“The engineer arrived on time, dealt with a difficult problem gaining access to the pipework at the back of the toilet, was completely boxed in, was very careful removing and replacing it all, with good humour nothing was a problem, no more leaks 😁 he tidied up after and explained and showed photos of what he had done, fantastic service would recommend (Ricki) and would definitely use again, thankyou”

“Same day service. Polite and courteous plumber. Problem fixed within 30 minutes. He cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job too! Very pleased with the service.”

“Jason was very thorough in making sure that the boiler worked, there were no leaks and no gas escaping. He always has a smile and will gladly answer any questions that you have. Jason is very helpful and polite.”

“Called on Friday morning about a leak. They initially said that someone would come within three hours, but then postponed it due to an over-running job. I asked them to rebook for Saturday morning. They phoned at half 12 to postpone for a later slot. They finally phoned again at quarter to 5 to say that the engineer wasn't going to make it until Monday and would I like to rebook for Monday morning! I wouldn't count on their same-day service. Feeling very disappointed by this service.”

“It was a weekend job so finding a plumber was not going to be easy fortunately for me Gareth I was updated on arrival time and he knew exactly what he was doing, I know he should but in my experience that is not always the case, he was easy to get on with and left me with a working boiler very very happy customer.”

“Attempted to use Plumbing Force to get an electric shower replaced in a rental property. It cost £30 just to be told what I already knew - the shower needed replacing. I was charged a further £75 plus VAT to replace the shower but it never did get done and I had a lot of hassle getting any refund at all, even though Plumbing Force had not actually done any work for me.”

“Unfortunately very poor experience. Really easy to book (great) but first day nobody tuned up (and didn't inform us) so wasted a days annual leave. After the re-scheduled appointment they have made our metres wonky, so they are now sideways (I didnt check in fairness, but didnt think would need to!). Lastly we are still waiting for follow-up options and costs seven days later. Would not use again”

“Excellent service provided by plumber called Jay who arrived 15 minutes after being called. Radiator had to be removed from hallway landing so that a sofa could be taken downstairs on house completion day. Jay removed the radiator then helped me move the sofa downstairs and then put the radiator back. Will definitely be recommending Jay and Plumbingforce on our residents association facebook page..”

“Plumber was not able to make first appointment, but they kept in touch by phone. That's no problem. The plumber was a sound lad and fitted me a new tap. A first class job and no mess. Good stuff.”

“Your engineer was very thorough, polite and informative. In particular he advised me about improving the condensate drainage. Overall he was the best person we've had to check the safety of our boiler.”
