“I recently took a trip to Manali with Thrillophilia. My experience was unfulfilling to say the least. They lack planning and their communication skills are nil. They don’t reveal half the things before you book the trip like the check in time for hotels. We had to wait for 6 hours before we could check into the hotel room. As a solo traveller, I was not informed about my roommate. We as a group travelling together had to internally decide about our room arrangements which was a tedious process. Their lack of accountability is utterly frustrating. When you go to them with an issue, they don’t even respond. My GOC called Vidhi Gurjar failed to provide any information and was absolutely useless for almost everything. We paid for the trip so that we can travel hassle free. But she made it impossible to enjoy the trip with the calls that went unanswered. After a point, we had to rely on the customer service to solve our issues. Mr. Priyanshu was quite helpful.
Their itinerary is misleading to the point that they don’t provide meals for the days you travel from and to the pickup point which they conveniently leave out of their itinerary. Moreover they don’t have any travel coordinator present with us during the course of the trip. We were provided with incorrect contact details of our travel bus and their numbers. We were left to figure it out on our own. When we asked for a travel coordinator, they sent a local guide called Sourav who had absolutely no authority. However, with him and the driver Mr. Pal, our unbearable trip became a little better.
The absence of an agent from their end led to confusion as everyone wanted to visit different locations and we ended up deviating from the original itinerary.
I paid the same amount as everyone in the trip but I was assigned a triple sharing room whereas everyone paying the same amount of money were given a choice for a double sharing room. When I asked my travel agent Apoorva about it, she failed to give me any satisfactory explanation regarding the same while also ignoring my calls. Finally, after a lot of help from Mr. Priyanshu I managed to get a double sharing room. The trip was not enjoyable due to having to deal with constant lack of arrangements from their end.
They had different modes of communication for everything and there was utter chaos.
Worst trip ever. I will never travel with them again and I suggest no one should.”
“To provide context for the issues we faced, I must express my disappointment with the arrangements made by Thrillophilia. We experienced an unprecedented level of disorganization, highlighted by the absence of any communication from their end prior to the trip.
Despite explicit requests for a coaster bus, initially confirmed by yourself, we were provided with a 9-seater vehicle. This oversight led to significant discomfort during our daily 6-7 hour journeys with 8 passengers, a child, a driver, and a guide crammed into the vehicle.
Furthermore, the lack of coordination extended to the guide and driver, both sourced from Agency Ganesh, who appeared oblivious to our group size. This oversight compounded our inconvenience.
Efforts to contact you went unanswered, and promises made regarding refund of insurance costs were left unfulfilled. Notably, Mr. Sujeet Aryan, the designated on-ground coordination staff, consistently deferred our requests to you without providing any assistance, rendering the situation further frustrating. The agency, renowned for seamless service, failed us at every juncture.
Additionally, we encountered unexpected obstacles during immigration, resulting in further expenses. Despite assurances from the agent regarding our documentation, we were left uninformed and had to bear additional costs to rectify the situation.
Moreover, except for the hotel in Paro, the standard of accommodations fell below acceptable standards, with small rooms and hygiene issues, including the presence of cockroaches. Despite bringing these concerns to their attention, there was no response or action taken to address them.”
“My experience with Thrillophilia left much to be desired. Initially drawn in by their seemingly affordable Singapore package, I soon stumbled upon numerous warnings about their customer service. Despite this, I decided to proceed cautiously, opting only to book individual activities with them.
Regrettably, even this turned out to be a disappointing ordeal. While I received all the necessary vouchers, the process was marred by unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Prior to booking activities totaling INR 57000, a Thrillophilia representative named Mr. Royis assured me of his complete coordination and promised to provide a contact number for any issues during my time in Singapore. However, post-payment, he reneged on this commitment, stating that such assistance was only available for full package bookings.
Despite attempts to reach out during appropriate hours, as per IST, I received no response whatsoever. Mr. Royis failed to provide the promised support or even inquire about my experience using the vouchers. Thankfully, the helpful locals in Singapore assisted me in navigating the situation, albeit with significant time and effort wasted in finding solutions independently.
Overall, my encounter with Thrillophilia was marked by unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I strongly advise against trusting this service for your travel needs.”

