Avoid this company, they send poor quality dead flowers 4 days late, I’ve attached pictures. I see I’m only one of many unhappy customers. I was told to wait the flowers will bloom, I don’t know if it’s me but I have never heard of flowers coming back to life. They asked me to send them pictures of updates on the flowers, the flowers were a gift I was already embarrassed by the quality of them I’m not going to ask my friend to send my daily updates. Never in my life have a came across such poor customer service. I’ll be my homework before ordering flowers again.

As with so many previous people’s experience, the flowers I received for Mothers Day were poor quality, small and nothing like the photograph on the website. They died even before the blooms opened. In correspondence with Serenata Flowers they offered me a replacement bouquet or a refund. So as not not to disappoint my Son I agreed to a replacement to be delivered yesterday. This has failed to arrive. In further correspondence with the company I am receiving what appears to be automated responses which do not deal with my issues. I will now have to tell my Son and won’t be buying from this company again. Please be aware of their poor customer service.

Appalling service I can’t believe that even with four days’ advance notice provided they could not change the time of my delivery. Woeful customer service, not helpful at all, they just take it in turns to recite terms and condition rather than trying to help, “As advised within our terms and conditions once an order is assigned to our floral team we are unable to guarantee amendments or cancellations” Use a local florist I certainly will!

Flowers arrived for Mother's Day osteospermun was wilted and turning brown the other half wasn't very good the Lilly have not even come out they just wilted. I have not told my daughter because she is ill with covid reason for the delivery. A very disappointed Mum.

Ordered for wife who's been looking after me following a short illness, flowers came in a flat packed box and were completely rubbish, gutted, my wife put on a smile but I could see her thinking what the hell..... nothing like the pictures, never again.

Avoid Serenata Flowers at all costs! The day before Mothers' Day 2020, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother who lives in the UK (I live in South Africa) to be delivered on Mother's Day. I made a small error in the delivery address viz. the house number: 17 instead of 07 (the post code provided was correct). I tried to edit the order details (still the day before) but received an automated e-mail reply that it was too late to change the order quoting a long list of terms and conditions. The delivery had not yet been dispatched. There is no other customer service option than the edit / email that I had already used. The tracking records show that the flowers were only dispatched the day AFTER Mother's Day and were recorded as "Delivered". My mother did NOT receive the flowers. Serenata Flowers is a fraudulent business that takes your money but does not deliver a product. There is no practical way to amend an order.

Absolutely shocking! If I could rate zero stars I would. We will never use Serenata Flowers again. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and due to an extra digit mistakenly put on delivery address, was told that it is tough luck, nothing can be done about it. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Sunday but only arrived at the incorrect address on Monday evening. My mother has still not received her flowers purely because there is absolutely zero customer service available. Despicable. It’s a disgrace. We have also been refused a refund in the past because they did not have stock of the item we ordered and paid for.

My daughter(15) ordered me some flowers for mothers day. The arrived bruised, squashed and wilted. My daughter also felt they did not represent the quality and size of bouquet picture on the website. Sadly after complaining and sending photos Seranata stated that the bouquet represent the correct size and quality. But did not even acknowledge that the flowers arrived damaged. I have been Trying to get in touch with them since - via email, Instagram and twitter without any communication from the company. DO NOT USE !!

Flowers that I sent my sister for her birthday looked nothing like the picture. Came in a squashed flat box thrown over her back gate....not a prepared bouquet. So your recipient will have to do their own arrangement!! What a waste of money! Do not use this company.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and my mother received a bouquet with hardly any flowers and many of which were (unfortunately I can’t attach a picture to this review to show the state of it - have added the picture to my trust pilot profile pic to show it) I emailed customer service requesting a replacement or refund and was asked to tell them how many flower stems there were. The picture wasn’t enough. So, following the embarrassment of my Mum receiving a poor bouquet, I had to ask her to count the stems too. I replied to Serenata with the list of flowers and the picture again, comparing the website image to what was received and was met with a ‘this is how they are meant to be’. Absolute shambles and very disappointing customer service. Will not use again.

Contacted customer service about poor quality flowers with several dead and broken plants. Sent a photo but was informed that this was the expected quality. Not a good advert for the company at all. Avoid.

I ordered flowers for mothers day 2022 handy as I live in Houston and trying to get flower to the UK, they were delivered on the date as expected however, the flowers look to be completely wilted and starved of water. I reached out to the customer service support team and things were ok until they told me "After reviewing the image, we can see the care instructions have yet to be followed, with the flowers needing to be arranged in a vase of fresh water after cutting the stems, allowing them to settle into the new surroundings, have a good drink following the journey and time for all the buds to open". The flowers are in a vase of water as they should be. I give them one star as I am unable to give zero. Be warned and expect poor service.

Ordered flowers for my mum, couldn’t believe what I saw when she send me the picture. The worst flowers I have ever seen, doesn’t even look close to a picture. £3 flowers from Tesco looking much better than what I have received. Came all broken, half dead and looking like someone washed the floor with them. When I have contacted them and asked for a refund with a picture prove, they said to wait 5 days for the flowers to open and send me the link how to take care of them. This is a joke. I should of read true reviews before ordering.

I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from this company for Mothers Day. Below is the standard reply I received. Thank you for your email and for taking the time to send a photograph of the bouquet received. After reviewing the image, our floral team has confirmed that the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected. We do send out certain flowers in varying stages of bloom or bud form as this ensures that they last as long as possible so that our customers enjoy them for longer. Once the flowers fully bloom, your bouquet will reflect the image advertised on our website.

Received flowers today for Mother’s Day from my son. Absolutely shocking they were not as discribed in the website. Wilting and flowers shedding the petals and discoloured. Appalling! Contacted customer service and the quality team say they see nothing wrong with the bouquet. Hard to believe. I have written again for my son to have a refund and I will send pictures to trading standards. Avoid this company. 45.00 is a disgrace to charge for wilting flowers. Also the bouquet was delivered in a huge box and the bouquet wasn’t secured , could get better in ALDI.

These flowers are awful, nothing like the image. I understand the lillies come in bud form but what about the others?? This looks like a bunch from tesco, not a £35 bouquet. I’m very disappointed and embarrassed as they were a gift and don’t look like I spent what I did on them.

What went wrong you ask??? How about "everything"! Tired, cheap jaded flowers, broken foliage, crushed gerberas not to mention a serious lack of actual flowers! Purchased a bouquet to present to a woman at a golf presentation! Flowers were so shockingly bad, hubby had to dash out for a quick supermarket replacement and at £15 less cost, were in much better condition and altogether bigger, better, fresher blooms. Serenata, how you are still trading is beyond me given the amount of complaints! Oh and your customer service STINKS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOLKS

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, when flowers arrived they were very battered, poor quality and most flowers wilted/dead. Looked nothing like the picture. Bad value for money, will not be ordering again.
