But after 5 days it still not...then until 8 days when i checked with tracking no it say the packet at their local depot need to collect. I though my friend will get the notice and will go to collect it..but after 4 days the packet still not received. I started worry so I contact with my friend and they said : They got no notice about this what so ever..I give them the tracking number.. They checked online and they found it at the local depot so they will go their to collect it the next day. But when they came to depot they been told that the packed already be RETURN TO SENDER ON 27/11/17. Only after 4 days it in depot. I've never had a good parcelforce experience - even to make a complaint. if you are still onhold at 6pm, they cut you off (which has just happened to me). As a receiver, in the past 3 years, their parcels have either not arrived on the specified day or they take it to the post office without ringing my bell/knocking on the door. As a sender, items were either not delivered on the due date, or were lost and they could not find the item and i couldn't get my money back either.

absolute rubbish...been home all day (on purpose) waiting for delivery of my parcel. At 4:30 afternoon a phone message tells me I have to collect from post office and that a note with details to collect has been left at the door. And that was a BIG LIE, no card left at the door and NO ATTEMPT of delivery has been made. Total rubbish. why do you have to lie? my parcel has 9 kg and i'm a petite woman. get a grip Parcelforce and learn from Yodel.

This is the review I posted on another review site but was taken down probably because I mentioned the actual names of other couriers in the last sentence. This is the email I sent to a major store chain after an attempted delivery experience “Delivery ********* was due to be delivered between 13.30 and 14.30 yesterday. At 13.45 when an apparent attempt was made to deliver I was sat eating a sandwich virtually in line of sight of my front door with a dog at my side who goes berserk when the door bell or knocker are used, the bell sounder being half way between me and the front door in a modest sized house. At 14.06 I received a text to say an attempt had been made to deliver the parcel. There is absolutely no way the delivery person rang or knocked, nor did he bother to complete the card tick boxes advising what to do next, nor indeed did I receive an update text when the driver was in the area as I should have done. I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman in your customer services department immediately after I received the text, who spoke to parcel force who advised they would try to arrange for the driver to return and deliver. Need less to say he didn’t. I suggest you cancel the order and ask Parcel Force to return the goods to you. I am very sorry, I was really looking forward to ******************** which I have purchased on previous occasions.” The major store arranged for the goods to be returned to them, and advised they were in the process of reviewing their delivery contract and my input would be taken into consideration. A week later I looked out of a front window to see a Royal Mail delivery van with one delivery person standing by the van and another walking away from our front door. I knocked on the window whereupon the one leaving the property turned round and gesticulated the parcel had been left next door. If the parcel had already been left next door why was he still on and in the process of leaving our property. No, he hadn’t left a card so that wasn’t the reason. We have numerous deliveries from other couriers etc which never miss a beat. What are parcel force doing so differently and why ?

Absolute rubbish .. late delivery time and time again... Their so called track an trace... picks up parcel... then waits for days in a regional depot with no update... frequently item is delivered before any update on track an trace... waste of time and space.. Avoid Parcelfarce if at all possible.

I never give reviews but the horrible experience I had with Parcelforce is out of this world. Delivery did not happen on schedules date, customer service on the phone was useless. AVOID if possible and I advise all the companies NOT to use their services if you don't want to use clients.

It's the unfortunate time to criminal theft charges against the courier Parcel Force and delegate our lawyers/solicitors in the U.S. and U.K. for a lawsuit. I sent two paintings from the U.K. to the U.S. to two seperate addresses. Ironically neither recipient ever received their paintings. So, I could see using the old ' your package was lost' adage for one package - but, not both of which never arrived at either address of the recipients in the U.S. Furthermore, it happened in the U.K. as the shipment of both seperate packages never left the U.K. This is a Clear Cut case of Criminal Theft. Theft seems to occur quite frequently within this company. They do not conduct criminal background checks on their employees and your packages are 'free game' for any employee to steal anytime they so choose .. because Parcel Force allows their couriers to commit theft as long as they can say " package was lost". It's time to take action against these dishonest, untrustworthy and unethical companies.