I have booked 2 tickets and in 24 hours i got an email that my booking as been rejected and that they are initiating the refund. i have read somewhere on their website that it can take up to 10 business days to get the money back. So far nothing received and its been already 10 days.
i used the link from my email to raise a ticket, no reply and now even the link to raise a ticket is not valid anymore, like i have been cut off from doing so far. No phone number, no chat ... nothing how you can raise your concern. So probably this company is ok if all is ok but if there is a problem, they just dont support but take your money. i recommend to sue some better company with valid support.”
“1. Poor Volvo Bus Transportation : The transportation services were poorly organized. We experienced long delays and missed several key activities that were part of our itinerary. Additionally, the quality of the vehicles provided was subpar.
# Incident
We were informed that our bus from Delhi to Manali would arrive between 6 to 7 PM at Vee Kay Travels, Majnu Ka Tilla. To ensure everything was in order, we arrived an hour early and inquired about our booking at Vee Kay Travels. To our surprise, we were then told that the bus was actually scheduled to arrive at 8 PM. The bus number and timings initially shared with us were incorrect.
We attempted to reach out to the Thrillophilia Guest Experience Officer but received no response. When we called Thrillophilia support, we were instructed to contact the bus travel agency directly for further details. This left us feeling helpless and forced to wait until the bus arrived. At 8:15 PM, upon further inquiry, Vee Kay Travels informed us that the bus was actually scheduled for 10 PM, and they blamed Thrillophilia for the confusion.
After a frustrating wait, the bus finally arrived at 10:45 PM, but we were directed to a different pickup point, 1-2 kilometers away, without any proper explanation. Without any food, we had to wait until the bus started at 11:15 PM and then stopped for dinner at 1:45 AM.
We ultimately reached Manali at 12:45 PM the next day, far later than expected. The entire experience was marred by miscommunication and a lack of support, with each party blaming the other.
2. Poor Customer Support: We faced significant difficulties when trying to contact your customer support team. Calls and emails went unanswered, and when we did receive a response, it was neither helpful nor timely.
# Incident
We informed Thrillophilia about our extended stay in Manali for an additional day due to the initial delay upon our arrival. However, this information was not communicated to the hotel reception, nor did we receive any confirmation. Additionally, we requested to change our return booking from a bus to a cab due to the delays we experienced on arrival. Despite this, we did not receive any satisfactory response regarding the cab arrangement.
Finally, Thrillophilia informed us that the cab fare from Manali to Delhi for 2 adults and 1 child (10 years old) would be Rs 16,000, with no refund provided for the previously booked bus. Although we notified Thrillophilia about the bus cancellation three days in advance, no action was taken by their support team. Ultimately, we decided to book a cab ourselves through MMT for Rs 7,500, which was less than half the amount quoted by Thrillophilia.
3. Scattered Travel Information : The communication of information was not centralized, leading to significant confusion and difficulty in accessing the required travel details. We received some updates via SMS, others through WhatsApp messages, and additional information through email. This fragmented approach made it challenging to keep track of essential details related to our travel arrangements, such as changes in schedules, booking confirmations, and contact information. Having to search across multiple platforms for different pieces of information added unnecessary stress and inconvenience to our trip.
These issues caused considerable inconvenience, frustration and additional cost, detracting from what should have been a memorable and enjoyable trip. The lack of adequate support and the failure to deliver on the promised services were particularly disappointing.”

“I booked and paid a tour of the colosseum. The confirmation website is in broken english and does not work properly, so I had to do the process over email. The people responding back are trained to only converse with templates, and do not understand what you are saying, and their explanations are bad at the very least. Two days after my confirmation I get an email that the spots are not available and to choose different days, this does not work form me so I request a refund, because if you cancel nothing is refundable according to their policy. They ghost me after this and I get no responses, the only thing I could do with them at that point was to cancel my booking. The company is Indian and their grasp of customer service is limited to getting your money, any policy and information relevant to you, such as booking cancelation and when you will receive what you paid for is provided to you AFTER payment. they are a fraudulent outfit and the majority of their positive reviews are by bots and suspiciously by anonymous or Indian users. Make your own conclusion.”
“Fraud!! I bought through Thrillophilia 2 tickets for the Vatican Museum and they said I will receive them 7days before the entrance date. One day prior the booking they informed me that they cannot give me the tickets I have paid for. The next lie they gave me was that I will receive a refund in the next 2 working days, but here we are, 3 weeks later, with no money!!! Save your money and don’t book anything with this fraud company.”

We made booking from thrillollophila and just 3 days before our travel they cancelled our booking due to some technical glitch. Please don't trust this company. Their operations are not smooth and efficient...before booking they give you big hopes and then shatter them. Now we have to book hotel and excursion at end time all by ourselves at double prices...if you want relax at holiday please don't go for thrillollophila..it will give you headache
They don't even pick your call on time. Infact one of the their employee blocked us for calling them.people here are unethical and unprofessional. Once you book with them they hardly care about their customers.

