Lied to by 3 of the UPS phone reps. UPS doubled bill me on import fees, which included a ridiculous brokage fee which was 3X the tax fee. First I paid the reduced fee to the rep then when the package was delivered the driver billed the person who answered my door the full fee again. I called UPS 4 times and was told the fees the driver took would be refunded back to the credit card it was paid with. Waited for the money to be refunded and it wasn't, so I called again and was told, again, it would be refunded which it wasn't. During the third call I was told by the rep they couldn't see the charge that was taken by the driver and I need to provide a copy of the credit card charge. So I got copy and when I called in for the forth time was told the money was in the process of being refunded. Then next day I received an email stating the refund was being sent to my via a cheque!!!!!!!!! All the UPS reps know if to lie to people to get them off the phone. Will never use UPS again and would not buy an item it UPS is the only shipping option. Too bad I can't leave a rating of less then 1. Jeff

Miserable company. Deliveries are either late in the day or delayed by several days. This is a poorly run company. Use Fedex instead. Customer service is run by Chinese people who speak poor English. UPS has gone down the drain.

If I could give a “0” star review I would. UPS shipping charges from the US to Canada are hugely exhorbitant. I paid $46 USD for shipping a $57 order of car parts. There were four small items which weighed less than one pound together on a small box. Then UPS added $31 USD for customs charges. There is no customs duty on car parts ordered from the US but UPS upcharged for this anyways. After the currency exchange the shipping cost ended up being $95 CDN. I refuse to use UPS in the future and if I order from an online US company and they want to ship with UPS I will cancel the order

If I could give a 0 score I would! The UPS Store in Fredericksburg at 754 Warrenton Road is a rip off! We shipped a package on July 2 and paid for 2 day delivery, it did not arrive until July 7th!!! It was an outrageous overpayment. The store employees lied to us, did not tell us the package would not leave until Tuesday (UPS does not work on Saturdays and Sundays or Holidays????) Even the receipt said it would arrive by Wed the 6th. When I called to get a refund on the 2 day I got complete run around about UPS policy, there are no store managers to talk to, etc etc. They just lied to us to get the extra price for 2 day then did not deliver. NEVER USE UPS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are your couriers stating that could not deliver as no one at home. It’s a lie. Twice they have stated this and dropped it of at store that is 15 minutes away. It’s a struggle when you have poor mobility. Please sort your couriers out. They are a waste of space

Used to be a customer ups for 30 years love the drivers awesome guys and gals, management is in my opinion one of the worst I've ever seen. They have no regards or even understanding of what a customer really is that's why they've lost me permanently

Most drivers drive way too fast, they don't care whether you get your delivery or not. The only time someone verified was when they demanded to know my last name. I rarely use this service, only when I have to.

This is the worst delivery company ever. How they don’t even read the reviews to improve is beyond me! Tracking is a joke, says to be delivered on a day with a time, doesn’t turn up, same again the next day, doesn’t turn up!

On July 5th, 2922 a driver did NOT ring the door bell he just left a notice the he / she tried to deliver a package, we were home ALL DAY,my daughter was 20 - 30 steps away if it was for us going out I would NEVER known that when I was locking my front doors I would have neverIseen the notice, I feel that drivers are instructed NOT to ring the door bells!! This happened in Tucson, Arizona. This is why packages get stolen ALL because of the drivers NEVER EVER try to see if there someone at ho e so they can sign for the package.

Its to bad that most of reviews are posted out of anger, people take the time to complain, when every thing goes as planed, delivered on time we just expect that level of service. My story, I ordered an item that I was thinking about for a long time and finally did it, it came in to the UPS delivery center om Saturday and 4th of July week end, so I would have to wait for Tuesday to get it, on Tuesday the shipping status said it was out for delivery and so I waited most of the day around the house expecting its arrival, time goes on and I had things to do, I went out and expected it to be here when I got back, when I got home no package, I had supper and waited , it was now 6 pm and I'm thinking its's not going to get here today. At 7:45 PM a truck pulled up and I was quite surprised, the driver said the package was on his truck by mistake, it should have been on the truck parked beside his, aftr he delivered all his packages he saw mine, looking at the address he said it was on his way back to the Wearhouse (Watertown, NY) and stopped off to deliver mine, very nice person who took the time to do the right thing, for a customer and the company, thank you and I'm glad to get my package.