I have just spoken with a female person for the Rotherham depot to pay a import duty on something from the states, I ask her what the release fees was for, the person stated to get very funny in a professional manner, then put the phone down on me after waiting to get through to her. I got a politer response from the on line phone system afterwards

Lost my item. Could not find it even when given the tracking number. Passed from person to person and after 3 hours told to go to the post office I sent it from. Useless. Registered the claim using the online procedure at Parcel force but then the registration was deleted. Contacted them by the Chat facility but told they did not handle the delivery and should fill out a contact form. Filled out a contact form and no reply. Sent an email to customer claims and got an automated message to say the claim is received. Heard nothing since. Absolute garbage service and I will never use them again. They make it impossible to submit a claim and then put all the responsibility of tracking a missing item onto you. Meanwhile someone is enjoying the laptop that Parcelforce lost.

They apparently attempted a delivery on Thursday, and left a card explaining options. No Card. Implied another attempt would be made yesterday, Friday. I was here ALL day. Update on site to say they attempted a delivery at 17:28, and left a card. If that’s true, it wasn’t the right address. No card, no door buzzer or door knock. The site says the parcel is at the depot and being prepared for delivery (which is what it said yesterday), but doesn’t say that it’s actually out for delivery. So I guess I’m just meant to wait in until they deliver. Could be days. I’ve contacted them on their FB account, giving parcel tracking code. Apparently someone replies within a few hours. Guess what, they haven’t. Absolutely dreadful service. Whereas, the company collecting my recycled Nespresso pods were great. I hope Nespresso ditch the Parcel Force contract (oh, I’ve let Nespresso know how their brand is being let down by Parcel Force). I’d like to give them less than one star, but that didn’t seem to be possible.

Customer service is physically at there hub meaning there is a huge disconnect between there representatives and the actual workforce. right now they have been sitting on my package for about a week and the sender and I have contacted them twice separately with nothing changing between the phone calls and every time we give them a call it seems the previous conversation was forgotten. And the simple act of identifying where the package even is located, is beyond the abilities of there customer server, as if there is no database for it. I cannot explain enough how bad of a company performs if I could Id give the review a 0 instead of a 1. don't use this service.

Absolutely useless. Waited in after receiving a text to say the item would be delivered. Did not arrive and had no further correspondence for 2 days. The customer “tracking” system does not shed any light on where parcels. I emailed and 24 hours later they advised it was probably awaiting collection. This wasn’t even accurate as I’d just received a text to say it would arrive between 9.02-10.02 that morning. Incredible that an international delivery company cannot even internally track parcels.

Parcelforce are a poor excuse for a delivery service. A parcel was scheduled for delivery at 5, however it was delivered 5 hours early so no one was in to collect it.