“The experience we had with thrillophilia was horrible. We were expecting to get a package that would allow us to see all the monuments conveniently but instead, a lot of the monuments were closed in Delhi as well as Jaipur. These closures were not communicated to us at all even during the time of our trip. We had to find out ourselves and communicate the closures to THEM. We also had a poor driver with attitude. He did not provide us any information or help when questions were asked, brushed off some of our requests when we asked him to take us places and the communication between the driver and thrillophillia was horrendous. Also what kind of driver drops his passengers off in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD in peak traffic and tells them to go book a rickshaw to get to our destination? Apparently ours…Basically, we were the ones actually making the packages work by scheduling ola rides, and finding out from the locals what monuments are worth visiting this time. The itinerary provided was useless and we were not compensated at all for the monuments that were closed. The biggest issue we had were with hotel bookings. We attempt to check in our hotel at Jaipur after a long drive just to find out the booking did not exist. Not only that, it turns out that the hotel rooms that we communicated we wanted before the trip happened was not even booked even though we PAID thrillophilla for it. It was only after intense phone calls with the agents that were were able to find a place to stay. This happened to us again on our last stop in Udaipur even though we told the agents to check up on our booking BEFOREHAND so we would not run into this again. The agents do not follow up with the hotels about your requests and you end up with a basic room that you overpaid for. Its only after literally talking to the agents for a good hour and a half do you get somewhere. Overall, horrible and stressful experience with Thrillophilla. They do not know how to provide a package, they gave us a horrible driver that was very hard to work with and their communication was poor with us AND the driver. Basically, don’t book any packages with Thrillophillia. These packages that they sell aren’t even packages. You would expect to be taken to places without effort, based on the itinerary and the driver provided but this is not the case, you do everything yourself. You might as well save yourself time, money and sanity by making your own “package”. Would not recommend at all ESPECIALLY for non locals.”

“My travel experience with Thrillophilia is pathetic and they are completely cheating.
- They lie a lot and give good service till we pay the money. Once the money is paid, they will not pick up the call. They will ask us to message for everything but they do not respond.
- The Vietnam trip was supposed to be my dream come true trip. But I was part of senior citizens.
- they said 25 people would be there on the trip. But only 4 people were there and all are senior citizens.
- They gave triple sharing rooms everywhere and the rooms were so small. But initially, they said it was a double sharing room (Read all the clauses properly before paying). They are big time cheaters.
- They said all the rooms are 4 star category and its all a lie. They are ok ok hotels. We 3 dint have enough space to keep our luggage. And the bed was close to washroom. No space to enter into washroom. I had a hit once to the bed once. Attaching pics for reference.
- During the trip also if we need any help their customercare / the person who assigned for you will not answer the calls.
I thought only I am going through these challenges but later I came to know (I met a couple of people in Vietnam who came thru Thrillophilia) that all had the same issues.

“Rubbish company, just there to scam you. Me and my partner tried to buy tickets to the water park in Bali, we tried the first time and it said the card payment had failed, so we tried once more on the same card just to double check. This had the same outcome. We then used my partners card to see if that worked and to our surprise it said it had failed once more. Therefore, we bought tickets on another website as it blatantly didn’t work on thrillophilia’s website.
In the next 24 hours Thrillophilia had taken 3 payments out of our bank accounts but still only sent 1 set of tickets, thus, over charging us for 2 more sets of tickets. Obviously I tried to get in touch with customer service, which was useless; so I messaged them on instagram, thinking they would respond quicker - which they did. However, they said to email them and resolve the issue and that’s were all helped stopped. I emailed twice and contacted them further on instagram and I was ignored. Do not book with this company, they just scam you and Have awful customer service”
“Worst travel agent ever. Our honeymoon trip to Europe turned into a nightmare, all thanks to Thrillophilia. We had bought whole package from them which included land package, flight booking and visa assistance. Not only did they fail to provide proper guidance, but when we encountered issues with the airlines they booked, they kept giving excuses. Despite our desperate attempts to reach them for assistance, they initially said we will try and later conveniently ignored our calls. The agent named Sohail Abbas, was very irresponsible person , on phone call he said I will refund you the amount, later changed his decision.To add insult to injury, they refused to refund our hard-earned money or even consider rescheduling our trip. This lack of accountability and customer care is utterly unacceptable. “Sikkim’s Stunning Scenery, Thrillophilia’s Stressful Strife
We visited the magnificent state of Sikkim through Thrillophilia. We loved every inch of this beautiful place, but the ghastly experience we had with this company cannot just be written down in a paragraph. There was hardly any communication between Thrillophilia and the local vendor. The drivers were not informed of much and refused to take the cars forward, demanding extra money for places already included in the itinerary. Our tour operator’s ‘efforts’ to sort things out only made everything worse. We ourselves were the managers, coordinators, and mode of communication between the drivers and agency. Most of the trip was spent reasoning with the drivers, calling people for them and basically being everybody’s pawns. Chaos erupted around every corner (literally!). Our time sightseeing was spent worrying whether we would be driven to the next spot or if we were just going to spend another drab day at our hotel. Sikkim did not fail to wow us with its towering mountains and mesmerising landscapes, but due to Thrillophilia, the trip was a world away from the relaxing escape everyone had hoped for. When we returned home, the trouble that had been caused overpowered the delightful memories of places we’d seen, and it was a relief that we could finally have peace without having to deal with rude, swearing drivers, endless arguments, phone calls and of course, awful travel companies. It’s impossible to put into words the infinite problems. All I can say, if you don’t value money, time, peace of mind and good holidays, Thrillophilia should be on the top of your list. It robs you from all of that.”
