My holiday was cancelled due to the corona virus on 5th May ref TT729706 i received hotel and transfers from teletext got flights refunded by chargeback now teletext are telling me if I don't pay 900 my holiday will be cancelled lol couldn't make it up holiday was paid in full on 3rd of April so teletext can run and jump they're getting no more money from me despicable company and it's fraud to rake money from someone account without authorization from account holder will never ever book with this rip off company I'm 67years old and the stress you have put me through is beyond comprehension

Booked two holidays with them, fool me. First holiday cancelled 6 months still not received any money back and wanted to transfer balance due for the other holiday but said I'm due them money but clearly see withdrawn full amount but denying they are owing me money. Agents are lying tell you one amount and withdraw a different amount and they hang up as they can't understand you.

Yes another victim of the lying cheating fraudulent scum bags teletext holidays. 7 months trying to get my £2300 back . Yes phone put down on me. Yes money will be in your bank within 14 days 5 days and 48 hours. Isn't it time a fraud investigation looks into this. Where's are media when needed to highlight these low life. When people have been out of work now unemployed and they steal their money. Absolute scum!

Do not use this company - booked and paid for to go on holiday 22/07/2020 Ref TT753717 Paid in full - changed to August 2021 paid another £220 but they put it as 2020 (said they would listen to taped phone calls but so inadequate we could not take the risk and we decided to go on holiday -Ref TT793804 – This was also paid in full - then they took another £493.03 from my bank account on the 21st July 2020 - then tried to take more money (I now keep no money in my current account!) they still owe me £493.03

Basically the same issue as everyone else. Cancelled holiday in May, no refund. My wife Was told by customer service we're not entitled to a refund after countless emails and calls. Having to go down the charge back route. Only positive I can take from this is they'll probably end up going bust. I won't be using them again aswell as many others AVOID!!!!!!!!

Where is my money.. over £4K out of pocket since April 10th EasyJet holiday K11WDS7 Teletext ref tt761229 I’ve been on easyJet site and it appears they paid the refund to you guys Payment details • Payment to easyJet of £2,756.22 by Mastercard on 03/12/2019 • Payment to easyJet of £69.48 by Visa debit on 24/02/2020 • Payment to easyJet of £2,825.70 by Credit/Voucher on 10/06/2020 • Refund of £2,756.22 to Mastercard on 10/06/2020 • Refund of £69.48 to Visa debit on 10/06/2020

Terrible service. Holiday for the beginning of May cancelled due to Covid-19.. was told that we could apply for a full cash refund after the 31st July by emailing a specific email address. I have done this and still received no reply. Company very quick to offer you a credit note to use by the end of the year - but no sign of the promised full refund. I will not be using this company again or recommending to friends. So frustrating when you work so hard for your money and trust in a company to look after you as a customer. TT759849

I have rebooked my holiday that was cancelled due to covid. I was then sent numerous emails telling me that I still owe money when I was told on re booking that everything was paid for. The flight that I have been sold doesnt exist and over the last month I have made 20+ calls to them. Each call has a hold time of between 45 mins to over an hour. On at least 6 of these occasions I have been cut off when the call is answered meaning I have had to call again and be on hold again. on the occasions where the call has been answered iv been promised a call back and never have I ever been called back. My holiday date is getting closer and this was my honeymoon and I have never known it to be so difficult to speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing or that can help me. I am so frustrated as my flight doesnt exist and I just want to rebook it for another date and no one can seem to help me. I am sick of being promised call backs that I never get. I have also filled out 3 online forms and done 4 online chats but never hear anything back. I have used Teletext 3 times before but after this experience I would never ever use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. No holiday/honeymoon should be this stressful! TT790583

Where do I get help to receive my refund from teletxt I've tried the charge back but it says if holiday is atol protected then the bank can't help. We just need our money back .c

Despite numerous emails regarding our cancelled holiday at the beginning of june we still have not received our refund we aren't well off financially and we saved to pay for our holiday, but they keep fobbing me off .what can we do ??

The worst company in the world by far. I have spent 6 hours on hold over the past few months, they refuse to speak to me, they owe me £1300 which easyJet refunded them in cash a while ago, holding on to my money crooks.

Only way to get refund is from chargeback with your bank teletext holidays are scammers don’t want to refund anyone I will never book with them again

Hi, I have contacted you many times, by ringing and sending emails. Don’t know what to do anymore. I’m trying to get a refund on holiday that you have cancelled. I have been ignored on multiple occasions. I don’t know what to do anymore. I was promised a full refund after 31st of July. Nobody is trying to help me. How do I get my money back? If I won’t hear from you till end of this week I will take this further. It’s a joke. Soon as I say I want my money back I’m being put on hold and nobody is getting back to me. TT784079

Had holiday cancelled in June due to Covid , initially told would get credit note, still not recieved, also told that could get money back in September if credit note not used , no use , need money refunded , Have been informed by Ryan air that they have refunded to you the price of our flights , so why cant i get that back . I have tried to call and been hung up on 14 separate occassions , how can you resolve stuff if you wont even talk to people. my Reference number is TT782486, please can I have response from a person and your standard Bot responses

Dreadful service We would definitely not recommend Teletext as we have lost £2500 having booked our dream holiday to Thailand using all our life savings for this dream anniversary holiday we are sadly now not able to go due to Covid as Thailand is not on the travel corridor for the UK so at present we would have to quarantine for 2 weeks which we are both unable to do. I am unable to as I’m a teacher returning to school on 1st September and my partner is not allowed any more holiday and works in manufacturing industry so can’t work from home. We understood with Covid 19 all travel arrangements have been difficult so we wanted to either cancel our booking until this pandemic is over or change our booking to Easter dates the next school holidays. We called 5 times, were put on hold for hours, promised we’d be called back, were refused to speak to a manager, emailed three times with no results and told we couldn’t change anything until 7 days before. Then 7 days before as instructed we called and held for a further 2 hours only to be told they will neither cancel and refund us the money but we could postpone the date at the same cost of flights and hotel again that is not postponing that is making a totally new booking - it is disgraceful - We have lost £2500 of our savings. The Covid 19 pandemic has affected many people’s lives and many organisations are doing their utmost to help the public at these times when money is tight and stress is huge. I am shocked at this disgraceful lack of understanding shown by this organisation. My partner and I saved for 3 years to get the money together for our dream holiday to Thailand and so £2500 may not seem much to such a multi million pound operation but to us it is a long life time saving. We had another trip booked in July for our family to Valencia with easyJet and Airbnb who have both been wonderful allowing us to postpone dates of flights and cancel accommodation which is the least they could do in the current climate. I will never recommend your company to anyone and will do my utmost to advise as many people as possible never to travel with Teletext holidays.

So latest update this company thinks I am going to wait until the 31st of August before having my money back WRONG, through all of our correspondence I have 100% asked for a full refund, now you are trying to tell me that I can have what is left on my credit voucher, this by the way is only for the accommodation you have had my flight money for the last 5 weeks MY money not yours.

Don't book with teletext. I have had awful experience right from the start. I was booked a holiday for a large group. Told them I wouldn't book unless I could pay the balance in February, as I couldn't pay sooner, I was reassured this would be fine, over the phone, just to get my booking/ deposit, then they took the money in January. Now that my holiday has been cancelled, and I know that they have been refunded from the hotel and Easyjet. They wont pay be the refund, insisting I will be getting a credit note. I need to give money back to 12 people. Impossible with a credit note. My advice, book flights and hotels yourself cheaper and far less stressful