Where Should I Start?!! 1. I was not informed of any customs charges. I would not know until I started to contact the seller. (I did not receive any notification from Parcelforce) 2. When I paid for the customs charges on the 9th October I have informed the operator that I would like the parcel to be delivered on the 17th October. On the 17th October, I have decided to contact Parcelforce at 2:00 pm to check on the progress of the parcel. I was told to my surprise as I requested for the parcel be delivered on the 17th October that there was an attempted delivery on 11th and 12th October, No letter was left to inform me that there was an attempted delivery otherwise I would have rectified the mistake that occurred. 3. Upon speaking to an operator on the 17th October which I have express how frustrated I am as this was my birthday and that I have wasted the day waiting for a parcel that would not be delivered. I have asked her to arrange a delivery for the next day and I have also ask for an estimated time of delivery. She has promised me that she will call me on the 18th October at 9 am when she starts her shift to give me an estimated time of delivery. On the 18th October 10:26 am I have not received the promised call so I called Parcelforce east to inform the operator that I was waiting for a call and to ask for an estimated time of delivery. The operator has informed me that the estimated time of delivery will be between 11 am – 12 pm. 4. I have called at 2:01 pm inform the operator that I have been waiting for the parcel and it has not yet arrived, that it has passed the estimated time of delivery given to me. The Operator has taken my number to give to the driver to contact me for the time of the delivery and also should there be any problems the operator will call me back. 5. I have called at 4:33 pm to check on the progress as I have not received any call from the driver. The operator has informed me that the parcel was brought back to the depot as the van broke down? I have asked for the operator to pass my call to the manager as I am greatly frustrated that I have wasted 24hrs waiting for the parcel to be delivered and that I have arranged for 2 days annual leave just for this parcel. The operator has taken my number again and she has informed me that she will pass it on to the manager and that the manager will call me tonight before the depot closes. 6. I have called at 5:33 pm to ask to speak to the manager an hour has passed no manager has called me. I have told the operator that I would hold on the line until the manager is available. I was advised not to and was reassured the manager will call me tonight. 7. I have called at 5:41 pm to inform the operator that I will come in to collect my parcel and that I have needed to hire a cab. 8. Upon arriving at the depot I was carrying 3 filling folders on my arms with letters to show as proof of address and identity to avoid any further issues...The person on the desk needed to open the side door as the parcel was too large to fit "13kg". I am surprised that no one has helped me with it knowing that I only have one free arm available as I am carrying the folders on my other arm and that I need to carry it to where the cab parked. 9. I have received a call from 0207 011 3687 at 6:35 pm but upon answering the call the caller waited to hear my voice then hanged (When my phone ring I have answered it immediately). I tried to call the caller twice straight after but it was just a deadline. I am not sure whether this was the manager who tried to call me. 10. I have again called the east depot 6:37 pm to ask to speak to the manager as the depot closes at 7 pm. The initial call was picked up at the south-east branch which the operator has transferred my call to the east branch. When east branch operator has answered my call the operator has advised me that the manager will now call me to no surprise no one has called me. Giving them a one star is very generous given the ordeal I was put through.

Unacceptable service. I was suppose to receive two 30kg box, sent from the UK on the 9th of October 2017 to France to arrive as guaranteed by the the company 3-4 working days later. The packages didn't arrive until the 24th of October. Not only that, but they arrived in a dispicable state, the polar opposite to how we had sent them. We had wrapped them both securely and safely in vast amounts of strong wearing tape. However when they arrived to us over 2 weeks later they were completely trashed, they had been opened and almost half of my belongings stolen from inside. The things that were stolen included; 2 pairs of ski boots and one pair of Snowboarding boots all brand new. 2 brand new helmets. (All these things were vital to myself and my partner as we are currently on a SKI season with no way of skiing now) brand new fold away storage boxes, an Xbox 360 and GoPro hero 4 to name a few. Now, I understand that parcel force state on their website that they cannot compensate for loss or damage to electrical goods. However we took out insurance on EACH box that would cover us for up to 300 pounds of damage or loss. The two sets of ski boots and helmets alone cost over 600 pounds (which we provided recipes for). The measly sum of £150 which we received to cover BOTH the boxes does not in any way equate to the price of all the other things taken. Parcel force offered a safe service and they did not provide, our parcels were stolen from, damaged and late. We however received no compensation for this. When we attempted to make contact with the company and the 2 other companies (Parcel monkey and GLS) they utilised to make this poor excuse for a delivery to find out where our parcels were, we would state our problem and then would be promptly put on hold every single time until eventually the phone would cut out - again costing us money as these companies all charge for phone calls. I am appalled shocked and as you can imagine extremely upset with what has happened and how the company has 'handled it'. When we filed a formal complaint all three companies passed the blame between each other and it is quite frankly insulting. A ski season ruined and many things lost all down to the appalling 'service' they provided.

All other couriers I have used in the past have notified me via msg or a phone call they will attempt to deliver a parcel (especially a big item)Parcel force does not have this practice. You simply should stay at home at all times waiting for them to deliver in the next 3to 5 days. What a poor service!