TO ALL, NEVER SEND ANY THING YOU NEED URGENT TO ARRIVE WITH UPS. WITH THIS SHORTAGE OF BABY FORMULA MY DAUGHTER ASK ME TO FIND SOME FORMULA HERE IN MIAMI FOR MY GRANDSON HOW IS 6 MONTH OLD, CAUSE IN WASHINGTON DC SHE COULD NOT FIND THE SPECIAL FORMULA HE REQUIRED. (YOU DO NOT WANT A BABY TO GO HUNGRY IN THE USA) SO I FOUND 16 BOTTLES HERE IN MIAMI AND SHIP IT THROUGH UPS. GUESS WHAT, THEY FOUND MY PACKAGE OPENED AND ALL THE FORMULA GONE. AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY ARE NOT RESPONSABLE. GIVE ME A BREAK. THEY REALY DON`T CARE FOR US CUSTOMERS. I SEE ALOT OF BIG COMPANIES GOING UNDER. MAYBE IN THE SHORT FUTURE UPS WILL FILL FOR BANKRUPTCY. THEY DESIRVE IT. Show less

I have been waiting 2 days for my Parcels to arrive but they were not delivered as stated. The driver said no one answer the door but I have been at home from 9am-5pm, but no one turned up. Many friends have bad experiences with UPS and advised me not to use you again. My friend told me that they always pretend they attempt to deliver your parcel and you get an auto notification saying they will try again next business day.

Twice I have been contacted by UPS stating they have a package for me with a damaged label & need my info, I go thru the form giving my address & phone (&email) info but refuse to give my CC info as they haven't given me a tracking number for the package with the "damaged" label. When I refuse to give the CC info they inform me they can't deliver the package without an additional delivery fee of $1-$5, which I refuse to pay as UPS has already been paid S&H on said package. Both times it has taken me weeks of correspondence & emails with the company that sent the package before they just refund my money (& I still don't know if they ever got the msde returned to them cuz I never received it). UPS just trying to scam ppl out of extra money for service they already been paid for.

Extremely bad customer service , I had couple of time tried this courier but every time bad . But now I’m waiting my delivery status is showing it’s out for delivery from last two days .I rang two time to customer care yesterday (Thursday ) they said would be with you 6pm by end of day .no body came whole day I was waiting. Today Friday 01/07/22 rang in office to asked they said was attempted but they are laying . Ins short they said in Moring about around 11 am would be diliver today . I waited whole day even took off from work cz this parcel is very important to me not deliverd yet now ring again to customer care they said would be on Monday . Very very awful , bad customer and delivery service not recommended to anybody in Ireland even anywhere . Third class

I had a package delivered to my home many years ago that was stolen and I filed a claim. UPS paid the claim and I received a replacement product from the merchant. Fast forward to today, I have an UPS on line account to track my inbound packages. It has Email notification of packages scheduled for deleivery. All is good to this point. The system notifies me of forthcoming deliveries and also stated SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Over the past number of years, none of the shippers required this and after talking over a dozen of times with UPS representatives asking them to fix this problem of SIGNATURE REQUIRED when in reality, none was needed. This problem was never corrected. I had to call UPS corporate to file a complaint and they transferred me to tech support. The first person I spoke with was completely clueless and had no useful informaton. I requested to speak with a manager to whom I was connected to. I was advised that I live in a NON-DRIVER RELEASE AREA! Which meant that it is a high risk area for stolen packages. Wow. None of my neighbors have this flag on their accounts! So it is not the neighborhood they are flagging but me personally!!! So be advised that you as the receiver, if you have packages stolen, you will be flagged. What this means is, if you have an UPS MY CHOICE ACCOUNT on line, you will be notified that ALL deliveries will require a SIGNATURE even when the sender does not require it and the drivers will drop the packages off without any SIGNATURES!!! So there is no way to know, unless you get notification ahead of time from the shipper, that a particular package truly requires a SIGNATURE since ALL PACKAGES are flagged as requiring a SIGNATURE!!! This company is a huge waste of time and money!!! Do not do business with UPS!!!

A fiasco from start to finish , only reason the joke for a courier even got 1 star is because the very helpful staff at their Motherwell depot , had to eventually collect my parcel from the depot after them "attempting" deliveries , other than the staff at the depot the score would be a minus double figures I wouldn't trust this company to deliver and honest reply , never mind a parcel Hermes used to be the worst courier in the universe to deal with , but congratulation to UPS , they have stole their crown If it was all down to the staff at Motherwell it would have been 5 star , but the rest of customer service and so called care dragged the score way way down

They said no address was on the parcel, then the same day they said they attempted to deliver but know one was in. Which is a lie as my wife was in all day. Then they will deliver before 7pm then get a phone call to say no drivers and won’t be delivered until tomorrow. Could not recommend anyone to use this company.

$166 in "Customs fees" and $96.20 of that $166 is "UPS Customs Brokerage Charges" I'm not quite sure how these UPS con artists are still in business. I hope the $166 is worth it because I'll NEVER use UPS again for my international shipments or online orders.

UPS treats Amazon customers like third class citizens. Instead of viewing you bringing business to UPS by returning an Amazon package through them, they treat you like dirt. Additionally they prey on you if you forget to bring a return label because it costs $ 4.75 to print a label from your phone! If your item is not in plastic bag, the trash bag costs you $ 5.99.
