goods and your money away from this company. Don't let this company trick more people!

Booked a collection to deliver to me werk later nothing .only to be told they cancelled my collection. As they don't carry laptops !!! Wtf !!!! Didn't ask me if it had a bettery or not but assumed it had one ..now lost number of person who I bought laptop now no laptop and too far to get .thanks parcel twats 2 go

Parcel2go , total thief's !!!! I was sending an expensive item so was sure to take insurance which was for £600.00, they distroyed the items, accept responsibility and offer £200 as a settlement .....this has took 2 and a half months of then trying to wriggle out and then they insult me with this offer?? they assure me that's it , so they are actually blatenly robbing me in broad daylight !!! .......NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent a parcel to Spain paying for guaranteed delivery. Parcel went missing. Parcel2Go were slow to do anything and constantly gave me boilerplate responses. Eventually the parcel was found, but instead of Parcel2Go giving the courier additional info to deliver the package, it was returned to me. I was told I had to wait for it to arrive before I could discuss a refund. Once I received it back in the UK (now almost two months after the guaranteed delivery date) I try and get a refund and am first told that they will not as it is over 28 days. After some discussion the help chat agent agreed a refund, but the supervisor stopped it as apparently they do not issue refunds for address queries. The whole process was so drawn out, slow and painful, and I end up out of pocket. Parcel2Go clearly do not want to rock the boat with couriers, and if they had acted faster I believe the parcel would have been delivered instead of returned.
