“Genuinely are the worse delivery service I have ever encountered. Anything sent to me by royal mail ends up at the delivery office. They often don't leave a card but require one to be produced to allow you to collect your parcels. The local deliver office is currently open 4 weekdays a week between the hours of 7am -9am which means if you work you have zero chance if actually getting the parcel.”
“Had honestly enough of this place shirking their responsibilities with the excuse of corona epidemic. They were poor at their duties before but now this takes the cake. My specific issue is with the Great Malvern Barnards Green branch where Drop & Go business items simply linger there for days without being sorted and dispatched and when you HAVE TO go there in person and ask about them - they just flail and that's that, no apology, no excuses. Just a thousand yard stere, can't be bothered to even go in the back and check. I can't trust a service like this and from now on I will be considering couriers. This is the final straw, I'm not taking any more losses thanks to incompetence. This is nonsense and it is abhorrent to know that this is how things are run.”
“How Royal mail get away with calling themselves Royal i don't know. Their tracking app is garbage. Their service is garbage. By the time you've ticked all the fire hydrants, crossings, buses, traffic lights etc and get through to the tracking it then says we can't provide tracking until we've attempted delivery!
Whats the point of that?
Parcels quite often not getting delivered then when I rearrange delivery it turns up a day late.
Whenever I order something online and I see royal 🥳 mail are the courier I fear the worst.
I have now installed a box with a padlock and a notice saying if no answer put in box and secure with padlock. They can't even do that and even when they do they don't lock the box.

“Collection offices Only open for two yours due to Covid. Very clever. Royal Mail make a habit of “non delivery” and now all the customers who failed to have their mail, they paid for!!! deliveries to their homes, are now in huge queues compressed into the ludicrously short daily pickup times. Just pack it in and hand it over to a carrier who does the job properly ( which is most of them). !!!”
“Pile of dritt. The website has serious login/password issues, and im conversant computer/site user. It says password has been restok, but then it never works. add to that when you click on a link in SMS that a parcels in on the way the link doesn't work. they dont seem to test anything. don't care, don't invest in the systems.. USe HERMES, brilliant servcie, brilliant app and website..”
“sent small package on June 15, told it would take up to 15 days because of Virus issues. However, 45 days later, tracking tells me it has just reached the Royal Mail Site. This is truly awful service. I need to know when I can reasonably expect this item to be delivered or will it be returned. It was sent tracked, to Mississippi and clearly addressed.”
“Parcelforce OMG followed tracking number and expected delivery on
31.07 stayed in all day and no parcel checked tracking and told delivery had been attempted. It must have been the invisible man as I have CCTV ON MY DRIVE and nobody came through. Second attempt Mon 3rd Aug. LOL. Stayed in all day and no parcel. Checked CCTV and nobody entered the drive. Tues 3rd the parcel arrived but they are not interested in my emails or any action against the invisible man. Do not use them they're useless.”
“Awful service,
Mail redirection doesn’t work. When i complained they extended chose to extend my redirection for a month. Why!? By that point I had changed all my addresses and no longer needed the service, just avoided refunding me.
Specifically asked for mail to be left in a safe place, and that was ignored, apparently my instructions came through too late when royal mail emailed me the night before at 10pm! The instruction needed to be with them by 3 am!
Then you phone customer service and are asked if you want to leave feedback after the call, absolutely! But if you’re phoning up to complain, the operator won’t hang up to redirect your call to the survey! (Try it I guarantee they are doing this)

“Royal mail employ dishonest thieving scum. My padded envelope arrived ripped open and stuffed into a Royal mail plastic bag with the words (sorry for the inconvenience) written on it, the item (an ankle bracelet), had been stolen and replaced with a lolly pop stick and a screwed up bag of crisps. It was not the Ebay registered seller so was obviously Royal mail having some fun. I will be returning the favor to their vehicles.”
“Good day my item RU757345334GB was processed at office MPC PMIH (KLIA) on the 9 June 2020. Please can you advise when it will be forwarded on to its final destination Seychelles. It was sent with Royal Mail from the UK but was misdirected to Malaysia and is currently still there. Can we please arrange to have the item sent back to UK or to Seychelles. We have emailed and sent in the investigation form but have not heard back. This is unacceptable.Thank you Kindly Tamara”
“Item posted in Leeds to deliver to an address in Leeds. Took 9 days to deliver. Appalling. Could have crawled there and back faster. Also sent an item Parcelforce 48 on Wednesday. It's now Monday and still not showing as delivered. They don't mind taking your money but fail to deliver the service you pay for.”
“I think the Royal Mail service is disgusting and very poor. I remember the days we had to deliver twice a day at set times 6 days a week. we had to be inspected every morning by our supervisor to ensure we were dressed in the correct uniform and it was clean and smart. We knew our customers by name and it was a polite friendly efficient service. Now your lucky if you get one delivery anytime of the day more then once a week. They turn scruffy in whichever bit of uniform they wear mainly the shirt but I've seen them wearing jeans jogging bottoms shorts. You bearly get a hello from Them little tho any manners or respect. The servis is the worst it has ever been and its not due to covid 19. It is due to privatisation and the youth of today having no respect for their elders and bosses don't care about standards.”
“The packages are always late and they left my package to one neighbour when I didn't say anything about it, because I had problems before. They are totally not professional at all.”

“Phoned up to see why my parcel kept being sent back and forth between two sorting offices (instead of being delivered) and they said there was nothing they could do and they were not able to contact the sorting offices to find what the issue was. Instead of investigating why this was happening, they said I’d have to wait until enough time had passed (so it was considered lost in the system) and claim a refund. Apparently they’re not cable to contact their own Royal Mail sorting offices to see what the issue was... What a joke. Terrible customer services.”

“I am tired of parcels not being delivered to my door when I am at home, and instead being left with a neighbour but no card being posted in my post box to inform me of such. It’s by pure luck that I find out things have arrived at all. The other thing that happens frequently is tracking info shows the parcel as delivered when the parcel is no where to be seen. Shameful level of service.”
“Each time i send a parcel ot doesn't get delivered i sent my sister a Xmas present in 2019 Xmas she never received it. I bought 10 bottles of juice 10 days ago and they still haven't turned up, royal mail are failing to deliver and we need another postal service because this company are just plain thieves or the parcels are growing legs and running away.”
